A novel complex [Cu(NnpPy)2(HlTCB)(H1O)]·2H2O (NITpPy = 2-(pyrid-4′-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1, 3-dioxoimidazoline; H2TCB = 1, 5-dicarboxybenzene carboxylic-2, 4-diacid) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography analysis. The crystal structure consists of infinite chains of Cu-(NITpPy)2(H2O) units linked by H2TCB ligands. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system with space group PI. Crystal data: a = 1.0594(2) nm, b = 1.3830(3) nm, c = 1.5551(3) nm, a = 67.75(3)°, β = 89.83(3)°, γ = 70.54(3)°. The variable magnetic susceptibility studies lead to magnetic coupling constant values of J1= −11.18 cm-1 (Cu—Rad) and J2 = −4.06 cm−1 (Cu—Cu).

AIM: To investigate the effects of bovine pituitary extract on the proliferation of keratocytes and maintaining the keratocyte phenotype in vitro.METHODS: Single keratocytes were isolated by enzyme digestion for in vitro culture. Three groups were designed according to the different culture media:a bovine pituitary extract (BPE) group, a fetal bovine serum (FBS) group and the control group. The phenotypes and proliferation of cultured cells were evaluated by morphology, immunofluorescent staining and mRNA expression of CD34, Lumican, VSX1, α-SMA and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). In the BPE group, cells underwent serial subcultivation, and their phenotypes were identified by immunofluorescent staining. To analyze the proliferation of keratocytesin differentconcentrations of BPE, six differentconcentrations were designed to ascertain the most appropriate amount.RESULTS: In the BPE group, the cells spread out and presented dendritic morphology, and their dendrites connected to one another to form networks. On the third passage, most cells maintained their phenotype. In the FBS group, the cells exhibited a dendritic appearance in early cultured stages, but their morphology subsequently changed into a fibroblast-like shape. The number of dendritic cells in BPE group was more than FBS and control groups. Immunofluorescent staining and real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) confirmed that few keratocytes underwent fibroblastic transformation in the BPE and control groups, and that proliferation was higher in the BPE group than in the control group. Although the proliferation was higher in the FBS group, many keratocytes underwent fibroblastic transformation.Theanalysis of cell morphology and mRNA expressions of CD34, PCNA and VSX1 in six group showed that different concentrations of BPE affected the proliferation obviously but didn’t affect the keratocyte phenotype, and the concentration of 40μg/mL was the most appropriate one.CONCLUSION: BPE can improve the proliferation of keratocytes and maintain their phenotype in vitro. Many keratocytes can be harvested rapidly and provide seeds for the construction of corneal stroma.

The network group purchasing has become the fastest growing business model today. But with its rapid growth there appears the low customer satisfaction which will lead to the dilemma of this new business model. In this paper, the empirical Study is performed on the influence factors to customer satisfaction of the network group purchasing from three factors, which are system, Web site, and business. Nine hypotheses are put forward and research model is established. Then it uses the questionnaire survy method to verify and modify this model. At the end of the paper, from customers, merchants, website point of view, it puts forward several proposals to improve customer satisfaction. The study will provide reference for group purchasing Web site to enhance trust, build loyalty and won the customer lifetime value.

This article analyses the calculation problems concerning mean square error of side length, mean square error of starting point and triangle figure condition which will affect comprehensively error of intersection point, especially linear intersection minor angle triangle's intersection angle between 150°∼180° intersection point's error optimization and the optimum solution of point transfer coordinate. According to the conclusion that intersection angle's error is smallest at 90° intersection point, the author puts forward a method, namely, increase point transfer, and study point transfer and the first optimization of the known linear two points as well as point transfer and the second optimization of the known point with intersection point, and reaches the highest intersection point. In this way, the author infers the calculation mathematical model of optimum solution of intersection point coordinate and its position error. By analogue, it indicates that the accuracy improves remarkable if intersection angle is bigger than 150° intersection point's accuracy, the error decreases from 26.422mm to 1.778mm, and the accuracy is very steady and seldom changes. We can even come to the conclusion that the closer intersection angle approaches 180°, the higher the accuracy of intersection point is.

Product definition is a process of understanding and translating customer needs into product specifications. In mass customization, this process involves tedious elaboration enacted between customers and engineers, which results in low response and high cost. A method with learning capability and inference mechanism is imperative. Neural network, manifesting its strength in learning, knowledge storing and parallel handling, is adopted in this research to facilitate product definition in mass customization. Elevator definition is selected as the study subject. The customer needs (CNs) and functional requirements (FRs) of elevators are analyzed. Back-propagation neural networks are constructed to learn the mappings from CNs to FRs. Then trained neural networks can be used to project customer voice to specific product specifications.

Mass customization (MC), as a competitive strategy, has been becoming increasingly important especially in manufacturing industry. In order to keep the company being a winner in the nowadays drastically competitive market, manufacturing processes of MC should be kept sustaining improvement. To this end, the processes that are currently most problematic and have biggest negative impact on the MC manufacturing, which are named as bottleneck processes of MC that are different from those of traditional mass production, should be first identified before improving them. In this paper, a method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is presented to identify the bottleneck process. The evaluation criteria are set up according to MC's characteristic, and some strategies for improvement are proposed. A case study about elevator manufacturing is provided.
