Peritoneal metastasis is the second leading cause of death of colorectal cancer patients. Cytoreductive surgery (CRS) combined with hyperthermia intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) is the primary method to treat peritoneal metastasis of colorectal cancer, though there remain some controversies. We reviewed current studies of colorectal peritoneal carcinomatosis (PC) and CRS+ HIPEC, and discussed some issues with regard to the scoring system for peritoneal metastasis, selection criteria for CRS+ HIPEC treatment, and the new drug application for colorectal PC. Peritoneal carcinomatosis index (PCI) is the most useful scoring system for peritoneal metastasis and CRS+ HIPEC is the primary treatment for colorectal PC. Patients with PCI20 should receive thorough assessment on the feasibility of R0 or R1 resection and CRS+ HIPEC treatment. For patients with unresectable PC at the initial stage, active drug therapy should be adopted to achieve tumor regression, so that some of them would have the opportunity to receive CRS+ HIPEC treatment.腹膜转移是结直肠癌患者的第二大死亡原因。肿瘤细胞减灭术联合腹腔热灌注化疗(CRS＋HIPEC)是目前治疗结直肠癌腹膜转移的主要方法，但是仍存在着一定争议。本文回顾了结直肠癌腹膜转移和CRS＋HIPEC的相关研究，对腹膜转移评分体系(PCI)、CRS＋HIPEC的病例选择标准、CRS＋HIPEC的治疗方案争议，以及新的药物应用对于结直肠癌腹膜转移治疗影响等方面进行了论述。PCI评分是目前最适用于腹膜转移癌评估的临床标准，CRS＋HIPEC方案是结直肠癌腹膜转移的主要治疗手段。对于PCI20分且有望实现R0或R1切除的患者应仔细评估，争取开展CRS＋HIPEC；对于初始不可切除的患者，积极的药物治疗或可使部分肿瘤转变为可能实现R0或R1切除的肿瘤，从而有机会接受CRS＋HIPEC治疗。.

Radiation proctopathy represents the feared injury of rectum resulting from radiotherapy to pelvic malignancy. Interstitial fibrosis is the major histopathologic feature of chronic radiation proctopathy, whose symptoms may improve over time without any management. Treatment decisions should be based on the pattern and severity of symptoms and endoscopic findings. Non-surgical interventions are generally used to relieve major symptoms and prevent severe complications. Surgery is reserved for patients with refractory complications. Diverting stoma and restorative resection are suggested for selected patients to promote rehabilitation. Overall management should target on the improvement of patients' long-term quality-of-life.放射性直肠病指因盆腔恶性肿瘤接受放疗而发生的直肠损伤。慢性放射性直肠病以组织纤维化为特征，整体病程表现出一定的自限性。治疗决策应综合临床症状与内镜表现，尽可能通过非手术治疗缓解主要症状，避免严重并发症的发生。转流性肠造口术及直肠低位前切除术是主要的外科治疗手段，合理应用有助于病程的良性转归。改善患者的长期生活质量是慢性放射性直肠病治疗的最终目标。.

To investigate whether autophagy can be induced by 1, 4-benzoquinone (1, 4-BQ) in HL60 cells, as well as the role of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in induced autophagy.In order to determine a suitable 1, 4-BQ treatment concentration for autophagy detection in HL60 cells, the cell vitality were examined by CCK8 assay. Logarithmic-growth-phased cells were divided into control group, 1, 4-BQ group (10μmol/L 1, 4-BQ, 24 h) , NAC group (antioxidant n-acetyl cysteine, 5mmol/L, 24 h) and the 1, 4-BQ+NAC group (5 mmol/L NAC were preincubated for 1h prior to the treatment with 10 μmol/L 1, 4-BQ for 24 h). The autophagic acidic vesicle were inspected by acridine orange staining, LC3 were detected by immunofluorescence staining, and expressions of LC3 and Beclin1 were quantitatively detected by Western blot.The results from cell viability test indicated that 1, 4-BQ exhibited a dose-dependent toxicity to HL60 cells. Compared with control group.the cell viability in 20.0、40.0μmol/L concentration were decreased obviously, and the differences had statistical significance (P0.05). Compare with contrd group acidic vesicle, LC3II, LC3II/LC3I and Beclin1 protein expressions were increased in 1, 4-BQ group, after both respectively 12.4% and 27%, the differences had statistital significance. While 1, 4-BQ+NAC group was observed that acidic vesicle, LC3 and Beclin1 protein level were markedly lower than 1, 4-BQ group, after both decreased 12.6% and 22.6% respectively, both the difference were statistically significant (P0.05).1, 4-BQ can induce autophagy in HL60 cells, the induction of autophagy is at least partly resulted from ROS. Antioxidant can effectively suppress the occurrence of induced autophagy.

A novel dual-band design of planar monopole antenna is presented in this paper. Printed on a dielectric substrate and fed by a 50 Ω microstrip line, a planar monopole antenna is demonstrated to generate two separate resonant modes to cover 2.4/5.2 GHz WLAN (wireless local area network) bands with satisfactory radiation properties. The impedance bandwidths of the proposed antenna are 600 MHz centered at 2.65Hz and 1.15GHz centered at 5.12 GHz for S 11 < −10 dB. The parameters which affect the performance of the antenna in terms of its frequency domain characteristics are investigated.

Novel dual-band and broad-band designs of a slot antenna with a cross-shaped stub are presented in this paper. For dual-band operation, the antenna's operating frequency ratio can be tuned by adjusting size of the cross-shaped stub. When proper design is achieved, the antenna can generate two separate resonant modes to cover 2.4/5.2 GHz (wireless local area network) WLAN bands. The simulated impedance bandwidths of the proposed antenna are 260 MHz centered at 2.44 GHz and 610 MHz centered at 5.36 GHz for S11 < −10 dB. Furthermore, it is found that two separate resonate frequencies can be connected to cover the frequency ranges of the digital communication system, personal communication system, international mobile telecommunication, and 2.4GHz WLAN. The bandwidth of the wideband antenna is 1.49 GHz centered at 2 GHz. Details of the proposed dual-frequency and broad-band designs are described and simulation results are presented and discussed in this paper.
