Aiming at the current computer jacquard knitting circular weft machine, there is a problem that the pattern data transmission is slow and the accuracy is low. When there is repeated call of the same pattern data, there will be a problem that the fabric structure is different. And the system cannot be woven continuously after power-off. A pattern data research scheme of the computer jacquard knitting circular weft machine is proposed. The solution adopts dual-port RAM technology, FSMC technology and GPMC technology to realize high-speed and accurate transmission of pattern data. In this paper, the power-off technology of the circular weft machine is discussed in depth, and the key hardware circuits and software algorithms are designed. The article deeply studies the knitting process and pattern data information, and customizes the special pattern. The results show that the pattern data processing technology realizes the fast and accurate data transmission, and when the system is powered off, the current knitting information is not lost. This technology improves the stability of the computer jacquard knitting circular weft control system
