Background and Aim: The complexity and diversity of law enforcement missions requires that Police officers be highly prepared and physically able to successfully carry out their assigned missions in order to ensure the security of citizens. The purpose of this study is to design a model for the development of physical education in Police organization. Method: This research is a qualitative research in terms of applied purpose, exploratory research in terms of method and data type. The population and the statistical sample of the study included 15 Police sports experts and university faculty members who were selected by purposive sampling. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview based on foundation data theory. Validity, transferability, reliability and verification methods were used to confirm the validity. Reliability was calculated by Holste method 0. 87 which was confirmed. In the present study, Max Kyoda qualitative data analysis software was used for qualitative content analysis, for open, axial and selective coding. Findings: Based on the research findings, causal factors are seven factors (management of physical education, educational facilities and equipment, research, budget and finance, executive agents and individuals, evaluation and feedback, and public relations), in the contextual section of three factors ( Managerial, educational learners, instructors and trainers), in the intervention section, three factors (lack of facilities and equipment, the nature of physical education and human and financial resources), in the strategies section, three sections (at individual, intermediate and macro levels) Finally, in the outcomes section, 4 main categories were identified (development of Police physical training, increasing the motivation of teachers and trainers, increasing productivity in Police missions, institutionalizing sports culture in the Police). Conclusion: The results showed that management factors, training facilities and equipment, research, budget and finance, executive agents and individuals, evaluation and feedback and public relations are important factors in creating and developing physical education training. Consider the above in the case of physical education.

The outbreak of the corona virus disease (COVID-19) has changed the lives of most people on Earth. Given the high prevalence of this disease, its correct diagnosis in order to quarantine patients is of the utmost importance in steps of fighting this pandemic. Among the various modalities used for diagnosis, medical imaging, especially computed tomography (CT) imaging, has been the focus of many previous studies due to its accuracy and availability. In addition, automation of diagnostic methods can be of great help to physicians. In this paper, a method based on pre-trained deep neural networks is presented, which, by taking advantage of a cyclic generative adversarial net (CycleGAN) model for data augmentation, has reached state-of-the-art performance for the task at hand, i.e., 99.60% accuracy. Also, in order to evaluate the method, a dataset containing 3163 images from 189 patients has been collected and labeled by physicians. Unlike prior datasets, normal data have been collected from people suspected of having COVID-19 disease and not from data from other diseases, and this database is made available publicly.

The network design problem (NDP) is a bi-level problem with integer and decimal variables that aims to minimize the users' total cost under the budget constraints. Although utilizing variable demand models will theoretically change the NDP’s result, the demand was assumed to be fixed and known in the literature. In this paper, a mathematical analysis will be presented to justify the importance of using variable demand in the discrete network design problem (DNDP). The DNDP for Sioux-falls network will be solved in both variable and fixed demand conditions by using total enumeration (in the upper-level) and Frank-Wolf (in the lower-level) method. The result shows that DNDP findings for variable and fix demand conditions have significant differences, especially in the mid-budget level.

Objective (s): Newspapers along with other mass media have a significant role in increasing health literacy of the general public. Pediatrics related information is one of the most important issues in newspapers. The goal of this study was to perform a content analysis of the newspapers in Iran for pediatrics information. Methods: This was an applied survey performed in year 2014 using the content analysis method. Data were collected via a checklist designed by the researchers. The statistical population consisted of all of the messages printed in 694 volumes in five most widely circulated Iranian newspapers (Iran, Jamejam, Keyhan, Resalat and Etelaat). Results: In all 426 articles were assessed. Distribution of pediatrics related information published was as follows: Jamejam (7.50%), Etelaat (5.26%), Iran (18%), Keyhan (5.3%) and Resalat (17.1%). ‘Mental disorders’ (19.6%) and ‘Nutrition’ (19.27%) had the highest and ‘Pathophysiology of body fluids and fluid therapy’ and ‘Gynecological problems in childhood’ had the lowest (0%) frequency. There was little attention to ‘Human Genetics’, ‘Metabolic disorders’ and ‘Children with special needs’. Conclusion: The Important messages in newspapers were more compatible with the needs of Iranian society. Iranian pediatricians and journalists have to pay more attention to the neglected subjects and perhaps update themselves with newer information in pediatric filed.

Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) is a distinct pathologic entity with characteristic morphologic, im¬munophenotypic and cytogenetic features. Obstructive symptoms are rare presentation of ALCL. We report a 16-year-old boy who initially presented with dysphagia. Upper gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed severe stenosis with an infiltrative process starting from 24 cm of incisors in lower esophagus Esophageal mucosal biopsy demonstrated lymphomatous involvement that ancillary tests confirmed the diagnosis of ALCL, ALK (kinase-positive), and PAX5 positive. The patient responded to CHOP-based chemotherapy. This case illustrated an unusual presentation of primary Non Hodgkin lymphoma of esophagus.

Objective: The present study aimed at assessing the sociodemographic and psychiatric characteristics of 40 to 65 year- old suicide attempters, who were referred to an emergency department within 4 hours of the attempt. Method: A total of 93 suicide attempters (Mean age=46.59 years) who were referred to an emergency department, were assessed in this study. Patients completed questionnaires covering sociodemographic data, personality traits, mood, and impulsivity. Psychiatric status of the patients was rated by experts. Results: Experts rated 85 (92.4%) of the suicide attempters as having a psychiatric disorder. Based on self-ratings and compared to normative data, 42 (46.6%) patients were psychopathologically ill. It was found that suicide attempts were not related to impulsive personality traits, mood disorders, sociodemographic patterns, or gender (gender-ratio: 1:1.58; f: m). Conclusion: The pattern of results suggests that further unknown factors were involved in pushing people to attempt suicide.

INTRODUCTION: Due to time constraints and a significant increase in medical information, one of the ways to keep physicians and medical teams up to date is to use evidence-based medicine. The current research focused on the effects of the educational role of clinical informationist (CI) on improving clinical education among medical students based on the Kirkpatrick (KP) model. METHODS: The method was semiexperimental research in two group designed with pretest and posttest. The research population included thirty medical students for each group that was selected by the convenience time-based sequential sampling method. The study data were collected using a researcher-made two questionnaires and a checklist. Data were analyzed by the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS version 20 software. RESULTS: Based on the first level of the KP model, the total mean of medical students' satisfaction in the experimental group was 4.06 from 5. Based on the second, third, and fourth levels of the model, the independent t-test showed that before the intervention, the mean scores of attitude, knowledge, information-seeking skills and behaviors, and also clinical skills were not significantly different in both the intervention and control groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the results of covariance test showed that attitude, knowledge, information-seeking skills and behaviors, and also clinical skills of the intervention group are significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.001). CONCLUSION: Training and the presence of the CIs in the clinical round had resulted in the improved satisfaction, attitude, knowledge, and information-seeking skills while also improving information-seeking behaviors and clinical skills of medical students.

Background and aims The base of any relation between patients and physician is patients' needs for medical services. By providing the most needed medical services, the control of patients' diseases could be improved. The goal of the current study is to investigate the effect of patient-doctor relation on the health information seeking behavior of the patients. Methods This is an applied cross sectional study. 362 diabetic patients were selected using non-percentage stratified random sampling for this study. The data gathering tool was the Lango questionnaire. The gathered data were analyzed using descriptive (frequency distribution, average, standard deviation) and analytical (Person correlation, one way ANOVA, independent t-test) statistics with the help of SPSS 20 software. Results According to the patients, having health related information increases their self-management and their satisfaction regarding treatment process. Independent t-test showed that there is a significant difference between the health information seeking behavior of patients that rely on their doctor and patients that don't rely on their doctor in the dimension of receiving information (P=0.003). Also there is a statistically significant relation between consulting the doctor and three of the four dimensions of health information seeking behavior and between satisfaction regarding the transfer of medical information with the dimension of information sources of health information seeking behavior of diabetic patients (P

Background and aims To evaluate the effect of fish oil supplementation on pregnancy outcomes in mother and newborn. Method This randomized, triple-blinded placebo-controlled trial was conducted on 150 pregnant women aged 18–35 from February 2014 to April 2015 in Tabriz, Iran. Participants assigned to receive either 1000 mg fish oil supplements containing 180 mg eicosapentaenoic acid and 120 mg docosahexanoic acid from week 20 of gestation to birth. Primary outcome measure was birth weight. Gestational duration, preterm labour, low birth weight (LBW), length, and head circumference, maternal serum DHA and EPA level at 35–37 weeks were also examined. The statistical analysis was intent-to-treat. Results Demographic characteristics were similar in both groups (P>0.05). The mean (SD) birth weight in the fish oil and placebo groups were 3256g (362) and 3172g (447), respectively (adjusted MD=84.1g; [95% CI –24.8, 193.2]). Five (7.6%) neonates in the placebo versus no case in the fish oil group were born with LBW (p=0.02). The rate of preterm labour was lower in the fish oil group (adjusted OR=0.74; [95% CI 0.16, 3.42]). Results Findings showed that “Mental disorders” (19.6%) and “Nutrition” (19.27%) had the highest and “Pathophysiology of body fluids and fluid therapy” and “Gynecological problems in childhood” had the lowest (0%) frequency in the messages. there is little attention to “Human Genetics”, “metabolic disorders” and “children with special needs.” The author of 52.58% of articles was identified and among these 157 (36.85%) articles had authors with unknown Specialty. It is discovered that 295 (60.79%) articles had citations and among them 59.62% had in-text citations. Conclusion The findings of this study show that pediatric is well covered in examined newspapers. But authorities should pay more attention to subjects like Pathophysiology of body fluids and fluid therapy, Gynecological problems in childhood, Human Genetics, metabolic disorders and children with special needs. Finally, since the audience of newspapers consists of public people the scientific credibility of the claims made in these messages should be regarded.

Disease registries derived from Electronic Health Records (EHRs) are widely used for chronic disease management (CDM). However, unlike national registries which are specialised data collections, they are usually specific to an EHR or organization such as a medical home. We approached registries from the perspective of integrated care in a health neighbourhood, considering data quality issues such as semantic interoperability (consistency), accuracy, completeness and duplication. Our proposition is that a realist ontological approach is required to systematically and accurately identify patients in an EHR or data repository of EHRs, assess intrinsic data quality and fitness for use by members of the multidisciplinary integrated care team. We report on this approach as applied to routinely collected data in an electronic practice based research network in Australia.

Role of oils and fats in diet is one of the most complex issues of nutrition studies. The dietary effect of fats mostly depends on their fatty acids composition. In this study the fatty acid profile, oxidative stability index, total phenol and also peroxide values of several liquid used liquid oil samples were assessed at the same time by gas chromatography, rancimat, spectrometer and also deep-fryer device. The average of saturated, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and trans fatty acids were 23.76, 28.31, 46.46 and 1.33% respectively and the range of trans fatty acids were also 0.67-2.42 %. According to oxidative stability index, peroxide value and also Total polar material, 72 %, 33.33 %, and 6.25 % of used oil and 65 %, 21 %, 8.02 % of fresh samples didn‘t approved by the Iranian standard ranges.
