OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of obesity induced by high fat diet on decidual reaction of endometrium in mice, and the effect of high fat treatment on decidual reaction of endometrial stromal cells. METHODS: Twelve 4-week-old healthy C57BL/6J female mice were randomly divided into high fat diet group and control group with 6 mice in each group. They were fed with high fat diet (22 kJ/g) or normal diet (16 kJ/g) for 12 weeks, respectively. The body weight of mice was measured every week. After feeding for 12 weeks, the body length and width of mice were measured, and the levels of fasting serum triglyceride and total cholesterol were determined. Then the mice were mated with healthy C57BL/6J male mice, and the uterine tissues were collected on the seventh day of pregnancy. The decidual cells and collagen fibers in mouse endometrium was observed by HE staining and Masson staining respectively. The expression of decidual reaction related proteins in mouse endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blotting. Mouse endometrial stromal cells (mESCs) were isolated and treated with the oleic acid and palmitic acid in vitro , and the decidual reaction was induced with estradiol and progesterone. The accumulation of lipid droplets in mESCs was observed by oil red O and Bodipy staining. The cytoskeleton of mESCs was observed by phalloidin staining. The levels of decidual reaction related genes and proteins were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blotting. RESULTS: After feeding for 12 weeks, the body weight of mice in the high fat group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P0.05), but the body width of mice in the high fat group was significantly larger than that in the control group ( P

The cutting relationship and development degree of structural plane control the instability mode and scale of rock slope. The trajectory of rock mass after instability is an important basis for the design of dangerous rock prevention. The back slope of a residential area was investigated in this paper. Based on the survey data of the field structure surfaces, the possible instability mode of the slope rock mass was analyzed by using the stereographic projection method. The shear strength parameters of the rock mass were inverted through the investigation of dangerous rock mass. Finally, ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to simulate the dangerous rock mass motion trajectory. This study provides a reference for the analysis of the instability process of single rock.

Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy and safety of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization using HepaSphere microsphere in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma with HepaSphere microspheres. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 58 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with HepaSphere microspheres (loaded with pirarubicin) from June 2015 to July 2017. We compared the local tumor response by CT or MR. The postoperative complications and liver function changes were compared by relevant examination results and clinical symptoms. Results The liver function showed a transient change after TACE. Postoperative complications were acceptable and could be alleviated after symptomatic support. The average postoperative hospital stay was 1.72 days. According to the mRECIST criteria, the objective response rates (CR+PR) were 81.0%, 75.9%, 65.5%, and the disease control rates (CR+PR+SD) were 96.6%, 93.1%, 87.9% at 1, 3, 6 months after treatment. The one-year survival rate was 93.1%. Conclusion The short-term clinical efficacy and safety of transarterial chemoembolisation using HepaSphere microspheres on unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma are acceptable.

[Introduction] Coal blocking of pulverizing system is a big problem in power plant, especially for coal bunker. At present, there are many types of anti-blocking coal technologies on the market, but there are different opinions on the use effect. This paper aims to find a useful technology to prevent the coal anti-blocking. [Method] The paper studied the coal blocking reasons and same anti-blocking technologies, such as hyperbolic coal hopper, stainless steel hopper, hydraulic split board damper, reasonable design of falling coal pipe etc. The research focused on the technology of rotary blockage clearing machine. [Result] The results show that the technology has obvious effect on solving the problem of coal plugging in the coal bunker. But there are lubricating oil leakage at the joints between the static and dynamic parts, which shall be paid more attention on sealing selection. [Conclusion] The rotary blockage clearing machine technology in various anti-blocking coal technologies has obvious advantages and is worthy of popularization.The prevention of coal plugging in the pulverizing system is a comprehensive project. Regardless of the technology used, it is necessary to strengthen the scientific management of the coal source and coal yard to achieve the control of the moisture and viscosity of the coal into the furnace.

Background Orf virus (ORFV) is a member of the genus Parapoxvirus and family Poxviridae. The virus has a worldwide distribution and infects sheep, goats, humans, and wild animals. However, due to the complex structure of the poxvirus, the underlying mechanism of the entry and infection by ORFV remains largely unknown. ORFV ORF047 encodes a protein named L1R. Poxviral L1R serves as the receptor-binding protein and blocks virus binding and entry independently of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs). The study aimed to identify the host interaction partners of ORFV ORF047. Methods Yeast two-hybrid cDNA library of sheep testicular cells was applied to screen the host targets with ORF047 as the bait. ORF047 was cloned into a pBT3-N vector and expressed in the NMY51 yeast strain. Then, the expression of bait proteins was validated by Western blot analysis. Results Sheep SERP1and PABPC4 were identified as host target proteins of ORFV ORF047, and a Co-IP assay further verified their interaction. Conclusions New host cell proteins SERP1and PABPC4 were found to interact with ORFV ORF047 and might involve viral mRNA translation and replication.

SAPO-34 molecular sieve is one of the main catalysts for DMTO reaction and shows excellent catalytic performance. In this work, a series of Ni-SAPO-34 molecular sieve with different crystal morphologies, such as cubic, melting angle cube, spherical, polygon cube, were synthesized using Ni-DETA as a structure-directing agent. We explored the influence of Ni-DETA structure-directing agent on the formation of crystal morphology, and found that the different morphology is related to the amount of Ni-DETA introduced, and also had an impact on the acidity of the Ni-SAPO-34 molecular sieve. The properties of these samples were characterized by SEM, XRD, EDS, UV–Vis, FT-IR, NH3-TPD and N2 physicalsorption. The synthesized polygonal cubic Ni-SAPO-34 molecular sieve has lower strong acidity due to the introduction of a small amount of nickel, which is beneficial to reduce the production of carbon deposits and improve the catalytic reaction activity. Moreover, the multi-edge morphology and hierarchical porous structure are also advantageous to the catalytic reaction. The polygon cube Ni-SAPO-34 catalysts display the highest DTO catalytic performance, and the total selectivity of ethylene and propylene can reach 83.76%.

The Red-bed soft rock is widely distributed in South China, and it has been exposed to acid rain for a long time, which brings great risks to the stability of the engineerings. Therefore, the Red-bed soft rock in South China is selected as the research object. A disintegration test under acidic environment was carried out, and the law of grain size change during disintegration is obtained. The reaserch shows that: (1) Disintegration is a process in which large particles gradually transform into small particles; (2) Acidic environment promotes the disintegration of Red-bed soft rock, and the stronger the acidity, the stronger the disintegration; (3) In acidic environment, the disintegration of Red-bed soft rock can be divided into three stages: water absorption stage, rapid disintegration stage and slow disintegration stage; (4) Red-bed soft rock disintegration to different acidic solutions is different, which HNO3 dominates the disintegration than H2SO4; (5) Due to the dissolution of mud, the main minerals participate in the reaction, causing rock cementation loss withpores larger, and finally lead to the softening and disintegration of the Red-bed soft rock.
