A straightforward and efficient synthetic method of 2′-(dialkylamino)-1-alkyl-4′H-spiro[indoline-3,5′- oxazole]-2,4′-diones and 2-(dialkylamino)-5,6-dihydro-4H-naphtho[2,1-e][1,3]oxazin-4-one derivatives have been developed from α-hydroxy and β-carbonyl amides and various Vilsmeier salts. A wide range of heterocyclic compounds were obtained in excellent yields(up to 97%), which will provide promising candidates for chemical biology and drug discovery.

The radar cross section is an important parameter to characterize radar target characteristics. The fluctuation of the data represents the size and shape of the target. Target RCS depends not only on radar frequency and polarization mode but also on the attitude of target relative to radar. Taking a cruise missile as the research object and combining with FEKO software simulation platform. Set the corresponding working frequency, working wavelength, material parameters, geometric parameters, excitation, etc., and then define the plane wave, and then conduct mesh generation to generate the calculation model. This paper established an efficient RCS characteristic calculation based on the high-frequency approximation method. The influence of configuration materials and incident wave parameters on RCS characteristics of cruise missile was studied and some significant results were obtained.

In order to carry out the condition monitoring tasks in working process of gas turbine, a multi-channels data acquisition instrument was designed based on high-speed AD and FPGA, which can collect temperature, rotational speed and vibration signals in real time. The data is transmitted to PC through USB interface, then PC uses EEMD to analysis the vibration data and LabVIEW software to process and display data. At the same time the instrument has both on-line data processing module and storage module, and it can analyze data offline in special working environment. The instrument is characterized by good communication ability with host computer and strong anti-interference ability, so it can provide reliable state data for fault detection and analysis of gas turbine, and it is feasible and practical to carry out data acquisition and condition monitoring in a complex environment.

Novel Bronsted acid-surfactants with different alkyl chains were synthesized via a two-step process, and their surface properties were studied. The critical micelle concentration(cmc), surface tension at the cmc(γcmc), and ability of these compounds to lower the surface tension by 0.02 N/m(C20 and pC20) were investigated at 25 and 40 °C. The molecular architecture of the compounds strongly influenced these physicochemical parameters. The ability of these compounds to lower surface tension was found to be good. Etherification in microemulsions formed by these surfactants as well as dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid(DBSA) was performed; surfactants 3a and 3b were found to be much more efficient than DBSA.

Chiral organocatalysts of 4-adamantane amide based on L-proline with double hydrogen potential were synthesized and used in asymmetric aldol reactions. The reactions were evaluated in toluene under‒20 °C. A series of aldol products was obtained from moderate to good yields(up to 98%) with excellent diastereoselectivities(up to >99:1) and enantioselectivities(up to >99%). The aldol products in the system were separated by α-cyclodextrin via host-guest interaction and determined by chiral HPLC. The catalyst could be reused up to five times. The 4-substitution position played an important role in diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity.

A controllable heterocyclic construction method to obtain planar structures with multiple fluorescent colors and excellent fluorescence quantum yields., Nitrogen heterocycles are significant structural components for organic compounds and pharmaceuticals. A new class of photooxidation products of oxazolidines with seven-membered heterocycles were reported in our previous work. These photosynthesized molecules have great potential for attractive fluorescent materials due to their unusual conjugated structure and rigidity. However, the violent UV irradiation during synthesis results in many undesirable side-products, making the purification and scale-up of desirable products difficult. Herein, the desired N–O seven-membered heterocycles were quantitatively synthesized one-step thermo-oxidation using O /CH I, I or -iodosuccinimide (NIS) as an oxidant. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. During the thermal-oxidation process, intramolecular ionization generated a flexible –CH CH O group, which attacked the CC bond with the assistance of oxidants and subsequently led to the formation of the products. The formed seven-membered heterocycles exhibited remarkably enhanced fluorescence compared to the corresponding ring-open forms of oxazolidines, which possess more flexible conjugated substructures. In particular, the fluorescence quantum yields of some products reach 0.92 and 0.62 in the red emission region. Theoretical calculations suggest that the strong fluorescence originates from their unique structural rigidity and planarity and thus highly conjugated electron system. This work provides a new synthesis method for demanding medium-sized heterocycles with notably strong fluorescence. These new dyes have potential use as visible and fluorescent dual-mode colour inks, nucleophilic reagent response materials, and bio-label materials.

Emotion is an important part of human intelligence. The absence of emotion in agent leads to poor effectiveness and adaptability. In our work, an architecture of emotional agent is presented. The agent based on this architecture uses reinforcement learning to make decisions. But the reward of behavior algorithm derives from agent's emotion and external world. Experiment shows that the emotional agent has quicker study rate and its behavior is more adaptable.

Emotion is an important part of human intelligence. They can influence human behaviors and guide human to adapt to the environment. Integrating emotion into agent can enhance the authenticity and creditability of agent's behavior. This paper classifies emotion as cognitive emotion and reflex emotion. The generating mechanisms of these two emotions are analyzed. In order to model emotion in agent, a framework is proposed. In the framework, a production system is used to model cognitive emotion based on appraisal theory, and the reflex emotion is generated according to conditioned emotional response theory. At last, an experiment is given to evaluate the proposed framework.

Aiming at the practical problems of lacking testability knowledge and difficult in knowledge acquisition, it puts forward a knowledge acquisition method based on functional model. It analyzes fault mechanics from using test signal flow, builds models in fault space, guides testability design by FTA and FMEA, acquires fault symptom information by functional simulation, acquires testability knowledge by comprehensive analysis the results at last. The reliability of knowledge acquired by this method is very high, which has important meaning in improving the testability design level for products.
