The rock-salt ordered A2CuWO6 (A = Sr, Ba) with I4/m space group and disordered SrCu0.5M0.5O3−δ (M = Ta, Nb) with Pm3m space group perovskites were successfully obtained via a solid-state reaction route. Heat treatment of Ba2CuWO6 over 900 °C in air leads to phase decomposition to the barium tungstate and copper oxide. Thermogravimetric measurements reveal the strong stoichiometric oxygen content and specific oxygen capacity (ΔWo) exceeding 2.5% for Ba2CuWO6. At the same time, oxygen content reveals Cu3+ content in SrCu0.5Ta0.5O3−δ. Under the following reoxidation of Ba2CuWO6, step-like behavior in weight changes was observed, corresponding to possible Cu+ ion formation at 900 °C; in contrast, no similar effect was detected for M5+ cations. The yellow color of Ba2CuWO6 enables to measure the band gap 2.59 eV. SrCu0.5Ta0.5O3−δ due to high oxygen valance concentration has a low thermal conductivity 1.28 W·m−1·K−1 in the temperature range 25–400 °C.

Research justification. Corneal ulcer is a common corneal pathology dangerous because of its complications, which occur in 2.5–37.9 % of cases despite modern treatment. Thus, the development of novel methods improving the results of corneal ulcer treatment is very important.Research objective was to evaluate the efficacy of lactoferrin-based therapy for experimental suppurative corneal ulcer.Material and methods. The study was performed in male chinchilla rabbits. Three intact rabbits (6 eyes) were used as control animals. Staphylococcus suppurative corneal ulcer was modeled in both eyes of 63 experimental animals. These rabbits were randomized into three groups. The first group was administered placebo therapy, the second group received antibacterial therapy, and the third group — instillations of lactoferrin. The area of ulcerative lesion was used as the measure of the therapeutic efficacy of the treatment. Then, a histological study was performed, and microsamples were photographed with LOMO TC-500 digital camera (Russia).Results. Lactoferrin instillations resulted in reliable increase in the number of transfers from infiltration stage to epithelization stage, decrease in the percentage of ulcerations, and in the proportion of critical thinning of the cornea, as well as decrease in the proportion of perforations. However, it was noticed that lactoferrin treatment when continued after the end of epithelization process resulted in excessive formation of opaque scar tissue.Conclusion. Local administration of lactoferrin stimulates the epithelium regeneration and the formation of the connective tissue and thus prevents the development of complications of suppurative corneal ulcer. However, the identified excessive formation of opaque scar tissue in lactoferrin treatment lasting too long has to be taken into consideration when developing the optimal scheme for lactoferrin treatment.

Introduction. Adoptive immunotherapy based on chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) is considered as a promising direction in the treatment of solid malignant tumors. To produce genetically modified human T-lymphocytes, lenti/retroviral transduction is currently most often used. However, safety concerns associated with the viral vector production and possible unwanted genome modification limit the clinical utility of CAR-T cells. Therefore, non-viral transfection methods, in particular electroporation, using of DNA or RNA vectors, are being actively studied as a method for producing CAR-T lymphocytes.Aim. To evaluate in vivo antitumor activity of the new high-tech drug carplasmin, intended for CAR-T therapy of tumors expressing carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). Materials and methods. Carplasmin was obtained by electroporation of activated human lymphocytes with plasmid DNA carrying the third generation CAR gene specific to CEA. The study was performed on a human colorectal cancer xenograft model obtained by intraperitoneal injection of CEA-positive HCT116 cell line to athymic Balb/c nude mice. Carplasmin treatment was carried out once a week, starting from the third day after HCT116 cell inoculation. Mice in the two control groups were treated with either electroporated lymphocytes without plasmid addition (pulse-lymphocytes) or RPMI-1640 culture medium (group without treatment).Results. In vivo, carplasmin demonstrated a pronounced antitumor effect. Seven weekly injections of the drug to inoculated mice led to a prominent effect of antitumor therapy: 80 % of the animals in the experimental group survived (with 40 % of the mice had a complete remission without signs of a detectable tumor), compared to 100 % death in the control group (without treatment).Conclusion. The results of preclinical efficacy studies demonstrate that carplasmin is a promising drug for the treatment of CEA-positive intraperitoneal tumors.

Bioeconomy is considered as a special type of activity and economic system, which is based on the science achievements, primarily related to biology, as well as chemistry, bioengineering, computer science, ecology, and even sociology. This activity is actively carried out in dozens of countries where national bioeconomy development programs have been formed. The existing programs provide, first of all, for the set of works implementation performed with the help of biotechnologies for the goods (bioproducts) based on natural bioresources production, including industrial, agricultural and household waste processing. As a result, global and regional bioproducts markets are being formed, providing consumers with new materials, as well as intangible benefits and services. The bioeconomy state analysis in several leading countries, as well as in the Russian Federation, indicates the expediency of using a regional approach to bioeconomy development, as well as advance training of relevant personnel. To achieve these goals, it is proposed to use several principles arising from the essence of the bioeconomy activity organization.

We examine the binding energies of massive stripped-envelope core collapse supernova (SECCSN) progenitors with the stellar evolution code MESA, and find that the jittering jets explosion mechanism is preferred for explosions where carbon-oxygen cores with masses of $>20 M_\odot$ collapse to leave a neutron star (NS) remnant. We calculate the binding energy at core collapse under the assumption that the remnant is a NS. Namely, stellar gas above mass coordinate of $~1.5-2.5 M_\odot$ is ejected in the explosion. We find that the typical binding energy of the ejecta of stripped-envelope progenitors with carbon-oxygen core masses of $M_{CO} > 20 M_\odot$ is $E_{bind}>2 \times 10^{51} erg$. We claim that jets are most likely to explode such cores as jet-driven explosion mechanisms can supply high energies to the explosion. We apply our results to SN 2020qlb, which is a SECCSN with a claimed core mass of $~30-50 M_\odot$, and conclude that the jittering jets explosion mechanism best accounts for such an explosion that leaves a NS., Accepted for publication in MNRAS

The design of a gas-driven downhole pumping unit for oil production from directional and horizontal wells has been developed. The unit has no rod string, the slide and pneumatic jack are located in the tubing string. Using these units with a compressed associated gas as a working fluid will allow, unlike the hydraulic pumps, avoiding complex surface equipment for preparing the working fluid, maintenance of which is rather labour-consuming, and increasing the reliable operation of slides and downhole pumping units as a whole. In the course of experimental study of the parameters of the proposed installation it was shown on a laboratory bench showed that the fluid feed increases in direct proportion to the rate from 0.6 to 3.6 m/min. There has been obtained an empirical dependence to determine the flow of a borehole pump depending on its geometric parameters, plunger stroke length, stroke speed and gas content in the produced oil. According to the estimated parameters of the developed gas-driven unit, the supply can reach 386 m3/day, which is comparable to the supply of hydraulic units in use.

The literature review deals with the analysis of the timing and surgical techniques of macular hole closure in patients with retinal detachment complicated by macular hole. Modern concepts of treatment tactics for this disease, its efficacy are analyzed. Benefits and drawbacks of each of the discussed surgical treatment methods are specified.

The article analyzes international examples of the development of the image of territories and the creation of a city brand, gives marketing recommendations for the development of large and small settlements. Territories need marketing in order for management entities to achieve their goals at various levels. To do this, it is necessary to form a conceptual approach to the marketing of territories. Currently, modern countries, regions and cities need not only to offer a product demanded by the consumer (in our case, territories), but also to attract the attention of their target audience. It is difficult to overestimate the role of territory marketing in today's rapidly changing world. Territorial branding contributes to success in all areas of activity, both large and small settlements. These tools help them develop and give impetus to social change. These tools help to find development opportunities and even give them.

In this paper, we consider the effect of porous silicon and dysprosium fluoride films on the current-voltage characteristics of low-dimensional photosensitive structures based on silicon. The processes of creating and studying the resulting photosensitive structures are described. The current-voltage characteristics of the structures before and after coating are given. The study found a positive effect of porous silicon and dysprosium fluoride coating on the current-voltage characteristics of structures both with and without porous silicon. Values of the optimal thickness of the dysprosium fluoride coating for porous photosensitive structures are obtained. It is shown that dysprosium fluoride coatings do not always have a positive effect on such parameters of photosensitive structures as short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage, since this is due to the non-uniformity of film deposition on the surface of the structure.

Barley production in the Rostov region, as well as throughout Russia, has taken its niche in agricultural production. Winter barley attracts farmers’ attention with its unpretentiousness and high productivity. The relevance of immunology used in the production of barley varieties does not decrease over time. Yield losses due to various leaf diseases can be as high as 30–50 %. The most common pathogens in the region are powdery mildew and helminthosporium blotches. The most effective and efficient way to improve the resistance of new varieties is the use of artificial infectious backgrounds. Provocative and extreme conditions promote a selection of parental forms and breeding lines that are most resistant to pathogens. The current paper has presented the results of the estimation of winter barley breeding and collection material based on the FSBSI Agricultural Research Center «Donskoy». The purpose of the study was to identify winter barley varieties and lines which are stably resistant and tolerant to leaf-stem pathogens common in the Rostov region. About 250 samples are being estimated in the period from 2019 to 2021. Over the years of study, there have been identified such varieties and lines resistant to powdery mildew as ‘Bezosty 1954’ (RF), ‘Grand’ (RF), ‘Parallelum 1967’, etc. Resistance to heliminthosporium spotting was demonstrated by the varieties ‘Bezosty 1954’ (RF), ‘Grand’ (RF), ‘Rostovsky 908’ (RF), ‘Donskoy 11’ (RF) and the lines ‘Parallelum 1967’, ‘Parallelum 1974’, ‘Pallidum 1916’, ‘Pallidum 1970’, ‘Parallelum 1960’, ‘Parallelum 1911’, ‘Nutans 1895’ and others. There were also identified such varieties with resistance or tolerance to both pathogens as ‘Grand’ (RF), ‘Sekret’ (RF), ‘Fox 1’ (RF), ‘Marusya’ (RF), ‘Karisma’ (England) and the lines ‘Bezosty 1954’, ‘Parallelum 1967’, ‘Parallelum 1974’, ‘Parallelum 2015’, ‘Parallelum 2016’, ‘Parallelum 2017’. All presented varieties and lines are proposed for use in further breeding for immunity to the studied pathogens.

The purpose of this work is development of the heat transfer calculation method of a water low-temperature ceiling capillary heating system for heating rectangular rooms. Recently, such systems have become widespread due to their advantages over traditional heating devices: the use of a coolant with a low temperature potential, high heating speed rate of the internal air, low temperature gradient in the height of the room, absence of noticeable air masses movement and dust flows, ability to work in cooling mode. However, such systems are still incompletely studied, and constructive calculations or calculations of thermal and hydraulic modes are carried out according to formulas obtained empirically, thus, calculations do not always have high accuracy. The paper proposes a heat transfer process calculation method from the considered low-temperature heating system, which allows determination of the heat flow value with high accuracy. It`s revealed that in the considered configuration of the system location (on the ceiling), a significant proportion of heat transfer is infrared radiation, and the convective component is very small. Therefore, it was very important to accurately describe the radiant heat exchange by mathematical equations. The calculation of the radiant component of heat transfer was carried out with the theory of radiation view factors. Experimental test of the studying object was carried out to find the missing values, as well as to verify the results obtained using the proposed calculation method. The calculation results had a slight deviation from the results obtained experimentally (the error was 6 %).

By the example of arable horizon samples taken from three soil types (sod-podzolic, gray forest, and leached chernozem) the peculiarities of electromagnetic waves reflection from their different particle size fractions were studied. The extraction of fractions by dry sieving was carried out using Retsch AS 200 BASIC equipment. As a result, 14 fractions ranging in size from less than 20 microns to more than 5,000 microns were isolated. Spectral reflectance was determined for each fraction and for the soil sample before sieving in the electromagnetic wave range from 350 to 2,500 nm using a SR-6500 field spectroradiometer (Spectral Evolution, USA). Analysis of similarities and differences in the obtained spectral reflectance curves of individual fractions was carried out using their visual analysis, the method of similarity dendrogram construction, as well as regression analysis between light reflectance and fraction particle size. It was confirmed that at a more detailed level of analysis compared to the one carried out by other researchers earlier, the general patterns of light reflectance of the samples do not change. A higher reflection of waves by thinner fractions and a lower reflection by more coarse fractions are observed. At the same time, spectral reflection curves for individual fractions are out of the general pattern, the level of intensity of local extremes of the curves’ changes. This confirms the difference of the material composition, which forms the color of soils, of these fractions from others. The color of the mixed sample is a spectral mixture of colors of its separate fractions. Presumably, this is the main reason for such a phenomenon as change of spectral reflectivity of open surface of soils under the influence of atmospheric precipitation.

Spina bifida is a developmental defect of the spinal cord and/or spinal cord that results from abnormal closure of the embryonic neural tube. Many factors have been described to determine the risks of developing this pathology, but the incidence of the defect is still high. 61% of patients with spina bifida have neurogenic bladder dysfunction based on intravesical hypertension, which contributes to reverse urethral flow and vesico-uretero-renal reflux, associated with chronic inflammatory and obstructive diseases of the urinary tract. Between 25-50% of patients with spina bifida develop chronic kidney disease, significantly reducing their quality of life. In some types of Spina bifida, urological symptoms may be prominent and indicate the presence of this malformation. Therefore, early diagnosis of Spina bifida and timely prophylactic and therapeutic measures are particular importance. This article describes a clinical case of Spina bifida posterior L1-L2 with a closed L1-L2 meningocele in which urological symptoms were the dominant manifestation. The development of secondary complications of neurogenic bladder in the presented patient cannot be excluded, which requires closer monitoring.

The article is devoted to issues concerning the prospects for the formation of a comprehensive system of measures to improve labor productivity. Based on the research of various authors in the course of determining the key factors for increasing labor productivity, it was found that their qualitative and quantitative composition primarily depends on the industry in which the enterprise operates. An analysis was carried out of some statistical indicators characterizing, first of all, directly the growth rates of labor productivity in general, by individual industries and indicators relating to the labor force as a whole, average annual employment and the number of unemployed. The article conducted a study of the influence of external and internal environmental factors on the activities of enterprises dedicated to improving productivity. In the course of the study, it was found that in order to have a steady rate of labor productivity growth, it is necessary to provide assistance from the state that affects not only the internal environment of organizations, but also the external environment. Support measures should be of a comprehensive systemic nature and extend at the first stage to priority industries whose enterprises produce products with guaranteed demand. This will create a complex of enterprises that have the necessary monetary foundation for further independent functioning and development.

The concept of implementation of smart thermal grids or 4th generation heat supply systems is a priority for the development of district heating systems in Russia and is to become the best available technology (BAT) for all new and reequipped energy systems. This will help to reduce inappropriate losses of thermal energy, reduce the accident rate of power systems, increase their energy efficiency and reliability, and simplify the integration of modern renewable energy sources (RES) into existing energy systems.One of the key technologies needed to create such systems is the creation of digital twins of heating networks and simulation models of district heating systems. The paper describes the development of a digital twin for the section under consideration of the heat network. The developed experimental stand — a real physical model — was used as a section of the heating network. It was subjected to tests in order to determine the capabilities of systems for remote monitoring of heat carrier parameters, as well as modeling emergency situations in sections of the heating network. The experimental setup was also used for verification of the digital twin being developed. To create a digital model of the experimental stand authors used Matlab Simulink, ZuluThermo and SimInTech. The ZuluThermo program enables to create a digital twin that simulates stationary modes of the thermal system, Matlab Simulink and SimInTech — both stationary and dynamic processes occurring on sections of heating networks. The dynamic model of the heat supply system was used to simulate the process of mutual influence of heat energy consumers. As scenarios of dynamic processes, situations in Matlab Simulink and SimInTech that arise during the operation of automation at thermal points of consumers were simulated. It was shown the mutual influence of heat consumers on each other when regulating the heat load, as well as their influence on consumers who are unable to independently regulate their heat load.

Introduction. The development of diagnostic techniques of diabetes mellitus microvascular complications is an urgent task. One such method is laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF). Purpose was to analyze the correlations of clinical and laboratory parameters and LDF spectral parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Materials and methods. The study involved 50 patients with type 2 diabetes and diabetic foot syndrome. Microcirculation was assessed using the BIOPAC LDF 100C system. In parallel, monitoring of transcutaneous oximetry in the probed area was carried out using the TCM400 device. For correlation analysis, the Spearman correlation coefficient was used. Results. While studying, a positive correlation was noted between the contribution of pulse fluctuations and the duration of diabetes (pConclusion. In the course of the work, spectral parameters of LDF were found correlated with clinical, laboratory, and instrumental parameters. The dynamics of changes in LDF parameters corresponds to the ideas about the pathogenesis of diabetic microangiopathy. A promising direction for further research is the study of the progressive development of diabetic microangiopathy and the role of individual pathogenetic factors in this process.

Endothelial dysfunction has been considered in the pathogenesis of obesity widespread in the population. The purpose of this review was to provide updated information about pathogenetic features and markers of endothelial dysfunction in obese patients. We mentioned systemic disorders in obesity, such as oxidative stress, an increase in pro-inflammatory cytokines – tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-6, and arginase activity. We also discussed the role of insulin resistance in the development of endothelial dysfunction, as well as the product of adipose tissue metabolism – monocyte chemoattractant protein-1. The participation of perivascular adipose tissue, hyperoxia of adipose tissue in the regulation of inflammation was considered. We illustrated the influence of atherogenic concentrations of oxidized low-density lipoproteins, the asymmetric dimethyl-L-arginine level on endothelial function. Changes in laboratory parameters were analyzed: endothelin-1, levels of microalbuminuria, homocysteine and uric acid. We also described cytological (circulating vascular cells, endothelial microparticles) and instrumental (endothelium-dependent vasodilation, peripheral arterial tonometry, intima-media complex thickness of the common carotid artery, ultrasound kidneys examination with duplex scanning of the renal arteries) methods for assessing endothelial function. Factors that influence the risk of cardiovascular complications were arterial hypertension and arterial stiffness, high levels of low-density lipoprotein and triglycerides, reduced physical activity. The determination of endothelial function in patients with obesity can be important for predicting the pathology of the cardiovascular system. Information on the assessment of markers of endothelial dysfunction in such patients may expand the possibilities of early diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular complications.

A sender commissions a study to persuade a receiver, but influences the report with some probability. We show that increasing this probability can benefit the receiver and can lead to a discontinuous drop in the sender’s payoffs. We also examine a public-persuasion setting, where we observe the report’s susceptibility to influence restricts the amount of information the sender can provide. To derive our results, we geometrically characterize the sender’s highest equilibrium payoff, which is based on the concave envelope of her capped value function.

Objectives. The study aimed to develop new effective heat stabilizers based on glycerol esters of monocarboxylic acids for industrial chlorinated paraffins and to select of the optimal ratio of active ingredients in the stabilizing composition in order to provide the maximum thermostabilizing effect.Methods. The thermostabilizing effect of the studied samples on chlorinated paraffins was evaluated according to the standard method for determining the thermal stability of liquid chlorinated paraffins in terms of the mass fraction of split off hydrogen chloride. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the obtained mixtures of monocarboxylic acid glycerides was carried out using chromato-mass spectrometry.Results. Glycerides of monocarboxylic acids (oleic, octanoic, hexanoic, and propionic acids) were obtained and identified, and the compositions of the resulting mixtures of mono-, di- and triesters were determined. The stabilizing effect of the obtained mixtures of glycerides of monocarboxylic acids in the amount of 0.5–2.0 wt parts per 100 wt parts of unstabilized industrial chlorinated paraffin CP-30 was determined. The combined use of glycerides of monocarboxylic acids with calcium-containing compounds as a complex stabilizer with a molar ratio of esters/Ca 0.93–0.86/0.07–0.14, respectively, was investigated. Chloroparaffin CP-470, stabilized by the developed complex stabilizer, was successfully used in a polyvinyl chloride composition for cable compound of the brand OM-40.Conclusions. A proposed variant of a complex stabilizer for chlorinated paraffins based on Russian raw materials for import substitution will expand the range of effective stabilizers for organochlorine substances. Glycerides of monocarboxylic acids are shown to exhibit a thermostabilizing effect on industrial chlorinated paraffins. The relationship between the length of the hydrocarbon substituent of the carboxylic acid in the ester and the thermostabilizing effect is obtained. With an increase in the number of carbon atoms in the hydrocarbon substituent of the carboxylic acid, the heat-stabilizing ability decreases. The minimum sufficient concentration of glycerides of carboxylic acids was 0.05 ± 0.005 mol/kg, above which no increase in the thermostabilizing effect on chloroparaffin was observed. A synergistic ratio of the components of the stabilizing mixture in terms of thermal stability—glycerides of monocarboxylic acids/calcium-containing compounds—was found equal to 0.85–0.9/0.15–0.1.

The article is devoted to issues concerning the prospects of development in the field of digitalization of the economy. Various points of view on the nature of problems in the field of digitalization of the Russian economy are considered. Statistical data concerning quantitative indicators of the use of personal computers by organizations, special software and having websites on the Internet are analyzed. The complex of measures aimed at supporting the IT industry is analyzed and the issues of the effectiveness of their application are considered. According to the results of the study, the need for the formation of a digital infrastructure that allows combining a number of institutions, subsequently forming a system aimed at the development of competitive industries based on digitalization, is proved. An assumption has been formed about the creation of a single coordination center in the form of a state corporation to address the issues of digitalization of the branches of the national economy of the Russian Federation, which allows managing investment flows more efficiently and based on the specifics of the functioning of the IT sphere.

In this paper, we propose a method for reducing the energy loss of photosensitive structures based on nanocrystalline silicon using passivating coatings of dysprosium fluoride. Since this material has good optical and photoelectric properties, when preparing Si/DyF3 structures, the dielectric film makes it possible to reduce the number of recombination centers and increase light absorption. Methods for creating and studying photosensitive structures with coatings are shown. A technique for determining the thickness of a dysprosium fluoride coating due to light interference is described. The results of studying the photosensitivity spectra and the reflectance of the obtained photosensitive structures are presented. The positive effect of silicon nanostructures, as well as dysprosium fluoride films on the photosensitivity spectra of the structures, is shown. With the help of the data obtained, it is planned to improve the existing technology for creating photosensitive structures based on porous silicon in order to increase their output characteristics.

The article is a continuation of the authors' cycle of works devoted to the development of geoinformation modeling technology for forest ecosystems. The article deals with the formation of an object-oriented catalog of deciduous woody plants growing on the territory of the Lisinsky educational and Experimental Forestry, a branch of S. M. Kirov SPbGLTU. The main purpose of the work is to form a single 3D database of two forest-forming species of hanging birch (Betula Pendula Roth.) and trembling poplar (Populus Tremula L.) to integrate the generated catalog of tree models into the environment of geoinformation modeling of forest ecosystem

Purpose. Development and analysis of the operation of an electrical circuit for controlling a 700 W direct current electric motor using a contactor on IGBT transistors for operation in diesel locomotives. Methodology. Analytical and computational methods for developing and analyzing the operation of an electrical circuit using a contactor on IGBT transistors. Findings. An electrical circuit for controlling a 700 W DC motor using IGBT transistors was developed. The circuit allows you to replace electromagnetic contactors with IGBT transistors to improve the technical characteristics and performance of the electric motor. The use of IGBT transistors allows you to avoid burning of contact groups in comparison with an electromagnetic contactor. A graphical analysis of the transient processes during switching on and off of the electric motor using a circuit based on IGBT transistors was carried out. The analysis of the load characteristic of the electric motor at start-up shows that in the initial section the voltage increases according to a linear law. After the initial increase in voltage, it reaches the set value and the electric motor operates in the operating mode. The analysis of the load characteristics of the electric motor when it is turned off shows, that when the power is turned off, the motor can’t stop immediately, as the phenomenon of self-induction occurs. When the external voltage is turned off, its change on the electric motor occurs according to the exponential law. It is shown that for controlling the operation of the electric motor, it is more appropriate to use an electric circuit based on IGBT transistors, which provides conditions for more stable and safe operation of the electric motor. Using the electrical circuit allows you to find quickly malfunctions for their further elimination. The electrical circuit allows you to avoid physical wear of its electrical elements. Originality. An electrical circuit for controlling an electric motor based on modern electronic components has been developed, which allows the use of IGBT transistors instead of electromagnetic contactors. On the basis of the analytical and calculation method and graphical analysis, the expediency of using IGBT transistors instead of electromagnetic contactors has been proven. Practical value. The developed electrical circuit can be applied to control a 700 W direct current electric motor for operation in diesel locomotives. Розробка і аналіз роботи електричної схеми для керування електродвигуном постійного струму на 700 Вт із застосуванням контактора на IGBT-транзисторах для роботи у тепловозах. Методи дослідження. Аналітико-розрахункові методи для розробки і аналізу роботи електричної схеми із застосуванням контактора на IGBT-транзисторах. Отримані результати. Розроблена електрична схема керування електродвигуна постійного струму на 700 Вт із застосуванням IGBT-транзисторів. Схема дозволяє замінити електромагнітні контактори на IGBT-транзистори для покращення технічних характеристик та продуктивності роботи електродвигуна. Застосування IGBT-транзисторів дозволяє уникнути підгоряння контактних груп в порівнянні з електромагнітним контактором. Проведено графічний аналіз перехідних процесів при вмиканні і вимиканні електродвигуна із застосуванням схеми на IGBT-транзисторах. Аналіз навантажувальної характеристики електродвигуна при вмиканні показує, що на початковій ділянці зростання напруги відбувається за лінійним законом. Після початкового зростання напруги відбувається вихід його на задане значення і робота електродвигуна проходить у робочому режимі. Аналіз навантажувальної характеристики електродвигуна при вимиканні показує, що при відключенні живлення, двигун одразу зупиниться не може, так як має місце явище самоіндукції. При вимиканні зовнішньої напруги її зміна на електродвигуні відбувається за експоненціальним законом. Показано, що для керування роботою електродвигуна більш доцільно використання електричної схеми на IGBT-транзисторах, що забезпечує умови більш стабільної та безпечної роботи електродвигуна. Застосування електричної схеми дозволяє швидко знайти несправності для подальшого їх усунення. Електрична схема дозволяє уникнути фізичного зносу її електричних елементів. Наукова новизна. Розроблена електрична схема для керування електродвигуном на сучасних електронних компонентах, яка дозволяє застосувати IGBT-транзистори замість електромагнітних контакторів. На підставі аналітико-розрахункового методу і графічного аналізу доведено доцільність використання IGBT-транзисторів замість електромагнітних контакторів. Практична цінність. Розроблена електрична схема може бути застосована для керування електродвигуном постійного струму на 700 Вт для роботи в тепловозах. Запропонована електрична схема дозволяє збільшити мобільність ремонту в разі несправності шляхом заміни відповідного блоку.

F-type ATP synthases play a key role in oxidative and photophosphorylation processes generating adenosine triphosphate (ATP) for most biochemical reactions in living organisms. In contrast to the mitochondrial FOF1-ATP synthases, those of chloroplasts are known to be mostly monomers with approx. 15% fraction of oligomers interacting presumably non-specifically in a thylakoid membrane. To shed light on the nature of this difference we studied interactions of the chloroplast ATP synthases using small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) method. Here, we report evidence of I-shaped dimerization of solubilized FOF1-ATP synthases from spinach chloroplasts at different ionic strengths. The structural data were obtained by SAXS and demonstrated dimerization in response to ionic strength. The best model describing SAXS data was two ATP-synthases connected through F1/F1′ parts, presumably via their δ-subunits, forming “I” shape dimers. Such I-shaped dimers might possibly connect the neighboring lamellae in thylakoid stacks assuming that the FOF1 monomers comprising such dimers are embedded in parallel opposing stacked thylakoid membrane areas. If this type of dimerization exists in nature, it might be one of the pathways of inhibition of chloroplast FOF1-ATP synthase for preventing ATP hydrolysis in the dark, when ionic strength in plant chloroplasts is rising. Together with a redox switch inserted into a γ-subunit of chloroplast FOF1 and lateral oligomerization, an I-shaped dimerization might comprise a subtle regulatory process of ATP synthesis and stabilize the structure of thylakoid stacks in chloroplasts.

The interaction of mono- and diimidate hydrochlorides with dialkyl chlorophosphates in the presence of triethylamine without the release of free imidates was studied. A combined method for obtaining N-phosphorylated derivatives of imidic acids with potential biological activity has been developed.

Barley production in Russia and, in particular, in the Rostov region, is of great economic importance. There are positive and negative cultivation feature of the crop in this region. Spring barley has occupied its niche in production here, and in recent years the interest of breeders has been turned to its hulles forms. In order to develop a new promising breeding material, it is necessary to study comprehensively a various source material, including its responsiveness to diseases. The purpose of the current study was an immunological estimation of the world collection of hulles barley, provided by the N. I. Vavilov All-Russian Institute of Plant Genetic Resources (VIR), according to resistance to the main pathogens widely spread in the Rostov region. The applied methods have included observations under conditions of an artificial infectious background, which revealed the immunological response of the varieties to the studied diseases. The created provocative conditions reduced the time of manifestation of susceptibility, and made it possible to cull the studied material at the early stages of the breeding process. The estimation was carried out for resistance to both leaf diseases (powdery mildew and net blotch) and smuts (head and loose). The study was carried out in the period from 2016 to 2018. There were evaluated 95 samples of various ecological and geographical origin. The result of the conducted study was as follows: according to powdery mildew there have been recommended such varieties as 84469/70 (Czech Republic), 1057-1923 (Czech Republic), Orgeniepetite (France) and Yudinsky 1 (Russian Federation). According to barley net blotch resistance, there have been recommended such varieties as 84469/70 (Czech Republic), Mestny (Dagestan), CDC Dawn (Canada) and NB-owa (Nepal). According to head smut resistance, there have been recommended such varieties as CDC Dawn (Canada), CDC Buck (Canada), H 235/66 and 84469/70 (Czech Republic). According to loose smut resistance, there have been recommended such varieties as CDC Dawn (Canada), CDC Buck (Canada), H 235/66, 84469/70 (Czech Republic) and Dublet (Belarus).

Влага и тепло являются основными факторами, лимитирующими урожайность облепихи. Целью исследований являлась оценка режима увлажнения чернозема под облепиховыми насаждениями различной плотности посадки и расчет поливных норм. Весной 2007 года водный режим в почвенном профиле под насаждениями облепихи по схеме (4х1) м оказался весьма благоприятным вплоть до июня. Необходимость орошения возникла в связи с дефицитом почвенной влаги, который достигал максимума в начале августа и сохранялся до осени. Летом 2008 года наблюдался недостаток доступной влаги в гумусовом слое чернозема. Во второй половине летнего периода поливные нормы возросли до 460 т/га и практически не снижались вплоть до конца августа. Полезные запасы влаги в мае 2007 года под насаждениями облепихи по схеме (4х2) м оказались низкими. В течение последующих месяцев недостаток влаги можно было компенсировать орошением поливными нормами от 300 до 500 т/га. В 2008 году начало мая было отмечено высокими запасами продуктивной влаги. В течение всех остальных месяцев лета водный режим почвы характеризовался значительным дефицитом влаги. Таким образом, весенний запас влаги в профиле чернозема до июля обеспечивает рост и развитие растений. Во второй половине лета продуктивные запасы влаги интенсивно расходуются на транспирацию и десукцию с поверхности почвы. При этом атмосферные осадки увлажняют только гумусовый горизонт, поэтому для обеспечения высокой продуктивности облепихи необходимы оросительные мелиорации.

The subject of the article is a discussion of the grounds for qualifying the system of compulsory health insurance (CHI) created in Russia as an insurance system, which is questioned by many experts. The article sys tematizes theoretical and methodological approaches to the description of social health insurance systems. A comparative analysis of the evolution of national systems of compulsory health insurance and systems of budgetary financing of health care was carried out from the standpoint of considering institutional changes as strengthening or weakening three types of regulation (state, societal, private), which ensure the performance of the functions of revenue collection, pooling of funds, purchasing of services. On this basis, general characteristics of modern models of social health insurance, which distinguish them from budgetary systems, are highlighted. The Russian CHI system can be qualified as a social insurance system in terms of the formation and pooling of financial resources, but as a hybrid, combining elements of the insurance and budgetary systems, in terms of the purchase of medical care.
