All these patients met the four diagnostic criteria for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) of the American College of Rheumatology revised in 1997. The pathological diagnostic criteria of LN were in accordance with the pathological LN classification revised by the International Society of Nephrology and the Society of Kidney Pathology in 2003. The patients were scored according to the improved SLE Disease Activity Index 2000 (SLEDAI-2K), and their basic data, clinical data, laboratory data, and pathological data were collected.Results: Among the 202 patients, the ratio of male to female was 1:5.73, and type IV was the most common pathological LN classification. There were differences in the urine analysis, hypertension incidence, blood cell analysis, blood lipids, renal function, plasma albumin, immunological indexes, renal pathological score among the different pathological types (P < 0.05). In the early finding of renal function damage of the patients, cystatin C sensitivity was significantly higher than that of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen. Multiple linear regression analysis show that there are strong correlations between AI and SLEDAI, 24hU-Pr, serum C3, serum ALB, BUN, creatinine, UA and PLT (P < 0.001); and there are correlations between AI and serum IgM, IgA, C4, TC and LDL-C (P < 0.05).Conclusion: There is a clear correlation between pathological classifications and clinical indexes of LN.Trial Registration: Shen-PJ-2018-40, Study on Clinical and Molecular Mechanism of SLE.Keywords: lupus nephritis, kidney pathology, clinical indexes

Although acute promyelocytic leukaemia (APL) is a highly curable disease, challenges of early death (ED) and relapse still exist, and real-world data are scarce in the ATRA plus ATO era. A total of 1105 APL patients from 1990 to 2020 were enrolled and categorized into three treatment periods, namely ATRA, ATRA plus ATO, and risk-adapted therapy. The early death (ED) rate was 20.2%, 10.1%, and 7.0%, respectively, in three periods, while there was no significant decline in the 7-day death rate. Consistently, the overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) of APL patients markedly improved over time. The present paper contributes to the development of the mathematical theory of epistemic updates using the tools of duality theory. Here we focus on Probabilistic Dynamic Epistemic Logic (PDEL). We dually characterize the product update construction of PDEL-models as a certain construction transforming the complex algebras associated with the given model into the complex algebra associated with the updated model. Thanks to this construction, an interpretation of the language of PDEL can be defined on algebraic models based on Heyting algebras. This justifies our proposal for the axiomatization of the intuitionistic counterpart of PDEL, of which prove soundness and completeness with respect to algebraic probabilistic epistemic models., Comment: Final version of the paper

Ag/graphene(Ag/GN) nanocomposites with different Ag contents (0 wt%, 30 wt%, 46 wt%, 56 wt%, 63 wt%) were prepared based on graphene oxide (GO) and AgNO3 by a chemical reduction method. The effects of Ag content on the morphology and the microstructure of Ag/GN nanocomposite were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and Raman spectroscopy. The results indicate that GO and silver ions in reaction solution have been reduced to Ag/graphene nanocomposites. The obtained GN nanosheet is piled up by 3∼4 carbon atom layers, and Ag nanoparticles are deposited on the surface of GN. The intercalation of Ag nanoparticles prevents the aggregation of graphene effectively, resulting in large specific surface area. The size and the distribution of Ag nanoparticles are related to Ag content. When Ag content is low, Ag nanoparticles with sizes of 25∼50 nm are well dispersed and deposited on GN nanosheets uniformly. However, high Ag content (more than 46%) causes the agglomeration of Ag nanoparticles. Additionally, Ag nanoparticles enhance surface-Raman effect of graphene.

Epistemic propositional dynamic logic (EPDL) is a combination of epistemic logic and propositional dynamic logic. The properties, perfect recall and no miracles, capture the interactions between actions and knowledge. In this paper, we present a tableau-based decision procedure for deciding satisfiability of single-agent EPDL with perfect recall and no miracles. We prove the soundness and completeness of the tableau procedure with respect to models with perfect recall and no miracles.

The wavelength dependence of ultrafast relaxation dynamics of photoexcited carriers in bulk GaAs is studied using femtosecond time-resolved pump-probe transmission spectroscopy under the same photoexcited carrier concentration and the ratio of pump to probe in intensity. Negative and oscillating time-delayed signals are observed at central wavelengths of 760 nm and 780 nm and judged to be incorrect physically by comparson with a simulated computation result. It is found by waveform analysis that they are caused by the phase reversal of the output waveforms from a photodetector, while the phase reversal originates from a long lifetime absorption process existing in GaAs sample. It is pointed out that the phase reversal of the waveform can be corrected by raising the ratio of pump to probe in intensity at the photodetector, so that right transient traces can be obtained. However, raising the ratio is incompatible with the viewpoint that the scattered contribution to the photodetector from pump light should be filtered as much as possible. This result has an important reference value for the acquisition of correct ultrafast dynamics using time-resolved pump-probe spectroscopy.

Many infrared optical systems usually adopt catoptric systems. Because that the system does not have chromatism and restriction of the working wave. But the coma and astigmatism of off-axis point is large, so the field of view that we can use is restricted. In the needs of infrared early warning system for sea-based, a large field of catadioptric infrared optical system is designed. The optical system breaks the limitation of traditional reflective optical system with small field of view. The system adopts two methods to expand the field of view. One is adding the calibration group before the reflecting system .The other one is that the primary and secondary reflective mirror system are used of Mangin mirror. So the optical system avoids any high-order aspheric surface .In order to match the cold aperture exactly, lens group is inserted after the first image plane. The system's field can reach 8 degree, and the ratio of obscuration is less than 0.4, and also optical transfer function achieves diffraction limit.

In dynamic epistemic logic, actions are described using action models. In this paper we introduce a framework for studying learnability of action models from observations. We present first results concerning propositional action models. First we check two basic learnability criteria: finite identifiability (conclusively inferring the appropriate action model in finite time) and identifiability in the limit (inconclusive convergence to the right action model). We show that deterministic actions are finitely identifiable, while non-deterministic actions require more learning power—they are identifiable in the limit.We then move on to a particular learning method, which proceeds via restriction of a space of events within a learning-specific action model. This way of learning closely resembles the well-known update method from dynamic epistemic logic. We introduce several different learning methods suited for finite identifiability of particular types of deterministic actions.
