In the past decade, people’s life is getting better and better, and the attention to sports competition is also increasing. In the current information age, sports and athletes’ data are very important, especially team football. In college, football coaches can use the data to analyze the situation of college football players and opposing players to better specify the corresponding tactics to win the game. However, at present, most of the data results need to be manually recorded and counted on the spot or after the game. In the process of statistics, Zhou Jing will inevitably have omissions and other problems. For this problem, a method based on space-time graph convolution. In the process, machine vision and motion recognition methods are combined, and the joint movements of different football players are extracted through the pose estimation method to obtain motion recognition results. To ented the methods on the KTH dataset. The results showed that the football motion recognition using the research method reached 98% on the dataset, which significantly improved the accuracy of nearly 5% over the existing state-of-the-art methods. At the same time, the accuracy rate of football movements was less than 5%. This means that the research method can effectively identify football sports, and can be widely used in other fields, and promote the development of human movement recognition in human-computer interaction and smart city and other fields.

Experiments and observations suggest that they contribute to terrestrial soil biodiversity and function, yet their ecological contribution to soil has never been assessed globally under natural conditions. Here we conducted the most comprehensive global standardized field study to quantify how soil mosses influence 8 ecosystem services associated with 24 soil biodiversity and functional attributes across wide environmental gradients from all continents. We found that soil mosses are associated with greater carbon sequestration, pool sizes for key nutrients and organic matter decomposition rates but a lower proportion of soil-borne plant pathogens than unvegetated soils. Mosses are especially important for supporting multiple ecosystem services where vascular-plant cover is low. Globally, soil mosses potentially support 6.43 Gt more carbon in the soil layer than do bare soils. The amount of soil carbon associated with mosses is up to six times the annual global carbon emissions from any altered land use globally. The largest positive contribution of mosses to soils occurs under a high cover of mat and turf mosses, in less-productive ecosystems and on sandy and salty soils. Accurate and reliable measurement of key biological parameters during penicillin fermentation is of great significance for improving penicillin production. In this research context, a new hybrid soft sensor model method based on RF-IHHO-LSTM (random forest-improved​ Harris hawks optimization-long short-term memory) is proposed for penicillin fermentation processes. Firstly, random forest (RF) is used for feature selection of the auxiliary variables for penicillin. Next, improvements are made for the Harris hawks optimization (HHO) algorithm, including using elite opposition-based learning strategy (EOBL) in initialization to enhance the population diversity, and using golden sine algorithm (Gold-SA) in the search strategy to make the algorithm accelerate convergence. Then the long short-term memory (LSTM) network is constructed to build a soft sensor model of penicillin fermentation processes. Finally, the hybrid soft sensor model is used to the Pensim platform in simulation experimental research. The simulation test results show that the established soft sensor model, with high accuracy of measurement and good effect, can meet the actual requirements of engineering.

Concrete compressive strength is a most important material performance index and can reflect the quality of a concrete material. An innovative test method is proposed for monitoring the development of concrete compressive strength during the full curing period using smart piezoelectric modules (SPMs). The proposed method overcomes shortcomings of traditional methods and can be used for non-destructive, real-time, continuous, in situ monitoring of concrete strength during the whole curing period. A series of experiments demonstrates the validity and effectiveness of the method using SPMs. The energy values of monitoring signals from SPMs is applied as a characteristic identification parameter for concrete compressive strength. The signal waveform and frequency suitable for monitoring concrete compressive strength are determined, and a standard test procedure using SPMs to monitor concrete compressive strength is defined. Finally, equations for correlating the signal energy ratio and compressive strength ratio of different grades of concrete (i.e., C30, C40 and C50) based on the SPM monitoring data are established. The compressive strength of concrete for the given curing age can be effectively predicted by the proposed method, and the established correlation equations can be applied to assess the concrete condition and strength in curing.

ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin-like motifs) family, a group of extracellular multifunctional enzymes, has been proven to play a pivotal role in the tumor. In pancreatic cancer, the role and mechanism of this family remain unclear. The present study aimed to figure out the hub gene of ADAMTSs and explore the exact roles in the prognosis and biological functions in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).We used several databases to analyze the ADAMTS family and then screen out the hub genes. The expression of ADAMTS12 in 106 pairs of PDAC tumors and adjacent normal tissues was examined by immunohistochemistry, and its correlations with clinical parameters were further analyzed. The impacts of ADAMTS12 on the migration of PDAC cells were predicted by gene set enrichment analysis and confirmed by transwell assays. The potential impacts of ADAMTS12 on the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) were identified by database analysis and experimental proof of real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and Western blotting.Our study found that ADAMTS12 was a crucial gene in PDAC, and it was highly expressed in tumor tissues when compared to that in the adjacent tissues. ADATMS12 had predictive value of a poor prognosis for PDAC. The elevation of ADAMTS12 was parallel to the progression of PDAC. Inhibition of ADAMTS12 suppressed the migration of PDAC cells and interfered with the process of EMT.ADAMTS12 is a crucial member of ADAMTSs in PDAC and a predictor of poor prognosis. Additionally, based on its impacts on migration and metastasis in PDAC and the relationship with EMT, ADAMTS12 plays a role of an oncogene in PDAC and may be a promising target for treatment.

The compression time was measured by decompressing the device for 30 min, and thereafter, every 10 min after the procedure until complete hemostasis was achieved.Results: Technical success was achieved for all TRA procedures. None of the patients experienced major TRA-related adverse events. Minor adverse events occurred in 7.5% of the patients. The mean compression time was 31.8 ± 5.0 min. Factors that may impact hemostasis were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analyses, and a platelet count < 100× 109 /L (p = 0.016, odds ratio = 3.942) was found to be an independent factor that could predict the failure to achieve hemostasis within 30 min. For patients with a platelet count < 100× 109 /L, the compression time required to achieve hemostasis was 60 min. For patients with a platelet count ≥ 100× 109 /L, the compression time required to achieve hemostasis was 40 min.Conclusion: To achieve hemostasis in patients with HCC treated with TRA-TACE, compression for 60 min is sufficient for those with a platelet count < 100× 109 /L, and compression for 40 min is sufficient for those with a platelet count ≥ 100× 109 /L.Keywords: hepatocellular carcinoma, transarterial chemoembolization, transradial access, hemostasis

Objective: Sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pain is a common cause of chronic low back pain. Full-endoscopic rhizotomy of lateral branches of dorsal rami innervating SIJ is a potential option for patients’ refractory to medical treatment. The full-endoscopic rhizotomy is sometimes challenging under fluoroscopic guidance. This study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the navigation-assisted full-endoscopic rhizotomy for SIJ pain.Methods: The study was a retrospective match-paired study that enrolled consecutive patients undergoing navigation-assisted full-endoscopic rhizotomy for SIJ pain. The patient demographics, clinical outcomes, and operative parameters of endoscopic rhizotomy were compared with conventional cooled radiofrequency ablation (RFA) treatment.Results: The study enrolled 72 patients, including 36 patients in the endoscopic group. Thirty-six patients in the cooled RFA group were matched by age as the control. The follow-up time was at least 1 year. Patient characteristics were similar between the groups. The navigation-assisted endoscopic rhizotomy operation time was significantly longer than the cooled RFA. The visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) significantly decreased after each treatment. However, the between-group comparison revealed that the VAS and ODI of the patients after endoscopic rhizotomy were significantly lower than those after the cooled RFA group. There were no postoperative complications in the study.Conclusion: Navigation-assisted full-endoscopic rhizotomy is an alternative to SIJ pain treatment. Integrating intraoperative navigation can ensure accurate full-endoscopic rhizotomy to provide better durability of pain relief than the cooled RFA.
