In the context of digitalization of the world and Russian economy, the digitalization of tax and customs control processes for export and import operations becomes an urgent issue. The article analyzes modern approaches to FTS (Federal Tax Service) and FCS (Federal Customs Service) to electronic products and services using that allow companies involved in foreign trade transactions, to implement electronic document management with regulatory authorities. Digitalization of tax and customs control processes allows the state to increase the transparency of customs operations, track and identify goods in real time, increase the collection of customs payments, and simplify the collection of statistical data. For Russian organizations, this is a way to minimize the time and material costs of abandoning paper document management in favor of electronic, as well as increasing confidence in employees of regulatory authorities by automating processes, reducing technical errors in documentation and calculations.

Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка системы заданий и упражнений, направленных на освоение специальной дисциплины «Основы права» иностранными слушателями, изучающими русский язык как иностранный. Главной целью создания данного пособия было ознакомление иностранных студентов с основной проблематикой права Российской Федерации, подготовка к успешному восприятию лекционного материала по правовым дисциплинам во время обучения в бакалавриате. Представленные задания и упражнения систематизированы по тематическому принципу. Выбраны типичные темы, как правило, присутствующие в учебной литературе в области права, в том числе для русскоязычных студентов. Разработанное пособие включает в себя 15 тематически организованных разделов. Разделы содержат адаптированные тексты, упражнения и задания, направленные на выработку как монологической речи, так и письменных навыков у иностранных студентов. The aim of the master's work is to develop a system of tasks and exercises aimed at mastering the special discipline "Fundamentals of Law" by foreign students studying Russian as a foreign language. The main purpose of creating this textbook was to familiarize foreign students with the main problems of the law of the Russian Federation, preparation for the successful perception of lecture material on legal disciplines while studying in a bachelor's degree. The presented tasks and exercises are systematized according to the thematic principle. Typical topics are selected, as a rule, present in educational literature in the field of law, including for Russian-speaking students. The developed manual includes 15 thematically organized sections. The sections contain adapted texts, exercises and assignments aimed at developing the skills of monologue speech and writing among foreign students.

In modern society, there is a transformation of the social sphere and the model of the social state: social functions based on the principle of social partnership are redistributed between the state, the business sector and the non-profit sector, in particular, socially oriented non-profit organizations are becoming active subjects of social policy, offering innovative ways to solve social problems. This article examines the problem of assessing the social impact of socially oriented non-profit organizations: the importance of assessment practice for the development of SO NPOs, improving the well-being of citizens, and solving social problems. В современном обществе происходит трансформация социальной сферы и модели социального государства: социальные функции на основе принципа социального партнерства перераспределяются между государством, бизнес-сектором и некоммерческим сектором, в частности социально ориентированные некоммерческие организации становятся активными субъектами социальной политики, предлагая инновационные способы решения социальных проблем. В данной статье рассматривается проблема оценки социального воздействия социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций: значение оценочной практики для развития СО НКО, повышения благополучия граждан, решения социальных проблем.

The paper considers the problem of air pollution in Kachkanar. The sources of pollution are given, the main of which are the mining and processing plant and urban vehicles. The results of geoecological studies of the air are described. The characteristic of pollution is given. It is noted that air pollution contributes to the development of certain diseases. Установлено, что качество атмосферного воздуха в городе является неудовлетворительным. В работе рассматривается проблема загрязнения атмосферного воздуха в г. Качканар. Приведены источники загрязнения, главными из которых являются горно-обогатительный комбинат и городской автотранспорт. Описаны результаты геоэкологических исследований воздуха. Дана характеристика загрязнений. Отмечено, что загрязнение атмосферного воздуха способствует развитию некоторых заболеваний. Установлено, что качество атмосферного воздуха в городе является неудовлетворительным.

The system of Russian school education is moving from a medical understanding of disability to a social one - a model of social inclusion. The purpose of the article: to investigate the contradictions in development and the current state of the accessible educational environment in inclusive and mass schools, as well as in specialized schools with adaptive programs. To collect and analyze the databases, a qualitative strategy was used a series of semi-formalized interviews, the objects of which were both teachers of inclusive, correctional and mass schools, and parents raising children with disabilities (for example, Yekaterinburg). There are fixed contradictions and problems in the implementation of inclusive education: the incompetence of teachers (discriminatory attitudes, psychological unreadiness), methodological insecurity, the content of continuing education programs and professional retraining of teachers without taking into account the needs of the educational institution; lack of continuity of preschool and school education (system of preparing children with disabilities for school). The importance of the conceptual restructuring of the inclusion system in the Russian school was established taking into account the value component (tolerant attitudes of both children, parents and the entire teaching staff; psychological readiness for communication and interaction), rather than infrastructural. © 2019 LLC Ecological Help. Значения религии в жизни современного человека меняется, появляются новые формы религиозности и духовности, интерес к которым проявляют прежде всего женщины. Цель статьи — выявить концептуальные основания происходящих изменений. Ведущим теоретическим предположением является наличие социальных и концептуальных предпосылок изменения значения религии. Гендерные исследования существенно расширяют исследовательское поле религиоведения, изменяют методологические приемы и принципы. Существующие барьеры в институциональных формах религии и процессы секуляризации и приватизации религии артикулируются как основания для возникновения альтернативных форм духовности. Новые формы духовности отвечают потребностям женщин как активных социальных акторов, готовых существовать вне привычного иерархизированного маскулинного мира. The signifi cance of religion in modern life is changing, new forms of religiosity and spirituality are emerging, the interest to which, fi rst of all, is shown by women. The purpose of the article is to identify the conceptual grounds for the changes that are taking place. The leading theoretical assumption is the existence of social and conceptual prerequisites of changing meaning of religion. Gender studies signifi cantly expand the research fi eld of religious studies, change methodology and principles. The existing barriers in the institutional forms of religion and the processes of secularization and privatization of religion are understood as grounds for the emergence of alternative forms of spirituality. New forms of spirituality meet the needs of women as active social actors, ready to exist outside of the usual hierarchical masculine world. The report identifies the conceptual foundations of the changes in the religious sphere and describes the features of a new spirituality, that meet the needs of women as active social actors ready to exist outside the usual hierarchical masculine world. At the presentation the results of the first interviews with participants of the new spirituality movement will be presented. В докладе выявлены концептуальные основания происходящих изменений в религиозной сфере и описаны черты новой духовности, которые отвечают потребностям женщин как активных социальных акторов, готовых существовать вне привычного иерархизированного маскулинного мира. One of the factors of scientific and technological progress is the application of existing and introduction of new methods of metal welding. But any welding processes are accompanied by dangerous factors, which have negative affect of human health. The article describes the repair welding works, and some rules of welding works with electrodes with different coatings.

The paper is set out on the impact of changes in the moisture content of materials of protecting designs in the operation of buildings and their impact on the quality characteristics. The possible ways to reduce this influence are presented n the paper. В работе изложены результаты анализа влияния изменения влагосодержания материалов ограждающих конструкций в процессе эксплуатации зданий, их влияние на качественные характеристики. Приведены возможные способы уменьшения этого влияния.

Dilatometric tests and estimation external and internal surfaces of welded crusts obtained in the process of submerged arc welding of mineral raw materials Urals region are performed. Separation and porosity welding crusts, thermal expansion coefficient of slag and weld metal are investigated. Проведены дилатометрические исследования и оценка внешней и внутренней поверхностей шлаковых корок, полученных в процессе сварки под слоем флюса из минерального сырья Уральского региона. Исследованы отделяемость и пористость сварочных корок, коэффициенты теплового расширения шлака и наплавленного металла.

The relevance of the investigated problem is caused by increasing levels of competition in the industry markets of chocolate producers in Russia and the need to maintain the profitability of the companies’ activities in the unstable macroeconomic conditions. The aim of the article is to assess the impact of competitive forces on settlements terms between the participants of supply chain, taking into account relative financial and industrial competitiveness of suppliers and buyers. The leading method of this problem is the research analysis of the market situation in the industry based on the model of five forces of competition by M. Porter (2004), as well as assessment of individual indicators of financial condition of chocolate products manufacturing companies using the analysis of some indicators. The article defines the conditions of optimization of financing sources for current payments based on relative financial and industrial competitiveness of suppliers and buyers. Для этого в главе определены основные характеристики благотворительности как научного понятия, приведены виды благотворительности. Подробно охарактеризована политика социальной ответственности современных бизнес-корпораций, в рамках которой осуществляется благотворительность. Представлены различные формы благотворительной деятельности в рамках социальной ответственности бизнеса. Во второй главе представлены результаты эмпирического исследования, анализирующие особенности осуществления благотворительной деятельности крупными бизнес-компаниями Свердловской области. В заключении приведены основные выводы, полученные в результате теоретического и эмпирического исследования. Общий объем работы составляет 98 страниц. The first chapter presents the theoretical foundations of the study of philanthropy as a form of business social responsibility. For this, the chapter defines the main characteristics of charity as a scientific concept, and lists the types of charity. The policy of social responsibility of modern business corporations, within the framework of which charity is carried out, is described in detail. Various forms of charitable activities within the framework of business social responsibility are presented. The second chapter presents the results of an empirical study analyzing the peculiarities of charitable activities by large business companies in the Sverdlovsk region. In the conclusion, the main conclusions obtained as a result of theoretical and empirical research are presented. The total volume of work is 98 pages.

Во второй главе проанализирован опыт применения технологии сопровождаемого проживания в России и за рубежом. Во второй части второй главы по материалам самостоятельного эмпирического исследования выявлены факторы реализации сопровождаемого проживания в Свердловской области. The second chapter analyzes the experience of using the technology of accompanied residence in Russia and abroad. In the second part of the second chapter, based on the materials of an independent empirical study, the factors of the implementation of accompanied residence in the Sverdlovsk region are revealed. In the conclusion, the main conclusions obtained as a result of theoretical and empirical research are presented. The total volume of work is 111 pages.

Для этого в главе определены социальные и психологические особенности пожилого человека, оценены цели социальной работы с пожилыми людьми с позиции активного долголетия. Подробно охарактеризованы технологии активизации ресурсов пожилого человека, применяемые в деятельности социальной службы. Во второй главе представлены результаты эмпирического исследования: выявленные потребности пожилого человека, особенности пожилых людей, обращающихся в Комплексные центры социального обслуживания населения за социальными услугами. Также проанализированы мнения специалистов, позволяющие оценить, как происходит выбор форм работ с пожилыми людьми, эффективность клубов в активизации ресурсов пожилого человека. В заключении приведены основные выводы, полученные в результате эмпирического исследования. Общий объем работы составляет 145 страниц. The first chapter presents the theoretical and methodological foundations for studying the activities of clubs in the context of integrated centers of social services and their impact on the activation of the resources of an elderly person. For this, the chapter defines the social and psychological characteristics of an elderly person, evaluates the goals of social work with older people from the standpoint of active longevity. The technologies for activating the resources of an elderly person used in the activities of social services are described in detail. The second chapter presents the results of an empirical study: the identified needs of an older person, especially older people who apply to the Integrated Centers of Social Services for the population for social services. The opinions of experts were also analyzed, allowing to assess how the choice of forms of work with the elderly is carried out, the effectiveness of clubs in activating the resources of an elderly person. The conclusion summarizes the main findings from the empirical study. The total volume of work is 145 pages.
