A series of copolymers (P(AA-co-MPC)) with acrylic acid (AA) and 2-methacryloy-loxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) monomers were synthesized via RAFT polymerization. Then the magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles were modified by these synthesized copolymers through chemical coprecipitation method. Copolymers and the nanoparticles were characterized by 1H NMR, FTIR, GPC, TG, TEM, XRD, Zeta potential and particle size analyser, and Squid-VSM magnetic measure system. The results show that the P(AA-co-MPC) with narrow molecular mass distribution is successfully synthesized by RAFT polymerization and the surface of the magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles is modified by these copolymers. The modified magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles by copolymer synthesized with the monomer molar ratio of AA:MPC of 1:1 exhibit the best dispersion, the smallest hydrodynamic particle size (36.54±4.00) nm, the narrowest particle size distribution and the highest Zeta potential (-30.98±1.25) mV. The saturation magnetization is 65.57A·m2·kg-1. The nanoparticles show superparamagnetism, with no residual magnetism and zero coercive force.

Quasi-solid state dye-sensitized solar cells based on chemically crosslinking with backbone polymers of poly(vinylpyridine-co-acrylonitrile) (P(VP-co-AN)) or poly(vinylimidazole-co-acrylonitrile) (P(VIM-co-AN)) and diiodide compounds of I(CH2)6I or I(CH2CH2O)nCH2CH2I solidified EC/PC/KI/I2 gel electrolytes have been fabricated. The ionic conductivities and apparent diffusion coefficients of I3 − of the electrolytes and cell performances have been investigated. Providing chemically crosslinking points, pyridine or imidazole from the backbone polymers benefited the open circuit voltage and fill factor of the cells. Consequently, the overall energy conversion efficiencies of the quasi-solid DSSCs improved over 10% even near 20% from that of the liquid electrolyte before solidification. Besides, the employing of crosslinker I(CH2CH2O)nCH2CH2I showed higher electrolytic and cell characters than that of I(CH2)6I.

A new type quasi-solid state electrolyte was prepared by solidifying liquid electrolytes containing organic solvents (such as mixture of ethylene carbonate (EC) and propylene carbonate (PC), 3-methoxypropinitrile (NMP) and N-methyl-oxazolidinone (NMO)) with comb-like molten salt type polymer, and was for the first time employed in dyesensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The optimal electrolyte composition was obtained by regulating the polymer content in the electrolytes and optimizing performance data of the electrolytes and assembled cells, yielding a maximum conversion efficiency of 6.58% (AM 1.5, 100 mW·cm−2). Furthermore, the existence of this new type polymer in the electrolyte suppresses the evaporation of organic solvent and improves the stability of the cells.

A physical model for the electromagnetic scattering of layered media is established. Radar equation and Snell's law are adopted to calculate the electromagnetic scattering field of multiple layer media. The effects of the electrical properties of the layer, i.e., permittivity and loss tangent on the detection range of the radar system and scattering field are studied. The vehicle-mounted ground penetrating radar (GPR) for the exploration of lunar subsurface is taken as the background. The finite difference time domain method is used to model and calculate the whole vehicle-mounted GPR, and the intensity of the scattering echoes is studied. The simulation results are compared with the theoretical results, and they are found to be in good agreement with each other. Finally some analyses of the results are presented.

Based on our previous research, this paper puts forward a comprehensive theoretical framework and establishes a system dynamics model of the effect of the telecom terminal customization service strategy (TTCSS) of on the users’ conversion tendency and simulates it. The simulation results show that the model better reflects the reality of the effect of the telecom operators’ terminal customization service strategies on the uses’ conversion tendencies. The control analysis made from the simulation results has an important reference to the three operators to improve their terminal customization strategies.
