PURPOSE Pembrolizumab or nivolumab plus chemotherapy was approved as a first-line treatment for high programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1)–expressing esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) by the European Medicines Agency, whereas the US Food and Drug Administration approved this regimen regardless of PD-L1 expression. The superiority of programmed death-1 (PD-1) antibody plus chemotherapy over chemotherapy alone in patients with low PD-L1–expressing ESCC remains debatable. METHODS Post hoc analysis of the Chinese JUPITER-06 study focusing on efficacy stratified by PD-L1 tumor proportion score (TPS; using JS311 antibody) was conducted. Electronic databases were searched to identify eligible randomized controlled trials for meta-analysis. Study-level pooled analyses of hazard ratios (HRs) for overall survival and progression-free survival and odds ratios for objective response rate according to PD-L1 expression were performed. RESULTS The post hoc analysis of JUPITER-06 showed more prominent clinical benefit with PD-1 antibody plus chemotherapy than with chemotherapy alone in both the high and low PD-L1–expressing subgroups. Five randomized controlled trials were included in the meta-analysis, and two PD-L1 expression scoring criteria, TPS (≥ 1%/< 1%) and combined positive score (CPS, ≥ 10/< 10), were analyzed. Significant overall survival benefit by adding PD-1 antibody to chemotherapy was observed in both the TPS < 1% (HR, 0.74; 95% CI, 0.56 to 0.97) and CPS < 10 (HR, 0.77; 95% CI, 0.66 to 0.89) subgroups. Similarly, significantly prolonged progression-free survival was observed in both the TPS < 1% (HR, 0.66; 95% CI, 0.50 to 0.86) and CPS < 10 (HR, 0.63; 95% CI, 0.47 to 0.84) subgroups. In addition, the objective response rate of the TPS < 1% subgroup was significantly improved (odds ratio, 1.71; 95% CI, 1.27 to 2.29). In all high PD-L1–expressing subgroups, the pooled benefit of PD-1 antibody plus chemotherapy was significantly better than that of chemotherapy. CONCLUSION This study provided novel evidence supporting the superiority of PD-1 antibody plus chemotherapy to chemotherapy alone in patients with advanced ESCC with low PD-L1 expression. Further studies of predictive biomarkers are warranted.

PURPOSE Preclinical cancer models harboring CCNE1 amplification were more sensitive to adavosertib treatment, a WEE1 kinase inhibitor, than models without amplification. Thus, we conducted this phase II study to assess the antitumor activity of adavosertib in patients with CCNE1-amplified, advanced refractory solid tumors. PATIENTS AND METHODS Patients aged ≥ 18 years with measurable disease and refractory solid tumors harboring CCNE1 amplification, an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0-1, and adequate organ function were studied. Patients received 300 mg of adavosertib once daily on days 1 through 5 and 8 through 12 of a 21-day cycle. The trial followed Bayesian optimal phase II design. The primary end point was objective response rate (ORR). RESULTS Thirty patients were enrolled. The median follow-up duration was 9.9 months. Eight patients had partial responses (PRs), and three had stable disease (SD) ≥ 6 months, with an ORR of 27% (95% CI, 12 to 46), a SD ≥ 6 months/PR rate of 37% (95% CI, 20 to 56), a median progression-free survival duration of 4.1 months (95% CI, 1.8 to 6.4), and a median overall survival duration of 9.9 months (95% CI, 4.8 to 15). Fourteen patients with epithelial ovarian cancer showed an ORR of 36% (95% CI, 13 to 65) and SD ≥ 6 months/PR of 57% (95% CI, 29 to 82), a median progression-free survival duration of 6.3 months (95% CI, 2.4 to 10.2), and a median overall survival duration of 14.9 months (95% CI, 8.9 to 20.9). Common treatment-related toxicities were GI, hematologic toxicities, and fatigue. CONCLUSION Adavosertib monotherapy demonstrates a manageable toxicity profile and promising clinical activity in refractory solid tumors harboring CCNE1 amplification, especially in epithelial ovarian cancer. Further study of adavosertib, alone or in combination with other therapeutic agents, in CCNE1-amplified epithelial ovarian cancer is warranted.

Aspect-oriented Fine-grained Opinion Extraction (AFOE) aims to extract the aspect terms, corresponding opinion terms and sentiment polarity in a target sentence. Most previous methods treat AFOE as word-level or span-level task, which ignore the complementarity of these two tasks. To integrate the merits of word-level and span-level information, we construct an end-to-end Span-based Multi-Table Labeling (SpanMTL) framework. SpanMTL combines word-based and span-based table labeling to tackle AFOE task. Specifically, in the proposed model, we use two separate BiLSTMs to encode the information of aspect and opinion terms into a word-based 2D representation table. Based on the table, we construct span-based table with CNN by associating the word-pair representations. At last, we integrate the table label distributions of word- and span-based table labeling to generate a multi-table labeling. The proposed method improves the performances of OPE and OTE tasks by introducing span information especially on the data with lots of spans. We have conducted various experiments on AFOE datasets to validate our method. The experimental results show that our method outperforms other baselines when the sentences having lots of span information.

Based on density functional theory (DFT), a new silicon allotrope C2-Si is proposed in this work. The mechanical stability and dynamic stability of C2-Si are examined based on the elastic constants and phonon spectrum. According to the ratio of bulk modulus and shear modulus, C2-Si has ductility under ambient pressure; compared with Si64, Si96, I4 /mmm and h-Si6, C2-Si is less brittle. Within the Heyd-Scuseria-Ernzerhof (HSE06) hybrid functional, C2-Si is an indirect narrow band gap semiconductor, and the band gap of C2-Si is only 0.716 eV, which is approximately two-thirds of c-Si. The ratios of the maximum and minimum values of the Young’s modulus, shear modulus and Poisson’s ratio in their 3D spatial distributions for C2-Si are determined to characterize the anisotropy. In addition, the anisotropy in different crystal planes is also investigated via 2D representations of the Young’s modulus, shear modulus, and Poisson’s ratio. Among more than ten silicon allotropes, C2-Si has the strongest absorption ability for visible light.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder that affects nearly 1 in 3000 infants. Neurofibromin inactivation and NF1 gene mutations are involved in various aspects of neuronal function regulation, including neuronal development induction, electrophysiological activity elevation, growth factor expression, and neurotransmitter release. NF1 patients often exhibit a predisposition to tumor development, especially in the nervous system, resulting in the frequent occurrence of peripheral nerve sheath tumors and gliomas. Recent evidence suggests that nerves play a role in the development of multiple tumor types, prompting researchers to investigate the nerve as a vital component in and regulator of the initiation and progression of NF1-related nervous system tumors.In this review, we summarize existing evidence about the specific effects of NF1 mutation on neurons and emerging research on the role of nerves in neurological tumor development, promising a new set of selective and targeted therapies for NF1-related tumors.

Semiconductor heterojunction plays a pivotal role in photocatalysis. However, the construction of a heterojunction with a fine microstructure usually requires complex synthetic procedures. Herein, a pH-adjusted one-step method was employed to controllably synthesize Ag4V2O7/Ag3VO4 heterojunction with a well-tuned 0D/1D hierarchical structure for the first time. It is noteworthy that the ordered stacking of vanadium oxide tetrahedron $$(\rm{VO}_3^-)$$ ( V O 3 − ) guided by the pH value wisely realizes the in-situ growth of Ag4V2O7 nanoparticles on the surface of Ag3VO4 nanorods. Furthermore, comprehensive characterization and calculation decipher the electronic structures of Ag4V2O7 and Ag3VO4 and the formation of Z-scheme heterojunction, benefiting the visible light harvesting and carrier utilization. Such a new Ag4V2O7/Ag3VO4 heterojunction exhibits remarkable photocatalytic activity and excellent stability. Complete degradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) can be achieved in 10 min by the Ag4V2O7/Ag3VO4 heterojunction under visible light irradiation, demonstrating an outstanding reaction rate of 0.35 min−1 that is up to 84-fold higher than those of other silver vanadates. More importantly, this integration of synthesis technology and heterojunction design, based on the intrinsic crystal and electronic structures, could be inspiring for developing novel heterostructured materials with advanced performance.

Semaphorin 4A (Sema4A) is an immunoregulatory molecule that is closely related to the pathogenesis of some autoimmune diseases. However, the relationship between Sema4A and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) remains unknown. We therefore aimed to investigate the expression and clinical value of Sema4A in SLE patients.Patients with SLE, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and healthy controls (HC) were enrolled. The whole blood samples were collected from SLE (83), RA (29) and HC (85), and the expression of Sema4A on several types of leukocytes in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry. The serum samples were collected from SLE(77), RA (23) and HC (63), and the concentrations of soluble Sema4A in plasma were detected by ELISA. The diagnostic value of membrane-bound and soluble Sema4A in SLE patients was evaluated using a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.The concentration of soluble Sema4A was significantly higher in plasma from SLE patients compared to that from HC and RA patients. In SLE patients, the ratio of CD4+CD11c+ myeloid dendritic cells (mDCs) expressing Sema4A increased significantly, and the levels of soluble Sema4A and membrane-bound Sema4A were negatively correlated with the levels of C3 and C4, respectively. The same result was observed for membrane-bound Sema4A on CD4+CD11c+ mDCs cells. In addition, the level of soluble Sema4A negatively correlated with the concentration of hemoglobin (Hb). Importantly, the expression ratio of membrane-bound Sema4A on CD4+CD11c+ mDCs was positively correlated with systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI). Finally, we revealed that soluble and membrane- bound Sema4A had high sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of SLE, and had a greater ability to distinguish between SLE and RA.Sema4A has potential as a new diagnostic biomarker for SLE, and is promising for distinguishing between SLE and RA.

The purpose of this study was to establish a clinical prediction model for the differential diagnosis of pulmonary cystic echinococcosis (CE) and pulmonary abscess according to computed tomography (CT)-based radiomics signatures and clinical indicators. This is a retrospective single-centre study. A total of 117 patients, including 53 with pulmonary CE and 64 with pulmonary abscess, were included in our study and were randomly divided into a training set (n = 95) and validation set (n = 22). Radiomics features were extracted from CT images, a radiomics signature was constructed, and clinical indicators were evaluated to establish a clinical prediction model. Finally, a model combining imaging radiomics features and clinical indicators was constructed. The performance of the nomogram, radiomics signature and clinical prediction model was evaluated and validated with the training and test datasets, and then the three models were compared. The radiomics signature of this study was established by 25 features, and the radiomics nomogram was constructed by using clinical factors and the radiomics signature. Finally, the areas under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUCs) for the training set and test set were 0.970 and 0.983, respectively. Decision curve analysis showed that the radiologic nomogram was better than the clinical prediction model and individual radiologic characteristic model in differentiating pulmonary CE from pulmonary abscess. The radiological nomogram and models based on clinical factors and individual radiomics features can distinguish pulmonary CE from pulmonary abscess and will be of great help to clinical diagnoses in the future.

Aim. To compare the safety and efficacy of computed tomography (CT)-assisted three-dimensional guiding templates (3DGTs) and free-hand (FH) technique for posterior cervical pedicle screw fixation in cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) treatment. Methods. Thirty-five patients (216 screws) with CSM and developmental cervical stenosis were randomly divided into groups A (FH) and B (3DGTs). All patients underwent modified posterior surgery with cervical pedicle screw insertion (C1-7). Preoperative, postoperative, and intergroup comparisons of efficacy were evaluated using the visual analog scale (VAS), Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA), and Short Form 12 (SF-12) scores and JOA score improvement rate. Incidence of intra- and postoperative complications was analyzed. Postoperative cervical spine CT was performed to evaluate (i) the pedicle screws’ deviation angle from the optimal path (sagittal deviation, α; coronal deviation angle, β), screw insertion point’s deviation distance (d), and screw accuracy and (ii) the deviation angle and distance of screw entrance point of pedicle screws from the optimal channel. Results. All patients successfully completed the procedures. Groups A and B did not significantly differ in age, sex ratio, body mass index, operative time, or intraoperative blood loss amount. Postoperative VAS, JOA, and SF-12 scores improved in both groups. VAS, JOA, or SF-12 scores did not significantly differ between the 2 groups. The α, β, and d scores were lower in group B, but accuracy was higher in group B. Conclusions. 3DGTs and FH technique show comparable outcomes with respect to neurological improvement and safety.

Background: Whether 5% lidocaine-medicated plaster (LMP) is a valuable therapeutic option for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is worth exploring. If LMP is proven effective for TN, positive predictors of the analgesic effects of LMP warrant further investigation. Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of LMP for the treatment of TN, and to explore the predictive factors for the treatment efficacy of LMP. Methods: This is a retrospective and observational study. We analyzed the efficacy of LMP for the treatment of TN between March 2019 and January 2022. The follow-up time was approximately 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months after LMP treatment. The LMP response was considered the Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI) score of I to III and an improvement in BNI of at least I grade from pretreatment baseline. Univariable and multivariable logistic analyses were performed to identify the predictive factors for LMP response. Results: A total of 103 patients were included and analyzed in this study. LMP was effective in some TN patients, with an efficacy rate of 21.4%, 21.4%, 18.4%, and 16.5% after 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months of LMP treatment, respectively. The overall adverse event rate associated with LMP was 5.8%, and the reported adverse events were all skin reactions. Facial trigger points (odds ratio [OR] = 0.25, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.07-0.86, P = 0.03) and a lower BNI score (OR = 0.37, 95% CI = 0.07-0.87, P = 0.01) were identified as potential predictors for initial efficacy (2-week follow-up) of LMP treatment. Conclusions and Relevance: LMP has been shown to provide effective and sustained analgesia in some TN patients with minimal risk of systemic adverse reactions. Patients with facial trigger points and mild to moderate pain are more likely to benefit from LMP treatment. Our data suggest that LMP may be an effective treatment option for patients with the aforementioned characteristics of TN.

In order to solve the problem of heavy workload of landscape plant modeling, the lack of efficient auxiliary or automatic methods for establishing three-dimensional models for various landscape plants, and the general three-dimensional models of landscape plants which cannot reflect the natural growth of plants and the interaction between the environment, this paper proposes a method of three-dimensional simulation of landscape design based on image sensors. This method includes the construction of three-dimensional image simulation landscape feature analysis function and rationality judgment model, so as to provide theoretical support for landscape design. The experimental results show that the matching number and matching rate of landscape feature points obtained by the traditional deep evaluation method are lower than those obtained by the 3D image simulation method used in this paper, and the steps of image feature points matching are relatively simple. With the gradual expansion of the scope, the accuracy of the three-dimensional image simulation judgment method used in this paper is gradually improved, up to 89%, while the traditional method is always maintained at about 40%. Conclusion. The 3D simulation landscape design method based on image sensor has higher accuracy and wider application prospect.

Biliary decompression is well known to greatly decrease the risks of mortality in acute cholangitis (AC). Although early biliary drainage is recommended by the treatment guidelines for AC, the best time for performing this procedure is yet to be established. Furthermore, since the clinical outcomes of patients with severe AC vary dramatically, screening for patients that could benefit the most from early drainage would be more beneficial than the drainage performed based on the severity grade criteria.To investigate the optimal drainage timing for AC patients with each disease severity grade and organ dysfunction.In this retrospective monocenter cohort analysis, we reviewed 1305 patients who were diagnosed with AC according to the Tokyo guidelines 2018 at a Chinese tertiary hospital between July 2016 and December 2020. Demographic characteristics including age and sex, clinical and laboratory characteristics, and imaging findings of each patient were obtained from electronic medical records. We investigated the all-cause in-hospital mortality (IHM), hospital length of stay (LOS), and hospitalization costs associated with the timing of biliary drainage according to the severity grading and different dysfunctioning organs and predictors [age, white blood cell (WBC) count, total bilirubin, albumin, lactate, malignant obstruction, and Charlton comorbidity index (CCI)].Biliary drainage within 24 or 48 h in Grade III AC patients could dramatically decrease IHM (3.9%Biliary drainage within 12 h is beneficial for AC patients with neurological or cardiovascular dysfunction, while complete biliary decompression within 24 h of admission is recommended for treating patients with Grade III AC.

In order to deeply investigate the tensile properties and fracture behaviors that are obtained by tensile tests of welded joints, constitutive and damage models are imperative for analyzing the tensile behaviors. In this work, the tensile tests are conducted on the T-welded joint specimens of aluminum alloy 6061-T6, which were cut from the T-welded joints of thin-walled parts under different welding currents of Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIGW). A modified Johnson-Cook (J-C) model based on the original J-C equation, Swift model, Voce model, and Hockett-Sherby (H-S) model, their linear combination model, and fracture failure model are constructed and applied to simulate tensile behaviors, combined with tensile test data. What is more, the finite element (FE) simulation of tension tests is executed with the VUMAT and VUSDFLD subroutines. Compared to those results simulated with different fracture criteria and tensile experiments, the tensile strength and yield strength of T-welded joint thin-walled parts under different welding currents were achieved, and their best mean errors were only about 1%. Furthermore, the accuracy of different fracture criteria is also evaluated by the correlation coefficient and mean squared error. The results show that the combination model can accurately predict the tensile properties and fracture behaviors of T-welded joints better than the single model, especially the results simulated with the Swift-H-S model and H-S-Voce model, which are in good agreement with tensile test results, which will provide an analysis foundation for enhancing the welding assembly quality and preventing fracture failure for complex thin-walled antenna structures.

The characteristics of electric buses make it difficult to estimate the energy consumption and mean that they are prone to battery loss; as such, fuel bus scheduling methods are no longer fully applicable. In current studies, the influence of these factors is ignored. This paper proposes an electric bus scheduling optimization model based on energy consumption and battery loss. Firstly, the LSTM (long short-term memory) is used to estimate trip energy consumption. Subsequently, these results are combined with the optimization objectives of minimizing the fleet size and battery loss amount. Limitations on the buses’ number, travel time, battery safety thresholds, remaining charge, and total charge are also considered. By controlling the different battery charge and discharge thresholds to minimize battery losses, the goal of sustainability is achieved. NSGA-II (non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II) is used to solve the model. The corresponding scheduling and charging scheme are determined. Electric bus route A is taken to validate the predictions. The results show that the annual fleet battery loss value decreases as the fleet size increases. The company has the lowest annual operating cost when the battery charge and discharge thresholds are set to [25%, 85%]. Optimizing the scheduling and charging scheme for electric bus can effectively reduce the operating cost.

Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide (DOP), which serves as a prebiotic, exhibits a variety of biological activities, including hypoglycemic activities. However, the effects of DOP on diabetes prevention and its hypoglycemic mechanisms are still unclear. In this study, the effects of DOP treatment on the prediabetic mice model were studied and the mechanism was investigated. The results showed that 200 mg/kg/d of DOP reduced the relative risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) from prediabetes by 63.7%. Meanwhile, DOP decreased the level of LPS and inhibited the expression of TLR4 by regulating the composition of the gut microbiota, consequently relieving the inflammation and alleviating insulin resistance. In addition, DOP increased the abundance of SCFA (short chain fatty acid)-producing bacteria in the intestine, increased the levels of intestinal SCFAs, promoted the expression of short-chain fatty acid receptors FFAR2/FFAR3, and increased the secretion of the intestinal hormones GLP-1 and PYY, which helped to repair islet damage, suppress appetite, and improve insulin resistance. Our results suggested that DOP is a promising functional food supplement for the prevention of T2DM.

It is important to explore the effective approaches to prevent dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD). In this study, significantly decreased full-field electroretinograms wave amplitudes and disordered retina structures were detected in rat retinas of sodium iodate induced dry AMD model. Six a- and b-wave amplitudes and the antioxidant activities were significantly increased, and the outer nuclear layer thickness was significantly improved in the rat retinas treated with the combination of Lactobacillus fermentum NS9 (LF) and aronia anthocyanidin extract (AAE) compared with the model. The effects were much better than the treatment with AAE alone. The proteomics analysis showed the expressions of α-, β- and γ-crystallins were increased by 3–8 folds in AAE treated alone and by 6–11 folds in AAE + LF treatment compared with the model, which was further confirmed by immuno-blotting analysis. Analysis of gut microbial composition indicated that higher abundance of the genus Parasutterella and species P. excrementihominis was found in the AAE + LF treatment compared with the other groups. The results indicated that the combined treatment of AAE + LF is a potential way to prevent the retina degeneration which is significantly better than the AAE treated alone.

BackgroundWhile recent studies have separately explored mutational signatures and the tumor microenvironment (TME), there is limited research on the associations of both factors in a pan-cancer context.Materials and methodsWe performed a pan-cancer analysis of over 8,000 tumor samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) project. Machine learning methods were employed to systematically explore the relationship between mutational signatures and TME and develop a risk score based on TME-associated mutational signatures to predict patient survival outcomes. We also constructed an interaction model to explore how mutational signatures and TME interact and influence cancer prognosis.ResultsOur analysis revealed a varied association between mutational signatures and TME, with the Clock-like signature showing the most widespread influence. Risk scores based on mutational signatures mainly induced by Clock-like and AID/APOBEC activity exhibited strong pan-cancer survival stratification ability. We also propose a novel approach to predict transcriptome decomposed infiltration levels using genome-derived mutational signatures as an alternative approach for exploring TME cell types when transcriptome data are unavailable. Our comprehensive analysis revealed that certain mutational signatures and their interaction with immune cells significantly impact clinical outcomes in particular cancer types. For instance, T cell infiltration levels only served as a prognostic biomarker in melanoma patients with high ultraviolet radiation exposure, breast cancer patients with high homologous recombination deficiency signature, and lung adenocarcinoma patients with high tobacco-associated mutational signature.ConclusionOur study comprehensively explains the complex interplay between mutational signatures and immune infiltration in cancer. The results highlight the importance of considering both mutational signatures and immune phenotypes in cancer research and their significant implications for developing personalized cancer treatments and more effective immunotherapy.

Background Elderly patients infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) are at higher risk of severe clinical manifestation, extended hospitalization, and increased mortality. Those patients are more likely to experience persistent symptoms and exacerbate the condition of basic diseases with long COVID-19 syndrome. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying severe COVID-19 in the elderly patients remain unclear. Our study aims to investigate the function of the interaction between disease-characteristic genes and immune cell infiltration in patients with severe COVID-19 infection.Methods COVID-19 datasets (GSE164805 and GSE180594) and aging dataset (GSE69832) were obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. The combined different expression genes (DEGs) were subjected to Gene Ontology (GO) functional enrichment analysis, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway and Diseases Ontology (DO) functional enrichment analysis, Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA), machine learning, and immune cell infiltration analysis.Results GO and KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that the eight DEGs (IL23A, PTGER4, PLCB1, IL1B, CXCR1, C1QB, MX2, ALOX12) were mainly involved in inflammatory mediator regulation of TRP channels, coronavirus disease-COVID-19, and cytokine activity signaling pathways. Two-degree algorithm (LASSO and SVM-RFE) and correlation analysis showed that the seven DEGs upregulated the immune cells of macrophages M0/M1, memory B cells, gramma delta T cell, dendritic cell resting and master cell resisting.Conclusion Our study identified seven hallmark genes that can serve as disease-characteristic genes and target immune cells infiltrated in severe COVID-19 patients among the elderly population, which may contribute to the study of pathogenesis and the evaluation of diagnosis and prognosis in aging patients infected with severe COVID-19.

In this paper, we are concerned with adaptive stabilization for a wave equation subject to boundary control matched harmonic disturbance. We use the adaptive and Lyapunov approach to estimate unknown disturbance and construct an adaptive boundary feedback controller. By the semigroup theory and Lasalle‘s invariance theorem, the well-posedness and asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system is proved, respectively. At the same time, it is shown that the parameter estimates involved in the constructed controller converge to their own real values as time goes to infinity. Some numerical simulations are offered at the end of the paper to illustrate the effectiveness of theoretical results.
