- Abstract
Amurang Bay is a coastal area of South Minahasa Regency which is densely populated but faces the subduction zone of North Sulawesi which has the potential to generate earthquakes that trigger a tsunami. The process of the tsunami disaster occurred quickly, but the impact was very destructive and caused many casualties. This study aims to determine the propagation of tsunami waves with the worst scenario Mw 8.5 in Amurang Bay. Numerical methods in COMCOT software are used to model the propagation of tsunami waves in order to obtain an estimate of arrival time and maximum height of tsunami waves. Based on this modeling, the estimated arrival time of tsunami waves at the virtual tide gauge point in Amurang Bay is in the range of 8–11 minutes. The maximum height of tsunami waves is included in the alert category, which is 9.55 meters to 11.44 meters. The fastest estimated arrival time was recorded in Amurang Barat District and maximum height of tsunami waves was found in Tumpaan District. The results of this modeling can be used as one of the steps for mitigating tsunami disaster by preparing the surrounding community and assisting the evacuation process when a tsunami disaster occurs.

General Medicine - Abstract
Portable perimetric testing could be useful for community-based glaucoma screening programs. Frequency doubling technology (FDT) and the Moorfields motion displacement test (MDT) are portable perimeters which have shown promise as potential screening tools for glaucoma. This study's goal was to determine the diagnostic accuracy of FDT and MDT for visual field defects and glaucoma.Prospective, cross-sectional, diagnostic accuracy study.A consecutive series of patients aged ≥50 years who presented to a glaucoma clinic in South India and had never undergone Humphrey field analyzer (HFA) visual field testing in the past.Participants underwent 24-2 SITA Standard HFA perimetry, FDT perimetry, MDT perimetry, and iPad perimetry using visualFields Easy in random order. Ophthalmologist grades of HFA and optic nerve head photographs were used as the reference standards for glaucoma and field defect presence. Receiver operating characteristic curves were constructed to assess diagnostic accuracy of various parameters for each test.Sensitivity, specificity, area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUROC) RESULTS: 292 eyes from 173 participants were included, with 112 eyes classified as moderate or worse glaucoma. For moderate or worse glaucoma detection, the best parameter on FDT was mean deviation (MD) (AUROC 0.84, 95% CI 0.79 to 0.89), and the best parameter on MDT was global probability of true damage (GPTD) (AUROC 0.87, 95% CI 0.82 to 0.91). When specificity was set to 90%, the sensitivity for detection of moderate or worse glaucoma was 55% (95% CI 39 to 68%) for FDT MD and 62% (95% CI 52 to 71%) for MDT GPTD.FDT and MDT perimetry had fair diagnostic accuracy for glaucoma detection when administered to naïve test-takers in this South Indian population. Although not appropriate for use as a sole glaucoma screening test, these perimetric tests may be useful as ancillary tests.

Cultural Studies ,Linguistics and Language ,Communication - Abstract
Building a society with high moral and values is imperative in Islamic teachings. As media technologies have changed the ways of human communication and offered new platforms for media content, it provides many opportunities to produce Islamic entertainment programmes that suit with the nature of various medium. Producing Islamic media content could play a unifying role for representing Muslims’ diverse cultures as well as avoiding a negative picture of Islam. Ideally, Muslim culture is derived from the cultural and communication heritage. Islamic entertainment and values are rich in terms of virtues and can be transformed into various genres of media products including films. This article will examine the debate of the Islamic entertainment particularly by examining al-Ghazali’s views of al-sama’ (‘entertainment’) and subsequently contextualizing it to the Malaysian Islamic ambiences. Using narrative analysis, two popular melodramas (films) will be examined to manifest the process of transforming Islamic values into entertainment programmes. It is argued that the representation of values is considered essential in Islamic communication perspective. It encompasses social, religious and cultural foundations. Muslims must actively participate in producing media content so that it will strengthen both the form and content for communicating Islamic values across the world. Unity, brotherhood, equality, love and tolerance are part of the key formulas to ensure a better process of disseminating good connotations of Islam via media.

Sabah is surrounded by three main seas: the Sulawesi Sea, Sulu Sea and South China Sea (LCS). The LCS is in the west coast waters of Sabah, which is known as one of the 12 mega-biodiversity sites in the world. The geostrategic and the richness of this marine treasure is an attraction that makes the west coast waters of Sabah vulnerable to the invasion of foreign fishermen. Sabah Fisheries Department has reported that there are currently 36 endangered marine species including sharks and stingrays. One of thereasons resulting to the marine species endangerment is the encroachment by foreign fishermen. In addition to creating resource competition with local fishermen in the west coast of Sabah, the foreign fishermen exploit marine resources with destructive and non-selective trawling methods in fishing. This affects the marine ecosystem in the long run. Therefore, one of the objectives of this article is explaining the factors of the encroachment of foreign fishing vessels on the west coast waters of Sabah. This study employed a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with informants that consist of 12 maritime enforcement officers and 30 local fishermen who are actively engaged in fishing activities, and conducting a focus group interview with Pasir Putih coastal fishermen. In addition, secondary data were also used to strengthen the empirical data presented in this article. The findings show that the encroachment by foreign fishermen is due to countries (such as Vietnam) that have experienced fisheries and operational exploitation such as using fake licences to reduce their risk of being caught. This further encourages them to dare to invade on waters that still have sufficient resources to meet their local supply. The lack of maritime presence, such as maritime enforcement and local fishermen in the sea to lodge reports and monitor, makes their activities difficult to detect. As a result, these activities have disrupted the livelihood of local fishermen. Local fishermen have to increase the number of fishing days from 7 to 14 days starting in 2015 to reimburse their capital and make a profit.

Sukatani Village, Compreng Sub-District, Subang District in carrying out village administration services still uses Microsoft Word in making village correspondence then the letter number is recorded in the village ledger and the Sukatani village population data is still stored in excel form. The problem is that typos often occur, it takes a long time to search for correspondence files and cannot present population data accurately. This problem can be overcome by using a village administration management system that will be used in Sukatani village. The system was developed using the OpenSID framework which is licensed and free to use and developed for village purposes. In order for the village apparatus to easily use the village administration management system, training and assistance is needed. The training and mentoring is carried out by dividing into two groups and each group is accompanied by a trainer so that the training for village officials can run smoothly and well. The result of this service activity is that the village administration management application and village apparatus can use the application well so that the application can be used continuously to improve village administration services to Sukatani villagers.

General Medicine - Abstract
Forest to oil palm plantations conversion has changed soil's physical properties significantly. It caused significant changes in the hydrological cycle and affects the water resources around the research site. One of the strategies that could minimize the negative impact of monoculture oil palm plantations is better plantation management by implementing a mixed cropping system (agroforestry). This study aims to analyze the infiltration, surface runoff, and surface runoff coefficient in agroforestry and monoculture oil palm. This observation was conducted in the oil palm plantation area of PT Humusindo Makmur Sejati, Bungku Village, Bajubang District, Batanghari Regency. The infiltration rate was calculated according to the Horton method, and the amount of runoff in agroforestry and oil palm monoculture used the soil conservation service-curve number method. The results showed differences in infiltration, surface runoff, and runoff coefficients between the agroforestry land and the monoculture oil palm. The highest infiltration is in A48, which is 42,00 cm/hour in the dry season and 18,00 cm/hour in the rainy season. The lowest runoff is in A23, which is 70.14 mm with a runoff coefficient of 0.04. The highest runoff occurred in S48 of 339.88 mm, with a runoff coefficient of 0.19. The differences in infiltration, surface runoff, and runoff coefficient in this study are affected by the vegetation density and the amount of litter. Keywords: agroforestry, infiltration, oil palm, runoff coefficients, surface runoff

General Medicine - Abstract
Introduction: Caring for children who have chronic kidney disease (CKD) is challenging. The goal of this study was to find out the prevalence of burnout and what factors contribute to it. We also want to know the correlation between caretaker’s strain and burnout. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study that involved caretakers of children with CKD. They were recruited from a university hospital in Kelantan, Malaysia. Self-administered questionnaire in Malay language comprised of Demographic Information Form, Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI-M) and Caregiver Strain Index (CSI-M) was used. Results: Eighty-eight caretakers were involved in this study. The mean age of caretakers was 42 years old, majority were female (72.4%), Malay (99.0%) and Muslim (99.0%). The mean age of children with CKD was 11 years old, most of them were on medication (69.3%) and mean duration of illness was 4.6 years. The prevalence of burnout in all domains (personal, work-related, client-related) among the caretakers was 5.7%. Eight caretakers had personal burnout (9.1%) while five (5.7%) had client-related and work-related burnout respectively. Multiple linear regression showed positive association of duration since the initial diagnosis and total ward admission within six months with total burnout score. Pearson correlation revealed a positive and fair correlation between strain and burnout. Conclusion: Prevalence of burnout among caretakers was generally low, but personal burnout outnumbered other domains. Children with CKD with longer duration of illness and more frequent ward admission are the important factors leading to burnout among caretakers. A high number of caretakers having significant strain indicated that there were possibilities of developing burnout later on.

- Abstract
Integrating plantation landscape with vegetation/tree diversity has been proposed as a strategy to maintain crop production (for livelihood) while increasing biodiversity, habitat complexity and ecological functions. The objective of this research was to investigate the influence of tree biodiversity in experimental biodiversity enrichment in oil palm plantation to beneficial insects, especially ants and parasitoid wasps in the EFForTS-BEE research plot. Beneficial insects in experimental enrichment oil palm plantation are very important to be studied so that ecosystem services that are related with the changes of the plant structures over time can be understood better. Insect collections were done in two years, 2018 and 2019. Direct sampling was used to collect actual insects, pitfall traps to trap ground dwelling insects, yellow pan traps and malaise trap to trap low-flying insects, and sweep net to collect general insects. Overall, we collected 76 species of 6423 individual ants, and 174 morphospecies of 867 parasitoid wasps in this research. Abundance of ants and parasitoid wasps were not influenced either by tree diversity level in the plot nor the various plant diversity. In contrast, tree diversity level has strongly influenced species richness of ants and partially affected species richness of parasitoid wasps. In conclusion, there are positive correlation between ants’ and parasitoid wasps’ species richness and vegetation abundance.

- Abstract
COVID-19 has been declared as a global pandemic by WHO (World Health Organization). The government has regulated several important points regarding to the routine services, including the elimination of services for toddlers at posyandu where monitoring is carried out independently at home using the KIA handbook by the mother or family. This causes the lower participation of toddler’s mothers to visit posyandu in the island territory. The researchers are interested in designing an application that can be used as an alternative way to monitor the growth and development of toddlers for those who cannot attend at posyandu either because of the COVID-19 pandemic or the limited access. This study aims to determine the satisfaction of using Android-based e-Posyandu Kesehatan (e-PoK) application as an alternative posyandu in the island territory. This study used a quasi-experimental design with one-group posttest-only design. A total of 138 respondents were taken by proportional stratified random sampling. The data obtained were analyzed univariately. Based on the results of the study, the category of respondents' satisfaction with the ePoK application was mostly satisfied category (92.75%). Based on these results, it is expected that toddlers’ mothers can utilize the advantage of e-PoK application to monitor the growth and development of their toddlers as an alternative way to do posyandu.

The role of the banking system uses more of the financial system. The financial system has a very positive impact on bank performance. This study is to understand the risk of influence on banking which is analyzed using NPL, NIM, LDR ratios related to financial performance at Regional Development Banks in Indonesia. The evidence used is from the annual financial report of the Financial Services Authority. The sample quantity is 5 Regional Development Banks in Indonesia using a time span from 2016-2020. In conducting observations using SPSS version 25 technique where observation data prove simultaneously, NPL, NIM, and LDR have a relevant impact on ROA. In partial, relevant NPL has a negative impact on ROA, NIM is relevant and has a positive impact on ROA, LDR is irrelevant and has a negative impact on ROA. In this observation, it is generated that Banking Risk as measured by the three ratios contained has a relevant impact on financial performance. Make sure that the Regional Development Bank is obliged to be able to recognize its business actions. In the observation where the company must include, reduce NPL and LDR because it will have a negative impact on ROA. Also increases NIM because it has a positive impact on ROA. Background: Neutrophil plays a defense role against bacteria and fungi specifically by the neutrophil phagoburst activity. The nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) test is the gold standard method to measure this but the flow cytometry assays also have been developed. The aim of the study was to evaluate the performance of flow cytometry using Dihydrorhodamine (DHR) 123 and to compare with the conventional NBT test. Methods: This study was carried out to determine the phagoburst activity at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre on 26 normal healthy donors and 5 chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients using both methods. Results: In flow cytometry, higher fluorescence intensity was observed in Phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) stimulated neutrophils. Comparing the mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) between CML and healthy donor showed CML patients have significant lower MFI (312.15 vs 738.22; p95% of stimulated cells suggest the higher sensitivity. All samples with negative NBT showed negative DHR, reflecting high degree of agreement between these two methods and eliminating possible false negative result in flow cytometry. Conclusion: This study showed that flow cytometry assay has superior technical advantages compared to NBT test as it is easy to perform, quick, more sensitive and requires only a small amount of blood sample.

- Abstract
In the learning of Pancasila and Civic Education, discussions about BPUPK are often attached to the debates about the formulation of Pancasila as the national principle. In fact, the debates in the BPUPK meeting did not only concern to the national principle, but also about the concept of the state and the citizen. This research aims to analyze how the debate over the concept of the state and citizen is in the treatise of the BPUPK meeting. This research used a qualitative approach with library research methods and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this research showed that the debate on the concept of the state was divided into two, namely the debate in the form of the state which is faced with the form of a unitary state, union state and state union, and the debate in the form of government which was faced with the monarchy and republic. Furthermore, the debate about citizens was also divided into two, namely the debate on citizenship for foreign descendants which debates whether or not to make foreign descendants as Indonesian citizens in the Constitution, and the debate on the rights of citizens that debates whether to include or not, the rights of citizens in the Constitution.

Purpose To determine the diagnostic accuracy of potential screening tests for moderate to advanced glaucoma. Design Prospective diagnostic test accuracy study. Participants The study enrolled a consecutive series of patients aged ≥50 years who presented to a glaucoma clinic in South India without ever having received automated visual field testing. Methods All participants underwent 8 index tests: OCT of the peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer, optic disc photography, Moorfield’s Motion Displacement Test (MDT), frequency doubling technique perimetry, noncontact tonometry, pneumatonometry, presenting visual acuity, and best-corrected visual acuity. Participants also underwent stereoscopic photographs and Humphrey visual fields, which were used by 2 ophthalmologists to arrive at the reference standard diagnosis of moderate to advanced glaucoma. Main Outcome Measures Sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, and negative likelihood ratio. Results A total of 217 people were enrolled; 321 eyes from 180 participants had all tests performed. Of these, 127 eyes (40%) were classified as having moderate to advanced glaucoma. Among the 8 tests, OCT best optimized sensitivity (84%, 95% confidence interval [CI], 76–90) and specificity (75%, 95% CI, 68–81). Moorfield’s Motion Displacement Test was the best perimetric test, with a sensitivity of 91% (95% CI, 85–96) and specificity of 53% (95% CI, 44–61). Pressure and vision tests were not sensitive (e.g., sensitivity of 16%, 95% CI, 9–23 for noncontact tonometry and 23%, 95% CI, 15–31 for best-corrected visual acuity). Moorfield’s Motion Displacement Test identified 16 of 127 eyes (13%) with glaucoma that were not captured by OCT, but also had false-positive results in 65 of 194 eyes (34%) without glaucoma that OCT correctly classified as negative. Conclusions OCT had moderate sensitivity and fair specificity for diagnosing moderate to advanced glaucoma and should be prioritized during an initial assessment for glaucoma.

- Abstract
One of the sustainable development goals (SDGs) is to end all forms of malnutrition by 2030. In 2015, undernutrition or stunting was considered to be an underlying contributing factor in about 45% of the 5.9 million children who died under the age of five. Referring to the impact it is important to know the factors that cause stunting. This study aims to determine the determinants of stunting. This study uses a Systematic Literature Study design from several selected materials using the PRISMA protocol method.
