With the rapid development of the economic level, urban renewal has become a major project in urban construction nowadays. Among the urban renewal projects, the renovation of old neighborhoods is an important part. Most of the traditional renovations only consider the cost impact, ignoring the influence of residents’ wishes and environmental factors. Therefore, an intelligent preference model for retrofitting solutions becomes crucial. This study establishes a multi-objective optimization model for the renovation of old neighborhoods under the concept of urban regeneration, keeping in mind the theme of smart cities. The study innovatively solves by optimizing a genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal solution for the renovation of old neighborhoods. Through data analysis and model testing of the renovated old neighborhoods, the results show that the method has an error of 2.04d for the renovation duration, 0.89% for the cost and 0.43% for the quality score. The method significantly improves the efficiency of the search for excellence, while the study provides a reference path for the smart retrofitting of old neighborhoods.

抽象的 本文通過兩項實證性的研究，再談漢語分裂式「是」句及幾類相關結構的語義。研究發現(i)不同於Paul & Whitman (2008)、Cheng (2008)等分析，句首、句中「是」字句以及「是」字句和「是……的」結構在焦點標記方式和窮盡性的表達等分裂句相關語義屬性上具有一致性，因此應該進行統一化的處理。(ii)分裂式「是」字句的核心語義表達唯一性識別，其預設焦點候選項集合中有且只有一個唯一為真的候選項並斷言其自身表達的命題(prejacent)為真。「是」字句的窮盡性來自於預設和斷言共同作用下的語義推理，而對比性則來自於語篇在此基礎上的進一步限制作用。(iii)「是」字句同幾類相關結構（如斷言命題句，真值焦點句等等）具有共同的語義內核，即表達唯一性識別，而其區別則主要來自於各類句型中焦點成分屬性的不同。這樣的分析不但有助於更精確的語言事實描寫，也可以幫助我們更加系統化的理解漢語分裂句系統。

The discursive construction of institutional identity concerns how speakers, through their verbal conduct, perform actions as incumbents of particular institutional roles. This can be accomplished through the first-person plural pronoun, a salient marker of the ongoing displays, expressions, and constructions of institutional identity. Drawing on the Chinese premier's press conferences, this study investigates how politicians, journalists, and interpreters constitute their institutional identities through their use of the first-person plural pronoun (English we; Mandarin 我们 wǒmen). Relying on qualitative analysis and bivariate analysis, this study shows that Chinese journalists and interpreters tend to constitute their identities as aligned with the Chinese authority. This stands in contrast to patterns identified in independent press systems, in which journalists confront politicians, and interpreters serve as impartial facilitators. The findings illustrate the bounded fluidity of identities in political discourse and provide insight into the workings of the political communication system in an authoritarian context. Purpose: High levels of type I T cells are needed for tumor eradication. We evaluated whether the HER2-specific vaccine–primed T cells are readily expanded ex vivo to achieve levels needed for therapeutic infusion. Patients and Methods: Phase I/II nonrandomized trial of escalating doses of ex vivo–expanded HER2-specific T cells after in vivo priming with a multiple peptide–based HER2 intracellular domain (ICD) vaccine. Vaccines were given weekly for a total of three immunizations. Two weeks after the third vaccine, patients underwent leukapheresis for T-cell expansion, then received three escalating cell doses over 7- to 10-day intervals. Booster vaccines were administered after the T-cell infusions. The primary objective was safety. The secondary objectives included extent and persistence of HER2-specific T cells, development of epitope spreading, and clinical response. Patients received a CT scan prior to enrollment and 1 month after the last T-cell infusion. Results: Nineteen patients received T-cell infusions. Treatment was well tolerated. One month after the last T-cell infusion, 82% of patients had significantly augmented T cells to at least one of the immunizing epitopes and 81% of patients demonstrated enhanced intramolecular epitope spreading compared with baseline (P < 0.05). There were no complete responses, one partial response (6%), and eight patients with stable disease (47%), for a disease control rate of 53%. The median survival for those with progressive disease was 20.5 months and for responders (PR+SD) was 45.0 months. Conclusions: Adoptive transfer of HER2 vaccine–primed T cells was feasible, was associated with minimal toxicity, and resulted in an increased overall survival in responding patients.

Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common and aggressive primary brain tumor in adults. It is crucial to elucidate the mechanism underlying ferroptosis resistance in GBM. We used qRT-PCR to detect the level of DLEU1 and mRNAs of indicated genes, whereas protein levels were determined by Western blots. Fluorescence in situ hybridization assay (FISH) was applied to validate the sublocation of DLEU1 in GBM cells. Gene knockdown or overexpression was achieved by transient transfection. Ferroptosis markers were detected by indicated kits and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). RNA pull-down, RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP), chromatin immunoprecipitation (CHIP)-qPCR, and dual-luciferase assay were used to validate the direct interaction between indicated key molecules in the current study. We validated that the expression of DLEU1 was upregulated in GBM samples. DLEU1 knockdown exacerbated erastin-induced ferroptosis in LN229 and U251MG cells, as well as in the xenograft model. Mechanistically, we found that DLEU1 bound with ZFP36 and facilitated ZFP36 to degrade ATF3 mRNA, thus upregulating the expression of SLC7A11 to attenuate erastin-induced ferroptosis. Importantly, our results confirmed that cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) conferred ferroptosis resistance in GBM. The stimulation of CAF-conditioned medium enhanced the activation of HSF1, and HSF1 transcriptionally increased the level of DLEU1 to regulate erastin-induced ferroptosis. This study identified DLEU1 as an oncogenic lncRNA that epigenetically downregulates ATF3 expression via binding with ZFP36 to facilitate ferroptosis resistance in GBM. The upregulation of DLEU1 in GBM might be attributed to CAF-induced HSF1 activation. Our study might provide a research basis for understanding CAF-induced ferroptosis resistance in GBM.

Seed priming can alleviate the negative effects of drought stress. The present study focused on exploring the effects of seed priming, drought and their interaction on the germination characteristics of Corethrodendron multijugum. We attempted to standardise an appropriate priming method for C. multijugum seeds by comparing the effects of various priming methods and drought stress on seed germination and seedling establishment to provide theoretical basis and technical support for subsequent cultivation and production. The results indicated that seed priming, drought stress and their interaction significantly (P < 0.01) affected all seed germination parameters and seedling establishment parameters, and germination was significantly (P < 0.05) correlated with early seedling establishment under drought stress. Of the different priming agents used in this study, water, 0.5% KMnO4, 0.3% H2O2and 5% PEG-6000 significantly (P < 0.05) promoted seed germination and seedling establishment in C. multijugum. Among them, 0.5% KMnO4 was the most effective in alleviating the effects of drought stress on germination and early seedling establishment. Morphologically, the beneficial effects of priming can be attributed to increased seed germination, elongation and biomass accumulation of seedlings.

Background. Despite its ethical implications, physical restraint (PR) is widely used in the intensive care unit (ICU) to guarantee the safety of patients. This study investigated the frequency and risk factors of PR use for patients in the ICU to establish a predictive nomogram. Methods. Clinical parameters of patients admitted to the ICU of Jiangsu Province Hospital from January 2021 to July 2021 were retrospectively collected. Independent risk factors of PR were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses. The R software was used to establish the nomogram. Model performance was validated using the concordance-index (C-index) and calibration curves. Results. The rate of PR use was 46.32% (233/503 patients). Age (B = 0.036, odds ratio [OR]: 1.037, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.022–1.052, P < 0.001 ), consciousness disorder (B = 0.770, OR: 2.159, 95% CI: 1.216–3.832, P = 0.009 ), coma (B = −1.666, OR: 0.189, 95% CI: 0.101–0.353, P < 0.001 ), passive activity (B = 1.014, OR: 2.756, 95% CI: 1.644–4.618, P < 0.001 ), delirium (B = 0.993, OR: 2.699, 95% CI: 1.097–6.642, P = 0.031 ), −3 P = 0.042 ), RASS score ≥2 (B = 1.253, OR: 3.499, 95% CI: 1.126–10.875, P = 0.030 ), and mechanical ventilation (B = 1.696, OR: 5.455, 95% CI: 2.804–10.611, P < 0.001 ) were identified as independent risk factors for PR in the ICU ( P < 0.05 ) and included in the nomogram. The C-index was 0.830, and the calibration curve indicated good discriminatory ability and accuracy (mean absolute error: 0.026). Conclusion. The prediction nomogram model of PR in ICU was established based on age, mobility, delirium, consciousness, RASS score, and mechanical ventilation. It showed good discrimination and accuracy. This nomogram may predict the probability of PR use in the ICU and guide nurses in developing precise interventions to reduce the rate of PR.
