Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a severe acute respiratory syndrome caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. This disease progresses through different stages, and its common symptoms include fever, malaise, dry cough, dyspnea, and pneumonia. Since its discovery in Wuhan, Hubei, China, in December 2019, SARS-CoV-2 transmission has rapidly spread. Unfortunately, the number of cases is increasing beyond expectations, making the spread of confirmed COVID-19 cases easier. To detect specific symptoms in a large population, the relationship between gene variants and patients with COVID-19 can be determined. The data of COVID-19 variations can be obtained from the Ensembl Genome Browser. Herein, the gene associated with 19 variants was selected according to the Haploreg 4.1 version. Additionally, protein expression of missense genes variants using the GTEx portal to determine 2 selected variants: rs200553089 encode the TLR7 gene and rs1061622 encode the TNFRSF1B gene, respectively. The highest protein expression of the TLR7 gene is found in lymphocyte cells, while TNFRSF1B shows the highest expression in the whole blood system. According to the data obtained from the Ensembl Genome Browser, the two most prevalent populations for SNP rs19085059, which is associated with the GPHN gene, are in Africa and East Asia, while SNP rs74956615, linked to the RAVER1 gene, is most prevalent in East Asia. Diabetes melitus (DM) adalah suatu gangguan metabolisme yang ditandai dengan gula darah yang naik secara berlebihan akibat gangguan sekresi insulin, kerja insulin, atau keduanya. Gangguan metabolisme karbohidrat, lemak dan protein pada penderita diabetes disebabkan oleh kurangnya aktivitas insulin pada sel target. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepatuhan penggunaan insulin dengan luaran terapi klinis di Apotek X. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi Cross Sectional dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara prospektif menggunaka kuisioner Medication Adherence Report Scale (MARS) dan data hasil laboratorium. Analisa dapat dilaksanakan menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepatuhan tinggi sebesar 6 responden (30%) dan kepatuhan rendah sebesar 14 responden (70%). Uji chi-square menunjukkan hubungan antara penggunaan insulin dengan HbA1c dengan p-value = 0,01, hubungan antara penggunaan insulin dengan Gula Darah Puasa dengan p-value = 0,024, dan tidak ada hubungan antara penggunaan insulin dengan Gula Darah Sewaktu dengan p-value = 0,807. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan penggunaan insulin mempengaruhi terkontrolnya luaran terapi klinis pasien. Kata Kunci : Diabetes Melitus, Insulin, HbA1c, GDP, GDS, Apotek

Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 (DMT2) yaitu penyakit kronis yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi serius. Hal inilah yang membuat penderita DMT2 mengalami distress. Diabetes distress merupakan kondisi yang menggambarkan stress psikologi yang dialami penderita sebagai manifestasi dari rasa takut mengenai hal negatif akibat penyakit diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran distress pada pasien DMT2 yang menggunakan insulin di Apotek X. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional selama bulan Juni-September 2022 di Apotek X, Yogyakarta. Kriteria responden penelitian adalah semua pasien DMT2 yang datang ke Apotek X dan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Kriteria inklusinya yaitu: pasien >18 tahun yang terdiagnosa DMT2, telah menggunakan insulin (baik tunggal maupun kombinasi dengan insulin atau oral antihiperglikemia) minimal 3 bulan sebelum rekrutmen penelitian dan bersedia mengikuti penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Diabetes Distress Scale (DDS). Dari 75 responden mengalami diabetes distress tingkat rendah (94,67%) dan tingkat sedang (5,33%). Domain distress yang berpengaruh pada pasien DMT2 yaitu beban emosional (1,30), pengobatan (1,29), interpersonal (1,18), dan dokter/tenaga kesehatan (1,14). Disimpulkan bahwa pasien DMT2 yang menggunakan insulin di Apotek X mengalami diabetes distress tingkat ringan dengan domain yang paling berpengaruh adalah distress beban emosional. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan suatu krisis global terutama pada fase urbanisasi yangcepat, perubahan gaya hidup, dan pola makan yang tidak sehat. Prevalensi Diabetes MellitusType 2 (DMT2) di Indonesia pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 8.5% yang artinya sebanyak 20.4juta masyarakat Indonesia menderita DMT2. Berbagai pengobatan yang efektif telah seringdidapatkan pasien DMT2 tetapi kadar gula darah masih belum terkontrol sehingga akanmempengaruhi kualitas hidupnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan luaranterapi dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien DMT2 yang menggunakan insulin. Penelitiandilaksanakan dengan desain cross-sectional, menggunakan instrumen kuesioner DiabetesQuality of Life Clinical Trial Questionnaire (DQLCTQ) dan data rekam medis pada pasienDMT2 yang menggunakan insulin di Apotek X Kota Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa dari 50 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, sebanyak 48%berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 52% berjenis kelamin perempuan dan didominasi umur >60tahun sebanyak 60%. Gambaran luaran terapi gula darah puasa (GDP) menunjukkan hasilterkontrol sebanyak 28% dan tidak terkontrol 72%. Kualitas hidup baik pada domain fungsifisik sebanyak 72%, energi 22%, tekanan kesehatan 92%, kesehatan mental 56%, kepuasanpribadi 42%, kepuasan pengobatan 54%, efek pengobatan 20%, dan frekuensi gejalapenyakit 60%. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antaraluaran terapi dengan kualitas hidup (p>0.05). Background: Science of medicine in the post-genomic era has significantly enhanced the knowledge of human diseases. These advancements could shed light to the translation of these benefits into drug therapeutics. Drug repurposing is a strategy that plays a pivotal role to provide novel insights into disease biology and further drive drug discovery as the ultimate goal. Herein, the current study aimed to analyse the global trends of drug repurposing peer-review publications from 2003 until 2022. Methods: We retrieved 1.371 articles related to drug repurposing studies and used similar terms and keywords, including “drug repositioning”, “drug repurposing”, “drug reprofiling”, “drug reusing”, and “drug recycling”. Results: The number of drug repurposing publications has increased dramatically from 2003 through 2022. Besides, the most active country in publishing drug repurposing research is the United States, followed by China, India, the United Kingdom, and Italy, respectively. Meanwhile, the top five frequently used keywords are drug repurposing (n = 336), drug repositioning (n = 335), COVID-19 (n = 134), SARS-CoV-2 (n = 135), and molecular docking (n = 67). Conclusions: This study emphasizes the importance of conducting active research collaboration in drug repurposing and drug repositioning especially pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Background: High maternal morbidity and mortality are brought on by the worldwide public health issue of iron and folic acid deficient anemia. The risk to pregnant women’s and their unborn children’s health is reduced when they correctly get and take iron and folic acid supplements. However, people’s inability to adhere to the supplement frequently results in an immense burden. Objective: This analysis focused on describing the field of adherence to iron among pregnant mothers with anemia using bibliometric analysis of the literature from 1981 to 2022 and on analyzing the scientific trends. Methods: We used Scopus as the search engine, using the keywords: Adherence OR Compliance AND Pregnancy OR Pregnant women AND Iron OR Ferrous AND anemia. English journal articles from journals were selected. Results: We retrieved 360 documents during 1981-2022. The result showed trends topics mentioned, mostly pregnancy, anemia, and iron supplementation. The most published articles were from Australia and USA, with Quartal 1 source as the most relevant journal. Conclusion: Although the quantity of publications has increased regularly, it remains below 40 each year. The topic intervention or experimental study, or adherence were still low. Some countries with significantly increased anemia in the last ten years, with the number of publications and collaboration studies remaining high. The modest number indicates that researchers still have many chances to develop better, more productive techniques to enhance adherence and decrease anemia.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi sosialisasi tentang pemanfaatan tanaman yang berbasis Al-Quran dan sunnah untuk meningkatkan sistem imun. Kegiatan ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang macam – macam tanaman yang berkhasiat untuk meningkatkan sistem imun yang tertulis di dalam Al-Qur’an. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa MA Al-Islam Rumbio dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Abdurrab. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan sosialisasi/ workshop dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan bimbingan. Metode ceramah dilakukan dengan memberikan materi tentang macam – macam tanaman yang berkhasiat untuk meningkatkan sistem imun yang tertulis di dalam Al-Qur’an. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan kepada siswa MA Al-Islam Rumbio dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang keistimewaan tanaman yang telah tertulis di dalam Al-Qur’an dan beragam manfaat untuk meningkatkan imun tubuh. Aktifitas yang sangat padat tentunya perlu di tunjang oleh sistem imun tubuh yang baik pula. Kita dapat meemanfaatkan bahan – bahan alami sepetri tanaman untuk meningktkan sistem imun kita.. Saat ini banyak orang yang lebih memilih menggunakan bahan alami sebgai pemelihara kesehatan. Oleh sebab itu, melalui pengabdian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan para siswa tentang khasiat tanaman yang telah tertulis di dalam Al-Qur’an untuk meningkatkan imun tubuh sebagai penunjang aktifitas keseharian mereka.

Kasus demam berdarah (DB) atau Dengue Fever masih banyak dijumpai di daerah tropis dengan lingkungan yang kurang baik. Penelitian tentang DB telah dilakukan berkaitan dengan mekanisme peradangan dan terbentuknya interleukin-6 akibat respon tubuh terhadap infeksi dengue. Sebanyak 571 artikel berbahasa inggris yang diperoleh dari database scopus tahun 1992 hingga 2022 digunakan dalam analisa bibliometrik tentang dengue yang berkaitan dengan interleukin-6. Analisa bibliometrik digunakan untuk melihat tren penelitian meliputi kata kunci yang banyak digunakan, jurnal penerbit terbanyak, penerbit yang paling banyak dikutip, instansi penulis dan kolaborasi antar penulis digambarkan dalam visualisasi menggunakan aplikasi VOSViewer. Analisa bibliometrik menunjukkan tren penelitian semakin meningkat dari tahun 1992 hingga tahun 2022. Kata kunci yang paling banyak digunakan adalah dengue virus, dengue, cytokines, cytokine, dengue hemorrhagic fever dan inflammation. Jurnal penerbit yang paling banyak menerbitkan artikel adalah Jurnal Frontiers in Immunology dengan 34 artikel dan yang paling banyak dikutip adalah dari Jurnal Immunology sebanyak 1078 kali. Penulis terbanyak berasal dari National Cheng Kung University Taiwan sebanyak 103 penulis, diikuti oleh Mahidol University Thailand sebanyak 71 penulis. Kolaborasi antar penulis Single Country Publication (SCP) maupun Multiple Country Publication (MCP) yang paling banyak adalah Amerika Serikat diikuti negara China kemudian Brazil. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa penelitian mengenai demam dengue yang berkaitan dengan interleukin-6 menunjukkan tren yang semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Kontribusi penulis didominasi oleh negara-negara maju seperti Amerika dan China. Peran penulis dari negara-negara Asia Tenggara dengan kasus dengue yang tinggi diharapkan dapat semakin berkembang.

Lailatul Qadr is still an unsolved mystery, considering that there are many different opinions related to the decline of Lailatul Qadar. There are some who say that Lailatul Qadar descended at the beginning of Ramadan; there are also those who say Lailatul Qadar is in the last ten days of Ramadan; and some even argue that Lailatul Qadar was revealed on odd days in the last ten days of Ramadan. This study aims to understand the interpretations of the Koran originating from Sulawesi, one of which is discussed in this research, namely Anre Gurutta Muhammad Abduh Pabadja in his book entitled al-Quran al-Karim al-lughah al-Bugisiyyah through audio recordings that can be obtained from Radi Mesra Pare-pare . The method used in this research is library research using a qualitative descriptive analytical approach. The results in the explanation of this study indicate that Lailatur Qadr is a night of glory, which is filled with many blessings in it and can erase all sins that have been committed in the past. So it can be concluded that the night of Lailatul Qadr is a night full of blessings. Blessings can be felt when one has strong faith and only hopes for Allah's blessing.

Pendampingan pada industri kerupuk subur di Banguntapan, Bantul untuk mengaplikasikan inovasi kemasan. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh mitra ialah kerupuk sari ikan. Saat ini produk dibuat dalam skala kecil, diproses dengan cara konvensional, menggunakan kemasan sederhana, dan dipasarkan di area dekat rumah. Selain itu, produk belum mempunyai ijin edar pangan industri rumah tangga (PIRT). Inovasi kemasan yang diterapkan pada jenis bahan kemasan dan cara pengemasan selain ditujukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas produk dan meningkatkan daya saing, juga dilakukan dalam rangka pengajuan ijin edar PIRT di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bantul. Dari kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan didapatkan beberapa hasil, antara lain perancangan kemasan yang higienis dan menarik yang disesuaikan dengan standar keamanan pangan, serta diperolehnya ijin edar(PIRT) dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bantul. Hal tersebut semakin meningkatkan rasa percaya diri industri untuk memasarkan produk di area yang lebih luas, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memperbaiki perekonomian industri.

Antibiotics are one of the most widely used drugs in the world, therefore research on the use of antibiotics has been carried out, including research on the use of antibiotics associated with circadian rhythms for 24 hours. This literature study aims to explore research related to the effects of circadian rhythms on antibiotic drug levels. We conducted a search on two electronic databases, namely PubMed and Cochrane Library to search for articles related to the influence of circadian rhythms on antibiotics. This study does not limit the year, but the focus of this study is research conducted on humans and is a clinical study or randomized controlled clinical study. From the search, 28 articles were obtained from PubMed and 19 articles from the Cochrane Library. Of the total articles, six articles fall into the criteria of this study. One article is a test on levofloxacin, one article is a test on cefrozil, one article is a test on flomoxef, one article is a test on ciprofloxacin, and two articles are tests on tobramycin. From this study, it was found that the human body's circadian rhythm has an effect on antibiotics, either affecting the pharmacokinetic profile of the drug, or affecting the potential therapeutic effect of the antibiotic itself. Sabang waters is one of the centers of capture fisheries production at the tip of the Sumatera Island which has a large potential of fish resources. However, information related to the performance of capture fisheries including fish production, fishing gear, fishing fleet, number of fishermen and fishing areas is still limited. This study aims to analyse and describe information related to capture fisheries performances in the waters of Sabang. Performance data were analysed descriptive quantitatively and obtained by survey method. The results showed that the trend of capture fisheries production tends to increase by 15% annually and catches are dominated by large pelagic fish, namely tuna (Thunnus sp). The type of fishery business is dominated by fishermen who operate vessels measuring 0 - 5 GT (57.9%) with fishing areas between the coast to 2 nautical miles. Fishermen in Sabang Waters are categorized as small businesses. because use small boats and using handlines as fishing gear that aim to meet daily needs, not for business scale.Keywords:Fish productionFishing gearFishing fleetFishing groundCapture fisheries

Most of the coastal zones of Aceh Besar are areas of accumulation of organic compounds such as C-Organic and CaCO3. Therefore, studying the distribution of organic carbon and carbonates in sediments in coastal areas is necessary. This study aims to analyze the distribution of C-Organic and Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) coupled with pH and Salinity tests spatially on the surface at a depth of 40 - 60 cm in the coastal area of Aceh Besar District. The C-Organic content was analyzed using the Walkley and Black method, while Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) was analyzed using the Titrimetric method. Soil pH and salinity tests were carried out in situ using a pH meter, and soil salinity tests were tested using a salinometer. The study results show that the distribution of C-Organic and Carbonate content differs in each location in Aceh Besar Coastal area. The distribution of organic carbon and carbonates in the northern part of Aceh Besar, in the Ujong Batee Puteh area, has an average value of 0.86% and 10.28%. While the distribution of C-Organic in the Lamreh area is, on average, 0.44%, and carbonate (CaCO3) is 8.03%. On the other hand, in the western part of Aceh Besar, the distribution C-Organic in the Ujong Pancu area is, on average, 2.83%, and carbonate (CaCO3) is 8.05%. The distribution of C-Organic in the Lhok Seudu area has an average value of 1.07% and carbonate (CaCO3) of 9.65%. The results also reveal the fact that there are 3 (three) factors that influence the distribution of C-Organic and CaCO3. These factors are the topographic location that allows the material to be eroded due to runoff, vegetation that enriches organic matter composition, and the depositional environment. The results of the pH distribution test in soil showed that the pH in the coastal area of Aceh Besar is relatively alkaline, and the salinity distribution is relatively low, indicating the absence of seawater intrusion and salt deposits. Further studies need to be carried out for other depth variations to obtain more comprehensive results of other distributions.

Penelitian ini dasari oleh lemahnya siswa dalam memahami meteri bahasa Arab diantaranya menerjemahkan teks-teks bahasa Arab dan memahami kaidah bahasa Arab. Oleh karena itu peneliti melakukan alternatif penyelesaian dengan penerpan metode Qowaid wa Tarjamah yaitu sebuah metode yang menekankan pada analisis gramatikal dan menerjemahkan teks-tesk bahasa Arab. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah dengan menggunakan metode Qowaid wa Tarjamah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman bahasa Arab dan bagaimanakah peningkatan pemahaman bahasa Arab tentang kata ganti (dhamir) menggunakan metode Qowaid wa Tarjamah. Adapun tujuannya yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman belajar bahasa Arab siswa dan menerapkan metode Qowaid wa Tarjamah dalam proses pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dikelas VII Hafshah SMP Qur’an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Dengan jumlah 25 siswi perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dengan 4 pertemuan pada tiap siklusnya. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus sebesar 56,84 siklus 1 sebesar 74,64 dan siklus 2 sebesar 85,16. Berdasarkam hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan metode Qowaid wa tarjamah dapat meningkatakan pemahaman bahasa Arab siswa tentang materi dhamir muttashil siswa kelas VII Hafshah SMP Qur’an Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. Yang dilakukan peneliti dalam mengunakan metode ini adalah dengan menyampaikan konsep dhamir, memberikan contoh, menghafalkan definisi dan menerjemahkan teks-teks bahasa Arab. Tight competition in the tourism industry forces tourism managers to find innovations to gain customer loyalty to compete with other tourism competitors. The Chinatown Village Tourism Surabaya strives to build tourist loyalty through improving the quality of tourist objects and tourism promotion. The approach used in this community service activity is a cognitive loyalty approach that makes information the primary source of achieving tourist loyalty. Based on the results of community service at the Chinatown Village Tourism in Surabaya, the efforts made to improve the quality of tourist objects are by making tourist maps, murals, and SOP. The efforts made in increasing promotion are by creating a website and implementing Integrated Marketing Communication.

Most of the coastal areas of Aceh Besar are areas of accumulation of organic compounds, one of which is Organic Carbon (OC). The purpose of this study was to analyze the chemical content by looking vertically at the content of OC, soil pH and Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) on the coast of Aceh Besar District. Analysis of the OC content using the Walkley and Black method, while to analyze the Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3) using the Titrimetric method. Especially for the analysis of soil pH, only use a pH meter. The results showed that each station had different levels of OC and carbonate. Generally, the presence of OC decreases with depth, while the carbonate content varies. Especially for soil pH, the pH is relative to the alkaline state for each depth. The range of OC content for all stations is 0.18 – 2.48%, Carbonate 5.36 – 13.27% and pH 6.37-8.73.Keywords:CoastalOrganic CarbonCarbonateSoil pH

Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan petani udang vaname di Desa Lenyeun, Leupung, Aceh Besar dalam pembesaran menggunakan terpal bofolx.Fokusnya adalah prinsip dasar budidaya, benih berkualitas, manajemen air, pemberian pakan, dan lingkungan kolam.Pelatihan melibatkan ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan praktek di lapangan.Peserta berkesempatan mengamati dan berpartisipasi dalam praktikum langsung. Harapannya, mereka mampu menerapkan teknik pembesaran dan mengoptimalkan terpal bofolx dalam budidaya.Tujuan akhirnya adalah meningkatkan produksi udang vaname di desa tersebut, memberikan dampak positif pada perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Optik Geometri merupakan salah satu materi yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa, namun berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa pemahaman siswa mengenai optic geometri cenderung kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan e-learning dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar terutama materi mengenai optik geometri kepada siswa SMA N 1 Pakusari Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey lapangan dengan observasi langsung ke lapangan. Survey lapangan ini bertempat di SMA N 1 Pakusari Jember dengan pelaksanan observasi kepada siswa kelas XI MIPA 1.Berdasarkan perolehan dan kesesuaian antara hasil belajar dari akurasi belajar siswa terdapat 60% soal akurasi jawaban yang dapat dikatakan cukup efektif dengan menngunakan media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis web.Sedangkan sisanya 40% kurang efektif jika menggunakan media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis web.Selain itu dilihat dari hasil jawaban soal hots yang dimana peserta didik memperoleh hasil akurasi jawaban cukup tinggi dengan melihat jumlah jawaban yang benar dan jawaban yang salah dari peserta didik.Dengan perolehan akurasi hasil jawaban 47%-63% dan perolehan jawaban benar lebih banyak daripada perolehan jawaban salah. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis web pada materi optic geometri ini cukup efektif digunakan.

The da'wah movement in the contemporary era undergoes dynamic and development according to its social context. In this matter, the da'wah movement carried out by the certain community, has several strategies in developing efforts to attract followers and the mass to come in their community. This study endovour to highlight the popular da'wah movement framed by the marketing activities of religious product as its da'wah strategy. Specifically, this study explores the Yogyakarta Teras Da’wah, which initiates the expansion of da'wah through several product marketing strategies, from various merchandise and marketed products. This research is important to see how youth people develop the da'wah movement through the marketing of religious product. This research used ethnographic study and field observations, to see and follow the da'wah activities of Da'wah Teras directly, and is strengthened by several interview with the administrators and congregations of Teras Da'wah. The result of this study indicated that Teras Da'wah uses the da'wah model as well as doing business as the da'wah movement. They market and sell religious products through recitation and non-recitation, such as traveling, camping, adventure, workshop, training, and futsal in collaborated with youth culture. Da'wah activities through the marketing of religious product include piety, community, lifestyle, identity and enjoyment.

The Ziarah tradition is one of the traditions of the Indonesian people that is often being held before Ramadan. The great influence of the existence of the Arab communities in the Palembang brought a tradition known to various countries so that it became religious tourism, namely the Ziarah Kubra. Ziarah Kubra is one of the traditions of the people of Palembang city which is being held every 10 days before Ramadan by visiting the graves of the ulama and leaders of the Palembang Darussalam Sultanate. The purpose of this research is to find out how the emergence of the Ziarah Kubra carried out by the Arab communities in Palembang and to find out how the development of the Ziarah Kubra tradition in the people of Palembang city from 1970-2013. The method used in this research is the historical method. This research has shown that the tradition of the Ziarah Kubra has been brought by the people of Palembang has been developed every year, where's this tradition was only practiced by the Arab communities in the Palembang and relatives of the Palembang Sultanate. Then this tradition began to be open to the public in 1970 and was designated become the religious tourism by the Palembang city government in 2013. So that the people of Palembang continue.

The Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer method (AAS) and UV-Vis Spectrophotometer method are often used in analyzing elements and compounds in water and sediment. The comparative method of AAS and UV-Vis analysis in sediments in this article is studied to see the accuracy of the equipment used and the efficiency of the resulting analysis. Analysis of the comparative method of phosphate analysis in coastal sediments shows differences and similarities in the use of the two instruments used even though the methods used based on the results of the review do not show significant differences. Methodologically, various types of methods can be carried out to analyze coastal sediment phosphates. The UV-Vis spectrophotometric method is generally more widely used than the AAS method. For a small number of sediment samples, the ASS method is more efficient than the UV-Vis method; however, UV-Vis is more accurate for dissolved samples because less phosphate is released when identified than the AAS method. Based on this, the AAS method is more effective in analyzing phosphate sediments in coastal areas than the UV-Vis method, but the UV-Vis method for wet samples is more accurate.Keywords:Coastal SedimentPhosphateSpectrophotometerUV-VisAAS

Instrumen pengukuran kualitas hidup pada pasien kanker telah tervalidasi dan sudah diterjemahkan di banyak negara yaitu salah satunya adalah instrument EORTC QLQ C-30. Hal ini menyebabkan instrument ini telah digunakan pada banyak penelitian di berbagai negara di dunia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran bidang penelitian kualitas hidup menggunakan analisis bibliometrik berdasarkan literature dari tahun 1993 sampai dengan 2021 dan untuk melakukan analisis pola ilmiah penelitian kualitas hidup terutama pada pasien kanker payudara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan PubMed sebagai database jurnal penelitian yang digunakan dengan strategi pencarian yaitu: ((Kualitas hidup) AND (kanker payudara)) AND (EORTC QLQ), termasuk juga menggunakan MesH terms. Kriteria inklusi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh penelitian yang menggunakan kuesioner EORTC QLQ sebagai kuesioner kualitas hidup dan semua jenis penelitian, sedangkan artikel review, sistematik review dan meta analisa akan diekslusi dari penelitian ini. Sebanyak 797 artikel diambil dari tahun 1993 sampai dengan 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi meningkat setiap tahun, tetapi volume publikasi masih kurang dari 100 setiap tahun. Pemetaan penulis belum menjangkau semua negara di dunia. Contaminants from microplastics in the soil can pose a huge and potential risk to global ecological systems. Microplastic contaminants have become an issue since the source and potential risks have gained a point of great concern. This problem is due to the lack of a comprehensive and systematic analysis system for microplastics. Thus, a comprehensive review of microplastic knowledge is carried out to detect its potential risks, occurrences, sources, and characteristics. The study results show that microplastics have been found everywhere, as shown in the global matrix. However, with the advancement of increasingly sophisticated technology, the microplastics found in the soil can be reduced. The difficulties of analytical systems inherent in particles in even complex matrices can be overcome with technology. Research on the distribution and emergence of microplastics is still very slow in several countries, including Indonesia, the United States, and Africa. The composition and characteristics of microplastics in soil and the environment shows their consistency still indicates a change in source. Microplastics in the soil have extensive and diverse sources, leading to high accumulation. This study also discusses the potential risks and effects of microplastics on soil ecosystems. The interaction and combination of contaminants from adsorbed microplastics can lead to soil fertility and migration systems in the food chain. The impact of microplastics on soil depends on chemical components, natural factors, and morphology. Thus, regional quantification and estimation of emissions from microplastics have a huge gap. In addition, the concentration of microplastics and the masking of microplastics to store carbon in the soil can be influenced by natural factors and require various efforts.

Wills are part of inheritance law. Problems with wills against heirs of heirs often arise because of the rights of heirs that are not fulfilled. In the view of Islamic law, a will to heirs is valid if it is approved by all heirs, but it does not rule out problems or disputes. The purpose of this study is to compare the arrangements regarding the form and limits of wills in the Compilation of Islamic Law and to analyze their application to the Decision of the Labuha Religious Court Number: 18/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Lbh in terms of Islamic law. In this writing the author uses a normative juridical approach using secondary data in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials obtained through library research using research specifications that are descriptive analytical, through a qualitative juridical problem approach which is research with a starting point from laws and regulations Invitations related to the topic of the problem are then analyzed qualitatively normatively. The results of this study can be concluded that the will from the heir to the heirs is only valid if it is approved by all heirs, but in carrying out the will must pay attention to the terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia, namely the Compilation of Islamic Law while still prioritizing the interests of other heirs. Based on the results of this study, the Court Judge's Decision in the Labuha Religious Court Decision Number: 18/Pdt.G/2020/Pa.Lbh. has not been maximized as a reality in accordance with the Compilation of Islamic Law in law enforcement. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan pengaturan tentang bentuk dan batasan wasiat dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan menganalisis penerapannya pada Putusan Pengadilan Agama Labuha Nomor: 18/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Lbh ditinjau dari hukum Islam. Dalam penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan spesifikasi penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif analitis, melalui pendekatan masalah secara yuridis kualitatif yang merupakan penelitian berititik tolak dari peraturan perundang-undangan terkait topik permasalahan kemudian dianalisis secara normatif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat penulis simpulkan bahwa surat wasiat dari pewaris kepada ahli waris hanya berlaku apabila disetujui oleh semua ahli waris, namun dalam pelaksaannya wasiat harus memperhatikan syarat dan ketentuannya sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum Islam dan hukum positif di Indonesia yaitu Kompilasi Hukum Islam dengan tetap mendahulukan kepentingan ahli waris lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini Putusan Hakim Pengadilan dalam Putusan Pengadilan Agama Labuha Nomor: 18/Pdt.G/2020/Pa.Lbh. belum maksimal sebagai suatu kenyataan sesuai dengan Kompilasi Hukum Islam dalam penegakan hukumnya.

Multi-drug resistant (MDR) bacteria are becoming a worldwide problem due to limited options for treatment. Moreover, patients infected by MDR with highly virulent accessories are worsening the symptoms, even to the point of causing death. In this study, we isolated bacteria from 14 inanimate surfaces that could potentially be reservoirs for the spread of bacterial infections in the medical university. Blood agar media was used for bacterial isolation. The bacterial colony that showed hemolytic activities on each surface was tested for antimicrobial susceptibility against eight different antibiotics. We found that MDR bacterium, namely TB1, which was isolated from a toilet bowl, was non-susceptible to ampicillin, imipenem, chloramphenicol, amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, gentamicin, and tetracycline. Another MDR bacterium isolated from the mobile phone screen of security officers, namely HSO, was resistant to chloramphenicol, gentamicin, tetracycline, and cefixime. An in vivo virulence test of bacterial isolates used Omphisa fuscidentalis larvae as an alternative to Galleria mellonella larvae for the infection model. A virulence test of TB1 in O. fuscidentalis larvae revealed 20% survival in the bacterial density of 104 and 105 CFU/larvae; and 0% survival in the bacterial density of 106 CFU/larvae at 24 h after injection. Bacterial identification was performed for TB1 as a potential virulent isolate. Bacterial identification using partial 16s rRNA gene showed that TB1 exhibited 99.84% identity to Escherichia fergusonii 2611. This study concludes that TB1 is a potentially virulent MDR E. fergusonii isolated from toilet bowls at a medical university.

Perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh remaja dari hari ke hari semakin kompleks, hal ini menimbulkan masalah tersendiri dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Untuk mencegah terjadinya perilaku menyimpang remaja, dibutuhkan peran kalangan yang terintegrasi dalam masyarakat, mulai dari orang tua, guru di sekolah, tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat dan peranan lembaga kesejahteraan sosial. (ii) Untuk mengetahui dan memahami tentang latarbelakang terjadinya penyalahgunaan obat terlarang. (iii) Untuk mengetahui dan memahami tentang dampak psikologis pada remaja pengguna obat tramadol. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Studi kasus dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. Dengan lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Bima. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari remaja pelaku tindakan menyimpang terhadap penyalahgunaan obat tramadol, orang tua remaja, pihak kepolisian, tokoh agama (guru mengaji). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontrol sosial keluarga dalam mencegah perilaku menyimpang remaja dalam hal penyalahgunaan obat tramadol adalah dengan cara memberikan pengarahan dan pendekatan dalam bentuk bimbingan kepada remaja agar tidak melakukan penyimpangan dalam penyalahgunaan obat tramadol

Marine fish have been decreasing in abundance over the last few decades due to environmental destruction and human exploitation. The aim of this study was to produce an inventory of the fish in Pusong Bay, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh Province, Indonesia by means of an exploratory survey of the area. The data was analysed descriptively using tables and graphs. A total of 71 species of fish were identified belonging to 54 genera, 37 families and 15 orders. Fish belonging to the Perciformes dominated the area with 33 species or 46.48% of the total number of fish identified. Based on the IUCN red list status, 62% of the species recorded in this study are categorized as of Least Concern, 35% Not Evaluated and 3% Data Deficient. Based on CITES, 71 species of the fish in Pusong Bay are categorized as Not Evaluated. Current data on these fish is important for future evaluations of their status.

Heavy metal pollution is one of the problems that often occurs in Indonesian coastal waters. Comparative methods of looking at heavy metal content in coastal sediments include a way to show similarities and differences between one or more articles by using certain criteria. Different comparison methods to see the heavy metal content in sediments include the AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer) method, AAN (Netron Activation Analysis), Regression, and USEPA methods. Based on the comparison of 2 methods, namely: AAS and AAN methods, the most efficient in analyzing heavy metals in sediments in coastal areas is the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method compared to the Neutron Activation Analysis (AAS) method. The fishing port has an important role in supporting activities in the fishery sector which includes serving as a place of preparation, and where to land catches as well as market them. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the level of facilities utilization at CFP Bajomulyo using SOAR and assign the development strategy. The research was carried out in January 2021 at the Coastal fishing port in Bajomulyo Village, Juwana District, Pati Regency. A descriptive method was used to analyze the condition of basic, functional and supporting facilities at CFP Bajomulyo. Data collection was carried out using survey methods and direct observations. The result showed 116% of the pier has been used (overutilized), 26% of the FAP building has been used (non-optimally), 36% of the shipping lane’s depth has been used, meaning the depth is sufficient or in accordance with the required standard, and 49% of its width has been used (non-optimally). Conclusively, the development strategies suggested include making an MoU between the government of Pati Regency and Central Java Province and always considering the availability of FRS facilities, ice factories, clean water, and ship docking around CFP Bajomulyo.Keywords:Development strategyPatiCFP BajomulyoSOAR

Di masa pandemi, kegiatan sosial-keagamaan tidak berjalan aktif seperti biasanya, dan pelayanan sosial berbasis masjid pun belum dijalankan secara optimal. Maka perlu adanya pelaksaan program pengabdian melalui kegiatan Kukerta ini dengan focus program pada Pelayanan Sosial Berbasis Masjid di Masa New Normal. Di samping itu, masjid ini memiliki Wadah pembinaan dan pendampingan bagi anak-anak yaitu Rumah Mengaji dengan fokus kegiatan pada bimbingan belajar al-Qur’an. Belum ada pembinaan di bidang Da’i, padahal anak-anak di Rumah Mengaji Masjid al-Khairat ini juga memiliki potensi di bidang dakwah. Maka perlu adanya pembinaan da’i cilik dalam rangka mewujdukan da’i/da’iah kompeten sejak dini.

Kecamatan Sampoiniet dan Setiabakti Kabupaten Aceh Jaya merupakan daerah yang dilanda Gempa dan Tsunami pada 26 Desember 2004. Dampak dari Tsunami telah mengubah geomorfologi pada sebagian wilayah pesisir Kecamatan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis dan membandingkan perubahan garis pantai berdasarkan data citra satelit secara multi temporal memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) info pada tahun sebelum Tsunami yaitu Tahun 2004 dan tahun setelah Tsunami yaitu Tahun 2008 dan 2017. Dampak kerusakan akibat dari Tsunami terutama terjadi pada kawasan pesisir. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif dengan melakukan pengumpulan data citra pada periode yang berbeda pada tahun 2004, 2008 dan 2017. Wilayah kajian meliputi kawasan pantai yaitu kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Sampoiniet dan Kecamatan Setiabakti. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengamati perubahan panjang garis pantai secara multitemporal yaitu pada tahun 2004, 2008 dan 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pebubahan Panjang garis pantai dari Tahun 2004 yaitu 50,42 km, menjadi 54,68 km pada tahun 2008 dan bertambah menjadi 55,30 km pada tahun 2017.

Hexagonal iron sulfide (h-FeS) offers huge potential in the development of metal-insulator transition devices. A stoichiometric h-FeS is hard to obtain from its natural iron deficiency. The effect of this iron deficiency on the electronic properties is still obscure. Here, we performed a charged point defect calculation in h-FeS. We found that the most favorable point defect in h-FeS can be tuned with a proper synthesis environment. The single iron vacancy could induce a midgap state with 0.05 eV energy gap, which explains the h-FeS low experimental band gap value. Furthermore, a semiconductor-to-metal transition is observed in h-FeS with higher iron vacancy concentration showing better conductivity from the excess charges. We also observe that iron vacancies will induce a magnetic moment on the antiferromagnetic h-FeS. The findings that the induced MIT behavior and magnetic moment can be tuned by defect concentration may benefit the development of spintronics devices.

BACKGROUND: Atherosclerosis begins with injury to the endothelial, progressive, and increases by 3% per year since the age of a person passes 20 years. The ratio of the number of pro and anti-inflammatory cytokines can describe the development of the process of atherosclerosis so that the higher the ratio will increase the chance of atherosclerosis. AIM: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Bamboo shoot Gigantochloa apus (BSGA) extract on decreasing interleukin-17 (IL-17)/IL-10 level ratios in New Zealand White rabbits given an atherogenic diet. METHODS: This study uses BSGA extract freeze-dried aged 1–2 weeks and New Zealand White rabbits. Atherogenic feed uses 0.5% egg yolk and 5% pork oil which is added to the standard feed. Randomized pre- and post-test with control group design by dividing into four groups were used in this study. RESULTS: The mean ratio of IL-17 levels with IL-10 between before and after (p < 0.005) in all groups showed a significant difference. There was a trend of increasing the ratio between IL-17 levels and IL-10 in all groups and the highest increase occurred in the control group which was 420%. CONCLUSION: The higher the dose of BSGA extract administration could reduce the ratio between IL-17 levels and IL-10 and there is a correlation with a negative linear pattern between IL-10 and IL-17 with p = 0.034 which means that higher levels of IL-10 will reduce IL-17 levels.

The purpose of this study is to find out what is meant by the President and/or Vice President committing a disgraceful act in the concept of criminal law, so that they can be impeached. By using normative legal research and approaches to legal concepts, laws and their history. The results of the research are as follows: First, all actions that are contrary to the Criminal Code are disgraceful acts for the President/Vice President; Second, the religious values, social culture of the Indonesian nation, as well as moral principles in the Criminal Code have been compiled in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, therefore any deviation from the behavior of the President/Vice President against the 1945 Constitution is a despicable act; Third, all disgraceful acts of the President/Vice President that violate criminal law offenses are subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with the Criminal Code, so that disgraceful acts that have been formally regulated in the Criminal Code are not the meaning of disgraceful acts as referred to in Article 7A of the 1945 Constitution, because the limitations of criminal acts have been determined can impeach the President/Vice President, namely: corruption, bribery, and other serious crimes; Fourth, the disgraceful act of the President/Vice President in Article 7A of the 1945 Constitution is an act of violating the 1945 Constitution as a reference to the rules of criminal law.

The advancement of high-throughput sequencing and genomic analysis revealed that acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a genetically heterogeneous disease. The abundance of such genetic data in ALL can also be utilized to identify potential targets for drug discovery and even drug repurposing. We aimed to determine potential genes for drug development and further guide the identification of candidate drugs repurposed for treating ALL through integrated genomic network analysis. Genetic variants associated with ALL were retrieved from the GWAS Catalog. We further applied a genomic-driven drug repurposing approach based on the six functional annotations to prioritize crucial biological ALL-related genes based on the scoring system. Lastly, we identified the potential drugs in which the mechanisms overlapped with the therapeutic targets and prioritized the candidate drugs using Connectivity Map (CMap) analysis. Forty-two genes were considered biological ALL-risk genes with ARID5B topping the list. Based on potentially druggable genes that we identified, palbociclib, sirolimus, and tacrolimus were under clinical trial for ALL. Additionally, chlorprothixene, sirolimus, dihydroergocristine, papaverine, and tamoxifen are the top five drug repositioning candidates for ALL according to the CMap score with dasatinib as a comparator. In conclusion, this study determines the practicability and the potential of integrated genomic network analysis in driving drug discovery in ALL.

Gelombang elektromagnetik merupakan salah satu materi yang perlu diketahui oleh mahasiswa pendidikan fisika, Sebagian mahasiswa belum memahami konsep gelombang elektromagnetik terutama pada sinar inframerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa Pendidikan fisika mengenai konsep gelombang elektromagnetik pada materi sinar inframerah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui metode suervey dengan responden mahasiswa pendidikan fisika Universitas Jember. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner google form dengan responden 40 mahasiswa secara random. Berdasarkan data dan analisis yang dilakukan dapat diambil sebuah kesimpulan bahwa mahasiswa Pendidikan fisika memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai sinar inframerah sebagai gelombang elektromagnetik.

Childhood asthma represents a heterogeneous disease resulting from the interaction between genetic factors and environmental exposures. Currently, finding reliable biomarkers is necessary for the clinical management of childhood asthma. However, only a few biomarkers are being used in clinical practice in the pediatric population. In the long run, new biomarkers for asthma in children are required and would help direct therapy approaches. This study aims to identify potential childhood asthma biomarkers using a genetic-driven biomarkers approach. Herein, childhood asthma-associated Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs) were utilized from the GWAS database to drive and facilitate the biomarker of childhood asthma. We uncovered 466 childhood asthma-associated loci by extending to proximal SNPs based on r2 > 0.8 in Asian populations and utilizing HaploReg version 4.1 to determine 393 childhood asthma risk genes. Next, the functional roles of these genes were subsequently investigated using Gene Ontology (GO) term enrichment analysis, a Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway, and a protein–protein interaction (PPI) network. MCODE and CytoHubba are two Cytoscape plugins utilized to find biomarker genes from functional networks created using childhood asthma risk genes. Intriguingly, 10 hub genes (IL6, IL4, IL2, IL13, PTPRC, IL5, IL33, TBX21, IL2RA, and STAT6) were successfully identified and may have been identified to play a potential role in the pathogenesis of childhood asthma. Among 10 hub genes, we strongly suggest IL6 and IL4 as prospective childhood asthma biomarkers since both of these biomarkers achieved a high systemic score in Cytohubba’s MCC algorithm. In summary, this study offers a valuable genetic-driven biomarker approach to facilitate the potential biomarkers for asthma in children.

Diabetes mellitus is still a burden in Indonesia. Failure of treatment may cause the worsening of this disease. This study aimed to define the association between patient adherence and treatment outcomes. We used a cross-sectional design with data from a public hospital in Java. We collected the patients’ characteristics, medical treatments and treatment outcomes from their medical records. The inclusion criteria were adult diabetes mellitus patients without any comorbidities or complications and using antidiabetic medicine (oral and/or injection). The patients’ adherence was assessed using the MARS questionnaire. We recruited 167 subjects from the hospital. Most of the subjects were male (60.0%), the average age was 60.47 (SD: 10.80), 43.7% had single treatment and 50.3% did not adhere. 58.7% subjects had uncontrolled fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 86.6% subjects had uncontrolled HbA1C. After adjusting for subjects’ characteristics, there was a significant association between FBG and adherence. Adherence may increase FBG by as much as 1.95 times (95% CI: 1.04- 3.65). We also found a significant association between adherence and the treatment outcome. Thus, we recommend that health care for diabetes mellitus patients must be complemented with education to increase adherence and improve outcomes. Keywords: diabetes, adherence, treatment outcomes

From inadequate prior antidepressants that targeted monoamine neurotransmitter systems emerged the discovery of alternative drugs for depression. For instance, drugs targeted interleukin 6 receptor (IL6R) in inflammatory system. Genomic analysis-based drug repurposing using single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) inclined a promising method for several diseases. However, none of the diseases was depression. Thus, we aimed to identify drug repurposing candidates for depression treatment by adopting a genomic-analysis-based approach. The 5885 SNPs obtained from the machine learning approach were annotated using HaploReg v4.1. Five sets of functional annotations were applied to determine the depression risk genes. The STRING database was used to expand the target genes and identify drug candidates from the DrugBank database. We validated the findings using the ClinicalTrial.gov and PubMed databases. Seven genes were observed to be strongly associated with depression (functional annotation score = 4). Interestingly, IL6R was auspicious as a target gene according to the validation outcome. We identified 20 drugs that were undergoing preclinical studies or clinical trials for depression. In addition, we identified sarilumab and satralizumab as drugs that exhibit strong potential for use in the treatment of depression. Our findings indicate that a genomic-analysis-based approach can facilitate the discovery of drugs that can be repurposed for treating depression.

Background: The health risks associated with moderate alcohol consumption continue to be debated. Small amounts of alcohol might lower the risk of some health outcomes but increase the risk of others, suggesting that the overall risk depends, in part, on background disease rates, which vary by region, age, sex, and year. Methods: For this analysis, we constructed burden-weighted dose-response relative risk curves across 22 health outcomes to estimate the theoretical minimum risk exposure level (TMREL) and non-drinker equivalence (NDE), the consumption level at which the health risk is equivalent to that of a non-drinker, using disease rates from the Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study (GBD) 2020 for 21 regions, including 204 countries and territories, by 5-year age group, sex, and year for individuals aged 15-95 years and older from 1990 to 2020. Based on the NDE, we quantified the population consuming harmful amounts of alcohol. Findings: The burden-weighted relative risk curves for alcohol use varied by region and age. Among individuals aged 15-39 years in 2020, the TMREL varied between 0 (95% uncertainty interval 0-0) and 0·603 (0·400-1·00) standard drinks per day, and the NDE varied between 0·002 (0-0) and 1·75 (0·698-4·30) standard drinks per day. Among individuals aged 40 years and older, the burden-weighted relative risk curve was J-shaped for all regions, with a 2020 TMREL that ranged from 0·114 (0-0·403) to 1·87 (0·500-3·30) standard drinks per day and an NDE that ranged between 0·193 (0-0·900) and 6·94 (3·40-8·30) standard drinks per day. Among individuals consuming harmful amounts of alcohol in 2020, 59·1% (54·3-65·4) were aged 15-39 years and 76·9% (73·0-81·3) were male. Interpretation: There is strong evidence to support recommendations on alcohol consumption varying by age and location. Stronger interventions, particularly those tailored towards younger individuals, are needed to reduce the substantial global health loss attributable to alcohol. Kabupaten Buru sejak 1970 dikembangkan sebagai daerah transmigrasi. Nuansa pertanian menjadi karakteristik Kabupaten Buru sehingga ditetapkan sebagai daerah lumbung beras nasional. Namun sejak ditemukan emas di Gunung Botak dan Gogrea pada 2011, Kabupaten Buru berubah menjadi daerah pertambangan emas ilegal. Akibatnya terjadi kerusakan dan pencemaran lingkungan yang masif disebabkan penggunaan sianida dan mercuri oleh penambang ilegal. Mengatasi persoalan ini, Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku bekerjasama dengan pihak ketiga (swasta) melakukan normalisasi dan perbaikan lingkungan di bekas tambang ilegal tetapi kerjasama dimaksud diduga rawan korupsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pencegahan korupsi disektor ini. Metode penelitian menggunakan Social Network Analysis, datanya bersifat kualitatif. Temuan penelitian yaitu kerjasama antara pemerintah Provinsi Maluku dengan pihak ketiga (swasta) yang diduga rawan korupsi dapat dicegah dengan melakukan pemetaan kerawanan korupsi untuk mengetahui pola relasi antar aktor kerjasama yang dapat cendrung mudah disuap sehingga diperoleh model kerjasama yang tidak berimplikasi korupsi. Geoarea Wonogiri has many tourist objects and a large area, it needs integrated management, therefore it is necessary to study the potential of tourism, so this research aims to analyze the potential of these locations, therefore an analysis of the potential attractiveness in each district is needed. The research method used is Qualitative research after that used the analysis of scoring techniques. Based on the results of this study, Pracimantoro District is the most potential for the Development of Tourist Destinations in Geoarea Wonogiri because it has the advantage of potential analysis based on the 4A aspect (attraction, amenities, accesibitily, ancillary).

The availability of accurate land data is useful in planning, policymaking, regional development, and preserving the environment. Banda Aceh is the center of education and development in Aceh, Indonesia, which is located in the coastal area. The tsunami has had a significant impact on development and settlements in Banda Aceh. Currently, settlements in Banda Aceh rapidly grow also the need for land and water resources. Therefore, mapping the potential for residential land in Banda Aceh is required. This study examines land suitability in Banda Aceh based on the FAO salinity criteria and spatial data analysis by remote sensing methods. Based on the results, it is known that Banda Aceh has land suitable for settlement of around 85% or 2975 hectares. These areas are generally located close to watersheds and receive sufficient freshwater input. Meanwhile, areas far from rivers and close to the coast have brackish salinity. This area is not suitable as a residential area. Environmental pollution around the world in the last 10 years has continued to increase with increasing industrial growth. Environmental pollution has reduced the availability of clean water. Clean water is the main thing for all living things on this earth. Therefore, environmental pollution that occurs in the clean water crisis must be handled as soon as possible and reduced by various effective policies. The main focus of this research is to analyze heavy metal pollution on the surface of the water, clean water, and sediments caused by industrial activities. This research is a field study by taking samples directly at the location and then analyzing them in the laboratory. The results of the analysis showed that the highest heavy metal Fe on the water surface was found in Bireuen Regency by 0.28% compared to Lhokseumawe City with 0.0029% and Aceh Utara 0.0029%. Meanwhile, the highest heavy metals contained in clean water were recorded in Bireuen and Lhokseumawe City at 0.007% and 0.0064%, respectively. The results of the heavy metal analysis in the highest sediment were found in North Aceh at 42.93% compared to 8.02% and 18.12% for Bireuen and Lhokseumawe. Overall, the analysis carried out in this study shows that the surface water, clean water, and sediments have been contaminated by heavy metals. Meanwhile, the quality standard for surface water is 0.3 mg/l, net ai is 1.0 mg/l, and sediment is 20bj.

This research reveals Islamic philanthropy through a sustainable community development program initiated by Amil Zakat Agency ( Lembaga Amil Zakat ), Dompet Dhuafa, Riau Province . The research traces the Da’ i Cordofa program, which is a social movement for empowerment people in outback Riau, Indonesia. The study is field research that used the qualitative method. It collected data by observation, documentation, and interview process. Resulting show that is implementing the Da’ i Cordofa program has influenced local people, where they are adaptable to increase religiosity. Meanwhile, the philanthropy program has been implemented by accompanying, guiding, and empowering local people to create a new habit for prosperity. The funding of philanthropy collects from donator for creating a new community development program that is developed to socially-sustainable local people in Talang Mamak local occasion, Riau.
