日间宫腔镜手术是指患者一日内且不过夜入、出院完成的宫腔镜手术，设置日间宫腔镜手术中心是适应现代医院发展模式的重大转变。全国有资质的各级医疗机构以不同形式和规模在开展日间宫腔镜手术，但尚缺乏统一的制度流程和规范。本共识以国际日间手术学会和中国日间手术合作联盟发布的相关文献为参考，结合中国开展日间手术成熟的医疗机构的制度流程，从日间宫腔镜手术中心的设置、管理制度、管理流程到质量控制以及并发症的处理及转运给予了共识性建议，同时，对医疗、护理和麻醉三个维度的评估和相关问题处理制定了规范化流程。.

Accurate calculation of temperature distribution in the barrel tube is of great importance for the barrel design. In this paper, a numerical heat conduction model of PCrNi3MoVA tube plated with tantalum coating at the inner surface is established. Based on the finite difference method, the temperature distribution of different coating schemes is calculated. The origin of rifling which is the most serious part of erosion and wear is selected as the object of study. When it comes to different coating thickness, we focused on the variation of temperature at the bore surface and the interface of Tantalum coating and steel substrate. The numerical results show that the thickness of the coating is of great significant to the temperature of the substrate.

The efficiency of high-order harmonic generation from a relativistic laser interacting with solid targets depends greatly on surface plasma distribution. The usual method of enhancing efficiency involves tuning the plasma scale length carefully by improving the laser contrast. Here, we experimentally demonstrate that efficient harmonics can be achieved directly by compressing large-scale surface plasma via the radiation pressure of a circularly polarized normally incident prepulse. The harmonic generation efficiency obtained by this method is comparable to that obtained with optimized plasma scale length by high-contrast lasers. Our scheme does not rely on high-contrast lasers and is robust and easy to implement. Thus, it may pave a way for the development of intense extreme ultraviolet sources and future applications with high repetition rates.

Recently, lncRNA has been determined to play an important role in cancer formation and development. However, the regulatory mechanism of lncRNA in NSCLC has not been fully explored.The expression of NEAT1, miR-376b-3p, and SULF1 was detected in each group via quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). The proteins expression of SULF1, p-MAPK, MAPK, p-Akt, Akt, and GAPDH were measured via Western blot. MTT assay was applied to detect cell proliferation in each group. Transwell assay was used to assess cell invasion and migration of each group. Cell apoptosis was assessed with flow cytometry. The relationship among NEAT1, miR-376b-3p, and SULF1 was determined using Luciferase reporter assay.In this study, the expression of NEAT1 and SULF1 was upregulated in NSCLC tissues and cells. Of note, the knockdown of NEAT1 and SULF1 could inhibit cell proliferation, migration, and invasion and promote cell apoptosis in NSCLC. Moreover, NEAT1 regulated SULF1 expression via binding to miR-376b-3p in NSCLC cells. Otherwise, the effects of NEAT1 on cell growth and apoptosis were reversed by improving the SULF1 expression in NSCLC cells. Meanwhile, si-NEAT1 transfection inhibited MAPK and Akt signaling pathway by modulating SULF1 in NSCLC cells.In this study, we found that lncRNA NEAT1 regulated cell proliferation, invasion, migration, and apoptosis by targeting has-miR-376b-3p/SULF1 axis in NSCLC. Moreover, the regulatory network of NEAT1 participated in the phosphorylation levels of MAPK and Akt to affect cell progression of NSCLC, providing a new regulatory pathway in the pathogenesis of lung cancer.

Betatron radiation based on laser-plasma accelerator has properties of collimated, ultrafast, small sources size, high brightness, and broad energy spectrum. These features make it suitable for many applications, such as phase-contrast imaging or X-ray absorption spectroscopy. In this paper, we present two methods to improve the photon energy and photon number of betatron radiation. As a result, high-brightness photon sources with high yield, adjustable photon energy range from hard X-ray to gamma ray and polarization were generated. The main reason for the enhancement is due to the accelerated electrons efficiently wiggling in a laser field.

A 43-year-old male presented with elevated serum creatinine for 4 years and developed abdominal pain for 3 days. He started peritoneal dialysis 2 months ago. Dialysis-related peritonitis was ruled out and acute gastroenteritis was diagnosed. The patient was administrated with ertapenem 500 mg/d. An acute mental abnormality developed 3 days later. After excluded organic encephalopathy, ertapenem was discontinued for the suspicion of antibiotic-related encephalopathy. The frequency of peritoneal dialysis was increased to accelerate the clearance of antibiotics. However, the metal abnormality became even more severe. Then a diagnosis of Wernick-Korsakoff syndrome was considered. After the administration of high dose vitamin B(1), the mental disorder dramatically relieved. High-risk (HR) human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the major causes for most anal and penile cancers and oropharyngeal cancers in men, and vaccination against HPV is recommended for the prevention of these cancers. Data on HPV infection in Chinese men is still limited, which requires further investigation to guide vaccine development and assess the effectiveness of HPV vaccines. We thus studied the HR-HPV genotype distribution in HPV-infected men in Northern China.Genital specimens were obtained from male patients (≥18 years old) at the clinic for sexually transmitted infections of the Shandong Provincial Hospital between January 2016 and December 2018. Samples were analyzed for 15 HR-HPV genotypes, and 2 low-risk HPV (LR-HPV) genotypes using a multiplex real-time quantitive polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) assay.Of 1,163 participants enrolled, 426 patients were diagnosed as verruca acuminata (CA) and 737 were asymptomatic men. The overall prevalence of HPV infection was 42% (489/1,163), and 27.4% (319/1,163) were positive for HR-HPV. HPV 16 (5.2%, 61/1,163) was the most common HR genotype overall, followed by HPV 52 (4.6%, 54/1,163), 51 (4.3%, 50/1,163), 18 (4.1%, 48/1,163), and 39 (4.0%, 47/1,163). Genotypes 16, 52, 39, 51, and 18 were most prevalent in CA patients, and 16, 51, 18, 59, and 39 in asymptomatic men. Prevalence of genotypes 31, 33, and 45 covered by the 9-valent HPV prophylactic vaccine was low in the assessed region.HPV 16, 52, 51, 18, 39, and 59 were the most common HR genotypes detected in men in Northern China. Importantly, HPV 39, 51, and 59 are not currently covered by either the 4-valent or 9-valent HPV vaccines.

目的 研究原发免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）患者大剂量地塞米松治疗前后色氨酸代谢状态。 方法 2014年1月1日至2015年5月31日期间25例新诊断ITP患者纳入研究，男11例、女14例，中位年龄57（27~87）岁，初诊时中位PLT为16（0~32）×109/L。治疗方案：地塞米松40 mg/d×4 d，口服。治疗前后，采用实时定量PCR检测外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）内吲哚胺-2,3-双加氧酶（IDO）、色氨酰t-RNA合成酶（TTS）基因mRNA表达，ELISA法检测血清IDO、TTS浓度，高效液相色谱分析法（HPLC）检测血清色氨酸、犬尿氨酸浓度。以25名健康志愿者为正常对照组。 结果 ①在中位随访时间11（6~18）个月内，17例患者获得持续缓解（完全反应16例、有效1例），2例无效，6例复发。将患者按疗效分为持续缓解组（17例）和无效/复发组（8例）。②持续缓解组（17例）患者治疗后PBMC中IDO、TTS基因mRNA相对表达量均低于治疗前（2.54±0.86对19.85±5.36，t=3.188，P=0.003；0.68±0.19对45.39±15.83，t=2.842，P=0.008），与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义（t=2.313，P=0.027；t=1.127，P=0.268）。治疗前血清IDO[（21.91±0.37）U/ml]高于正常对照组（t=4.468，P0.01）。 结论 ITP患者体内存在色氨酸代谢异常；大剂量地塞米松治疗后获得持续缓解患者体内色氨酸代谢异常得到纠正。

A cell line ZBE3 isolated from a continuous cell culture derived from zebrafish Danio rerio blastomeres by clonal growth was characterized. ZBE3 cells had been subcultured for120 passages since the initial primary culture of the blastomeres. The ZBE3 cells grow stably at temperature from 20 to 32° C with an optimum temperature of 28° C in ESM2 or ESM4 medium with 15% foetal bovine serum (FBS). The optimum FBS concentration for ZBE3 cell growth ranged from 15 to 20%. Cytogenetical analysis indicated that the modal chromosome number of ZBE3 cells was 50, the same as the diploid chromosome number of D. rerio. Significant cytopathic effect was observed in ZBE3 cells after infection with redspotted grouper nervous necrosis virus, Singapore grouper iridovirus and grass carp reovirus, and the viral replication in the cells was confirmed by real-time quantitative PCR and transmission electron microscopy, indicating the susceptibility of ZBE3 cells to the three fish viruses. After transfected with pEGFP-N3 plasmid, ZBE3 cells showed a transfection efficiency of about 40% which was indicated by the percentage of cells expressing green fluorescence protein. The stable growth, susceptibility to fish viruses as well as high transfection efficiency make ZBE3 cells be a useful tool in transgenic manipulation, fish virus-host cell interaction and immune response in fish.

Background: \ud \ud Rucaparib, a poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitor, has anticancer activity in recurrent ovarian carcinoma harbouring a BRCA mutation or high percentage of genome-wide loss of heterozygosity. In this trial we assessed rucaparib versus placebo after response to second-line or later platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with high-grade, recurrent, platinum-sensitive ovarian carcinoma.\ud \ud Methods: \ud \ud In this randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3 trial, we recruited patients from 87 hospitals and cancer centres across 11 countries. Eligible patients were aged 18 years or older, had a platinum-sensitive, high-grade serous or endometrioid ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube carcinoma, had received at least two previous platinum-based chemotherapy regimens, had achieved complete or partial response to their last platinum-based regimen, had a cancer antigen 125 concentration of less than the upper limit of normal, had a performance status of 0–1, and had adequate organ function. Patients were ineligible if they had symptomatic or untreated central nervous system metastases, had received anticancer therapy 14 days or fewer before starting the study, or had received previous treatment with a poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitor. We randomly allocated patients 2:1 to receive oral rucaparib 600 mg twice daily or placebo in 28 day cycles using a computer-generated sequence (block size of six, stratified by homologous recombination repair gene mutation status, progression-free interval after the penultimate platinum-based regimen, and best response to the most recent platinum-based regimen). Patients, investigators, site staff, assessors, and the funder were masked to assignments. SummaryConcentrations of ten mineral elements (P, S, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Rb, and Sr) were determined in 27 genotypes of Chinese dwarf cherry using total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The results indicated that Chinese dwarf cherry was a rich source of mineral elements, especially Ca, Fe, and Zn, with the highest concentrations being 524, 24.2, and 4.86 mg kg–1 FW in genotypes C-12-5-7, A-9-1-3, and E-20-2-2, respectively. Among the 27 Chinese dwarf cherry genotypes examined, the coefficients of variation were > 30% for Rb, Fe, Ca, Sr, Zn, Mn concentrations, and 25 – 30% for P, S, K, and Cu concentrations. Principal components analysis was applied to the data matrix to evaluate the analytical results. Three principal components (PC1 – PC3) accounted for 75.6% of the total variance. Lymphoproliferative disease after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is a serious and life-threatening disease. CD8+ T lymphocytes play a key role in the control of viral diseases and some tumors. Adoptive immunotherapy has been shown to be effective in controlling and preventing some virus-related diseases in transplant recipients. However, the ex vivo production of cells for adoptive transfer is labor-intensive and expensive. To simplify the culture procedures of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes, we explored a novel method, a rapid expansion protocol, that only used recombinant human interleukin to initiate the growth of clinical-grade EBV-specific T cells. After restimulation with EBV peptides principally from latent antigens and immediate/early antigens, the CD8+ cells obtained could produce cytokines that had cytotoxic activity against target cells. This method provides a new possibility for the treatment of life-threatening EBV-associated malignancies.

Cl in sewage sludge may form HCl when burning, and caused acid rain or damaged the chemosphere; meanwhile, it could also enhanced the volatilization of heavy metals. It was important to know the Cl content in sewage sludge. The water extraction method, the Eschka method, the alkali absorption method, the oxygen bomb method, XRF, as well as their combined method were compared and the most suitable method to measure the Cl content in sludge was found. The water extraction- Eschka- alkali absorption method was the best method to measure the Cl content in sewage sludge, and had a good repeatability and veracity.

To retrospectively investigate the efficacy of human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSC) as clinical treatment for HBV-related decompensated liver cirrhosis (HBV-DLC)•D.Sixty patients with HBV-DLC were given standard medical treatment combined with a 3-month regimen of UC-MSC at a dose of 0.5-1.0×10(6) cells/kg/month. Another group of patients with HBV-DLC (n=120; control group) that was matched (2:1) to the case group by age, sex, diagnosis, and follow-up period was given the standard medical treatment only. We reviewed all patients' data of biochemical tests, imaging examinations, Child-Pugh scores, and adverse reactions. Comparisons of continuous data between the two groups were made by independent-sample t-test, and comparisons of categorical data were made by chi-square test.Compared with the control group, the group that received the combination UC-MSC treatment showed a significant rise in cholinesterase, globulin and alkaline phosphatase, and reduced Child-Pugh scores during the follow-up period. However, there was no significant difference between the groups of patients for levels of alanine transaminase, total bilirubin, albumin, total cholesterol, or prothrombin activity.Addition of the UC-MSC treatment to the standard therapy could help to improve liver function in patients with HBV-DLC.

With increasing duration of illumination of fruit, the area of skin colour and colour intensity of peel increases due to accumulation of anthocyanin. The red anthocyanin component of Yunnan Red Pear skin is cyanidin-3-O -galactoside. Other phenolic compounds in pear skin are chlorogenic acid, isorhamnetin-3-O galactoside and isorhamnetin-3-O-6"-malonylgalactoside; or isorhamnetin-3-O-6"-malonylglucoside; or isorhamnetin3-O-malonylgalactoside. The elements Ca, Mg and Fe are abundant in Yunnan Red Pear flesh, and Zn, Mn, Cu were also identified. These results will aid red pear breeding and pear nutrition research, as well as increase understanding of the regulatory mechanisms underlying pear fruit colouration.

Single-crystalline undoped and phosphrous-doped (P-doped) p-type ZnTe nanowires (NWs) were synthesized via a simple vapor transport and deposition method. Both undoped and P-doped ZnTe nanowires have zinc blende structure and uniform geometry. X-ray diffraction peaks of the P-doped ZnTe nanowires show an obvious shift toward higher diffraction angle as compared with the undoped ZnTe nanowires. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirms the existence of P-dopant in the ZnTe nanowires. Field-effect transistors based on both undoped and P-doped ZnTe nanowires were fabricated and characterized. Electrical measurements demonstrated that P-doping led to an enhancement in ptype conductivity of ZnTe nanowires. A defect reaction mechanism was proposed to explain the p-type behaviors of both undoped and P-doped ZnTe nanowires.

During the growth of La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 (LSCO) film by pulsed electron deposition, the formation of surface particulates shows a strong dependence on several key factors, such as the substrate, the deposition pressure (P), and the accelerating potential (AP). The size of the particulates can be controlled through finely tuning either P or AP, thus offering a possible route toward producing nanoparticles for practical uses. An ordered linear structure promising in design superconducting devices was observed when LSCO was grown on silicon substrate, originating with the large lattice parameters mismatch between the substrate and film. Superconductivity of the LSCO film shows a strong sensitivity to both the amount and size of the particulates. The underlying mechanism was discussed in connection with theories of lattice distortion and tunneling transport across grain boundaries.

Zenith-sky scattered sunlight observations using differential optical absorption spectroscopy (DOAS) technique were carried out in Shanghai, China (31.3° N, 121.5° E) since December 2006. At this polluted urban site, the measurements provided NO2 total columns in the daytime. Here, we present a new method to extract time series of tropospheric vertical column densities (VCDs) of NO2 from these observations. The derived tropospheric NO2 VCDs are important quantities for the estimation of emissions and for the validation of satellite observations. Our method makes use of assumptions on the relative NO2 height profiles and the diurnal variation of stratospheric NO2 VCDs. The main error sources arise from the uncertainties in the estimated stratospheric slant column densities (SCDs) and the determination of tropospheric NO2 air mass factor (AMF).
