The whole world had come to a standstill due to the COVID19 Pandemic. Consistent lock-down, one after another, Corona virus waves disrupted the normal life of people. This pandemic has had a very bad effect across all the sectors in the market. Most affected sectors being tourism, hotels and other hospitality domains and organised retail shops, etc. This paper was an attempt made to understand the customer‟s opinion, perception and shopping attitude for shopping in malls. It was a descriptive research conducted with the help of a survey. Structured questionnaire was used to collect the primary data and it was analysed using SPSS software by applying various hypothesis testing tools. The study concludes that respondents are cautious about stepping out of their homes for shopping. But various factors such as all the protocols covid-19 pandemic, hygiene, cleanliness, contactless payment facilities, proper navigation at entrance assured safety and security from the pandemic. Result shows that age of the respondents also affects the willingness of the respondents for shopping in shopping malls.

The current study is based on the phytochemical isolation and biological activity evaluation of Nepeta adenophyta Hedge. This plant species is traditionally used for abdominal pain, kidney pain, stomach problems, urine problems, and diarrhea and is examined to control bleeding. Five compounds were isolated using column chromatography over normal silica gel from the ethanolic crude extract of Nepeta adenophyta and their structures were characterized with the help of spectroscopic techniques. In addition, the crude extract was evaluated for its antioxidant and antidiabetic potential in a human hepatoma cell line HepG2 cells and the crude extract showed good activities. The phytochemical isolation studies and the biological activities are conducted for the first time on the study sample.

This article describes how nowadays, data is widely transmitted over the internet in the real time. Wherever the transmission or storage is required, security is needed. High speed processing hardware machine with reduced complexity are used for the security of the data, that are transmitted in real time. The information which is to be secure are encoded by pseudorandom key. Chaotic numbers are used in place of a pseudorandom key. The generated chaotic values are analogous in nature, these analog values are digitized to generate encryption key like 8-bit, 16-bit, 32-bit. To generate an 8-bit key, an 8-bit quantizer is required. The design of 8-bit quantizer requires 256 levels which needs lot of complex hardware to implement. In this article, an 8-bit quantizer is designed with reduced complexity, where hardware requirement is reduced by more than 12 times. Without compromising the randomness of the sequence generated. To increase the randomness and confusion timed hop random selection is used. The randomness of the sequence generated by the chaotic generators is analyzed by NIST test suite, to test for its randomness.

The whole plant material of Corydalis adiantifolia Hook.f. andamp; Thomson was investigated for biological activities e.g. antifungal, antibacterial, insecticidal, cytotoxic, anticancer and phytotoxic activities and preliminary phytochemical screening. The methanol extract and dichloromethane fraction of the plant species exhibited 5% inhibition each against the fungus Aspergillus flavus. The methanol extract and water and dichloromethane fractions exhibited non-significant antibacterial activity and they showed inhibition against Hela cell lines and insignificant insecticidal activity. To understand the bioactive profile of C. adiantifolia, phytochemical screening approach is considered effective. The samples including methanol extract and n-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and water fractions were subjected to qualitative phytochemical screening for the presence of various phytochemicals i.e. alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, diterprenes, triterpenoids, anthraquinones, anthranol glycosides, reducing sugars and phenols. The results exhibited the efficacy of methanol extract showing the presence of more phytochemicals in comparison to the fractions of C. adiantifolia. Moreover, as a result of phytochemical isolation, 8-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine (1), β-sitosterol (2) and β-sitosterol-β-D-glucoside (3) were isolated, purified, and characterized by spectroscopic methods. To the best of our knowledge, all this study was carried out for the first time on C. adiantifolia.

Two new bergenin derivatives, named rivebergenin A and B (1, and 2), together with two known compounds, bergenin (3) and norbergenin (4) were isolated from the stem of Rivea hypocrateriformis (Desr.) Choisy. The structures of the new compound have been assigned from (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra, DEPT, and by 2D COSY, HMQC, and HMBC experiments. Compounds 1-4 showed the strong antioxidant activity.

The title compound, erythrocentaurin, C10H8O3, is a furocoumarin which was isolated from Enicostema hyssopifolium. The crystal structure is stabilized by intra­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
