The results of a study of the effect of annealing at 150^oC in an inert atmosphere (Ar + 5% H2) on the electrical properties of organic field-effect transistors based on pentacene are presented. Crystalline pentacene films with a thickness of 95±5 nm were obtained using thermal vacuum deposition. The transfer and output characteristics of field-effect transistors before and after annealing for 15 hours are investigated. It was found that as a result of heat treatment, the hole mobility in the saturation regime increased by an average of 30%, and the threshold voltage decreased approximately two times. According to the data of atomic force microscopy, annealing led to a more than twofold decrease in the surface roughness of pentacene films, as well as to a noticeable enlargement of grains, which led to a decrease in the concentration of traps for hole electric transport in the channel of the field-effect transistor. В работе с точки зрения теории и практики управления выделены прямые и обратные взаимосвязи развития транспорта и национальной экономики. Осуществлена комплексная характеристика развития транспортной отрасли РФ на основе анализа трех групп показателей: уровня автомобилизации, протяженности автомобильных дорог, а также объемов строительства автомобильных дорог. Для выявления степени влияния развития данной отрасли на экономику региона был осуществлен анализ корреляционной связи во временном аспекте (1997-2011 гг.) и в региональном аспекте (среди 14 субъектов Приволжского федерального округа). Полученные выводы стали основой конкретизации направлений управления развитием транспортной отрасли в регионе. In the article in respect to the theory and practice of management straight and reverse correlations between transport development and national economy are allocated. The complex characteristic of transport branch development in the Russian Federation on the basis of the analysis three groups indicators is carried out: level of automobilization, extent of highways and also capacity of highways construction. For identification extent influence development of this branch on the region economy the analysis of correlation communication in temporary aspect (1997 - 2011) and in regional aspect (among 14 subjects of the Volga federal district) was carried out. The received conclusions became a basis of a specification the directions of management development of transport branch in the region.

В статье приводится динамика курсов иностранных валют по отношению к рублю за 2008–2012 гг. Проведен анализ изменения курсов валют. Предложена математическая модель определения оптимальной структуры вложений и рассмотрен пример принятия решения по вложению денежных средств в иностранную валюту. В результате решения задачи рассчитана оптимальная структура вложения при достижении максимальной доходности. Dynamic rates of foreign currencies in relation to ruble for 2008 – 2012 is given in the article. The analysis of change exchange rates is carried out. The mathematical model definition of optimum structure investments is offered and a decision-making example on an investment cash assets in foreign currency is reviewed. As a result of the solution a task the optimum structure an investment is calculated at achievement of the maximum profitability.

We study 2D discrete integrable equations of order 1 with respect to one independent variable and $m$ with respect to another one. A generalization of the multidimensional consistency property is proposed for this type of equations. У статті запропоновані прості аналітичні вирази для оцінки тимчасових характеристик функціонування двоканальних систем масового обслуговування з абсолютними і відносними пріоритетами для двох і трьох класів заявок у разі пуасонівських вхідних потоків заявок і експоненціальних часів обслуговування. Доведена достовірність отриманих аналітичних виразів. In article simple analytical expressions for an estimation of time characteristics of functioning of two-channel systems of mass service with absolute and relative priorities for two and three classes of demands in a case Puasson entrance streams of demands and exponential holding times are offered. Reliability of the received analytical expressions is proved. В статье предложены простые аналитические выражения для оценки временных характеристик функционирования двухканальных систем массового обслуживания с абсолютными и относительными приоритетами для двух и трех классов заявок в случае пуассоновских входных потоков заявок и экспоненциальных временах обслуживания. Доказана достоверность полученных аналитических выражений.

The auxiliary linear problems are presented for all discretization levels of the Hirota-Ohta system. The structure of these linear problems coincides essentially with the structure of Nonlinear Schr��dinger hierarchy.
