Many factors support the success of an educational institution, including educational administration which is an important point, because it must be planned, organized, managed, monitored and evaluated properly. The important role of lecturers in determining the curriculum is part of higher education administration, including the Arabic language teaching curriculum. This paper aims to describe the role of Arabic lecturers in the administration of higher education and the Arabic language learning achievement of Arabic language education study program students. Based on data collection techniques whose sources are from the literature in the form of journal articles, books, modules, and other documents that support research data, this type of research is library research without any field research. Data were analyzed using inductive techniques, namely trying to find categories based on the data collected. So that the categories will appear after the data analysis process is carried out, then the data is presented descriptively. The results of this study are that there are several roles of lecturers in educational administration that are important in the development of student Arabic learning achievement, including lecturers acting as educators and teachers, facilitators, evaluators, managers, moral and character mentors, administrators, and also play a role in developing potential and student talent. It can be concluded that students are in a position as students who are taught, directed, guided, managed, motivated, facilitated, evaluated, and stimulated by their potential and talents so that they can become students who excel, are qualified, and are useful in their lives. The importance of increasing fine motor development in early childhood so that children carry out motor movements and activate their eyes with interesting and unique activities. Fine motor development in children, especially tracing by pasting grains on the child's tracing results. This study aims to determine the extent to which aspects of children's motor development are improved by tracing activities and then the results of the child's tracings are attached with green beans and peanuts at the age of 4-5 years. This community service research in the form of service learning was conducted at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal II Kindergarten with a total of 5 children. The instruments used are animal sketches, observation sheets for children and evaluation of the implementation of the intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that children were able to trace through pictorial sketches, then green seeds and peanuts were attached to the tracing results. The findings in this study imply that by applying the collage activity after tracing, it can train children's fingers to choose the seeds to be pasted on top of the tracing.

The study has the background that between the human heart and the mind there must be synchronization in order for good behavior. The study was intended to identify Robert frager's view of qalb with the Sigmund Freud's theory of psychoanalysis and also to a ratio between qalb Robert Frager and psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud. The study is qualitative in style with the method of library research that uses comparative analysis to compare qalb's opinion with sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis. Qalb is a place where man attains his individuality to spiritual, spiritual knowledge, and human consciousness, and helps one to believe in something. Psychoanalysis is all human behavior based on unconsciousness. The study may conclude that qalb, with personalities, is indeed different. But in reality humans cannot rely on one aspect to do something good. Instinct is needed as an inducement for the personality to direct one's behavior, but man needs the heart as his guide.

In the last twenty years, destructive wildfires have affected the environment to the tune of billions of dollars. An accurate model is crucial for predicting the spreading of wildfires in a variety of conditions. In this study, a multi-kernel convolution neural network (CNN) deep learning model was proposed based on elevation, wind direction, and speed, minimum and maximum temperatures, humidity, precipitation, drought index, normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), and energy release component to predict wildfire spread across the United States. Using multi-kernel CNN, it is possible to predict whether a pixel will be on fire at a future time. Compared to the model presented by other authors, the multi-kernel CNN model achieved high accuracy and F1 score. In comparison with CNNs without a multi-kernel mechanism and fixed kernel size, the proposed model predicted more accurate results based on the test data set. The multi-kernel CNN model reached an overall accuracy of 98.6 and F1 score of 70.97 on test data.

Vitamin D (Vit D) insufficiency is caused basically by inadequately sunlight-induced vitamin D in the skin. It is connected to a variety of ongoing illness, especially diabetes type II. Tests have indicated that Vit D is crucial for glucose-induced insulin production and increased insulin impacts. It diminishes insulin resistance and has anti-inflammatory properties. A few reports showed that the destitute eat less, indicating a negative effect on their wellbeing. Insulin resistance is connected to more Vit D levels. Many RCTs in subjects with type II diabetes recognized slight impacts of Vit D on glycemic and insulin resistance. At the same time, these call for more in-depth investigation and the current study is an excellent avenue to start. There is no reason to prescribe Vit D supplementation to avoid or cure type II diabetes mellitus.

Consumer/customer relationship management (CRM) can potentially influence business as it predicts changes in people’s perspectives, which could impact future sales. Accordingly, advancements in Information Technology are under investigation to see their capabilities to improve the work of CRM. Many prediction techniques, such as Data Mining, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL), were found to be utilized with CRM. ML methods were found to dominate other approaches in terms of the prediction of consumers’ intention to purchase. This review provides DL algorithms that are mostly used in the last five years, to support CRM to predict purchase intention for better product sales decisions. Prediction criteria related to online activities and behavior were found to be the most inputs of prediction models. DL approaches are slowly applied within purchase intention prediction due to their advanced capabilities in handling large and complicated datasets with minimum human supervision. DL models such as CNN and LSTM result in high accuracy in prediction intention with 98%. Future research uses the two algorithms (CNN, LSTM) compiled to make the best prediction consumption in CRM. Additionally, an effort is being made to create a framework for predicting purchases based on many DL algorithms and the most pertinent characteristics.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan mengetahui berbagi pengetahuan, perilaku kewarganegaraan dalam organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMAS Kurnia Puday Kabupaten Konawe. Alat analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan, perilaku kewarganegaraan dalam organisasi dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMAS Kurnia Puday. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik berbagi pengetahuan, perilaku kewarganegaraan dalam organisasi dan budaya organisasi maka akan meningkatkan kinerja dari para guru. Berbagi pengetahuan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMAS Kurnia Puday. Hal ini menunjukan jika semakin baik berbagi pengetahuan maka akan meningkatkan kinerja dari para guru. Perilaku kewarganegaraan dalam organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMAS Kurnia Puday. Hal ini menunjukan pula jika semakin baik perilaku kewarganegaraan dalam organisasi maka akan meningkatkan kinerja dari para guru. Budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMAS Kurnia Puday. Hal tersebut menunjukan jika semakin baik budaya organisasi maka akan meningkatkan kinerja dari para guru tersebut.

Nematoda Puru Akar (Meloidogyne spp.) pada tanaman kenaf dikenal sebagai salah satu organisme pengganggu tanaman yang merugikan. Infeksi NPA pada akar menyebabkan tanaman tumbuh kerdil dan potensi produksi menurun. Pewarisan sifat ketahanan kenaf terhadap NPA M. incognita dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan enam populasi (P1, P2, F1, F2 BC1P1 dan BC1P2). Genotip (Kenafindo Agribun 2 = Kin2) yang memiliki ketahanan sangat rentan terhadap NPA M. incognita digunakan sebagai tetua betina dan genotip (Karangploso 15= KR15) yang toleran sebagai tetua jantan. Sifat ketahanan kenaf terhadap NPA M. incognita didasarkan pada variabel jumlah puru, faktor reproduksi, jumlah juvenil instar 2, jumlah massa telur dan jumlah telur per massa telur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ketahanan kenaf terhadap NPA M. incognita menunjukkan tidak dipengaruhi oleh tetua betina. Jumlah gen ketahanan dikendalikan oleh satu gen. arakter ketahanan kenaf terhadap NPA M. incognita dikendalikan oleh gen dominan positif sebagian. Aksi gen pengendali ketahanan terhadap NPA M. incognita adalah aditif-dominan. Nilai heritabilitas arti luas dan nilai heritabilitas dalam arti sempit pada seluruh variabel ketahanan kenaf terhadap NPA M. incognita tergolong tinggi.

Bacterial persistence is recognized as a major cause of antibiotic therapy failure, causing biofilms, and chronic intractable infections. The emergence of persisters in Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates has become a worldwide public health concern. The goal of the present study is to investigate the formation of persister cells beside filaments in Iraqi K. pneumoniae isolates. A total of fifty clinical K. pneumoniae isolates were collected from different clinical specimens and identified using the genotypic identification by using specific primer (rpoB gene) from housekeeping genes. Persister cells investigation is performed by exposure of stationary phase K. pneumoniae isolates to a high concentration of ciprofloxacin (×10 MIC) and counting the number of viable persister cells by CFU counts. Bacterial filament formation is detected and measured by light microscope scanning electron microscope. The results show the bility of these pathogenic bacteria to form persister cells to survive the bactericidal antibiotics and to cause chronic infection.Furthermore, persistent isolates have the ability to change in shape and size extensively, about 4 times increase in cell length than their normal length. These phenomena are possibly the initial stages of bacterial resistance prevalence.

In this research, a copper ferrite (CuFe2O4) nanocatalyst stabilized on clinoptilolite (CP) was prepared using green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract. Fourier transform infrared spectra, X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) method, thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis were used to characterize copper ferrite/CP. After fixation on CP, the crystallite size of copper ferrite was determined to be 48.7 nm using an XRD pattern and the Debye–Scherrer equation. Copper ferrite nanoparticles were successfully placed on CP as evidenced by FESEM and TEM images. Using the Barrett–Joyner–Halenda method, the average diameter of the catalyst pores was found to be 22.2 nm. Using the BET method, the catalyst surface area was estimated to be 43.7 m2/g. The catalytic activity of copper ferrite/CP in the production of benzodiazepine (the reaction of o-phenylenediamine with ketones) was examined. The experimental results showed that this catalyst performs well under mild reaction conditions. Using an external magnetic field, copper ferrite/CP was easily separated from the reaction product and can be reused without appreciably decreasing its catalytic activity.

The aim of study was to determine the effect of different dosages of simvastatin on gene expression of Acetyl CoA Carboxylase 1 (ACC1) and Fatty Acid Synthase (FAS) in Wister rat hepatic tissues fed with high fat diets (HFD) and its association with serum fatty acid proportion and concentration. Four groups of rats (G1 to G4) were included. ACC1 and FAS expressions were analyzed by Real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Fatty acid concentration was measured by gas chromatography. There were significant differences when G4 versus G3, G4 and G3 versus G1 and G4 and G3 versus G2 was compared for total fatty acid concentration. The proportion of oleic acid to stearic acid showed significant decrease when G4 versus G3, G4 versus G2 and G4 versus G1 groups were compared, but the proportion of stearic acid to palmitic acid, linoleic acid to oleic acid (G3 versus G4) and oleic acid to palmitic acid in G4 increased when compared to G1, G2 and G3 groups. Treatment with simvastatin significantly increases or decreases some fatty acid ratio, serum fatty acid and total fatty acid concentrations. We also found that HFD led to no significant differences in ACC1 and FAS mRNA expression. Simvastatin increases proportion of linoleic acid to oleic acid, oleic acid to palmitic acid and oleic acid to stearic acid. Thus, statin therapy may be considered in prevention of cardiovascular and myocardial risk.

CorpU sebagai sarana dalam menjawab tersebut telah mengembangankan produk, diantaranya Class Learning, e-Learning, Blended Learning, Coaching/Mentoring, Culture Change, Knowledge Management System, on the job training, knowledge sharing, knowledge management working group, dan community of practice. Sebuah tanntangan yang membutuhkan peran dan kolaborasi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur sipil negara di masa digital saat ini. Corpu dengan model pembelajaran yang lebih cepat dengan metode pembelajaran mandiri didukung teknologi informasi mampu membangun kolaborasi antar pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan stakeholders, terutama pada seluruh lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian lapangan sebagai bahan analisis untuk mengetahui kolaborasi stakeholder’s dalam penyelenggaraan Corporate University pada BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif untuk memahami kesiapan seluruh komponen penyelenggaraan ASN mengenai Corporate University. Temuan penelitian menjelaskan (1) pengembangan pegawai dilihat tingkatan strategi Corporate University sebagai bagian dari strategi organisasi. (2) Pemimpin sebagai guru dalam menjalankan organisasi, pembelajaran, operasi, dan kemitraan. (3) Sejajarkan dalam melaksanakan tujuan organisasi untuk mendukung misi dan strategi organisasi. (4) Peningkatan kinerja pegawai dengan dukungan teknologi dalam peningkatan kompetensi ASN melalui pembelajaran yang terintegrasi

In an increasingly complex financial market, selecting the optimal stock portfolio has become a subject of intense debate. This study aims to develop a model for optimal stock portfolio selection. We apply Markowitz's mean-semivariance approach to determine the downside risk of portfolios, which reflects investors' intuitive perception of risk. In the first stage, the combination of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) with interval data is employed to identify and rank good quality stocks according to the recommended criteria by experts. After selecting qualified stocks, in the second phase, we create portfolios, and the weight invested in each stock is determined. Then, three portfolios are created for three groups of risk-averse, neutral to risk, and risk-taker investors. The mean-semivariance optimization model is used in this phase. The proposed approach in the paper is implemented in a real case study of the Tehran stock exchange (TSE). Three portfolios for three groups of investors were evaluated and compared to the market performance using sharp criteria. All three portfolios outperformed the market portfolio both in terms of risk and return. The proposed model of this study can be utilized as a decision support tool when forming an optimal stock portfolio by considering both experts’ opinions on stock evaluation and investor risk preferences simultaneously.

Aim: This study aimed to evaluate chemokine receptor 5 delta 32 (CCR5-Δ32) mutation and HIV-1 surveillance drug-resistance mutations (SDRMs) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of long-term non progressors (LTNPs) of HIV-1-infected individuals. Materials & methods: This research was performed on 197 treatment-naive HIV-1-infected patients. After follow-up, it was determined that 15 (7.6%) of these people were LTNPs. The PCR assay was performed to identify the CCR5 genotype and HIV-1 SDRMs. Results: One (6.7%) of the LTNPs was heterozygous (wt/Δ32) for the CCR5 delta 32 (CCR5Δ32). However, none of the individuals was homozygous for this mutation (Δ32/Δ32). Moreover, none of the LTNPs showed HIV-1 SDRMs. The CRF35-AD subtype was the most dominant subtype, with a percentage of 93.3%. Conclusion: Iranian elite controllers are negative for CCR5-delta 32 homozygous genotype and drug resistance against antiretroviral drugs.

The textile industry is expanding globally and is considered the backbone of the world’s largest source of foreign exchange. The development of the textile industry has caused environmental contamination due to its dye waste, which is complex and very difficult to resolve with chemical and physical treatments. Azo dye is one of the most widely used dyes in textile and other industries. It is one of the significantly toxic dyes, and when released in water bodies, it causes a serious threat to the environment. A bacterial strain having the potential to degrade a variety of azo dyes such as Congo red (CR), methylene blue (MB), Alizarin Red S (AR), and Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) was isolated from soil samples in the wood weathering area and further identified and characterized. Ligninolytic microorganisms produce laccase enzymes, lignin peroxidase, manganese peroxidase, and other enzymes that can decolorize dye waste from the textile industry. The research phase was qualitative and quantitative tests of ligninolytic bacteria in the decolorization process using several selected synthetic dyes, antagonism tests, and identification of potential bacteria based on 16S rDNA gene sequences. The L11 isolate showed high performance on CR dye of 82.79%, L1 isolate on dye AR of 40.51%, L7 isolate on dye MB of 38.69%, and L8 isolate on RBBR dye of 30.34%. The L11 isolate with the highest potency was identified as Bacillus paramycoides K7.2 with a similarity of 99.71%. After 7 days of incubation, the quantitative test findings are the same as the qualitative test results, with isolate L11 having the largest clear zone on CR, AR, and RBBR dyes.

DNA methylation is essential for a wide variety of biological processes, yet the development of a highly efficient and robust technology remains a challenge for routine single-cell analysis. We developed a multiplex scalable single-cell reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (msRRBS) technology with off-the-shelf reagents and equipment. It allows cell-specific barcoded DNA fragments of individual cells to be pooled before bisulfite conversion, free of enzymatic modification or physical capture of the DNA ends, and achieves unparalleled read mapping rates of 62.51%, covering 59.95% of CpG islands and 71.62% of promoters in K562 cells on average. Its reproducibility is shown in duplicates of bulk cells with near perfect correlation (R=0.97-99). At a low 1 Mb of clean reads, msRRBS provides consistent coverage of CpG islands and promoters, outperforming the conventional methods with orders of magnitude reduction in cost. Here, we use this method to characterize the distinct methylation patterns and cellular heterogeneity of 6 cell lines, and leukemia and hepatocellular carcinoma models. Taking 4 hours of hands-on time, msRRBS offers a unique, highly efficient approach for dissecting methylation heterogeneity in a variety of multicellular systems.

This Community Service activity involved farmer groups and the Family Welfare Development Organization (PKK) in Sungai Rasau Village. There is plenty of potential for the production of coconut plantations in the village, but the business of differentiating coconut into cooking oil is of little interest to the community. Low interest is due to relatively limited knowledge and understanding of the economic potential of cooking oil products, especially market uptake. Efforts can be made to increase the added value of cooking oil products. This program aimed to increase the added value of cooking oil products to improve market uptake. Accordingly, the direct learning method was used in this service program, and its activities included training and mentoring. The results of the service program showed that the program that had been implemented generated new enthusiasm for Farmer Groups and PKK. Also, the trademark “MIKOM” was used as branding for coconut cooking oil products from Sungai Rasau Village, accompanied by an attractive offer sentence as a form of online promotion of traditional coconut cooking oil products. Differences in methods and production costs incurred as well as adjustments to the latest costs due to the increase in fuel, became an obstacle for training participants to calculate product selling prices. The participants poorly understood the information technology training because the village lacked sufficient Internet access. Farmer groups carried out the marketing simulation for coconut cooking oil as producers of coconut cooking oil, while the PKK acted as marketing field coordinator.

Due to the complexity of financial products, consumers with low financial literacy are left behind. However, few practical studies investigated the impact of digital advisory systems to improve customer experience. Configuration systems, as the most popular expert systems, have never been applied as a financial tool. In this study, we explore the application of configuration systems to educate consumers in achieving their financial goals. The results highlight multiple benefits from using the configurator, including greater financial literacy and improved individual financial decision-making.

Resistance of Several Hibiscus cannabinus genotypes Against Meloidogyne incognita Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus) is known as a source of natural fibers. Infection of Meloidogyne incognita (root-knot nematode) in kenaf plants causes stunting of plants, thereby reducing crop production. This study aimed to determine the resistance of seven kenaf genotypes against M. incognita. The experiment was conducted by infesting kenaf plants aged 15 days after planting (DAP) with M. incognita in a population of 40 juvenile nematodes 2 per 100 g of soil. The planting medium used was sandy soil with a composition of 55% sand, 36% dust, and 17% clay. The resistance variable consisted of root knot index and nematode reproduction factors. Analysis of salicylic acid, phenol, lignin and several plant growth variables were carried out at 75 DAP. Among the seven kenaf plant genotypes evaluated, there were 3 tolerant genotypes (KR4, KR15 and KR5) and 4 highly susceptible genotypes (KR1, KR6, Kin2, and DS028). Genotypes that had a tolerant response to M. incognita showed an increase in phenolic compounds, salicylic acid, and lignin in the roots compared to the control. The decrease in plant height, crown fresh weight, and root fresh weight varied due to M. incognita infection.

One of the cancer-related deaths is gastric cancer in this area. Onosma dichroanthum Boiss. roots have been used as an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory for wound healing treatment. The aim of this study was to assess the in vitro cytotoxic and anticancer effects of O. dichroanthum Boiss. roots from the Golestan province of Iran. After identification of the taxonomical effect of O. dichroanthum Boiss., different concentrations of the hydroalcoholic root extract were used. Three different time periods (24, 48, and 72 h) were used to treat AGS gastric cancer and L-929 normal fibroblasts cell lines. The evaluation of different concentrations of root extract was performed by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. The 48 h treatment affected cell survival, while the concentration of 64 μg/mL was determined as IC50 concentrations at 48 h incubation time. The 48 h incubation time with 64 μg/mL showed the best effectiveness on cancerous cell-line while being safe for normal cell-line. Our results show that O. dichroanthum Boiss. roots extract may have cytotoxic and safe effects on gastric cancer cell-line and normal cells in 48 h treatment periods, respectively. The results indicated the O. dichroanthum Boiss. may be as an effective anticancer agent (gastric cancer).

The early environment is critical to brain development, but the relative contribution of physical versus social stimulation is unclear. Here, we investigated in male and female rats the response to early physical and social environmental enrichment in relation to oxytocin (OT) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expression. The findings show that males and females respond differently to prolonged sensorimotor stimulation from postnatal days 21–110 in terms of functional, structural, and molecular changes in the hippocampus versus medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC). Physical enrichment promoted motor and cognitive functions and hippocampal BDNF mRNA and protein expression in both sexes. Combined physical and social enrichment, however, promoted functional and structural gain in females. These changes were accompanied by elevated plasma oxytocin (OT) levels and BDNF mRNA expression in the mPFC, while the hippocampus was not affected. Administration of an OT antagonist in females blocked the beneficial effects of enrichment and led to reduced cortical BDNF signaling. These findings suggest that an OT-based mechanism selectively stimulates a region-specific BDNF response which is dependent on the type of experience.

Purpose: To compare the anatomical and refractive outcomes of transscleral diode versus transpupillary laser photocoagulation for the treatment of zone II type 1 retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). Methods: In this prospective comparative interventional case series, infants with type 1 ROP in zone II were assigned to either transpupillary or transscleral laser based on the surgeons' expertise area. The rate of regression, need for retreatment, and structural and biometric outcomes at month 6 were evaluated and compared between the two treatment groups. Results: In total, 209 eyes were enrolled; 145 eyes of 77 infants and 64 eyes of 33 infants and were in transscleral and transpupillary groups, respectively. There was no significant difference in baseline characteristics between the groups. There was no significant difference in retreatment rates (1.6% vs. 3.4%; P = 0.669) and progression to stage 4 (1.6% vs. 2.8%; P = 0.999) between the transpupillary and transscleral groups, respectively. At month 6, the mean spherical equivalent was 0.31 ± 3.57 and 0.44 ± 2.85 diopters, and the axial length was 18.28 ± 6.22 and 18.36 ± 6.87 mm in the transpupillary and transscleral groups, respectively, without a significant difference between groups. There was no significant difference in the rate of myopia (43.8% vs. 33.8%; P = 0.169) and high myopia (4.7% vs. 4.8%; P = 0.965) in transpupillary and transscleral groups at month 6. Conclusion: The transpupillary and transscleral laser photocoagulation routes are both effective in the treatment of zone II type 1 ROP and show no significant differences in anatomical or refractive outcomes in relation to the route chosen.
