A balanced combination of own capital and debt is the main key to optimal capital structure in a corporation. At any given time, the management team in the company will show you a targeted capital structure, which may be optimal, althought that target may change from time to time. Several factors influence the company’s capital structure decisions such as Profitability, Liquidity and Company Size. This study was used to measure the impact of profitability, liquidity and firm size on the capital structure of manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2018-2021 using the pecking order theory method. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method used targeted sampling method and obtained his 40 samples from Indonesian Stock Exchange-listed manufacturing companies in the period 2018-2021. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. Simultaneously the results obtained from this study are the variables of Profitability, Liquidity and Company Size have a significant effect on Capital Structure.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di pt. “x” dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner, diolah dengan bantuan aplikasi smartpls. This study aimed to determine the effect of e-service quality and brand image on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at conventional rural banks in East Java. These conventional rural banks are a part of the Perbarindo – a banking association of 215 rural banks. The discussion that forms the basis of the background of this research is the problem of developing creative economic products, especially on the MSME scale which is seen from the linkage of marketing communication strategies that have not been or have been implemented in one of the implementation of marketing activities for Processed moringa Indra Jaya. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of advertising (X1), product packaging (X2), public relations (X3) and events marketing (X4) on product development (Y) in the context of the creative economy. The method used is a quantitative method. The population used is all consumers of Processed Moringa Indra Jaya. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling in the form of random sampling of 100 people. Respondents were selected based on an existing database of MSME recommendations related to the respondent's domicile throughout Indonesia. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows statistical tools. The results showed that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, partially or simultaneously.

The results of this study prove that entrepreneurship education has an effect on interest in entrepreneurship, environment affects interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy affects entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, entrepreneurship education, environment, and self-efficacy affect the interest in entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, work stress and leadership style on employee performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin with innovation as an intervening variable. The type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. Because the total population is less than 100 or can be said to be a saturated sample, the total sample used is the same as the total population, namely 45 respondents. This study applies a quantitative method with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 55 employees UD. Ratu Kencana Pangan Cabang Ngerong Kecamatan Gempol. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that leadership style democratic partially has a positive effect on employee performance. Compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a positive effect on employee performance. Leadership style democratic, compensation, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The following research is to describe and analyze more deeply the influence of Work Ability, Work Spirit, and Work Environment Variables on an Employee Performance at UD. Suwarlandono Art Tanggulangin. In this research method using a quantitative method, for data collection by using questionnaires. In the sample using a saturated sample, where there are 170 respondents at UD. Suwarlandono Art Tanggulangin. There is an analysis that includes the first classical assumption, the second multiple linear regression analysis, and finally the simultaneous test and also the partial test with the help of a software, namely SPSS version at 22. Then the primary data is obtained through a questionnaire on the measurement, namely by using a scale interval to be tested on the validity and reliability of a data declared valid and reliable. From the results of this study, it proves that work ability, worrk enthusiasm, and worrk environment have a partial and simultaneous influence on emploeyee performance.

The Influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development on Work Achievement of Educational Institutions for Insan Cendekia Mandiri boarding school. This thesis is not published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development on Work Achievement of Independent Scholar Education Institutions. The analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire, collecting data in the form of validity and reliability tests. The hypotheses in this study were tested using classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and test using SPSS for Windows version 18 software. The results of this study resulted in several conclusions, namely: ( 1) There is a simultaneous influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development on Employee Work Performance; (2) There is a partial influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development on Work Achievement; (3) Among Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development, Career Development has the most significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to describe and explain the influence of leadership style, work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in MSMEs in the village of Sepande, Kec. District Temple. Sidoarjo.. In this study, we will examine the respondents, namely employees of SMEs in the village of Sepande. The method used is quantitative research with a sample of 90 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire using proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis used is the outer model test and the inner model test on the Smart PLS software application. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Work Motivation on MSMEs in the village of Sepande, Kec. District Temple. Sidoarjo has a direct effect on employee performance.

This study aimed to investigate the impact of job analysis, work discipline, and workload on employee performance at PT.ALP Petro Industry in Pasuruan, using a quantitative approach. The population of the study consisted of 70 employees, and a sample size of 60 respondents was selected using random sampling. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. The findings of the study indicated that job analysis, work discipline, and workload had a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These results suggest that improving job analysis, work discipline, and workload management can lead to better employee performance. The implications of this study are that companies should prioritize employee job analysis, work discipline, and workload management to improve overall performance and productivity. Highlights: The study highlights the significant impact of job analysis, work discipline, and workload on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The use of a quantitative approach and SPSS software for data analysis adds to the rigor of the study. Dengan jumlah UMKM yang cukup banyak ini, masih sangat sedikit yang mempunyai legalitas usaha serta kemampuan untuk membranding usahanya.Tujuan pendampingan ini adalah mewujudkan UMKM yang memiliki kualitas bagus dan dapat bersaing serta bertahan di masa pandemi dengan cara 1) Branding produk melalui media sosial serta memberikan keahlian agar dapat membuat sendiri media pemasaran. This study aims to examine the Influence of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Organitational Commitment as Intervening Variable.This research uses a quantitive approach with a survey method. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The population in this study amounted 291 employees and the sample used amounted 75 employees of PT Lumina Packaging. Technical data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Warppls 5.0 software. The result of this research found that Job Insecurity have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 28%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 41%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 19%, Job Insecurity have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 24%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 19%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 20%, and Organitational Commitment have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 23%. Job Insecurity have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 47%, Job Satisfaction have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable 42%, Job Stress have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 43%.

This study aims to analyze and see the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT Prima Karya Teknik. And to see which of the organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline have the most significant effect on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale measurement level, interviews and observations. The population in this study are all employees at PT Prima Karya Teknik, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, namely taking or determining the sample if all the population is used as a sample. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed using SPSS Version 22 software. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the analysis results show that organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline have a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees. And the most significant variable on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees is the organizational culture variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of Spirituality, Colleagues, and Organizational Culture on Teacher Job Satisfaction at Madrasah Diniyah Salafiyah Ar-Riyadl, Jabon District. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, organizational communication on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Sekar Laut, Tbk. in Sidoarjo. This research is a type of quantitative research, the analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire. Budaya Organisasi adalah sistem yang diikuti oleh sekelompok orang yang mengikat kelompok tersebut menjadi sebuah satu kesatuan yang terikat pada peraturan tertentu yang dibuat berdasarkan kesepakatan yang dirumuskan secara bersama serta memiliki kaidah pada nilai-nilai tertentu. Definisi ini menunjukkan bahwa kebudayaan itu melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi penting dalam organisasi. Budaya organisasi yang kuat sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dibanding budaya organisasi yang lemah. Semakin para karyawan menerima nilai-nilai utama organisasi dan semakin terlibat mereka dalam nilai-nilai itu, semakin kuatlah budaya organisasi.

Selanjutnya yang 2) Legalitas usaha bagi UMKM agar lebih berkualitas dan terpercaya. Hasil pendampingan ini adalah meningkatnya nilai penjualan meskipun belum sama seperti sebelum pandemi, dan meningkatnya kesadaran pemilik UMKM untuk legalitas usahanya. Pendampingan ini juga membentuk kelompok UMKM dengan struktur baru yang lebih terorganisir untuk membantu pelaku UMKM dalam pengembangan usahanya. Pendampingan akan berkelanjutan di tahun kedua dan ketiga yaitu inovasi produk serta pengelolaan keuangan. The types of businesses that exist are convection, batik, souvenirs, food and beverages, and various other handicrafts. With this large number of MSMEs, very few have business legality and the ability to compare their businesses. The aim of this assistance is to create MSMEs that have good quality and can compete and survive during a pandemic by 1) Branding products through social media and providing expertise so that they can create their own marketing media. Furthermore, 2) Business legality for MSMEs to be more qualified and reliable. The result of this assistance is an increase in sales value even though it is not the same as before the pandemic, and an increase in the awareness of MSME owners for the legality of their business. This mentoring also forms MSME groups with a new, more organized structure to assist MSME players in developing their businesses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis implementasi grading system remunerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui pemberian insentif karyawan pada BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo, (2) untuk mengidentifikasi kendala pelaksanaan grading system remunerasi pada BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian mixed methods (kuantitatif dan kualitatif). Desain penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan program sofware statistik SPSS, sedangkan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan forum group discussions (FGD) dan telaah dokumen, keabsahan data menggunakan credibility, confirmability, transferability, dependability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data collection, data reduction, data display dan conclusion. Responden atau Informan penting dalam penelitian ini adalah Direksi; Direktur Utama dan Kepatuhan, Kepala Operasional, Manajer, Supervisor, Admin, Marketing dan Penagihan. Hasil yang diperoleh implementasi grading system remunerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui pemberian insentif menunjukkan bahwa insentif marketing dan supervisor sebesar 82,70% dari total pemberian insentif keseluruhan, dan insentif collector dan remidial sebesar 17,30% dari total pemberian insentif pada BPR Buduran Delta Purnama. Adapun kendala pelaksanaan grading system remunerasi pada BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo adalah pemberian insentif yang diberlakukan BPR adalah sama terhadap semua karyawan tanpa memandang masa jabatan tetapi hasil pada bulan operasional, sehingga karyawan dengan tingkat prestasi yang tinggi di BPR dapat diraih semua karyawan meskipun di level yang terendah dan lebih menitikberatkan kepentingan untuk memperoleh nasabah dalam jumlah besar sehingga insentif untuk marketing dan supervisor lebih besar jumlahnya sehingga dapat menimbulkan iri hati karyawan bagian lainnya dan berpindah pada perusahaan lain.

Alhamdulillah, puji syukur penulis panjatkan kehadirat Alloh SWT, yang telah melimpahkan rahmat dan ridho-Nya sehingga buku “Manajemen Perbankan” dapat penulis selesaikan. Buku Manajemen Perbankan ini seluruhnya terdiri dari 10 bab yang terbagi dalam 4 bagian; Bagian I ditujukan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pengertian, ruang lingkup kegiatan bank dalam perekonomian. Bagian II menguraikan tentang perkembangan bank di Indonesia. Bagian III menguraikan tentang manajemen aktiva bank, manajemen risiko bank, manajemen dana bank, manajemen tingkat bunga simpanan dan manajemen tingkat bunga kredit. Bagian IV menguraikan tentang kesehatan bank, teknik penyelesaian kredit macet melalui agunan yang diambil alih (AYDA) dan write-off. Penulis berharap dengan memaparkan berbagai aspek yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan manajemen perbankan dalam 10 bab, buku ini sudah dapat memberikan ilmu kepada para mahasiswa yang mempelajari mata kuliah Manajemen Perbankan untuk dapat memahami aktivitas dunia perbankan. Akhirnya saya berharap semoga buku ini dapat memberikan manfaat kepada sesama manusia dan besar harapan penulis agar pembaca dapat menjadikan buku manajemen perbankan ini sebagai referensi dalam proses pembelajaran.

The purpose of this study was to find out halal labeling, brand image and quality product whether it had a simultaneous and partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions on cosmetic products The type of research used is causal research using direct interviews with questionnaire tools to respondents. The location of this research is at Mojopahit Street 666 B Sidoarjo Campus 1 Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo While the sample used as many as 100 respondent. Sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with accidental sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaire distribution and multiple linear regression data analysis with SPSS statistic 22. From the results of research indicate that halal labeling (X1), brand image (X2) and product quality (X3) will have a good impact on the purchase decision (Y) of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University Students of 7,065%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk(1) menganalisis besarnya Agunan Yang Diambil Alih (AYDA) dengan penurunan kredit macet pada BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo, (2) untuk mengidentifikasi kendala pelaksanaan AYDA terhadap penurunan kredit macet pada BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo, (3) untuk merumuskan strategi BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo ketika debitur menolak AYDA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix methode. Pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji besar AYDA terhadap penurunan kredit macet pada BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo dengan mengunakan data rasio laporan nominative kredit/tunggakan kredit. Pendekatan kualitatif interpretif untuk mengidentifikasi kendala pelaksanaan AYDA serta merumuskan strategi BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo ketika debitur menolak AYDA. Informan kunci pada penelitian ini adalah Direktur Utama dan Direktur Kepatuhan BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo, Admin Kredit dan Nasabah BPR Konvensional di Sidoarjo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer, sekunder, in depth Interview, Fokus Group Discussion (FGD), keabsahan data menggunakan credibility, confirmability, transferability, dependability. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data collection, data reduction, data display dan conclusion. Hasil yang diperoleh AYDA sebesar 3,21 % dapat mengurangi kredit macet dari total kredit yang diberikan sebesar 502.317.638. Kendala pelaksanaan AYDA adalah debitur yang hilang/minggat, biaya AYDA yang besar, debitur tidak kooperatif, jaminan bukan milik sendiri dan debitur meninggal dunia. Strategi BPR ketika debitur menolak AYDA adalah melakukan kunjungan rutin dan menjelaskan ke debitur atau penjamin serta hak waris tentang kredit yang harus dilunasi, memberikan potongan pelunasan dari segi diskon bunga dan denda untuk pinjaman tersebut dan memberikan alternative pelunasan atau dilaksanakan AYDA.

This research finds out the effect of product, price and service quality toward customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously at Warsu Coffe Cafe. It is descriptive research with a quantitative method. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The populations were the consumers who visited and bought a product in Warsu Coffe Cafe. The samples were 87 respondents that were chosen by using nonprobability sampling technique with incidental sampling type. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The result showed that both partially and simultaneously, the product, price, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. The most dominant influence is product quality on customer satisfaction, it shows that the Warsu Coffee Cafe has good product quality.

This study aims to (1) analyze the implementation of the remuneration system grading on employee performance through the provision of employee incentives at Conventional Banks in Sidoarjo, (2) to identify constraints in implementing the remuneration system grading in Conventional Banks in Sidoarjo. This study uses mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative) research methods. The quantitative research design used a questionnaire and analyzed with the SPSS statistical software program, while the qualitative research design was descriptive, using group discussion forums (FGD) and document review, data validity using credibility, confirmability, transferability, dependability. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The important respondents or informants in this study are the Directors; Managing Director and Compliance, Operations Head, Manager, Supervisor, Admin, Marketing and Billing. The results obtained from the implementation of the remuneration system grading on employee performance through the provision of incentives showed that marketing and supervisor incentives were 82.70% of the total provision of overall incentives, and collector and remidial incentives of 17.30% of the total incentives given to BPR Buduran Delta Purnama. The constraints in the implementation of the remuneration system grading at Conventional Banks in Sidoarjo is that the incentives applied by BPR are the same for all employees regardless of tenure but results in the operational month, so that employees with high levels of achievement in BPR can be achieved by all employees even at the lowest level. and emphasizes the importance of obtaining large numbers of customers so that incentives for marketing and supervisors are greater in number so that they can envy other employees and move to other companies.

Integrasi Intellectual Capital dan Knowledge Management serta Dampaknya pada Kinerja Bisnis Perusahaan Farmasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh integrasi Intellectual Capital (IC) dan Knowledge Management (KM) terhadap kinerja bisnis perusahaan farmasi di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini termasuk explanatory research dengan menggunakan 44 manajer keuangan dan akuntansi perusahaan farmasi di Jawa Timur sebagai responden. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah human capital (HC) , structural capital (SC) , relational capital (RC) , knowledge management (KM) enablers, knowledge management (KM) process, dan business performance (BP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi IC dan KM dapat dilakukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan dan terbukti berpengaruh pada kinerja bisnis perusahaan farmasi di Jawa Timur. Abstract: Integration of Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management and its Impact on Business Performance Pharmaceutical. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the integration of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Knowledge Management (KM) on the performance of the pharmaceutical company's business in East Java. This study included an explanatory research using finance and accounting manager 44 pharmaceutical companies in East Java as the respondent. The variables used in this study is human capital (HC), structural capital (SC), relational capital (RC), knowledge management (KM) enablers, knowledge management (KM) process and business performance (BP). The results stated that integration of IC and KM can be done either partially or simultaneously and proven effect on the business performance of pharmaceutical companies in East Java .

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD). Keberadaan objek wisata memberikan dampak pada masyarakat lokal yang area objek wisata.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan Analisa dampak ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan terhadap pengembangan objek wisata Banyu Biru di Desa Sumberrejo, Winongan, Pasuruan Jatim. Alat analisis menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel 61 respoden stakeholderdimana menghasilkan nilai R 0.961, menunjukkan hubungan antara dua variabel adalah kuat, ditandai dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0.923 atau 92,3%, sehingga dampak ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungandapat menjelaskan pengembangan objek wisata banyu biru 7.7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Berdasarkan hasil uji F variabel dampak ekonomi, sosial dan lingkunganberpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan objek wisata dibuktikan dari hasil nilai fhitung sebesar 227.659 dan ftabel sebesar 2.77 pada tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (0%) atau lebih kecil dari 5%.. hasil uji t menyebutkan dampak ekonomiparsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan objek wisatadengan nilai thitung sebesar 1.735 atau 17.35% lebih kecil dari t tabel sebesar 1.672 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.088. sosialsecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan objek wisata dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2.280 atau 22.80% lebih kecil dari ttabel sebesar 1.672 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.026. lingkungansecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan objek wisatadengan nilai thitung sebesar 12.188 atau 121.88% lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1.672 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.000. variabel lingkunganyang paling signifikan terhadap pengembangan objek wisata dengan nilai thitung paling tinggi yaitu 12.188 atau 121.88% dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000.
