The article deals with the problem of using artificial intelligence (AI) in the construction sector, since these systems are not being actively implemented, though AI capabilities can significantly simplify the entire process of erecting buildings and structures, including the development of improved business plans, adjusting the progress of the project directly on the construction site, making suggestions for management decisions in case of deviations from schedules and logistics plans. The experience of Chinese and domestic construction organizations in this area has been studied. A scheme for the implementation of an artificial intelligence system in construction production has been developed, the necessary resources for the development of machine learning in this area have been analyzed. It is concluded that for correct decision-making it is necessary to apply the principles of discrete mathematics, in particular, the distribution of expert assessments accepted as linguistic variables on the Harrington desirability scale with the construction of the membership function.

The co-authors have proven that the analysis of values of obsolescence indicators applicable to buildings and other facilities in the urban environment allows to make resource-saving decisions in terms of their integrated renovation.At the same time, the need to develop a methodology for evaluating the functional obsolescence of a residential building is also substantiated, as it is the most important component of the concept of comfort of a residential building. A brief analysis of the concepts of “comfort” and “accessibility” in relation to residential buildings is performed. The characteristic of comfort is proposed to be defined using the consolidated indicator of functional obsolescence and physical deterioration of a building. A specific mathematical formula for calculating the parameters of comfort is provided, depending on the consolidated characteristics of indicators of physical deterioration and obsolescence of a building.The proposed analysis of principal obsolescence evaluation methods, applicable to residential buildings, allows toidentify the main weaknesses of currently used methods.As a methodological approach to evaluating the obsolescence of a residential building, a systematic approach is proposed that allows a comprehensive, structural and quantitative assessment of obsolescence indicators through the use of mathematical methods, including the method of expert assessments and a modified verbal-numerical scale, initially developed by Harrington.A systematic hierarchical relationship between general and specific indicators of obsolescence of a building is identified. A systematic approach is employed to develop a procedure for identifying the integral obsolescence of a building with regard taken of the hierarchical relationship between its specific and general indicators.Pie and bar charts are used to analyze alternative building obsolescence evaluation methodologies. A detailed description of the proposed option is provided in the form of specific examples. Acknowledgement. Currently, one of the important tools for socio-economic development and successful positioning of the Altai Territory is the formation and effective promotion of its image. The study of expert views and analysis of the opinions of a number of respondents allow us to conclude that the image that has developed in the minds of consumers, the associations and sensations that arise in the process of real or virtual communication, for example, with territorial affiliation, industry, and specific products and services produced in the region, allow us to identify its among many other regions. The study showed that it is necessary to purposefully create vibrant regional brands that contribute to the formation of a positive image of the territory. This process requires the systematic work of authorities with the involvement of marketers, economists, specialists in the field of management, advertising, public relations, representatives of the business community, and others with authority and professional knowledge in various fields of experts, as well as the media and the active population.

Energy consumption analysis by regions of the world for the period from 2005 to 2019 showed that the growth of energy consumption is only increasing every year and requires certain energy-efficient measures. The largest energy consumption is in the construction sector, namely in residential buildings, which is associated with the large cities urbanization. Energy consumption depends not only on the energy efficiency of the temperature and lighting control systems, but also on the efficiency of the buildings in which they operate. Based on this, the housing stock of the city of Voronezh, which was conditionally divided into “old apartment buildings” and “new apartment buildings” (depending on the building period) was considered. Multi-apartment buildings were considered, taking into account various characteristics in order to identify the actual characteristics that affect energy consumption. Based on the data obtained, a statistical analysis of energy consumption in old apartment buildings and new ones, respectively, was carried out. On the basis of the research an algorithm was proposed for the energy-efficient measures introduction when planning major repairs in apartment buildings (AB) using a weighted directed acyclic graph.

The bottled drinking water exposed by the radiation mobile phone was used for watering of wheat grains. The number of shoots increased considerably and they were better developed. The polyethylene film shielded and exposed water influenced on the number of shoots and their growth negatively.
