Multiple Criteria decision-making (MCDM) approaches are required for complex issue resolution. However, it is debatable whether MCDMs applicability will be able to stay within the analytical possibilities for dealing with divorce issues. As a result, one of the newly introduced MCDMs Weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS), is chosen for evaluation. Therefore, this study examined 388 documents from archive of the Scopus database. To evaluate the diversity of the technique's application, the data analysis looked at a few bibliometrics measures. So, the publishing hosts and their influence patterns are displayed, the vast majority of the documents were in the fields of engineering and computer science. According to the findings, the WASPAS can deal with variety of problem-solving scenarios. Hence, this work is summed up with the aim of lowering uncertainty among decision-makers and scholars.

Organizational cognition is a system and process aims at the improvement of organizational learning and development. It subsumes attention, leadership, culture, structure, empowerment, knowledge workers and decision-making and problem-solving processes.The focus of this study is to assess the impact of the cognitive learning factors on sustainable Organizational development.Data was collected from 22 universities in Pakistan and 137 faculty members participated in the survey. Cross-sectional quantitative technique based on survey and convenient sampling was adopted for data collection. SPSS was used for data analysis.The results indicate significant impact of the cognitive factors on the Organizational development in the learning organizations like universities. Among all, knowledge workers and empowerment was found more significant as compared to other cognitive elements.The study recommends further exploration of other cognitive and contextual elements for boosting learning and development.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia keep failing year to year due to economic fluctuation and challenges. This affects the industry and economy growth of Malaysia. This research was conducted to identify criteria of performance prediction model that can predict success or failure risk of SMEs and to develop the predictive model, based on logit regression method, for SMEs of Malaysia. Developing a model of logit regression is by using the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard approach. The four perspectives are independent variables, including the success and failure of SMEs as the dependent variable. The variables would help in developing the model through SPSS data software to gain the binomial regression results. The modelled result is based on the probability of the SME success and bankruptcy risk, useful for policy makers.

This paper considers three factors; the selection of the Performance Measures, selection of the Critical Success Factors, and selection of quality tools as three elements of TQM. The qualitative research of this study tries to find and model the interrelation between elements of Total Quality Management (TQM) practice in companies.
