Background: Dementia is a neurocognitive disorder associated with the aging brain and mainly affects the hippocampus and cerebral cortex. The Hippo signaling pathway and autophagy proteins have been found to be perturbed in the brain affected by dementia processes. Objective: This systematic review aims to elaborate on the involvement of the Hippo signaling pathway and autophagy in modulating the progression and severity of dementia in aging. Methods: Searches were conducted on MEDLINE, Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science databases. Results: The Hippo signaling pathway is dependent upon the transcriptional co-activator YAP/TAZ, which forms complexes with TEAD in the nucleus in order to maintain cell homeostasis. When the expression YAP/TAZ is reduced, transcriptional repression-induced atypical cell death, ballooning cell death, and necrosis will consequently occur in the neurons. Moreover, the autophagic proteins, such as LC3, ATG proteins, and Beclin, are reduced, resulting in the disruption of autophagosome formation and accumulation and the spread of misfolded proteins in the brain suffering from dementia. Conclusion: The impairment of the Hippo signaling pathway and autophagy in the dementia process in aging should be considered since it might predict the severity, treatment, and prevention of dementia.

During this pandemic, E-Commerce is very necessary. During this pandemic, people were more interested in shopping online, according to the latest annual report from the solution-commerce startup, Sirclo, entitled "Navigating Indonesia E-Commerce COVID-19 Impact & The Rise of Social Commerce" showing that 12 million new E-Commerce users during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is because the majority of customers are afraid to leave their homes because of the pandemic. One of the shops affected was Brandes Leather, which is an offline-based shop. During this pandemic, the turnover obtained by this shop decreased, because tourists were not allowed to visit Bali. This research aims to help shop sellers design a web-based E-Commerce, which later this web-based E-Commerce will be able to be used as a medium for promotion and transactions between buyers and sellers, not only useful for sellers, buyers will also find it easy to shop from home and get information about the product to be purchased through E-Commerce itself. The result of this study is a web-based e-commerce design at a brandes leather bag shop using the prototype method so that later this shop's product enthusiasts can shop from their homes, and can get information about this shop's products easily.

Padi adalah salah satu jenis biji-bijian dengan urutan ketiga sebagai bahan pokok makanan setelah gandum dan jagung. Jenis penyakit yang menyerang daun tanaman terdiri atas blast, brownspot, leaf smut. Pada penelitian ini metode Convolutional Neural Network dengan Arsitektur Efficientnet-B3 digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan penyakit daun pada tanaman padi. Tujuan penelitian ini membandingkan tingkat akurasi menggunakan data tanpa augmentasi (asli) dan data yang telah di augmentasi. Augmentasi data yang digunakan brightness, rotation, dan vertical_flip. Selain itu dilakukan juga pengujian menggunakan optimizer yang berbeda yaitu optimizer RMSprop dan optimizer SGD (Stochastic Gradient Descent). Pengujian dilakukan dengan tiga model perbandingan data yaitu 90:10, 80;20 dan 70:30. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan akurasi tertinggi menggunakan data asli pada rasio 70:30 yaitu sebesar 92.39% dengan optimizer RMSprop. Sedangkan untuk akurasi tertinggi menggunakan data augmentasi terdapat pada rasio 90:10 yaitu sebesar 98.91% dengan optimizer RMSprop.

With the increasing use of information technology in various fields, including e-commerce, ensuring user data and privacy protection is crucial for companies like Tokopedia, one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia. This research aims to identify Tokopedia's security management system and its challenges in protecting user data and privacy. The study utilizes a literature review methodology, analyzing various documents, books, and journals related to Tokopedia's security management system. The research objectives are to understand the system's effectiveness, challenges, and Tokopedia's efforts to improve data and privacy protection. Tokopedia has prioritized information security since its establishment, implementing tight security measures, and continuously improving them. Tokopedia Shield, a security feature introduced in 2015, has significantly reduced fraud risk in the platform. Additionally, the company has taken several steps to secure user data, such as data encryption, access restriction, and password quality enhancement. Tokopedia continuously develops its security system, incorporating the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data Analytics to detect potential threats early and improve the security system's responsiveness.

Salah satu permasalahan gizi yang sering terjadi adalah stunting yang secara implisit diartikan sebagai kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis, terutama pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk turut serta dalam gerakan partisipatif sebagai upaya penurunan prevalensi stunting di Desa Rogo Kabupaten Sigi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu metode observasi, penyuluhan, studi dokumen serta metode dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan selama 26 hari (19 Maret - 15 April 2023), sehingga semua masyarakat sasaran memperoleh informasi yang memadai terkait pencegahan dan penanggulangan stunting. Target penyuluhan pada kegiatan ini yaitu 150 KK dan tercapai 100% melalui penyuluhan door to door. Pada penyuluhan terkait bahaya pernikahan dini pada 26 siswa/(i) SMA 10 Kab. Sigi diperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, pada pertanyaan tentang usia pernikahan ideal, pemahaman peserta meningkat dari 3.8% menjadi 84.6%. pada aspek pengetahuan peserta terkait korelasi pernikahan dini & risiko stunting diketahui semua peserta tidak mengetahui, namun setelah diberikan penyuluhan pemahaman siswa/(i) meningkat dari 0% menjadi 76.9%. Dapat disimpulkan, bahwa metode penyuluhan cukup baik dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait stunting dan bahaya pernikahan dini.

In 2019 we found moss praying mantis around the forest in the Bedugul Area of Bali, Indonesia. This species belongs to the family Mantidae, subfamily Nanomantinae, and predicted as member of Calofulcinia genus based on diagnostics of morphological characteristics, behavior, and habitat. Information about the morphological characteristics and data from the molecular sequencing database of the genus Calofulcinia has been very limited. In this research, the barcoding DNA of mitochondrial Cytochrome Oxidase I (mtCOI) of the species is noted using paired primers LCO1490 and HCO2198. Based on the sequence analysis (identity matrix and phylogeny analysis), the moss mantis from Bali has low similarity and genetic relationship with other Mantodea species from GenBank database. The data indicate the moss mantis from Bali has not been reported previously. In addition, the distribution of moss mantis species in Bedugul, Bali, Indonesia has just been described and recorded.

BACKGROUND: Muscle loss is one of the features associated with aging with significant impacts on the quality of life. Yap/Taz, the effectors of the Hippo pathway, was shown to regulate organ size and may be associated with aging. We postulate that Yap/Taz modulation may play a role in maintaining muscle fiber size or mediating the function of autophagy during aging and sarcopenia. OBJECTIVE: The research aim to explore sarcopenia and its relationship to autophagy and Yap/Taz expression. Additionally, we also explored the relationship of autophagy function and Yap/Taz on skeletal muscle tissue during aging. METHODS: We conducted experiments on two groups of rats kept at 16 and 80 weeks. Skeletal muscle tissue from the soleus muscle was harvested, and mRNA expression of Yap/Taz and genes associated with the autophagy pathway were quantified. Immunoblotting was done with antibodies against Yap/Taz and autophagy proteins. Bafilomycin and Verteporfin were used on the C2C12 cell line to elucidate the interaction between autophagy and Yap/Taz. RESULTS: Old rats were found to have a smaller fiber surface area of the soleus muscle and was associated with increased Yap mRNA and protein expression. The inhibition of autophagy increased Yap levels. However, the inhibition of Yap/Taz function did not affect autophagy in skeletal muscle. CONCLUSIONS: With current evidence, increased Yap was paradoxically associated with sarcopenia, and this increase was caused by the decreased autophagic flux caused by aging.

Aims: This study aims to examine the compliance of MSME taxpayers with tax socialization as a moderating variable. Study Design: Quantitative method with survey method. Place and Duration of Study: MSME taxpayers at the Badung KPP. Methodology: Type of data in this study is primary data. Primary data in this study was obtained with a spread questionnaire to must MSME tax. The population in this study is all MSME taxpayers at the Badung KPP is 16,559. Whereas the sample in the study is must tax persons personal which do activity business. As for Technique sampling this study use a random sampling technique. Random sampling is taking sample members from a population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in that population. Determination of the number of samples in this study was carried out using the Slovin formula at an error threshold of 10% so that a minimum sample size of 100 respondents was obtained. The questionnaire in this study was measured using a Likert scale of 5 points from strongly disagreeing rated 1 to strongly agree rated 5. The tax understanding variable was measured using 5 indicators; Tax socialization variable is measured by 7 indicators). The variable of taxpayer compliance is measured by 3 indicators. Researcher used moderate regression analysis for analyzing data. Results: The taxpayer compliance of MSME actors in Badung Regency can be increased if the taxpayer understands well how knowledge of taxation aspects is in the business world, both from the effort to record transactions, calculate bills or tax burden to be paid and pay tax debt on time is directly affected by the intention to comply. However, this effort will not run optimally if there is no dissertation on the role of tax socialization. The existence of this socialization provides additional knowledge and understanding of the aspects of taxation. The results of this test indicate that tax socialization can be justified as a moderating variable for the effect of understanding taxation on taxpayer compliance of MSME actors in Badung Regency. Conclusion: To improve related research obedience must tax MSME, the researcher provides suggestions for research, furthermore as follows: 1) Government can increase compliance must tax in making payments and reporting tax with expand socialization tax and using various media which easily reached by must tax especially MSMEs (such as Facebook, Instagram, whatsapp). 2) MSME actors in a manner aware of the importance of following tax socialization given by the government and actively supports government programs in increasing tax understanding of MSMEs especially tax incentives given for MSMEs.

Catur Kintamani Village is one of the village areas in Kintamani-Bangli District, besides its cool climate as an Arabica coffee producing area and has received a Geographical Indication Certificate (GIS). Several coffee processing companies have developed, one of which is UPP. Catur Paramita is a business unit of Subak Abian Kenjung Sari. The problem is that coffee skin waste has not been utilized which can disrupt the environment. One alternative solution to the problem is processing coffee husk waste through fermentation using local microorganism (LMO) probiotics from coffee husks for animal feed. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the appearance response of sows given fermented coffee husk waste as a substitute for commercial feed can affect the appearance of sows in the growth phase. The method used to achieve this goal is the experimental design method and the design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments, namely: Po (without coffee husk waste), P1 (5% substitution of coffee husk waste), and P2 (substitution of 10% coffee husk waste). Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results showed a significant effect (P0.05). It can be concluded that substituting commercial feed with fermented coffee husk waste using local microorganisms (LMO) coffee skin as much as 10% significantly improves body weight gain at 1-3 months.

Kesadaran merawat dan menjaga kebersihan gigi pada anak di SD YBPK Kediri masih rendah. Perlu adanya pelatihan cara menggosok gigi dengan benar. Dengan memberikan edukasi cara menggosok gigi, banyak peningkatan pemahaman, sehingga ketrampilan gosok gigi pada anak juga meningkat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mengedukasi siswa dalam peningkatan pemahaman dan ketrampilan gosok gigi (TRASOGI). Metode yang kami gunakan menggunakan lembar observasi menggosok gigi dari Kemenkes RI. Evaluasi menggunakan lembar observasi setelah edukasi. Hasil yang didapat setelah dilaksanakan edukasi, membuktikan bahwa pemahaman anak SD di YBPK Kediri meningkat, anak mampu mengingat serta melakukan cara dan langkah-langkah menggosok gigi dengan benar. Trasogi yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan siswa Sekolah Dasar YBPK Kediri.

In realizing a Child Friendly City, it is necessary to have Child Friendly Schools. Behavioral architecture approach will help assess a child's growth-learning space that is comfortable and safe. The purpose of this study was to examine the Design of Honey Playhouse, a Waldorf School in Ubud Bali, as well as the benefits of social or practical values, namely child-friendly design and learning methods. The theory used is Behavioral Architecture, and the Waldorf Learning Method. This study uses a qualitative approach. The collection technique was carried out by interviews, field observations, and online and offline documentation. The results showed that the behavioral architectural approach was carried out from the design concept to the finalization of the design, which in the end the school design grew together with school students.

Teknologi komputer yang kompleks dan canggih sangat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan, termasuk dalam memilih siswa terbaik di sekolah. SMA N 4 OKU saat ini hanya menggunakan nilai rapor sebagai kriteria utama dalam memilih siswa terbaik. Namun, sebenarnya ada banyak aspek lain yang juga perlu dipertimbangkan, seperti absensi, nilai kepribadian, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, prestasi, dan nilai raport. Jadi sistema pendukunga keputusana diperlukan untuk membantu guru dalam memilih siswa terbaik di SMA N 4 OKU berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yanga telaha ditetapkana. Salaha satua metode yang dapata digunakana adalaha metode TOPSIS yang mengukur jaraka antaraa alternatifa dengana solusia ideala positif & negatif menggunakan jarak Euclidean. Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan aplikasi website sistema pendukunga keputusan untuk memudahkan prosesa pemilihana siswaa terbaik di SMA N 4 OKU dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

This study aimed to describe the practicality of physics learning devices with guided inquiry learning models using google site media. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Tilango, and the study sample was class XI IPA, using a simple random sampling technique. This development study uses research and development research (R&D) using the developed ADDIE development model. It will be implemented in class XI IPA of SMA Negeri 1 Tilango for odd quarters of the 2022/2023 Academic Year in determining research topics using simple sampling methods. The results showed that the guided inquiry learning model with google sites media on static fluid material was very well used in the learning process, with an average percentage of learning implementation of 91.2%, an average student response of 83.6%, and an average response of teachers by 92.03%. Results from the average percentage of teacher and student responses on learning tools are expanded into practical categories that can be applied to the learning process.

This research aimed to describe the effectiveness of differentiated learning materials oriented toward the nature of science (NoS) to improve students’ scientific literacy skills. The research type is quasi-experiment with one group pretest-posttest design. The research was given to 31 students in VIII-A class of Junior High School 16 Gresik. The effectiveness of differentiated learning materials oriented toward the nature of science (NoS) was obtained from the scientific literacy skills test and student response questionnaire. The student’s scientific literacy skills test showed an improvement in gain score between the pretest and posttest scores of 0.64, which is in the medium category; besides that, most students gave positive responses to the learning materials seen from the percentage of interest in learning materials 84.68% (very interested). The data obtained showed that differentiated learning materials oriented toward the nature of science were effective as learning materials to improve students’ scientific literacy skills in Merdeka Curriculum

Wanagiri Village is a village located in Sukasada SubSubdistrict, Buleleng Regency. Most of the people's livelihoods are farmers, ranchers, and coffee processors, which have the potential to be developed. From the main output of coffee, a complete feed will be made that utilizes coffee waste as feed for the PE goats that are widely raised there. In addition, the partners lacked knowledge in the field of feed, especially utilizing coffee waste as feed by mixing it with superior forage available there, both grass and legumes. Therefore, the right ratio formulation technique can be given to FE goats. Solutions made to solve problems faced by partners in making complete feed for goats. The method that will be used is the farmer's active participation extension method and explorative.

The discourse of colonial and colonized conflicts is oriented in the form of resentment and hatred of the colonized community as part of the causality of traumatic events. The wounds of the past are then passed down through the concept of memory transmission both by famillial mechanism memory and affillial memory by first-generation to post-generation. It is this hereditary traumatic condition that contributes to maintaining the discourse of inferiority and binaryism between East and West. Thus, the purpose of this study is to describe the conflicts of colonizers and postcolonial colonizers as well as examine the efforts of Iksaka Banu to release these traumatic shackles through reconciliation and resistance efforts. This research method uses Teun van Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK). Dijk which is based on the analysis of the text dimension, the social cognition dimension, and the social context dimension. Data collection techniques in this study apply listening methods and advanced recording techniques, and document review techniques. The results showed that (1) A review of the dimensions of the text showed a reconstruction of the ambivalence and traumatic of Western subjects in the short stories of Iksaka Banu; (2) A study of the dimensions of social cognition shows that the reconstruction pattern of ambivalence and traumatic of the Western subject is used as Iksaka Banu's strategy to carry out traumatic reconciliation of colonized subjects as well as resistance to Western domination and hegemony; (3) A study of the social context shows two findings of the problem, First, the existence of social inequality over the mechanisms of Western domination and hegemony; Second, even so, Indonesian society is still confined by the problem of trauma while awareness of the subject's position on the condition of social reality cannot be managed as a potential resistance

Evaluation of teachers is a common activity in the education world with the aim of assessing and encouraging the performance of teachers in the learning process. At Pesantren Miftahul Jannah, the evaluation and assessment of teachers has not been fully implemented due to subjective evaluations conducted manually, often resulting in human errors and making it difficult to determine the best teachers. User-centered design method was used in this research to create a system solution based on user needs. This research discusses the design of a decision support system for selecting the best teachers by applying the user-centered design method to help evaluate the best teachers, reduce subjectivity and errors in evaluation, and provide transparency in the evaluation process. The results of this research provide a system design and prototype. The prototype that has been built was tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with a score of 71.6 and received an adjective rating of B or good.

Goat milk kefir has high nutritional value, especially in protein and calcium content and has a low lactose content. Vacuum drying is an alternative to remove the water content in kefir so that it can extend the shelf life because it inhibits bacterial growth. This study determines the effect of aging time and drying time using vacuum drying method on the characteristics and amino acid composition of goat milk kefir (kefir and powder kefir). Fermented goat milk (24 hours) use kefir grains without aging and with aging times of 1, 2, 3, 4 (week). The total titrated acid and fat content were significantly different in kefir, but it is not significantly different in powder kefir. The yield, moisture, ash, protein, fiber, and fat in both kefir and powder kefir did not show significant differences. The best treatment based on the exponential comparison method for both powder kefir and kefir was 3 weeks of aging time. Therefore, the amino acid components in powder kefir and kefir underwent changes. The highest total amino acids in kefir was kefir without aging. The highest amino acid of powder kefir was obtained after 2 weeks of aging time.

Current study aims to explain the role of experiential marketing and customer satisfaction in increasing customer loyalty to companies, especially coffee shops. This study was carried out through a quantitative approach by taking the research location at Sendiri Coffee Bar Denpasar. The target population includes all consumers who have visited the cafe in the last 6 months. Through accidental sampling method, 33 consumers participated in the study. Empirical data was collected through an online questionnaire and were then analyzed through the Structural Equation Model approach with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The findings confirm that experiential marketing and customer satisfaction play a very crucial role in influencing the level of consumer loyalty in cafes. Furthermore, a good experience felt by consumers will be able to increase loyalty through a high level of satisfaction with the products and services provided. This study is able to contribute positively to the literature and to the development of cafe business. The implication that can be given is the importance of always improving the quality of cafes from product and service aspects in order to create memorable experiences in the minds of consumers and high satisfaction so that they can encourage them to become loyal customers. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di Sendiri Coffee Bar Denpasar. Target populasi mencakup semua konsumen yang pernah mengunjungi kafe tersebut dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Melalui metode accidental sampling, 33 konsumen berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data empiris dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online kemudian dianalisis melalui pendekatan Structural Equation Model dengan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Temuan mengkonfirmasi bahwa pemasaran pengalaman dan kepuasan pelanggan memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam mempengaruhi tingkat loyalitas konsumen di kafe. Selanjutnya, pengalaman yang baik yang dirasakan oleh konsumen akan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas melalui tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi terhadap produk dan layanan yang diberikan. Studi ini mampu memberikan kontribusi positif bagi literatur dan pengembangan bisnis kafe. Implikasi yang dapat diberikan adalah pentingnya selalu meningkatkan kualitas kafe dari aspek produk dan pelayanan agar tercipta pengalaman yang berkesan di benak konsumen dan kepuasan yang tinggi sehingga dapat mendorong mereka untuk menjadi pelanggan setia. Fenomena sosial pernikahan dini masih banyak terjadi diberbagai daerah, bahkan pernikahan dini sampai saat ini masih menjadi masalah serius di Indonesia. Adapun dampak yang dapat diakibatkan dari pernikahan dini antara lain yakni dampak biologis, psikologis, ekonomi, pendidikan, dan kehidupan sosial selain itu juga adanya resiko pernikahan dini perspektif hukum Islam dan hukum positif. Siswa sekolah sebagai generasi penerus bangsa perlu diberi pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang resiko pernikahan dini perspektif hukum Islam dan hukum positif sebagai upaya preventif dalam mencegah perkawinan pada usia anak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi dan edukasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Nusantara. Adapun. Peserta pada kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 96 siswa dan siswi yang duduk di kelas XI. Pasca dilaksanakan kegiatan ini, peserta mampu mengetahui dan memahami resiko pernikahan dini perspektif hukum Islam dan hukum positif. Peserta menyadari bahwa pernikahan dini akan membawa banyak kerugian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi tentang dampak pernikahan dini perspektif hukum Islam dan Hukum positif berhasil memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman baru yang lebih baik terhadap siswa dan siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Nusantara.

Preterm Birth is one of the main causes of infant mortality and morbidity worldwide. An estimated 15 million preterm births are birthed each year. Preterm Birth is not a single disease but a complex syndrome. The placenta's production of Corticotrophin-Releasing Hormone (CRH) is one theory for Preterm Birth. The peptide hormone CRH, which levels rise exponentially during pregnancy, has been linked to preterm Birth due to its endocrine, autocrine, and paracrine functions. It has been suggested that CRH functions as a component of the placental clock, with preterm Birth occurring when the placental clock is activated too early. Populasi Hewan ternak di Indonesia setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan jumlah. Seiring dengan meningkatnya populasi hewan ternak, tentunya limbah ternak yang dihasilkan juga akan meningkat. Apabila Limbah ternak tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka dapat berpotensi menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan, seperti pencemaran air, tanah, dan udara. Sehingga, salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan limbah ternak hewan sebagai bahan dalam pembuatan pupuk organik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sukarara, Kecamatan Sakra Barat, Kabupaten Lombok Timur karena mayoritas masyarakat Desa Sukarara merupakan Peternak dan Petani. program kerja ini tepat dilaksanakan di Desa Sukarara, karena saat melaksanakan observasi, ditemukan kotoran sapi yang tertumpuk dan belum dimanfaatkan, oleh karenanya kelompok KKN Tematik Desa Sukarara tertarik untuk melaksanakan kegiatan Penyuluhan dan Pendampingan Pemanfaatan Limbah Kandang Ternak. Introduction: Maternal and child health problems are issues that need more attention because they have a major impact on development in the health sector and improve the quality of human resources. Although jaundice is not the highest cause of Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), jaundice is one of the contributors to infant morbidity in Indonesia because it can cause the baby's body to become weak and unwilling to suck, increased muscle tone, stiff neck, muscle spasms, seizures, sensory disturbances, mental retardation, disability, even death. Methods: This study is a descriptive design of all maternal patients who have jaundice babies. This research was conducted by collecting data from patient registers and electronic medical records at the Pediatric Polyclinic and Child Care Ward at Wangaya Regional Hospital Denpasar for the period January until December 2022. Results: There were 77 mothers with neonatal jaundice in this study. Researchers compared the characteristics of the mother with neonatal jaundice based on the mother’s age, gestational age, parity, education level, and the delivery method. Conclusion: Majority of mothers with neonatal jaundice are in the age group of 20-35 years, high school graduates, multigravida parity, gestational age 37-41 weeks and the method of delivery is sectio caesarea. Fibroadenoma mammae is a benign tumor in the breast that can grow in women aged 14-35 years. FAM has a solid mass with a rubbery consistency, is well-defined, and has low cellularity cells. FAM is classified as a benign tumor but can increase the risk of breast cancer by as much as 2.17 times. There are at least 10% of women in the world have FAM lumps. Jakarta Breast Center reported 1,971 out of 2,495 patients suffering from benign FAM tumors. FAM incidents are increasing yearly, and the concerns are often misinterpreted as malignancy. Until now, the cause of FAM cannot be known with certainty. Several risk factors have been identified, such as family genetics, age, hormones, radiation exposure, and contraceptive use. This study aims to determine the profile of FAM sufferers at the MRCCC Siloam Semanggi Hospital in 2019-2020. The research was conducted by total sampling method using anatomic pathology archives. Research on 131 patient records found that the largest age group occurred at 16-30 years, with as many as 68 patients (51.9%). Based on the location of the breast, most FAM lumps were found on the right side in 58 patients (44.3%), with the majority having one lump in 92 patients (70.2%). The most commonly found FAM was > 6cm in 52 patients (39.7%), with the most commonly found consistency being supple in 102 patients (77.9%), and all of them had clear boundaries in 131 patients (100%). Women with risks and suspicions of breast lumps are expected to do early detection with the BSE procedure.

Natural fiber as a sound-absorbing biocompisite material is believed to not only reduce noise pollution but also to absorb heat. There are many underutilized coconut husks, which so far the use of coconut husks is only conventional. The focus of this research is to find the right solution in the use of coconut fiber as well as composite material engineering for technological purposes. The research method will use pure experiments using controlled specimens in the mechanical Engineering laboratory of ITB, including mechanicals tests, soundproofing. The results of he tensile test are the tensile strength of the largest coconut fiber composite fiber is found in the fiber volume fraction of 25% with a value of 59.072 Mpa, followed by 20% fiber fraction with a value of 59.025 Mpa, 15% fiber fraction with a value of 56.736 Mpa, fiber fraction 10% with a value of 56.807 Mpa, 5% fiber fraction with a value 53.736. and for he results of the soundproof test with frequency of 250 Hz – 2000 Hz at 5% fiber fraction, it has an absorption coefficient value of 0,03, 10% fiber fraction, has an absorption coefficient value of 0.18, 15% fiber fraction has an absorption coefficient value of 0.18. 0.18, the fiber fraction of 20 has an absorption coefficient of 0.22, the fiber fraction of 25% has an absorption coefficient of 0.28.

Pelayanan publik menjadi hal dasar yang paling penting dalam menggerakkan roda pemerintahan yang mengutamakan kedekatan pemerintahan dengan masyarakat melalui pelayanan. Kegiatan survei tersebut sebagai upaya mengukur tingkat kepuasan masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan dan meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Jurnal ini betujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan (masyarakat) atas pelayanan Publik yang diberikan berupa Jalan Provinsi oleh Dinas PUPR Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode kuantitatif non eksperimental. Akurasi dan keyakinan peneliti terhadap responden menjadi sangat urgent, oleh karena itu teknik pengambilan sample dengan purposive sampling dengan dikombinasikan teknik acccidental sampling, dengan dibatasi pada quota sampling sebesar 265 responden yang dibagi pada 26 Ruas Jalan Provinsi di wilayah Serang dan Cilegon. Adapun alasan menentukan jumlah 265 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diperoleh hasil dari 29 pertanyaan, terhadap 5 pertanyaan berada kuadran I (Kepentingan Tinggi, Kepuasan Rendah), Sedangkan 15 pertanyaan di kuadran II (Kepentingan Tinggi, Kepuasan Tinggi), Sedangkan 5 pertanyaan terdapat di kuadran III (Kepentingan Rendah, Kepuasan Rendah) dan terdapat 4 pertanyaan di kuadran IV (Kepentingan Rendah, Kepuasan Tinggi). 3. Berdasarkan analisis Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI) diperoleh hasil CSI Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI) sebesar 74, 75%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat yang menggunakan pelayanan jalan provinsi pada Wilayah Kolektor Primer (WKP) II (Serang-Cilegon) merasa Puas.

Ruang baca fasilkom unsri mengalami kerusakan server yang menyebabkan website nya tidak bisa lagi di akses jadi untuk proses peminjaman buku dan proses pengembalian buku saat ini masih menggunakan kertas dan memakan waktu lama, jam operasional dari perpustakaan yang terbatas serta diperlukannya petugas ruang baca untuk proses pengembalian buku. Dalam melakukan pengukuran kualitas suatu website dapat dilakukan dengan keterlibatan user atau pengguna dalam pembuatan website. Pendekatan design thinking diterapkan untuk memahami permasalahan pengguna dan menciptakan user interface dan user experience yang baik untuk website ruang baca fasilkom unsri yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Website ini dibangun untuk membantu pihak ruang baca dalam mengelola data dan transaksi buku, serta memudahkan proses pencarian buku yang dibutuhkan tanpa harus menunggu lama.

Firm value is the price that prospective buyers are willing to pay if the company is sold. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information asymmetry on firm value. The population of this study are all Property and Real Estate Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, namely 40 companies. The samples used were 120 samples. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data used is secondary data, namely the company's financial statements. Data analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that information asymmetry has no effect on firm value.

SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur adalah sebuah institusi pendidikan negeri yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Sekolah ini telah terakreditasi dengan grade B dan menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Namun, SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur masih menggunakan metode manual dalam melakukan evaluasi dan pencatatan nilai siswa, seperti pembuatan rapor, leger nilai, dan hasil rekapan nilai siswa. Hal ini menjadi kendala bagi guru dalam mengukur perkembangan kemampuan siswa secara optimal karena hasil rekapan nilai siswa hanya dapat dilihat pada akhir semester. Oleh karena itu SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi rapor berbasis website dengan perancangan antarmuka yang efektif dan efisien. Perancangan antarmuka tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dalam penerapan aplikasi rapor yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dan pencatatan nilai siswa. Perancangan antarmuka ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD), yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses desain aplikasi. Hal ini memungkinkan para pengguna untuk memberikan masukan dan saran mengenai tampilan antarmuka dan fitur-fitur yang diinginkan. Setelah perancangan selesai, desain prototype aplikasi rapor tersebut dievaluasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner Heuristic Evaluation & Webuse (Website Usability Evaluation).

Gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) is a collection of illnesses connected to pregnancy that result from aberrant placental trophoblast growth. Some GTD patients experience the rare but possibly fatal consequence of hyperthyroidism, which calls for prompt diagnosis and treatment. There is very little research on hyperthyroidism in GTD. This review examines the epidemiology, pathogenesis, and treatment of this phenomenon. The pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism in GTD has received extensive research. The trophoblastic tissue of the placenta secretes an excessive amount of hCG, which is structurally related to thyroid-stimulating hormone and has increased thyrotropic activity. Worldwide, there are different rates of hyperthyroidism in GTD, with lower rates related to high prenatal screening uptake and early GTD discovery. We were unable to pinpoint any specific risk factors for hyperthyroidism in GTD. Although surgical removal of the uterus can definitively treat hyperthyroidism, serious consequences in GTD have been recorded, including thyroid storm-induced multi-organ failure, ARDS, and pulmonary hypertension. To stop the onset of hyperthyroidism and the difficulties that go along with it, early GTD identification is essential. Women receiving surgery for GTD should be aware of hyperthyroidism as a critical postoperative factor that needs to be adequately managed. Future research should examine the elements contributing to hyperthyroidism in GTD as this may help identify high-risk female patients early. This research was conducted with a tool that in the research process using observation. Observations were made by testing native applications with applications that were already using Progressive Web Apps (PWA) using the PageSpeed Insights tool. Progressive Web Apps (PWA) help optimize websites so that they look like native applications both on computers and on mobile. Application can be accessed offline, provide notifications, and there is no need to download application on the PlayStore or App Store, just through the website. This PWA exists to address these issues. PWA makes things faster and optimizes quality.

Strategies that can be used to increase sales of baby and children's equipment businesses are developing an ecommerce website that implements plugins, attractive landing page designs, promotion through social media, integration of online transactions, payments, and logistics, and creating a user-friendly website. Implementation of an e-commerce website can increase revenue and facilitate product marketing. This research aims to increase Melisa Baby and Kids Shop sales through ecommerce website creation strategies by utilizing plugins that enhance website functionality. By implementing those strategies, the result to business is gaining more visibility and increased sales by up to 30% based on an interview with owner.

Family support is needed to provide a person's physical and psychological comfort when experiencing illness. Family support is very important for the survival of DM sufferers, so that with good family support, the quality of support will be good. This study aims to determine the relationship of family support to the quality of life of DM sufferers. This is a quantitative study using a cross-sectional design approach. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. This research was conducted in July-August 2019 in the Melati room at Vita Insani Hospital, Pematangsiantar. Hypothesis analysis used the 2x2 chi-square test. middle class, income Rp. 750 000.00 and Rp. 750,000.00 Rp. 1452 400.00, suffering from DM for an average of 6 years. Families with DM sufferers, mostly in the middle adult age, have a relationship between children and sufferers of DM, female sex. 42 respondents (80.8%) 37 respondents (71.2%) had a poor quality of life. There was a relationship between family support and the quality of life of DM sufferers (p-0.046). Family support was related to the quality of life of DM sufferers. Nurses should involve families of DM sufferers in providing nursing care. Further research should examine the analysis of the factors that most influence the quality of life of DM sufferers and conduct research in a hospital.

Desa Teros merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, tepatnya di Kecamatan Labuhan Haji, pun ikut menjadi sasaran pemerintah dalam upaya pencegahan dan penekanan angka stunting. Kabupaten Lombok Timur juga tak luput dari perhatian mengingat jumlah penduduknya yang cukup padat dan tingkat kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu stunting ini relatif rendah. Perlu diketahui stunting adalah kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita (bayi dibawah 5 tahun) akibat dari kekurangan gizi kronis sehingga anak terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Kekurangan gizi terjadi sejak bayi dalam kandungan pada masa awal setelah bayi lahir, akan tetapi kondisi stunting baru nampak setelah bayi berusia 2 tahun. Kondisi gagal tumbuh tersebut kemudian dapat mengakibatkan berbagai gangguan kesehatan baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Salah satu contohnya akan berimbas pada IQ anak. Dengan demikian dapat dicermati bahwa dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh stunting akan memberikan pengaruh untuk anak seperti menurunkan keoptimalan kognitif, motorik dan kesehatan yang berimbas pada kapasitas dan kemampuan anak dalam menyerap pelajaran di sekolah kemudian mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kemampuannya saat dewasa. Berdasarkan tujuan-tujuan dari program Pemerintah Daerah, serta melihat tingginya tingkat stunting di Kabupaten Lombok Timur, kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu instrumen-instrumen Desa Teros terkait seperti Tokoh Agama, Tokoh masyarakat, Pemerintah Desa, Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK), Kader Posyandu, Bidan Desa, Karang Taruna serta masyarakat pada umumnya untuk menekan angka stunting di Desa Teros, Kecamatan Labuhan Haji, Kabupaten Lombok Timur melalui pelaksanaan sosialisasi- sosialisasi yang tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat

Adapaun tujuan penelitian adalah merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengelolahan data manajemen, manfaatnya untuk mempermudah proses pengelolahan data manajemen di pemrograman internet fakultas ilmu komputer, adapun pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari desain, coding, testing dan implementasi, Adapun perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) serta dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Masing-masing fitur pada sistem dapat dijalankan dengan baik sesuai fungsinya, Pengujian menggunakan pengujian black box, hasil pengujian adalah berhasil.

This research aims to develop, know the feasibility and know the response of teachers and learners to the electronic use of LKPD (e-LKPD) High School class XI motion system material using PageFlip 3D Software. This type of research is a Research and development or R&D with a development model referring to the ADDIE model. The developed product is validated by material experts and media experts, and then assessed by the teacher of class XI biology subjects. The data used is qualitative and quantitative data, obtained from the results of analysis of questionnaire calculations and interviews. The results from research and development that have been written in this paper, it can be concluded that the e-LKPD media developed can be used as an additional medium in the learning process in motion system materials

This paper is a study of the role of leaders in reproducing and equipping people to become the next leaders. This study departs from the author's empirical observations, that many church organizations do not carry out leadership regeneration, so many churches experience setbacks because they are not ready to face any changes. The purpose of writing this article is to see what steps the church has taken in regenerating young leaders in the era of disruption. In this era of disruption, the church is required to prepare leaders who can keep up with change, because young leaders have perspectives that are more relevant to changing times and are able to see change as an opportunity to grow and be fruitful by utilizing digital access. The method of writing this article is using a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The source of this study was obtained from searching various literature such as books and relevant journal articles. The results obtained in the study are that leaders have responsibilities, namely recognizing potential leaders, growing potential leaders and equipping prospective leaders. But to produce leaders like this one should build good cooperation between members and leaders.Abstrak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian terhadap peran pemimpin dalam mereproduksi dan memperlengkapi orang-orang untuk menjadi pemimpin selanjutnya. Kajian ini berangkat dari pengamatan penulis secara empiris, bahwa banyak organisasi gereja yang tidak melakukan regenerasi kepemimpinan, sehingga banyak gereja mengalami kemunduran karena tidak siap menghadapi setiap perubahan. Tujuan penulisan artikel adalah melihat apa saja langkah-langkah gereja dalam meregenerasikan para pemimpin-pemimpin muda di era disrupsi. Di era globalisasi ini gereja dituntut untuk mempersiapkan pemimpin yang dapat mengikuti perubahan, karena pemimpin muda memiliki perspektif yang lebih relevan dengan perubahan zaman serta mampu melihat perubahan sebagai suatu kesempatan untuk bertumbuh dan berbuah dengan memanfaatkan akses digital. Metode penulisan artikel ini ada menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka. Sumber kajian ini diperoleh dari penelurusan berbagai literatur seperti buku dan artikel jurnal yang relevan. Hasil yang didapat dalam kajian adalah pemimpin memiliki tanggung jawab, yaitu mengenali calon pemimpin, menumbuhkan calon pemimpin dan memperlengkapi calon pemimpin. Tetapi untuk menghasilkan para pemimpin-pemimpin seperti ini hendaknya membangun kerjasama yang baik antara anggota dan pemimpin.

Learning Media made using Powtoon Software is an educational product in the form of animated videos covering the Arthropoda sub-material for Class X SMAN. The purpose of this study was to develop biology learning media using Powtoon in the Arthropoda sub-material and to see the feasibility of the learning media which was validated by material experts and media experts. This type of research is development research (R & D) and the research model used is the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaires, assessment sheets, and documentation. The subjects of this study were students of class X IPA SMAN 8 Jambi City. The trial was conducted on 6 students (small group) and 31 students (large group). The results of material validation were obtained with a score of 56 and a percentage of 93% in the "very good" category and the results of media validation were obtained with a score of 56 and a percentage of 93% in the "very good" category. The test results in the small group were obtained with a score of 220 and a percentage of 91.6% in the "very good" category and the test results in the large group obtained a score of 1.103 and a percentage of 81.1% in the "very good" category, and the results of the teacher's perception were obtained. a score of 34 and a percentage of 85% in the "perfect" category. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the learning media using Powtoon in the Arthropoda sub-material for class X SMA is feasible to use in learning

Objective: This study aims to analyze the initial ability of student's creative thinking skills on electromagnetic materials and find a solution method of learning model suitable to the students' conditions. Method: The design of this study was pre-experimental. The data collection technique used a test method using creative thinking skills test instrument. The test instruments used in this study were tested for validity and reliability before use. Results: The results of this study showed different results. The percentage of the fluency indicator is 96.71% in the very good category, the percentage of the flexibility indicator is 51.97% in the medium category, the percentage of the elaboration indicator is 36.18%, and the originality is 16.45% in the less category. The average of all indicators is 50.32%, with the medium category. Novelty: Students' creative thinking skills can be developed through various methods, including the PjBL model, the Inquiry Social Learning model, PBL combined with Flashcard media, and PjBL integrated with STEM-based e-learning. The implications of this study can be used as a reference and essential alternative for future researchers to design learning tools using specific learning methods/models to increase students' or college students' creative thinking skills.

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit menular yang dinyatakan sebagai suatu pandemi global. Merebaknya COVID-19 menjadi sebuah ancaman bagi kesehatan masyarakat dan dapat menyebabkan tekanan kesehatan mental, seperti Gangguan Stres Pasca Trauma (GSPT). GSPT merupakan gangguan kejiwaan yang terjadi setelah mengalami atau menyaksikan peristiwa menakutkan (stresor) dengan berbagai manifestasi. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk membahas hubungan COVID-19 yang menyebabkan GSPT dan mengetahui gejala GSPT pasca COVID-19. Kasus ini menyajikan seorang wanita 45 tahun dengan diagnosis GSPT pasca COVID-19 dengan manifestasi yang sesuai dengan kriteria dalam Pedoman Penggolongan dan Diagnosis Gangguan Jiwa di Indonesia III (PPDGJ-III), seperti kesulitan tidur, menghindari berita mengenai COVID-19, jantung berdebar, peningkatan frekuensi pernapasan, dan kilas balik apabila mengetahui terdapat kerabat yang menderita COVID-19. Akibat dari COVID-19 seperti rawat inap di rumah sakit dapat menyebabkan stres dan menimbulkan beban pada kesehatan mental sehingga dapat dianggap sebagai suatu peristiwa traumatis. Di samping itu, invasi virus pada sistem saraf pusat (SSP) dapat menyebabkan gangguan neuropsikiatri akibat kerusakan saraf. Diagnosis GSPT ditegakkan berdasarkan PPDGJ-III dengan kurun waktu antara trauma dan gangguan timbul dalam 6 bulan setelah kejadian traumatis disertai berbagai manifestasi yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan pada fungsi normal individu.

Perilaku konsumen wanita memiliki ragam kebutuhan dan keinginan dalam melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perilaku pembelian konsumen wanita secara impulsif yang dalam hal ini adalah produk UNIQLO, dengan mengetahui pengaruh dari Gaya Hidup Belanja dan Motivasi Belanja Hedonis dengan Emosi Positif serta dampaknya terhadap Pembelian Impulsif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode asosiatif dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik nonprobability sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 108 responden dari konsumen wanita produk UNIQLO. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini hanya mendukung tiga hipotesis diantara seluruh hipotesis yaitu variabel gaya hidup belanja dan motivasi belanja hedonis signifikan dalam memengaruhi emosi positif, serta pengaruh variabel emosi positif secara positif signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif menjadi tingkat hubungan tertinggi dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0,559 atau 59%, sedangkan dua hipotesis yang diajukan ditolak dengan nilai original sampel hanya sebesar 0,028 atau 28% yaitu gaya hidup belanja dan motivasi belanja hedonis tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa konsumen wanita di Kota Samarinda lebih mementingkan produk yang ingin dibeli sesuai dengan kebutuhan bukan dengan gaya hidup berbelanjanya dengan menghabiskan waktu dan uangnya serta tidak ada motivasi hedonis ketika berbelanja produk UNIQLO dengan pengalaman seperti berpetualang saat berbelanja.
