The authors empha¬size that just only a level of consciousness in regard to own health of a society member is the most powerful stimulus by upholding and increasing health amount. The modern conception is an environment in which the assumptions of healthy life, long-lived population and life quality are shown in a new light and put a new face on. In the article is analyzing a new point of view to content, goals and formation process of public health keeping strategy. The aims of the work are to expose the lacks of management in health care system by estima¬ting the topic of strategic management; to motivate the necessity of strategic management conception of new qualitative development; to interpret management of results in health care system by principal of holism. Authors are positive that aspect of strategic manage¬ment would aid to formulate efforts in health care sys¬tem more efficiency, especially bringing to light the moment of prevention. It is an urgent need of the forma¬tion of modern public health keeping strategy. The emi¬nent authorities of the world accentuate not treating a patient for diseases before searching for the more of its, but securing health, „health amount" of every member of society. The evaluation of health results is indispen¬sable both in private and in public sectors. On that me¬thodological ground authors analyzing the corrections in the functioning of the current health system. In this work authors propose to obtain the higher le- I vel of health keeping in society by implementing state-gical management and projecting synergetic effect.
