International audience; We herein describe an intermolecular enantioselective α-addition of aldehydes to allenamides, using a dual copper / enamine catalytic system. Highly enantioselective addition of aldehydes were obtained thanks to secondary amine catalysts. The process was found to be highly regio-, stereo-and enantio-selective under mild conditions.
