金沢大学総合メディア基盤センター, 近年，ICTの技術的発展と社会的浸透によって，教育への情報化の推進などの取組が着実に進められつつある．特にSociety4.0（情報化社会）からSociety5.0に向けた人材育成は急務といわれている．そのための前段として携帯型パソコン必携化のような取組は，必要不可欠なものになるだろう．そこで，本稿にて，金沢大学で平成18年度から12年間実施してきた新入学生に携帯型パソコン必携化を軸に，ICTに関するさまざまな方策を紹介し，併せてそれら上手に活用させるためのICT活用教育実施とサポート体制について紹介する．

本学では，全構成員に対する利便性の向上，蓄積されるデータの信頼性確保と利活用，および，情報システム構築・運用にかかるコストの削減を目指し，ワンライティング化，ワンストップサービス化に向けて情報システム融合化を進めている．SSOシステムと全学向けポータルサイトの構築を進めると共に，全構成員の基本情報の一元管理，関連するデータベース・情報システムの集約，情報システム間のデータ連携の再構築等を進めている．本稿ではその取り組みの概要を報告する．, 科学研究費補助金（基盤研究C，課題番号23501140）, 『大学ICT推進協議会2011年度年次大会プログラム委員長特別賞』受賞論文.

Carbon analogues of Phosphatidylcholines having linoleic or arachidonic acid at the 2-position were synthesized. The synthetic route involves conversion of the polyunsaturated fatty acid iodination. The derivatives were converted to diols by LiAIH4 reduction and submitted to lipase-catalyzed monostearoylation in isopropylether. The mono-ester was converted to phoshatidylcholines by the usual phosphodiester synthesis., 自然界に広く存在するホスフォリパーゼA2はグリセロリン脂質の2位のエステル結合を選択的に切断する酵素であり,消化,アラキドン酸カスケードの起動,リン脂質過酸化物の代謝等,生理作用に広く関わっている。本研究ではホスフォリパーゼA2の基質ミメテイックとしてホスファチジルコリンの2位エステル結合が炭素-炭素結合に置き換わった化合物をアラキドン酸とステアリン酸を出発原料としてリパーゼ触媒によるアシル化反応及び有機化学反応によって合成した。

We perform lattice Monte-Carlo simulations of pure SU(2) QCD using the multi-level method. We find Abelian dominance in local unitary gauges such as those diagonalizing a plaquette. A static potential described by Abelian link fields alone gives us the same string tension as that of a non-Abelian potential. Abelian dominance of the string tension and Abelian flux tube profiles are observed also without gauge-fixing, i.e., without any Abelian projection. On the basis of these results, we propose a simple gauge-independent Abelian confinement scenario without any Abelian projection. All color components of the non-Abelian field strength become Abelian dominant in the infrared region. The Abelian dual Meissner effect works in any color direction. Abelian neutral states in any color directions which are just non-Abelian color-singlet can exist as a physical state. Magnetization processes of frustrated Kondo necklace model are studied by means of a density matrix renormalization group (DMRG) method and an elementary band theory based on a bond-operator formalism. The DMRG calculations clearly show the cusp singularity in a low-magnetization region ($0, Comment: 8 pages, 7 figures. to be published in J. Phys. Soc. Jpn

A patterned retarder is important in LCDs and 3D displays. As for the patterning method of retarder, developing in Alkali aqueous solution was very difficult. We have developed the patterned retarder consisting of UV-curable liquid crystal materials of the new type that developing is possible in Alkali aqueous solution.

The patient was a 29-year-old man who visited our clinic with the complaints of sense of incomplete urination, pain on urination and sterility. A KUB showed fifteen calcified shadows in the bladder area suggesting the bladder or seminal vesicle stones (Fig. 1). The IVP, PRP and abdominal aortography did not demonstrate the right kidney (Fig. 2. 3. 4). The transvasal seminal vesiculography appeared normal on the right side. On the left side, however, dilated seminal vesicle and reflux up the left dilated ureter were demonstrated. These suggested crossed ectopia of the left ureter and its ectopic opening into the left seminal vesicle. The renal pelvis was not visualized at the time of reflux (Fig. 5). On cystoscopy both ureteral orifices and trigone were normal except for cystic elevation of the right side of trigone. The operative findings led us to make the precise diagnosis of the right ureteral agenesis, complete duplication of the left renal pelvis and ureter in which one drained from the crossed ectopic hypoplastic kidney and terminated in the left seminal vesicle with stones (Fig. 6). For treatment the crossed ectopic kidney, belonging ureter and left seminal vesicle were removed.

Background: In Japan, when pharmaceutical companies launch a new drug, they are obligated to conduct a post-marketing survey to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the drug in accordance with Good Post-Marketing Surveillance Practice under Article 14.4 (re-examination) of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law at contracted medical institutions. We report the results of a drug use survey, which we conducted as a post-marketing survey. Objective: This prospective post-marketing drug use survey was conducted to assess the safety and efficacy of the β-adrenergic receptor antagonist (β-blocker) Artist® Tablets (carvedilol) in patients with hypertension in Japan. Patients: Patients were carvedilol-naive and had essential hypertension or renal parenchymal hypertension. Methods: This was a prospective survey conducted over 3 years from October 1993 to September 1996. The standard observation period for the patients was defined as 12 weeks of treatment with carvedilol. Results: We collected data on 4961 patients at 561 medical institutions who had not been previously treated with carvedilol; 4574 patients were included in the safety analysis and 4422 in the efficacy analysis. The incidence of adverse drug reactions (the proportion of patients with adverse drug reactions) was 4.31% (197 of 4574 patients), which is less than that shown in the pre-approval clinical trial of carvedilol (6.85%[68 of 993]). The most common adverse drug reactions were bradycardia, dizziness, hypotension, headache, and feeling light-headed. After 12 weeks’ treatment with carvedilol, systolic/diastolic blood pressure (SBP/DBP) was reduced from 168.2 ± 18.6/95.7 ± 11.3mmHg at baseline to 144.3 ± 17.3/83.4 ± 10.8mmHg. Patients were classified according to which antihypertensive drug they had been using when carvedilol treatment was initiated. Coadministered agents were calcium channel blockers (CCBs), angiotensinconverting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs), diuretics, and a-adrenergic receptor antagonists (α-blockers). At 12 weeks, the change in SBP/DBP in the monotherapy group was −22.7/−12.2mmHg and that of each combination therapy subgroup, CCB, ACEI, diuretic, and b-blocker, was −26.1/−12.7mmHg, −25.4/−11.9mmHg, −26.3/−13.0mmHg, and −24.4/−11.5mmHg, respectively.
