Based on the reverse austenite transformation process of cold rolled low carbon steel and the deformation energy storage, the mathematical model of phase transformation temperature and structure transformation of austenite reverse transformation was established by using Scheil transformation kinetics. The different heating temperature of austenite and deformation amount of the austenite reverse transformation structure are numerically simulated. The inverse transformation process of austenite was calculated by Matlab, the calculation results show that the austenite transformation temperature AS increases with the increase of heating rate and comes to a constant value. The influence of deformation on AS decreases with the increase of heating rate.Austenite grain size and the temperature is approximately exponential. The accuracy of the model was verified by experimental analysis of the microstructure under different process conditions.

The spatial and temporal variability of Chlorophyll-a concentration (CHL) and sea surface temperature (SST) in the Yellow Sea (YS) were examined using Empirical Orthogonal Function (EOF) analysis, which was based on the monthly, cloud-free Data INterpolating Empirical Orthogonal Function (DINEOF) reconstruction datasets for 2003–2015. The variability and oscillation periods on an inter-annual timescale were also confirmed using the Morlet wavelet transform and wavelet coherence analyses. At a seasonal time scale, the CHL EOF1 mode was dominated by a seasonal cycle of a spring and a fall bloom, with a spatial distribution that was modified by the strong mixing of the water column of the Yellow Sea Cold Warm Mass (YSCWM) that facilitated nutrient delivery from the ocean bottom. The EOF2 mode was likely associated with a winter bloom in the southern region, where it was affected by the Yellow Sea Warm Current (YSWC) that moved from southeast to north in winter. The SST EOF1 explained 99 % of the variance in total variabilities, which was dominated by an obvious seasonal cycle (in response to net surface heat flux) that was inversely proportional to the water depth. At the inter-annual scale, the wavelet power spectrum and global power spectrum of CHL and SST showed significant similar periods of variations. The dominant periods for both spectra were 2–4 years during 2003–2015. A significant negative cross-correlation existed between CHL and SST, with the largest correlation coefficient at time lags of 4 months. The wavelet coherence further identified a negative relationship that was significant statistically between CHL and SST during 2008–2015, with periods of 1.5–3 years. These results provided insight into how CHL might vary with SST in the future.

Three patients' medical history, clinical manifestation, imaging characteristic, therapy and prognosis of calvaria metastasis from follicular thyroid carcinoma (FTC) in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by reviewing medical literature. In case one, the tumor in frontal bone and fossa orbital was total resected, no further treatment was performed, the patient gave up on therapy and died of extensive metastasis at 22 months after the initial operation. In case two, the tumor in parietal and occipital bone was total resected, the subtotal resection of bilateral thyroid gland and isthmus was performed and combined with therapy of Levothyroxine and (131)I radio-iodine therapy, no evidence of tumor recurrence at 30 months after the primary operation. In case three, the tumor in occipital bone was gross total resected, total resection of bilateral thyroid gland and clearance of lymph node was performed after two months, adjunctive therapy with Levothyroxine, (131)I radio-iodine and skull radiotherapy, no evidence of tumor recurrence at 21 months after the primary operation. Correct diagnosis of calvaria metastasis from FTC preoperative is difficult because it's rarity, patients can survive for years after synthetic therapy including total resection of metastatic tumor, radical operation of thyroid carcinoma, adjunctive therapy of Levothyroxine, (131)I radio-iodine and skull radiotherapy.

An electrochemical equation suitable for examining the interaction of irreversible redox compounds with DNA is established. According to the equation, diffusion coefficients of both free and binding compounds (Df , Db), binding constant (K) and binding site size (s) of compounds with DNA could be obtained simultaneously by nonlinear fit analysis of electrochemical data. Bis-benzimidazole derivative (Hoechst 33258), as an irreversible redox compound, was investigated for its electrochemical behavior and the interaction with natural fish sperm DNA (fsDNA) using cyclic voltammetry, chronocoulometry, bulk electrolysis and scanning electrochemical microscope technique. A nonlinear fit analysis of the experimental data yielded: Df=8.3×10−5 cm2 s−1, Db=6.0×10−6 cm2 s−1, K=2.1×108 cm3 mol−1, s=3.9. The overall results suggest that Hoechst 33258 binds tightly to the minor groove of fsDNA and covers four base pairs.

Economic development around the Daya Bay, China has profoundly affected the marine environment in the bay area in recent years, particularly since the operation of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station (DNPS) in 1994. This study analyzed the changes of water temperature and harmful algal blooms (HABs) for two periods: 1983-1993 and 1994-2004, using in situ and satellite data. Results showed that yearly mean surface water temperature (SWT) and Chl-a concentration (Chl-a) increased by 1.1 ℃ and 1.9 mg/m3, respectively, after 1994. The monthly occurrence of HAB was found to have increased also. HABs appeared only in spring and autumn before 1994, but occurred all the year round after 1994. SWT, Chl-a and HABs all increased significantly in May. Those changes were associated with environmental changes in this area, such as thermal discharge from the DNPS and enhancement of eutrophication from human activities around the Daya Bay.
