The U.S. and other nation-states regularly impose horrific harm on immigrants, would-be immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers: ‘migrants’, for short. Migrants are regularly separated from their spouses and children, detained for long periods under brutal and dehumanizing conditions, forced to live in squalid camps, threatened with state-sanctioned violence, deported to foreign lands in which they have little social connection or means of support, forcibly prevented from fleeing violence and poverty, and more. The vast majority of migrants subject to such treatment are non-criminal people looking for honest work, hoping to make a better life for themselves and their children. In this paper, we will argue that the plausibility of the usual justifications for such harms to migrants depends importantly on the metaphysical framework from which one approaches the ethics of immigration. We will argue that, from within a secular framework, in which God plays no role in matters moral, there is at least a surface-level plausibility to some of the standard justifications for harms to migrants in service of border control, but that given a theistic framework of the sort at the heart of Judaism and Christianity, the usual justifications for such harms fall flat: none are even remotely plausible. The upshot of this, we shall urge, is that denizens of those religious traditions should support a policy of nearly open borders.

One of the impacts of globalization is the lack of optimal moral value not only among the people but also in the world of politics and education. This study aims to determine the implementation of civic education in shaping the honest character and responsibility of students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects studied were school principals, civic teachers and students. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of civic education in shaping the honest character and responsibilities of students included three aspects, namely planning, implementation and evaluation.

This study aims to determine: 1. Student's perspective as an agent of change. 2. The Role of Citizenship Education in forming Students as Agents of Change. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The data processing technique uses triangulation. Data analysis used inductive analysis, namely data reduction, unitization and categorization, data display and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1. Students as agents of change, namely students have an important role in a change regardless of the level of society or economic status, the intended changes are students who are agents of change, guardians of values, successors of the nation, moral strength and social control. 2. The role of civic education in shaping students as agents of change through several stages, namely: through cognitive, affective, and psychomotor instilled through civic education.

Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan dampak pada seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat, peningkatan kasus pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19 menimbulkan trauma psikologis, stigma negatif, rasa ketakutan berlebihan pada sebagian masyarakat yang menjadi salah satu faktor terjadinya penurunan akhlak di masyarakat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam peran Kiyai dalam membina akhlak masyarakat pada masa pandemi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode dokumentasi dan menggunakan teknik analisa content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kiyai adalah tokoh penting di masyarakat, karena Kyai pemimpin spiritual juga tokoh sentral di masyarakat. Kyai menjadi teladan dalam berbuat baik yang kemudian dijadikan contoh oleh masyarakat, Maka jelas Kyai memiliki peran utama dalam membina akhlak di masyarakat. Peran Kyai dalam membina akhlak di masyarakat antara lain: a) Kyai sebagai tokoh agama, b) Kiyai sebagai central figure di masyarakat, d) Kyai sebagai guru ngaji, e) Sebagai Rois atau Imam, f) Sebagai Pegawai Pemerintah atau Jabatan Formal. Dengan berbagai peran tersebut maka Kiyai dapat mendukung terwujudnya masyarakat yang berakhlakul karimah yang peduli terhadap sesama di tengah musibah pandemi Covid-19.

This study aims to describe the implementation, effectiveness, constraints, and solutions for the implementation of audio-visual media using the point-counterpoint strategy in class XI TKJ A SMK Adi Sumarmo Colomadu in the 2020/2021 school year. This study used a mixed-methods approach with a sequential exploratory design. Samples were taken using purposive sampling with a total of 28 students. Qualitative data collection techniques were interviews, observations, documentation, while quantitative data were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test hypothesis test. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The validity test using Correlation Product Moment with a significant level of 5% obtained a price of 0.444 and reliability using KR 20 with a result of 0.653. The qualitative analysis uses flow model analysis, while the quantitative analysis uses descriptive statistics. The results of this study are the implementation of audio-visual media to improve students' critical thinking using a point-counterpoint strategy by providing material through WhatsApp Group in the form of video. The effectiveness of the implementation of audio-visual media using the point-counterpoint strategy can be seen from the average results of the pretest 54.5 and posttest 81.6, with a total of 20 questions greater than T table (15,144 > 1,700). In this study, there were obstacles such as time constraints related to the implementation of the research. An alternative solution to overcome these obstacles is that researchers arrive earlier than the research schedule and must manage time well.

Social change includes elements of both material and non-material culture. This emphasizes the great influence of material elements of culture on non-material elements. Technological developments cause cultural changes.The digital era has an impact on shifting interest in the search for Islamic knowledge from offline to online systems. Therefore, religious learning becomes easy and practical. The transfer of Islamic religious knowledge in “ngaji online" is not only from the teacher directly by coming to a majlis ta'lim, but can be done through social media. "Ngaji online " on social media must be equipped with controls for the content displayed. The new order that emerges from the activity of "ngaji online" forms a new habitus that adapts to the social conditions of the community. The paradigm of social change theory discusses changes in society and the processes that occur in these changes. The problem in the online Ngaji phenomenon leads to a social fact paradigm that is linked to functional structural theory.

The anti-corruption education strategy for elementary school (SD) students can be done by instilling an honest, fair, courageous and disciplined attitude in students which is implemented in every lesson for students. Instilling anti-corruption values in PKN learning. Applying anti-corruption education in elementary schools can be done through learning Islamic Religious Education. In the subject of Islamic Religious Education, there are anti-corruption values that are taught such as the values of honesty and simplicity. In addition to Islamic Religious Education subjects, Citizenship Education subjects can also be a medium in applying anti-corruption education. Through Citizenship Education subjects, the values of responsibility, love for the homeland and defending the country are instilled.

Pembelajaran abad 21 mengarahkan guru untuk mengintegrasikan penggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajaran sebagai kegiatan dimana terjadi proses belajar seseorang secara sadar untuk memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan, keterampilan maupun tujuan pembelajaran yang melibatkan kedua pihak yaitu guru dan siswa, salah satunya dapat difasilitasi dengan menggunakan bahan ajar digital. Bahan ajar digital memberikan kemudahan dan kelancaran dalam proses pembelajaran melalui belajar aktif dan mandiri. Selain itu, manfaat bahan ajar dapat membantu memberikan informasi terkait materi, meningkatkan siswa untuk berpikir atau memahami, serta memberikan pengalaman langsung (konkret) agar berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar yang efisen dan efektif dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran Geografi secara optimal. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian dan pengembangan. Model penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Berdasarkan prosedur pengembangan dilakukan uji validitas produk, baik pada validator ahli materi dan desain pada bahan ajar dinyatakan valid. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil uji coba lapangan baik respon guru dan siswa mengenai bahan ajar digital memberikan respon cukup baik dengan klasifikasi bahan ajar sangat layak.

Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perubahan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar, hal ini terjadi karena wabah atau pandemic covid-19 yang melanda dunia maupun Indonesia belum berakhir. Dari proses belajar tatap muka secara langsung di sekolah, sekarang proses pembelajaran dilakasanakan secara daring dari rumah masing-masing dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja guru ditengah pandemic covid-19 pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Larangan Luar 03 Pamekasan yang dilakukan secara online. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus ekslorasi berupa deskriptif kualititatif yaitu kegiatan untuk memperoleh data yang bersifat apa adanya dalam kondisi tertentu yang hasilnya lebih menekankan terhadap makna yang didapat dengan menggunakan google form yang dikirim kepada guru. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa rata-rata dari Guru kelas yang bertugas mengajar pada kelas lima SDN Larangan Luar 03 Pamekasan yang melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara online atau daring adalah sebesar 67%, sisanya 33% persen melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran secara blended learning. kemudian didapat pula bahwa 100 % dari guru tersebut merencanakan pembelajaran sebelum pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan dengan membuat perangkat pembelajaran yang disesuaikan. Kesimpulan yang didapat yakni para guru bekerja keras untuk tetap menyampaikan pembelajaran kepada siswa-siswinya agar proses kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap terlaksana dengan baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang ditemui, mulai dari masih banyaknya siswa yang belum mempunyai handphone, kendala akses jaringan sampai pada kuota internet.

In breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19, one of the efforts that can be done is to undergo self- isolation (isoman). The purpose of implementing this isoman is to limit a person or area suspected of being infected from transmitting the virus to other people or to groups of people at risk. However, the various polemics that occur are often the community views negatively people who do isoman such as distancing themselves, lack of social sense and empathy. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of isoman implementation on community social relations that occur in the village area, namely Tawang Hamlet, Driyorejo Village, Nguntoronadi District, Magetan Regency and the City area in Jaya Maspion Permata Housing Block B4-63 Bangah Village, Gedangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to describe the reality in the field, through data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that there are differences in the availability of health facilities where the city area has complete facilities in terms of the use of hand sanitizers and oxygen cylinders, in contrast to Driyorejo Village where the availability of health care programs is still limited. Meanwhile, based on the results of respondents, social relations, both city and village residents, on average during self-isolation, residents work together and are enthusiastic to help fulfill logistics, such as basic needs, medicines, and others

With growing economic activity and urbanization, environmental problems have become one of Iran’s most urgent challenges. Noticeably, the government has incorporated environmental measures into the country’s five-year plans for the last two decades and has since developed elaborate scientilc schemes accordingly to combat the problems. Nevertheless, serious environmental diflculties persist in every major city. Confronting these problems, the Iranian authorities began to call upon religious leaders for help and mobilized them to heighten citizens’ environmental awareness, especially from the viewpoint of Islam. The movements and debates by these religious leaders elucidate how they engage with the leld of environment, which had hitherto been principally delned and organized by modern science. A case study from Tehran exempliles distinct ways in which moral dimensions of the environment are unfolding through religious ethics, along with the schemes of modern science.

The dwelling house is part of the basic needs of human life. In Islam, the designation of a place as a dwelling house has its importance. The dwelling house is not only seen as a sanctuary for oneself and his property, but it is also significant in providing space for privacy. This paper aims to discuss privacy related to a dwelling house in Islamic jurisprudence. The discussion will focus on the importance of the privacy rules for a dwelling house to guide the parties involved in housing development. The type of research is qualitative with a socio-historical approach. The results indicate that Islam provides a balance between social life and the need to be alone. The principles of privacy for a dwelling house not only show the security of shariah objectives, but they also guide the construction industry with divine guidance in sustainable human development.

Being the most discussed issue in various parts of the world (including Indonesia), Terrorism is considered contrary to humanitarian understanding, which causes losses, both economically, politically, and psychologically. The issue of Terrorism has recently become a hot topic of public discussion. The reason is that terrorists massively use the word Jihad as a justification for their actions. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach as the primary writing approach. In-depth search for various literature appropriate to the discussion of Jihad and Terrorism from an Islamic point of view. Religion is one of the motivations for a person to join a terror group. Religion is one reason that encourages the emergence of Terrorism due to the oppression that occurs in religion in a specific country. Call it Syria, which is famous for its wars; from there, terrorist groups spread to Indonesia by igniting the spirit of Jihad as citizens who share the same religion share the same fate. After a deeper investigation, the Jihad often campaigned by terror groups is not like Jihad from an Islamic point of view.

This research aims to investigate the absolute competence in the fields of alms in the Religious Court in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative juridical research with the type of prescriptive analysis of research, namely studying the purpose of the law, the values of justice, the validity of the rule of law, legal concepts, and legal norms. This research found that the case of alms has never appeared. It can happen because alms cases are resolved through non-litigation. The settlement of alms disputes has likely been completed up to the zakat management institution's level, and alms has become part of Islam's teachings. It is necessary o cooperate with other institutions in resolving it legally. Besides that, there is a need for legislation that provides opportunities to solve alms' problem does not clash with its legal aspects.

This article describes the use of Quranic verses in Indonesian religious films released in 2008-2020. This study investigates Indonesian religious movies based on the Quranic verses, the contexts, and the purposes for which they are used. The theories applied on the religious films by Rachel Dwyer (2006) and relations of religion from films by Gregory J. Watkins (2008). The method used in this research is descriptive, in which the researcher interprets the religious film based on text through content analysis. The results show that there are films that use religious interpretation, such as presenting cultural values related to religion, encourage religious life, and religious critic.

Salafis are known for their puritanical attitudes and thoughts. They strongly desire to purify Islamic teachings by inviting people to avoid shirk, heresy, and superstition. This makes them trapped in these stigmas, thus making them often come into conflict with groups that are opposite to them. Especially when this Salafi understanding came to Indonesia, when they began to spread his puritanical teachings, they were immediately rejected. This study aims to understand the theological instructions adopted by Salafi figures both abroad and domestically. This type of research is qualitative by using secondary data sources and using the Geisteswissenschaften analysis technique developed by Wilhelm Dilthey, which is often used to analyze religious texts of puritan groups using an interpretative approach. In addition, we also conducted observations using non-participatory methods in communities that claim to be Salafi. This study states that Salafis's theology is very rigid and tends only to understand the text according to personal interpretation. This study also finds that people do not really understand the teachings of Salafis as a whole but only take refuge behind the name of Salafis. This research encourages the Ministry of Religion and MUI to be more active in maintaining unity in Islam, although there are some differences of opinion. And also encourage the public to enrich Islamic literature more to be more tolerant in understanding differences.

FPI (Islamic Defenders Front) is a mass organization that has consistently positioned itself as the opposition since the reformation. However, during the Jokowi era, the FPI's opposition was more dominant than during before Jokowi era. Using Robert A. Dahl's opposition theory and Maurice Duverger's pressure group theory, as well as qualitative methods, this study wants to see the reasons for FPI as an opposition, FPI's affiliation with Joko Widodo's political opponents. It then analyzes the relationship between ideological and political aspects. This study shows that the FPI oppositional movement is divided into two. That is, the FPI oppositional movement is based on ideological aspects and based on political aspects. This includes da'wah, political support for Jokowi's opponents, and oppressive movements such as the 212 movements. FPI can strengthen identity politics because FPI often uses SARA issues in its movement as a radical Islamic organization.

Youth life is closely related to spiritual activity. The phenomenon that is still encountered is Hubbu Ilahi, or the love attitude of Allah SWT. This phenomenon is presumed that adolescents only state and do not know the consequences of their attitudes. So, this study aims to determine the perceptions of today's adolescents on the phenomenon of Hubbu Ilahi. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a survey research method. This study used a purposive random sampling technique to 39 adolescents. Data collection used a questionnaire with the google form platform. Then, the data were analyzed using: data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that adolescent respondents stated the consistency of love of the Quran, love of Rasulullah (SAW), love of the Prophet's Sunnah, and love of the Akhirat life. However, the busyness of the world blocks the proven proof of love. The analysis concluded that only 7.7% of adolescents fit Hubbu Ilahi's criteria.

The emergence of religious phenomena that lead certain Muslim groups in Indonesia to spread hatred (religious hate speech) became the primary rationale of this article. This phenomenon occurred because some Muslim groups consider their religious understanding to be the only actual theological truth while ignoring religious ethics in a religiously plural society. Therefore, some questions were raised: Firstly, what is the conceptual structure of Islam? Secondly, what does Islam teach its believers in regards to living together within the Islamic community and living among believers of other different religions? The method of ethics was employed to analyze the two research questions by describing, analyzing, and criticizing the attitude of the Islamic movement, which spreads hatred. From this article, it is expected that Muslims should emphasize not only religious theological but also ethical truth. The findings are as follows: firstly, the conceptual structure of Islam comprises of threefold: Islam, Iman, and Ihsan, which culminate in Ihsan, Sufism, and ethics. Secondly, in regards to becoming a Muslim and embracing it among believers of other religions, Islam essentially relates its religious and theological truth to the religious ethic (the ethic of al-Qur’an), which combines three elements of ethics: God’s, religious, and social ethics. The two latter ethics should always refer to God’s affirmative ethics, for instance, with His Divine attributes of The Most Merciful and Just. God has mercy on human beings and treats all of them justly. Likewise, human beings essentially should do the same in relation to God and fellow human beings.

Written from a standpoint of religious ethics, this article interprets the work of trauma response and recovery in transcendent and moral terms not always apparent to the practitioner or institution. This article provides a broad understanding of spirituality, transcendence, and faith as these concepts relate to Judith Herman’s stages of trauma healing and the characteristics of trauma-informed response articulated by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. These features are then mapped onto specific modes of transcendence and moral themes identifiable in a wide range of religious traditions. The connective framework for this mapping is provided by utilizing the concept “bearing witness,” as synthesized from a wide range of disciplinary perspectives, to describe the work of trauma-informed response. This article concludes by recognizing bearing witness as a form of social action, a moral response with implied if not explicit religious dimensions and spiritual implications, for which an understanding of religious ethics is a helpful ally. Thus, this article concludes that religious ethics can be a valuable resource and partner in addressing the personal, systemic, and political aspects of trauma response and recovery, enabling attention to spiritual well-being of both the trauma survivor and the one responding to the survivor.

The book we have evaluated is the work named Al-Quran wa'l-Muctama/The Quran and Society by the Egyptian scientist and intellectual Mohammad Al-Bahiy. This work named Al-Quran wa'l-Muctama has not been translated into Turkish yet. Another work of Muhammed El-Behiy named Menhecu'l-Quran fi Tatviri'l-Muctema was translated in 1986 and published under the name The Quran and Society. However, the book of the author, El-Quran ve'l-Muctema, which is the subject of our evaluation, means The Quran and Society in Turkish. This original work named Al-Quran wa'l-Muctama, which we have evaluated, was published in four chapters and 174 pages by Maktabatu Wahba in 1976 in Cairo. In the first chapter of the book, the author deals with the general sociological and psychological phenomena that exist in the Muslim society based on the Quran. In the second chapter, he explained the characteristic features of Islamic society in different situations and positions according to the Quran. In the third chapter, the orders, prohibitions and recommendations in the Quran about how the Muslim society should behave in the moment of victory or defeat, which we can call the ethics of victory and defeat, are explained. In the fourth chapter, the author explained the Qur'anic teachings about how the Muslim community should behave in the face of the attacks of non-Muslim societies against the Islamic society.

İnsan davranışlarının kaynağını oluşturan etmenlerin daha iyi anlaşılması için oluşturulan teorilerden bir tanesi Ajzen ve Fishbein tarafından geliştirilmiş olan planlı davranış teorisidir (PDT). Planlı davranış teorisi sayesinde bir davranışın ortaya çıkma ihtimali tahmin edilebilmekle beraber davranışa yönelik amaç belirlenebilir. Aynı zamanda bu teoriye göre kişilerin davranışlarına etki eden en önemli faktör niyettir. Niyet denilince daha çok akla ibadetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi veya kalplerdeki iyi ya da kötü yöndeki arzular gelmektedir. Bunlar doğru olmakla beraber planlı davranış teorisinde kastedilen niyet bir davranışın gerçekleşmesi veya gerçekleşmemesi doğrultusunda kişinin davranışlarının sonuçlarını düşünerek; tutum geliştirmesi, sosyal baskıdan etkilenmesi ve davranışsal kontrol ile hareket etmesidir. İslam dininde ise niyet, istenilen bir şeyi amaçlamada kalbin istenilen şeyde karar kılması ve davranışların meydana gelmesinin kilit noktalarından bir tanesidir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmanın amacı niyetin Kur’an’da ele alınmasını planlı davranış teorisinin temelini oluşturan “tutum”, “algılanan sosyal baskı” ve “algılanan davranışsal kontrol” başlıkları altında Kur’an’daki etkileşimleriyle ayetler ışığında incelemektir. Kur’an’da niyetin ele alınması ile planlı davranış teorisi arasında ilişkinin kurulabileceği örnek metinler bulgulanmıştır. Çalışma tarihsel dokümantasyon tekniğine uygun olarak işlenmiştir.

Birey, özünde var olan potansiyel ve yeteneklerini keşfederek kendisini tanır ve olgunlaşmaya başlayarak kendini gerçekleştirme yoluna girer. İnsanın kendini gerçekleştirmesi, bireyin hem kendini bulma sürecinde gerçek kimliğine ulaşması ve içindeki aradığı bütünlüğe ulaşması için atılmış önemli bir adım; hem de bu süreçte kendine doğru mesafe kat ettiren gelişimsel bir yürüyüştür. Umut ise bireyin yaşamı ile ilgili olumlu beklentileri ve geleceğe yönelik arzuları olup bireyin kendisine yabancılaşmasını engeller ve kendini gerçekleştirmesine yardımcı olur. Bu çalışmanın konusu; insanın kendini gerçekleştirmesinde önemli bir etken ve değer olan umut kavramının Kur’ani boyutlarını bilimsel açıdan tahlil etmektir. Çalışmanın temel amacı ise insanın kendini gerçekleştirmesinde önemli etkisi olan umut kavramının Kur’an bağlamında bireyin: a) harekete geçmesinde, b) hedefine ulaşmasında ve c) kendini gerçekleştirmesindeki etkisini incelemektir. Bu çalışmada mikro yöntem bağlamında tarihsel dokümantasyon tekniği kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, umut kavramının Kur’an’da hem doğrudan hem de dolaylı olarak geçtiği görülmektedir. The main purpose of the study is that the concept of hope, which has an important effect on human self-actualization, in the context of the Quran; to examine the effect of a) on taking action, b) on achieving its goal, and c) on self-actualization. In this study, historical documentation technique was used in the context of micro method. As a result, it is seen that the concept of hope is used both directly and indirectly in the Quran. In addition, it is seen that there are many verses that help people to take action so that they do not fall into despair, reach their goals, and be able to realize themselves.

Kur’an, iletişimi toplumsal bütünleşme için vazgeçilmez bir unsur olarak görür. İnsan sosyal bir varlıktır. Bu nedenle hayatını sürdürebilmesi için toplumsal bir yaşama ihtiyaç duyar. Toplumsal bir yaşam ise insanlar ve milletler arasında iletişimi zorunlu hale getirir. İletişim, bireylerin ve milletlerin ilişkilerinde toplumsal bütünlük oluşturan bir araçtır. Toplumsal birlik ve dayanışma, sosyal bir iletişim sayesinde mümkün olur. Bu anlamda Kur’an’ın ortaya koyduğu iletişim; çok yönlü, doğruluk, iyiliğe, barışa götüren, birlik şuurunu geliştiren, sosyal uyum ve bütünlük oluşturmaya yöneliktir. Evrensel bir iletişim özelliğine sahip olan İslam dini, iletişime yeni bir boyut ve gelenek getirmiştir. Kur’an, insanların toplumsal yaşamlarını düzenleyen ve farklı birçok grubun bir arada yaşamasını mümkün kılan bir sistem oluşturmuştur. Müslümanları din kardeşliği vasfı ile; insanlığı da tek nefisten yaratılma sebebiyle insanlık ailesi etrafında toplayarak sosyal bütünlük inşa etmiştir. İnsanlık ailesinin üyesi olan her birey; din, dil, ırk ve kültür gibi olgular sebebi ile farklı niteliklere ve düşüncelere sahip olsa da bu farklılıklar toplumsal olarak ayrışma sebebi olarak değerlendirilmez. Kur’an, bu farklılıkları insanların ve toplumların tanışma ve kaynaşmaya vesile olarak görülmesi gerektiğine vurgu yapmaktadır. Çalışmada Kur’an’ın öngördüğü iletişim unsurlarının toplumsal bütünleşmeye katkısının mahiyeti ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır.

İnsanlar yapılarının bir gereği olarak davranışları noktasında oldukça aktif ve esnek bir hareket alanına sahiptir. Bu alan, olumlu nitelikteki davranışları bünyesinde barındıracağı gibi, suç ve sapma eğilimi gösteren olumsuz davranışları da kapsayabilir. Toplumsal sistem içerisinde meydana gelen söz konusu sapma eğilimleri, soyut ve somut düzlemde formüle edilen sosyal kontrol mekanizmalarıyla önlenmektedir. Sosyal kontrolün olmadığı bir toplum düşünülemez. Her toplumda davranışları yönlendiren normlar mevcuttur. Bu mekanizmalar toplumsal değer yargılarının korunarak veya düzeltmeye tabi tutularak, ayrıntılı ve sistemli olarak işlendiği bir toplum dokusu oluşturur. Aynı zamanda sosyal kontrol, toplumların sosyal yaşantılarının, karşılıklı ilişkilerinin, tavır ve tutumlarının yıkıcı etkilerinin sorgulanmasını ve düzeltilmesini gerektiren bir olgudur. Özellikle çağımızda, geleneksel toplumların aksine insanların tavır ve tutumlarında karşılıklı ilişki dengelerinin sınırlı bir nitelik gösterdiği görülmektedir. Kur’an’ın insan ilişkilerine bakışı ise 21. yüzyılın mevcut anlayışından farklılık göstermektedir. Bu nedenle çalışmada Kur’an’da toplumsal hayatı düzenleyen kontrol mekanizmaları ile sıla-i rahim arasındaki ilişki ortaya konulacaktır. Çalışmanın amacı ise Kur’an’da sosyal bir olgu olarak sıla-i rahimi, sosyal kontrolün boyutları olan olumlu kontrol – olumsuz kontrol başlıkları içerisinde ele almaktır. Çalışmada nitel yönteme bağlı olarak tarihsel dokümantasyon tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada genel olarak, ilişkilerin devamlılığını sağlama noktasında Kur’an’ın sıla-i rahime kazandırmış olduğu işlerlik aracılığıyla edinilen olumlu eğilimlerin, dinin bütünleştirici rolü çerçevesinde toplumsal bir düzen ve istikrar sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Toplum birbirini ayakta tutan, destekleyen yapılar bütünüdür. Bu yapıların en başında da din gelmektedir. Her bireyin ayrı bir kimliğinin olduğu toplumda, insan varlığını devam ettirmek için hayatının her safhasında sosyal desteğe ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Kur’ân-ı Kerim, yapısı ve içeriği bakımından pek çok toplumsal, ahlaki, insani meseleyi bünyesinde bulundurmakta ve sosyal destek boyutlarını sunmaktadır. Çalışmanın temeli, din kardeşliği bağlamında sosyal desteği; a) duygusal, b) araçsal, c) bilişsel (bilgi) ve d) yaygın destek alanlarında Kur’ân-ı Kerim’in âyetleri ışığında psikososyolojik bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirmektir. Kur’ân-ı Kerim'de din kardeşliği ile ilgili neredeyse bütün konularda sosyal destek yükümlülüğüne göndermeler yapıldığı, bulgular arasındadır. Çalışmanın temelini oluşturan din kardeşliği; dil, ırk, soy, nesep, gözetmeksizin toplumu birleştiren, bütünleştiren ve ortak bir paydada buluşturan bir kavram olup, kavramın doğrudan ümmet olma bilinci ile örtüştüğü gözlemlenmiştir. Din kardeşliği bağlamında yoksulu, yetimi, zorda kalmışı, güç durumda olanı, ayrılığa düşmüş olanı ve mazlumu gözetmek bununla birlikte problemi her neyse bu probleme çözüm bulmak ve hiç değilse yanında olup, destek olmak kardeşlik hakkı olarak belirtilmiştir. Kardeşlik hakkı kapsamında sorumlulukların yerine getirilmesi zorunluluk olarak görülmüş; yapılması halinde ecir, yapılmaması halinde ceza ve kınamalarının beraberinde geleceği Kur’ân-ı Kerim tarafından bizzat ifade edilmiştir., Society is a set of structures that sustain and support each other. Religion comes first among these structures, people need social support at every stage of their life in order to survive in a society where every individual has a different identity. The Quran contains many social, moral, humanitarian issues. The basis of the study is social support in the context of religious brotherhood. The social support can be classified into four groups in the light of Qur’anic verses from a psycho-sociological perspective: a) emotional, b) instrumental, c) cognitive (knowledge) and d) widespread support. From this point of view, it is among the findings that the Quran referred to the social support function on almost every subject related religious brotherhood in the study. It was observed that the religious brotherhood, which forms the basis of the study, is a concept that unites together society on a common ground, regardless of language, race, lineage and it directly coincides with the consciousness of being an ummah. Nevertheless, taking care of the poor, orphans, those who have difficulties, those who are separated and oppressed are regarded as the right of brotherhood. Moreover, finding a solution to brothers’ problem, whatever their problem is, and at least just supporting them are also regarded as the right of brotherhood. It has been an obligation to do what is necessary regarding to the right of brotherhood. There are punishments and reprimands for people who don’t fulfill their responsibilities in the Quran.

Yüce Allah, Kur’ân-Kerim’i bütün insanlara rehber olarak göndermiş, Allah kelamıdır. İnsanların kitabın rehberliğinden faydalanabilmeleri için onu anlamaları gerekir. Kur’ân’ı şüphesiz en iyi anlayan ve anlatan, Kur’ân’ın tebliğ ve tebyin etme görevi bulunan Hz. Muhammed (s.a.s)’dir. Peygamberimizin vefatından sonra sahabeden itibaren günümüze kadar Kur’ân’ı anlama çalışmaları devam etmiştir. İlk devirlerden itibaren müşrikler gibi Kur’ân’ı Kerimi peygamber sözü olarak anlayanlar olduğu gibi süreç içerisinde Kur’ân’a tarihsel bir kitap olarak bakanlar, bir kısım hükümlerinin değişmesi gerektiğini ve kıssalarının yaşanmış olaylar değil, temsili olduğunu söyleyenler de olmuştur. İnsanın yaşadığı her dönemde var olan ancak, dünya üzerinde son yüzyılda etkisi daha fazla hissedilir hâle gelen tüketim kültürü, sosyal yaşamdaki birçok dengeyi de etkilemiştir. Böylece tüketim, insanın ihtiyacına yönelik gerçekleştirdiği bir davranış olmaktan çıkmış ve artık insan, tüketmeyi bir ihtiyaç olarak görmeye başlamıştır. İnsan, varlığını tüketimle görünür hâle getirmeye çalışmıştır. Kapitalist düzenin hâkim olduğu dünyada, toplumdaki yabancılaşma artmıştır. Samimi insan ilişkileri yerini, daha bireysel ilişkilerin var olduğu küresel bir dünyaya bırakmıştır. İnsanlar, göstergelerle birbirlerine mesaj vermeye başlamışlardır. Bu göstergeler, genellikle marka değeri olan ürünlerdir. Bu çalışmada, tüketim kültürü bağlamında Kur’an’da gösterişçi dindarlığın görünümleri sosyolojik olarak ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı ise, tüketim kültürü bağlamında gösterişçi dindarlığın sosyolojik görünümlerini a) lüks tüketim ve yapılan harcamalar bakımından gösterişçi dindarlık, b) itikadi açıdan gösterişçi dindarlık ve c) ameli açıdan gösterişçi dindarlık yönünden ele almaktır. Bu çalışmada, açıklayıcı yöntem bağlamında tarihsel dokümantasyon tekniği kullanılmıştır. Öyle ki Kur'an, gösterişçiliği eleştirmiş ve dünya hayatının geçiciliğinden bahsetmiştir. Bu anlamda samimiyetle yapılmayan ibadetlerin kabul edilmeyeceğini ve katıldıkları ilim meclislerinin, münafıklara hiçbir faydasının olmayacağını vurgulanmıştır.

The author's aim in writing this article is to describe how the history of conflict is about the establishment or formation of a country. Regarding the discussion to be discussed in this article, the conflict that resulted in a war in the formation or establishment of the State of Israel within the territory of Arab countries including the Palestinian territories. Then, regarding the research method that will be used in writing this article is to use method library research where, in writing this article, it is done by looking for reference sources from journals, books, and scientific papers based on the title to be studied in this article. Then the results of the discussion of this article reveal that the history of the establishment of the State of Israel occurred because of the struggle for territorial power again over the glory of an ancestral nation in the past, until finally a nation that had an ancestral civilization in the past wanted to control the place again. For example, the Jewish nation wants the establishment of a state, namely the State of Israel. The nation controlled the Palestinian mainland slowly by slowly, until finally the establishment of the State of Israel in 1948 resulted in a great war with the Arab nations around it, the war ended in 1973 and a peaceful agreement was made.

This article tries to explain the phenomenon of the transformation of Sasak Ethno-music, namely Gendang Beleq as a high culture , dealing with Kecimol as a pop culture in sasak community. Both types of music have developed in contemporary Sasak society with contrasting nuances. The first one represents the musical taste of the Purwangse (aristocracy) group, while the second represents the Jajar Karang group. Furthermore, Gendang Beleq claimed to be a pure culture, while Kecimol stigmatized as a splinter culture.This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods, this research tries to trace the history and development of the two types of music, namely through data sources of academic literature, direct observation and interviews with ethno-music cultural actors. To analyzing the transformation process of Gendang Beleq and Kecimol, this research uses Herbet Spencer's theory of cultural evolution and Karl Marx's theory of class conflict.Spencer's theory used to see the development of the culture of the Sasak people, especially the art of music, in the process of its evolution and transformation. Meanwhile, Marx's class theory used to analyze the class struggle between non-aristocratic versusaristocrats group behind the existential contestation of the two types of music.This research found several things: (1) the emergence of Kecimol is a natural cycle in the cultural evolution stage of a society along with social changes and the presence of modernity; (2) Kecimol is an anti-tesa from Gendang Beleq as a form of resistance from the jajarkarang group against the Purwangse Group which is caused by the cultural-economic-political (cost) problem.

Pandemi COVID- 19 memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap sendi umat manusia. Berawal dari kesehatan pandemi ini menyerang kepada ranah pendidikan. Pemberlakuan regulasi dengan menjaga jarak kurang lebih satu meter menimbulkan konsekuensi terhadap proses pendidikan di Indonesia. Konsekuesni itu mengharuskan elemen pendidikan mengadakan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Istilah ini ialah mengadakan pembelajaran sebagai pengganti metode tatap muka agar tetap terselenggarakannya pendidikan yang tidak bisa digangggu gugat oleh keadaan apapun. Situasi ini memicu kondisi penggunaan teknologi sebagai alternatif pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat menggunakan teknologi, sebagai pembelajaran E-Learning. Guru semakin dituntur mengoperasikan teknologi khususnya IPS yang mana selama ini cenderung apatis dan tradisionalis dalam metodenya. E-Learning memunculkan koneksi internet dan teknologi informasi yang mendukung proses pembelajaran daring yaitu google classroom. Fokus penelitian ini pada pembelajaran daring memafaatkan teknologi dengan mengggunakan aplikasi google classroom di materi IPS. Ilmu pengetahuan sosial berdampak pada situasi sosialnya lalu penggunaan teknologi sangat bermanfaat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring.

This study aims to determine whether the family environment significantly influences the discipline of grade IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Magetan in the 2020/2021 academic year, to find out whether the school environment significantly influences the discipline of grade IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Magetan in the 2020/2021 academic year. and to find out whether the family environment and school environment significantly influence the discipline of class IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Magetan for the 2020/2021 school year. Using quantitative research methods with the type of ex-post facto research and data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and documentation. In this study a population of 339 students and a sample of 85 using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. From the results of the study it was found that the family environment had a significant effect on student discipline by 35.3% and the remaining 64.7% was influenced by other factors, the school environment had a significant effect on student discipline by 32.3% and the remaining 67.7% was influenced by by other factors and the family environment and school environment significantly influence student discipline by 47.4% and the remaining 52.6% is influenced by other factors.

The background of this research begins with the finding of a lack of discipline and responsibility in class VIII C students of SMP Negeri 1 Jenangan. From the results of observations carried out by researchers on October 17 and October 24, 2020, it was found that 53% of students from class VIII C, namely 30 students did not do assignments in Integrated Social Studies subjects. This study aims to identify and analyze the efforts of social studies teachers in instilling the character of discipline and responsibility in students through integrated social studies learning in class VIII C of SMP Negeri 1 Jenangan. This study used qualitative research methods. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study found that the efforts of social studies teachers in instilling the character of discipline and responsibility were through the principle of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in which the teacher linked the material he studied with students' real world situations. Some of the obstacles in inculcating the character of discipline and responsibility, which include a) family factors, b) environmental factors, c) online learning, d) factors from students. While the solution to the obstacles in planting the character of discipline and responsibility is through, a) Control from the principal, b) Active role of teachers.

Indonesia is a developing country where the majority of the population is very much using motorized vehicles, especially vocational students who drive motorized vehicles improperly run red lights, operate cell phones, design their motorbikes that are not in accordance with factory standards and even do not equip themselves with a driving license (This SIM has an impact on traffic law awareness of Zaidar Yahya Vocational School students. So the aim of the study was to determine the level of Traffic Law Awareness of Zaidar Yahya Vocational School Students. While the research method used descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques. This study shows that the level of traffic law awareness among students of SMK Zaidar Yahya is quite good. This is proven that among these students are only afraid of sanctions when raiding motorized vehicles, do not have a driving license (S IM), and do not use helmets, mirrors etc. Therefore, there is a lack of legal awareness of students in traffic, even though knowledge about traffic has been given, there are still students who commit traffic violations and are not aware of safety and security in driving.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prospek dan kesiapan perguruan tinggi di Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia Tulungagung yang berposisi sebagai Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga kependidikan pogram studi pendidikan Pendidikan Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kearganegaraan (civic skills) mahasiswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dengan subjek penelitian yaitu Kepala program studi, dosen dan mahasiswa. Data yang didapat merupakan hasil dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti selama melangsungkan penelitian di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi kurikulum berbasis Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga kependidikan dalam mata kuliah di prodi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dapat meningkatkan terhadap keterampilan kewarganegaraan pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah Implementasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan sebagai sebagai Pendidikan Karakter di Persekolahan khususnya di SDN 077 Sejahtera, Bandung. Adapun fokus penelitian pada karakter religius, semangat kebangsaan, rasa ingin tahu, tanggung jawab, bersahabat/komunikatif dan kerja keras. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskrptif analitis. Instrumen yang digunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan implementasi pendidikan keawarganegaraan sebagai pendidikan karakter di persekolahan khususnya di SDN 077 Sejahtera telah disiapkan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran yaitu dalam silabus dan RPP berkarakter. (2) pelaksanaan implementasi pendidikan kewarganegaraan sebagai pendidikan karakter di persekolahan khususnya di SDN 077 Sejahtera yaitu guru PKn telah menerapkan dan menggunakan metode dan sumber belajar yang beragam serta mengintegrasikan berbagai karakter dalam kegiatan. (3) Evaluasi implementasi pendidikan kewarganegaraan sebagai pendidikan karakter di persekolahan khususnya di SDN 077 Sejahtera yaitu guru telah melakukan berbagai penilaian seperti tes tulis, tetapi masih kurang maksimal dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap sikap peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran. (4) Kendala implementasi pendidikan kewarganegaraan sebagai pendidikan karakter di persekolahan khususnya di SDN 077 Sejahtera adalah waktu pembelajaran dianggap sangat cepat, sehingga penilaian terhadap sikap siswa kurang optimal, dan pendidikan karakter dirumah yang kurang, sehingga pendidikan karakter di sekolah juga kurang optimal.

This study aims to determine the use of gadgets in Integrated Social Studies learning in class VII C of SMP Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo and to determine the implementation of school policies in the use of gadgets in SMP Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo. This study uses a qualitative research method in which the data collected in the form of words, pictures and not numbers like quantitative research. The data analysis technique in this study uses inductive analysis and the type of research is case study. Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The technique of checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model analysis technique by using the steps of reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the use of gadgets in class VII C SMP Ma'arif 1 Ponorogo in integrated social studies learning functions as a learning facility that is used to work on questions, look for material that has not been understood and look for integrated social science material that is not in the book, gadgets at the time of writing. Lesson hours may not be used but are still under the supervision of the teacher.

The significance of narrative artworks as resources for, and possibly as instances of, philosophical thinking has increasingly been recognized over recent decades. Utilization of such resources in philosophy of religion has, however, been limited. Focusing on film in particular, this article develops an account of film’s importance for a ‘contemplative’ approach to philosophizing about religious ethics, an approach that prioritizes the elucidation ofpossibilities of senseover the evaluation of ‘truth claims’. TakingDead Man Walkingas a case in point, the article shows how this film facilitates an enhanced comprehension of specific concepts, most notably the concepts of faith, truth and love, as they feature within a characteristically Christian form of life.

In order to control the movement of globalization throughout this modern era, one of it's key aspects is through deconstruction throughout the education sector. Undoubtedly, high quality education management was produced by integrating disciplines in practice with fundamental Islamic values within the learning process. Besides that, this approach had also been continuously used among reformist leaders to weaken the dangerous Western ideology that influenced significantly the global government system through colonialism mostly by poisoning the generation of youth through sole reference to materialism philosophy and rationalism. Based on that issue, numerous powerful leaders in Indonesia have intervened to rectify the problem among Muslims by reconstruction of the education systems rather than through political as well as other aggressive physical interaction. KH Ahmad Dahlan was the trustworthy figure in endorsing the concept of educational reform through the "Muhammadiyah" mass organization, which was formed in Yogyakarta in 1912. The conducted a study to examine the similarities amongst KH Ahmad Dahlan and Badiuzzaman Said Nursi in applying the Islamic Education Reform System in the region. In this research, the researcher uses full qualitative method and documentation related to the topic of this research, which then will be analyze descriptively.

Corruption has become a pandemic and a moral burden that bedeviled the world. Corruption is a practice that permeates all societal segments, sectors, activities and it takes various shapes, forms, dimensions, classifications and manifestations. Nearly all countries of the world are affected by the endemic of corruption albeit, in different magnitude with some having lower incidence while others a high rate of occurrence. Corruption has constituted itself as a political and socioeconomic problem worldwide because it leads to misgovernance, deprivation, inequality and squander of scarce public resources which have the concomitant repercussions of poverty, insecurity, joblessness, hunger and malnutrition, poor healthcare services delivery and low quality education. The problem of corruption took a new dimension when it continuously defies various strategies and alternatives proffered by nation-states, international organisations and agencies. One of the outstanding measures that permanently proves workable is the Islamic model which forbids the practice of corruption and ties it with moral burden and spiritual integrity. Hence, this study presented an alternative model with reference to Nigeria as the area of study. The study utilised a conceptual descriptive approach where documented sources were consulted and analysed. The study discovered that despite the existence of various anti-graft agencies, corruption continues in Nigeria unabated which portrays the need for adopting a different approach and that has been provided as the Islamic perspective. The study recommends among several others that the Islamic ethics and morals of detesting corrupt practices and the accompanied sanctions should be integrated in the crusade against corruption.

The results and discussion of this research include the hadith science methodology, the development of the hadith validity method and the hadith text criticism method with a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach, and scientific and technological opportunities in hadith research for the need for integration of science. The conclusion of this study is that research on hadith with a transdisciplinary approach opens wide opportunities for science and technology that are currently developing for the realization of the integration of science. This study recommends the importance of applying a transdisciplinary approach to science and technology opportunities in the development of hadith research in Islamic higher education

Managing this wealth (amanah) leads to the basic concept of Islamic accountability where proper disclosure and transparency in every business transaction or service is encouraged. This paper attempts to explore the characteristics and application of the principles of Islamic governance. Using qualitative research methods, this study further focuses on trust and accountability with respect to governance mechanisms as required by Islamic principles and in light of today's world affairs. As a doctrinal research, the researcher reviews the relevant literature to identify the main features of government such as shura, caliphate, accountability, transparency, justice and equality as well as the current need for trust in public and private government. The findings of this study are that the Koran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) have provided many guidelines in the field of constitutional affairs that can help the government system. The Qur'an is flexible enough not to mention the details and details that are left for Muslims to formulate according to their particular circumstances. Finally, the aim of this paper is to inform policy makers and practitioners about the main doctrines that have been proposed by the Qur'an and which can be applied for the effective management of our affairs
