The paper presents the results of structural studies of ring specimens made of the 42XNM alloy after irradiation as part of the control and protection system of the VVER-1000 reactor to a damaging dose of ~12 dpa at a temperature of ~350°C and subsequent isothermal annealings in the temperature range of 400– 1150°C (heating and holding for ~2 h). It is shown that during long-term isothermal annealing, a change in the phase composition of the alloy is observed, dislocation structures and grain-boundary segregations are annealed, and porosity evolves. It has been confirmed that decrease in the plastic properties of the 42XNM alloy after irradiation and subsequent isothermal annealing in the temperature range of 400–1000°C could be explained by the formation of precipitates of the second phases (zones of discontinuous decomposition of the solid solution with the release of α-Cr particles along the grain boundaries) and pores at the grain boundaries.

- Abstract
PURPOSE. To demonstrate a clinical case involving difficulties in adequate assessment of intraocular pressure (IOP) in a patient with glaucoma in the long term after LASIK.METHODS. The study describes the case of patient M. of 58 years old with complaints about decreased distance vision in the right eye during the last year. In 2004 the patient underwent LASIK for moderate myopia. In 2018, asymmetry in the parameters of optic nerve head (size of the optic cup to the optic disc ratio (C/D ratio) was revealed: in the right eye — up to 0.7, narrowing of the visual field from nasal to fixation point; in the left eye — 0.5, visual fields without abnormalities. The IOP measured using the Maklakov method in both eyes corresponded to the average statistical norm — 22 mm Hg. The following diagnosis was established: IIA primary open-angle glaucoma in the right eye, IA primary open-angle glaucoma in the left eye. One-time instillations of latanoprost 0.005% eye drops solution was indicated for both eyes. In subsequent years the IOP was 18–20 mm Hg. After 4 years, the IOP according to the Maklakov method: OD — 18 mm Hg; OS — 21 mm Hg (on the hypotensive regimen — instillations of latanoprost 0.005% eye drops solution). In the right eye: C/D ratio 0.85–0.9 with absolute scotoma in the Bjerrum area 5–15° from fixation; in the left eye: C/D ratio 0.9 with neuro retinal rim loss from below, with absolute scotoma in the blind spot area. The stages of primary open-angle glaucoma were ascertained: IIIA in the right eye, IIA in the left eye.RESULTS. Selective laser trabeculoplasty was performed. Brimonidine 0.1% solution was added due to the lack of complete stabilization of the IOP level on a single instillation of latanoprost 0.005%, after that IOP decreased to 19 mm Hg in both eyes.CONCLUSION. It is necessary to carefully assess the condition of the structures of the optic nerve head in patients after LASIK, regardless of the statistically normal IOP values.

Machine learning was employed on the experimental crystal structures of the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) to derive an intermolecular force field for all available types of atoms (general force field). The obtained pairwise interatomic potentials of the general force field allow for the fast and accurate calculation of intermolecular Gibbs energy. The approach is based on three postulates regarding Gibbs energy: the lattice energy must be below zero, the crystal structure must be a local minimum, and, if available, the experimental and the calculated lattice energy must coincide. The parametrized general force field was then validated regarding these three conditions. First, the experimental lattice energy was compared with the calculated energies. The observed errors were found to be in the order of experimental errors. Second, Gibbs lattice energy was calculated for all structures available in the CSD. Their energy values were found to be below zero in 99.86% of the cases. Finally, 500 random structures were minimized, and the change in density and energy was examined. The mean error in the case of density was below 4.06%, and for energy it was below 5.7%. The obtained general force field calculated Gibbs lattice energies of 259 041 known crystal structures within a few hours. Since Gibbs energy defines the reaction energy, the calculated energy can be used to predict chemical–physical properties of crystals, for instance, the formation of co-crystals, polymorph stability and solubility.

General Medicine - Abstract
Industrial vibration is one of the most common factors of the labor process that have a negative impact on the health of employees. The search and selection of sources to identify the features of the psychological state under the influence of vibration was carried out using bibliographic databases Scopus, MedLine, Web of Science, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index), Cyberleninka. Data analysis has shown that there are relatively few studies of the psychological health of people working in contact with vibration, mainly they relate to clinical and paraclinical problems. The research results of domestic and foreign authors presented in the review indicate mental maladaptation, psychoemotional disorders, alexithymia, violations of the mnestic-attentional sphere and a low level of health-related quality of life, changes in psychoaffective status, the predominance of maladaptive coping strategies, destructive psychological defenses. In addition, the severity of pain, which are characteristic of vibration pathology, correlates with the severity of depression, anxiety, reduced stress resistance. The presented data indicate the need for active identification of psychological characteristics, monitoring of changes in psychoemotional status, the formation of personal profiles of both practically healthy people working in contact with vibration and patients with vibration pathology to prevent the consequences of exposure to industrial vibration.

General Medicine - Abstract
The article deals with the ideas of Claude de Seyssel (1450—1520). Attention is paid to the fact that these ideas were based on an analysis, based on the model proposed by Plato, of the oligarchic form of government as a real form of existence of the republic in contemporary Venice and a study of the applicability of this model to France. The relevance of the work is due to the appearance of a number of works in which one can see that the views of Claude de Seyssel were similar not only to the views of the Italian humanists, but also to the utopian ideas of the reorganization of Byzantium by George Gemistus Plethon (1355/1360—1452/1454). The authors of the article argue that the ideas of Claude de Seyssel should be considered in a broader context than was previously accepted in historical science. It is shown in the article that it was Claude de Seyssel who drew attention to the importance of the military class and its rights as the most important principle for the formation of European monarchies in the context of problems common to Italian and Byzantine humanists. It is proved that he became a kind of transmission link between Italian and Byzantine humanism, on the one hand, and French humanism, on the other, and significantly influenced the development of socio-political and historical concepts of French thinkers of the 16th-17th centuries.

Introduction. The article analyzes the problem of manipulation and the influence of students’ manipulative inclinations on interpersonal relationships. A theoretical study of this problem shows the existence of opposite points of view on the phenomenon of manipulation, where, on the one hand, it is considered as a destructive process that destroys interpersonal relationships, and on the other hand, when used for humane purposes, leading to positive results in relations between people. Materials and Methods. The results of an empirical study of the manipulative qualities and interpersonal relations of students of various areas of training using a set of methods are presented: methods of manipulative attitude (according to the Bant scale); methods of diagnosing interpersonal relations T. Leary; test for Machiavellianism (Mac-V); statistical data processing methods: Mann – Whitney U-test, Pearson correlation analysis. Results. Statistically significant differences between manipulative inclinations and Machiavellianism of students of various areas of training were revealed. With the help of correlation analysis, statistically significant relationships were established between students’ manipulative inclinations and a low level of friendliness and a high level of dominance in interpersonal relationships. Discussion and Conclusion. The results obtained confirm the assumption that the manipulative tendencies of students of various areas of training negatively affect the nature of interpersonal relationships, since they are largely based on an unfriendly attitude towards others and the desire to dominate other people.

The analysis of alternative decisions and the choice of the optimal – in a given sense – decision is an integral part of people’s purposeful activity in all areas of their social life. Many formal approaches have been proposed to solve these problems. One such approach is expected utility theory, which correctly models individuals’ subjective preferences and attitudes to risk. For a very long time this theory was the leading approach for decision making under conditions of risk. However, numerous practical studies have shown its weakness: the theory did not explicitly use subjective perceptions of decision outcome probabilities in optimal decision-making processes. This research has led to the creation and development of approaches to explicitly consider the probabilities of outcomes in decision making. This paper provides a critical analysis of the descriptive properties of expected utility theory and presents various forms of probability weighting functions.

The article examines the gender characteristics of the development of creativity in students of psychology who study at a higher education institution. In the process of research, it has been found out that the concept of "creativity" means the ability of a person to produce new and unusual ideas, think unconventionally, solve problems creatively and quickly. It has been found that creativity has many definitions, each researcher considers this concept from a certain point of view, highlighting one or another aspect of creativity. The article finds that students' creativity includes various indicators: originality, uniqueness, curiosity, developed imagination, propensity to reasonable risks, interest in complex things and ideas and more. Therefore, the authors of the article emphasize the need to use in the educational process of higher education methods that promote comprehensive training of future professionals and the development of their creative thinking. To study the gender features of the development of creativity in future psychologists, the authors of the article conducted an empirical study among students of psychology studying at Khmelnytskyi National University. According to the results of the study, it is established that most students of psychology have average levels of development of personal traits of creativity, creative abilities and creative potential. But girls studying in Psychology have a slightly better level of development of creative potential and creative abilities than boys who also study in this specialty. Based on the results of the research, recommendations for students-psychologists on the development of creativity as an important component of their successful future professional activity have been developed.

- Abstract
The influence of the nitrogen form (nitrate, amide, nitrate-ammonium) in the composition of the nutrient solution on the electrical characteristics of a bioelectrochemical system based on the electrogenic properties of lettuce was studied. The dynamics of the bioelectric potential (BEP) in the root environment-plants system, biometric and biochemical parameters of plant production using various nutrient solutions during the cultivation of lettuce by the panoponic method in intensive artificial lightculture have been registered. The average BEP value was 243 mV when using the nitrate form of nitrogen in the nutrient solution, 147 mV for the amide form and 178 mV for the nitrate-ammonium form. The maximum observed potential difference was characteristic of the variant containing nitrogen in the nitrate form, which probably indicates the potential-forming role of NO3-. An increase in the concentration of positive ions (Ca2+, K+, NH4+) on the lower electrode and negative (NO3-) on the upper one was noted, which corresponds to the polarity observed in the BES – the upper electrode is electronegative relative to the lower one. It is shown that the nutrient solution containing nitrogen in the nitrate form was the best in terms of size and stability of the studied options. The diffusion of ions in the root environment during the life of plants can become a new alternative source of electricity.

imidoylchloride ,2-azahetaryl-2-(oxoindolin-2- ylidenes)acetonitrile ,[CHIM.ORGA]Chemical Sciences/Organic chemistry ,General Chemical Engineering ,spectrophotometry ,dipyrrin-like skeleton ,General Chemistry ,zinc probe - Abstract
International audience; A new one-pot approach for the synthesis of the Zn2+-sensitive probes 2-azahetaryl-2-(oxoindolin-2-ylidene)acetonitriles 3a–c and 4 is described. The method includes the in situ formation of imidoylchloride and its further condensation with azahetarylacetonitrile 1. The structure of the obtained compounds is studied using 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR, infrared (IR), high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS), and UV–Vis spectroscopy techniques. Two model ligands both exhibiting the highest extinction coefficient and the best solubility in a Tris buffer pH 7.2/dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution, namely 5-methyl-benzothiazole derivative 3b and benzoxazole derivative 4, are thoroughly studied as colorimetric probes for Zn2+. The probe 3b has the highest sensitivity to Zn2+, showing a limit of ion detection (LOD) calculated by the 3S criterion of 0.43 μM and selectivity upon masking Cu2+ ions with Na2S2O3. The composition of the complexes in the solution was determined by the limited logarithm method. The stability constant (lg K) values of 3b-Zn of 10.27 ± 0.02 and 4-Zn of 12.5 ± 0.2 indicate the formation of complexes of average stability.

Living during a COVID-19 pandemic has negative effects on a person's psychophysiological state such as high-stress levels, leading to poor health, chronic fatigue and insomnia. As a result, the immunity is reduced, which is particularly dangerous today. One way to solve this problem is the use of health-saving clothing, which has additional features that provide the positive effect on the wearer’s body. The developed gloves affect the state of the human autonomic nervous system through biological-active locations in the places of the hand and wrist. An anthropometric study of the biological-active locations of the wrist and hand is performed to construct the glove design. An algorithm for constructing a drawing of the design of the designed product based on four measurements is proposed. The effectiveness of the adaptive gloves is confirmed by studying its effect on the psycho-emotional and psychophysiological state of a person without exposure to the product and after its use by software "Intera-Diacor" and "ROFES", and a questionnaire. The evaluation is performed after wearing gloves for 20-40 minutes. It was found that 83.3 % of the wearers of the health-saving gloves showed positive changes in the body's compensatory forces (stress) and the state of internal emotional fatigue. Thus, the use of health-saving gloves has a positive social, therapeutic (health-saving) and economic effect, as the product has several functions It is an accessory fashion, has hand protection, and, has additional features to positively influence the body of the person wearing it. This allows the future to talk about the use of consumer-friendly and effective ways to correct the men's psychoemotional and psychophysiological states, based on the safer-by-design concept.

The paper presents the results of electron microscopic studies of ferrite-martensitic steel samples hardened with Y-O oxides, EP-450 DUO in the initial state and after neutron irradiation in the BN-600 reactor at 1000°C to a damaging dose of 77.5 dpa. These studies showed that the main types of oxide phases were Y2(Si, Ti)2O7 and Y2(Si, Ti)O5. These precipitates at sizes less than 10-20 nm were semi-coherent with a ferritic matrix of steel EP-450 DUO with the ratio (110)malrix//(221)palticle. Some of the Y-Ti-O oxides in the initial state were Y2Ti2O7-type with some deviations from the stoichiometric composition. However, after neutron irradiation under BN-600 conditions at temperature ~ 1000°C, oxide particles could not be described by the indicated stoichiometry. Besides, after irradiation, silicon and aluminum were found in the oxide's composition. In the case of taking these elements into account during the construction of a triple composition diagram, it was shown that the oxide phases had Y2(Ti, Si, Al)2O7 and Y2(Ti, Si, Al)O5 types. It was established that in samples of EP-450 DUO steel in the initial state with oxide particles up to 20 nm in size, the yttrium content is generally lower than the titanium concentration. The titanium and yttrium concentrations corresponded to the stoichiometric composition Y2Ti2O7 (1:1) with a further increase in the average diameter of these phases. After irradiation, the situation changed somewhat: the yttrium content in most oxide phases exceeds the total concentration of titanium, silicon, and aluminum. The paper also presents the analysis of porosity and evolution of grain structure in EP-450 DUO steel after neutron irradiation.

The influence of the grain structure and phase composition of welded seams of WWER-type reactors on their operational characteristics in the initial state is analyzed. Comprehensive studies of welds with various structures formed as a result of welding using various technologies have been carried out. It is shown that differences in the phase composition and morphology of the grain structure of the weld metal in the initial state, which is characterized by an increased proportion of columnar grains and a higher density of carbide phases, lead to an increase in the yield strength and critical brittleness temperature of welded joints.

Introduction. The regional geographic information system, being a tool for information and analytical support for making managerial decisions, has been widely used in almost all areas of the Federal Service in the field of consumer protection and human well-being, increasing their effectiveness and efficiency. Purpose. To analyze the effectiveness of the use of a regional geographic information system in solving the problems of the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the region and to assess the prospects for the development of this system in the activities of the service. Material and methods. Retrospective analysis of the results of the adopted management decisions to improve the state of the environment and health of the population based on the implemented regional geographic information system. Results. The conducted retrospective analysis showed the high efficiency of using regional geoinformation systems when performing environmental and hygienic studies to assess the state of public health, environmental pollution, and in particular, to establish cause-and-effect relationships between the influence of environmental factors on public health and medical demographic indicators. Limitations. The limitation of the study is due to the inability to analyze the long-term experience of using geoinformation systems in solving the problems of sanitary and epidemiological well-being, as well as the lack of indicators of the effectiveness of their use on examples from other regions. Introduction. Identification of risk factors for the occurrence of occupational diseases by comparing various prognostic criteria is one of the most important tasks of hygiene and occupational health. The purpose of the study is to develop a prognostic matrix of occupational morbidity (OM) in the leading industries of the Irkutsk region for a set of main predictor factors using the method of intensity normalization indicators (INI). Materials and methods. There was used an information array of long-term OM in the leading industries of the Irkutsk region. The method of calculating weight indices was used to assess the strength of the influence of OM predictor factors and the INI method was used to calculate the prognostic significance of the factors. Results. The risk of occupational disease (OD) has been established to be associated with belonging to a certain occupation (OR=61.8), combined exposure to harmful factors in the working environment (OR=23.8), due to the imperfection of the technological process and equipment. The work experience with a harmful occupational factor, the age of employee, the industry are also significant, but the degree of their influence on the occurrence of OD is much lower. Based on the predictor factors, the risk of OD was calculated, its possible range (0.019-0.412 conventional units) with three subranges (favourable, uncertain and unfavourable prognosis) was determined. The risks of OD in persons with a work experience of 1-4 years, under the age of 40, exposed to the combined effects of physical factors, working as excavator driver and an assembler-riveter, were 0.269 and 0.226 (uncertain forecast). The risk values of OD in workers of these occupations increase by 24.4% and 29.1%, respectively, with an increase in length of service and age, reaching a maximum at the age of 50-59 years with an work experience of 30 or more years (0.334 and 0.292, unfavourable prognosis). The limitations of this INI model include the non-inclusion of clinical, functional, biochemical and socio-psychological indicators of workers among the predictor factors. Limitations. An analysis of one thousand eight hundred sixty two cases of newly diagnosed occupational diseases over a 10-year period, 11 main predictor factors, which is a sufficient reference sample, was made to study occupational morbidity in the leading industries of the Irkutsk region and developing a prognostic matrix. Conclusion. The use of INI makes it possible to give an integrated risk assessment of the OD both for individual factors and for their complex, and to determine risk groups.

Nickel is an essential alloying element in steels used as structural materials in the most common nuclear power reactors of the VVER type. The paper considers reviews the results of structural studies of traditional and advanced materials of the vessels and internals of VVER-type reactors with high nickel contents in their compositions. It is shown that an increased nickel content (up to 5 wt.%) in the steels of VVER pressure vessels contributes to the formation of a more dispersed structure with a smaller size of substructural elements and an increased density of dislocations, as well as a higher volume density of carbide phases. The revealed features of the structure of the reactor pressure vessel steel with high nickel content have the prerequisites for improving the strength and viscoplastic properties due to the increased number of barriers both for the dislocation motion and brittle crack propagation. Using the example of materials for VVER internals, it is shown that the nickel content increased in them up to 25 wt.% contributes to an increase in the volume density of radiation defects (dislocation loops of various types) and radiation-induced phase precipitates (G-phase). As nickel increases from 10 to 25 wt.%, there is a tendency to reduce swelling, which contributes to less shape change of the components of the reactor vessel internals. At the same time, in the steel with the highest nickel content, the highest nickel content was found in the near-boundary regions of the matrix, which contributes to greater austenite stability and a lower probability of the formation of an embrittling α-phase. The data obtained in the work on the effect of nickel alloying on the steel structural phase state and service characteristics were used in the development of new materials for the vessels and internals of advanced reactors.

Expected utility, insurance policy, insurance risks, risk attitude - Abstract
Property and other valuables insurance is widespread all over the world. An insurance company assumes the risk of damage or total destruction of the insured property. When this kind of damage or destruction is established, the company pays its client compensation (insurance premium) up to the amount specified in the insurance contract. For his part, the insured must pay a certain amount to the firm for the provision of insurance services. In any property insurance process, the question arises as to whether it is appropriate to insure the property for the price offered by the firm. The paper considers an approach to solving this problem based on expected utility theory.

Relevance. Hydraulic tortuosity has a significant impact on the filtration parameters of the reservoir. The study and creation of an analytical model of hydraulic tortuosity are important for improving the reliability and accuracy of oil and gas reservoirs' absolute and phase permeability determining. Purpose: improvement of absolute and phase permeability mathematical model based on the capillarimetric studies data for using in development computer stimulation. Facilities: productive strata of individual fields of the Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous age in Western Siberia. Methods: statistical processing of capillarimetric data, analysis, and substantiation of the hydraulic tortuosity mathematical model of reservoir pore channels. Results. In accordance with the electrohydrodynamic analogy, when substantiating the analytical model of hydraulic tortuosity, it is proposed to use electrical tortuosity, which is quite well obtained by geophysicists for the following models of the void space geometry of oil and gas reservoir rocks: 1) a set of different cross sections capillaries, 2) simple dumbbell model, in which the tortuosity is determined by the narrowing and expansion of the pore channels sections, 3) complex dumbbell model, in which not only the cross section, but also the actual length of the pore channels changes. Based on the mathematical models analysis for media with different geometries, it was found that the electrical tortuosity is expressed as an inverse power function of the open porosity coefficient. The authors note that if the electrical tortuosity is determined by the open porosity coefficient, then the hydraulic tortuosity is determined by the part of the porosity along which the fluid moves: for the water of a saturated reservoir, this is the effective porosity, and for the reservoir, it is the dynamic porosity. In the conditions of Western Siberia for any field on a collection of core samples, capillary characteristics are obtained in the laboratory, as well as the porosity and permeability of the reservoir. Further, by complex statistical processing of capillarimetry data and porosity characteristics of the formation, the parameters of the analytical model of tortuosity are determined. The paper shows that the use of the proposed hydraulic tortuosity of pore channels analytical model significantly increases the reliability and accuracy of absolute permeability determining according to capillary measurements.

- Abstract
The laws relating to fish and fishery product labeling that require indication of the information about fish species exist in many world countries. These rules are conditioned by a significant growth in the number of the economic fraud cases in the field of production and trade of fishery products. The widespread ways of fraud are replacement and mislabeling of a product as confirmed by many studies. Analysis of scientific works shows that mislabeling in fishery product manufacture occurs in 30–70% of cases in different countries. The existing legislation about food traceability is insufficient for their prevention, which suggests a necessity of taking strict control measures ensuring effective species identification of fish and fishery products. At present, various laboratory tests are used for their species identification. They are based, mainly, on analysis of unique DNA profiles found in different species. In this work, we present the method for detection of fish species using next generation sequencing (NGS). NGS is an advanced technology in the field of quality control of fishery products, especially for fish species identification in multicomponent products, which contain DNA fragments of other species besides the target DNA. NGS was carried out on the platform Ion Torrent Ion GeneStudio S5 System. Twenty samples were analyzed: 17 commercial samples and three prepared experimental samples consisted of the mixture of two and more species. The universal primers, which were able to amplify the fragment 16S rRNA of the commercial fish species, were selected and prepared. In general, DNA of 11 families, 15 genera and 16 species was identified in the course of the analysis. The obtained result of NGS of 17 commercial samples confirmed the results of identification by other molecular diagnostic methods. Mislabeling was revealed in four samples. In three samples, all fish species present in the composition were identified. Possible reasons for fish replacement were assessed.

- Abstract
This work examines accumulation of shortened version of porcine circovirus type 2 capsid protein (SOP protein) in the cells of bacterial strain Escherichia coli BL21-CodonPlus(DE3)-RIPL with plasmid pET-SOP, obtained in previous work. The gene for SOP protein was modified by deletion of the part (108 base pair) interfering expression in procaryotes, as well as optimisation of 93 rare codons. Under cultivation temperature 37 °C for 2 h after induction the proportion of target protein reaches of 24 % of the total cellular protein, which makes it possible to classify this strain as an effective industrial producer of target protein. During the cultivation of the producer at 37 °C, the target protein is in the cells in the native soluble form right after induction, but 1 h after the addition of the inducer, it is found mostly in insoluble multimeric form (inclusion bodies). When the cultivation temperature is lowered to 18–30 °C, the formation of inclusion bodies slows down, however the proportion of recombinant protein in the cells of the producer decreases to 15– 6 % respectively, which significantly reduces the profitability of the technological process. It has been established that the modified recombinant SOP protein obtained from bacterial cells of the producer strain retains its antigenic activity, which is confirmed by specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay analysis. These data allow us to consider studied protein as a promising candidate for a porcine circovirus type 2 vaccine.

Introduction. Currently, the number of anxious children, characterized by increased anxiety and uncertainty, has increased. These qualities are most acute in the preschool period. One of the most important social and psychological characteristics of preschoolers is the emergence and subordination of motives. There is reason to believe that increased anxiety can exacerbate the manifestation of the negative aspects of the crisis of seven years. The problems of child anxiety are of great concern to education of parents of social workers, as well as acute scientific and practical interest of researchers. The need to fill this gap in scientific knowledge determines the relevance of our study. The authors have set the following tasks: 1. Based on a theoretical analysis scientific literature to reveal the essence of children’s anxiety and features of play therapy as methods of socio-psychological correction. 2. Determine the level of anxiety preschool children and bring corrective work through the method of non-directive game therapy. 3. Outline the main ways and forms of social work with parents of anxious preschoolers. Research hypothesis: socio-psychological correction of child anxiety underlying violations of the social status of a preschooler will be most effective if this process is organized within the framework of play therapy. Materials and Methods. Analysis scientific literature observation psychodiagnostic methods (tests, conversation), experimental methods, mathematical and statistical methods (the Mann –Whitney test, the Wilcoxon test). Discussion and Conclusions. The results of a study are presented that are associated with a decrease in the level of anxiety preschoolers as a result of classes using play therapy.

Exosomes are natural nanovesicles with a diameter of 40–100 nm, which are actively involved in the transfer of biologically active substances and participate in intercellular communication. The natural origin of exosomes determines its biological compatibility with cell cultures and makes them promising delivery vehicles for anticancer drugs. Methods of the artificial production of exosomes are not available, and exosome preparations obtained from tumor cells are not suitable for therapy. Milk is a biological fluid that is commercially available and may be a universal source of exosomes for treatment. Target delivery of anticancer drugs using milk exosomes can reduce the toxic effect of cytostatic agents during chemotherapy. This review discusses methods for isolating exosomes from milk, their additional purification, and analysis of their biologically significant components – proteins and nucleic acids, and prospects for using milk exosomes to treat cancer.

Aim: to evaluate the efficiency of post-acne treatment using the combination of trichloroacetic peeling and a hyaluronic acid implant. Peeling with trichloroacetic acid belongs to the category of medium peels that penetrates the epidermis and reaches the basal membrane - the border between the epidermis and the dermis. Sometimes the papillary layer of the dermis is also burned out. Fillers are injectable dermal fillers that are widely used to correct cosmetic defects. The prescribed combination of peeling and hyaluronic acid gives a good therapeutic effect, since trichloacetic acid eliminates persistent defects (dyschromia, scars), creates a uniform color, and hyaluronic acid fills in atrophic changes and moisturizes the skin. Results: we present a clinical case where acne scars were corrected with a course of the systemic retinoids followed by TCA peeling and hyaluronic acid filler. The treatment enables to reduce the size of atrophic scars, makes skin smoother and evens the skin tone. Conclusion: This clinical case can be interesting for dermatologists, since it confirms the efficiency of using hyaluronic acid fillers and TCA peeling in post-acne therapy.

In this study, kinetic interaction at the Cherenkov resonance between an electromagnetic wave pulse and a flow of electrons possessing a wide velocity spread at the scale of the characteristic range of the resonant electron wave interaction is considered. Due to the absence of a distribution function slope in the range of velocities corresponding to the electron wave’s resonance, an electron’s flow is a nearly stable media from the point of view of its interaction with a long enough wave pulse. In this paper, we explain our findings on the process of electron interaction with potential relief where the wave pulse is so short that the characteristic scale of the wave amplitude’s inhomogeneity and the profile of the potential relief is comparable to the wavelength. We show that if an appropriate slippage between the phase and group velocities of the wave is provided, then the reflection process of particles from “fast” and “slow” close-to-resonance velocity fractions becomes non-symmetrical. This can provide a mechanism of amplification of short intensive wave pulses with electron flows with very large velocity spreads.

In this paper the phase formation and mechanical properties of VVER-type reactor pressure vessel (RPV) steels with various Ni (1.57–5.95 wt.%) and Mn (0.03–0.76 wt.%) content after neutron irradiation up to fluences in the range of (53–120) × 1022 n/m2 at 400 °C were studied. The possibility of carbonitride formation under these irradiation conditions is shown. In case of sufficient Ni (>1.5 wt.%) and Mn (>0.3 wt.%) content formation of Ni-Si-Mn precipitates is observed. Their chemical composition is close to G-phase and Γ2-phase and differs from that of radiation-induced precipitates in VVER-1000 RPV steels. This indicates the prerequisites for thermally conditioned mechanism of Ni-Si-Mn precipitates formation and growth at 400 °C enhanced by irradiation. It is also shown that the optimized steel manufacturing technology coupled with an ultralow Mn content (≤0.03 wt.%) in steel with increased up to 5.26 wt.% Ni content facilitates suppressing the Ni-Si-Mn precipitates and carbonitrides formation. This, in turn, reduces the contribution of the hardening embrittlement mechanism and, correspondingly, facilitates high radiation resistance of the steels with ultralow Mn content at the increased irradiation temperature (400 °C).

General Medicine - Abstract
Introduction. The article is devoted to the linguistic semantic characteristics of gastronomisms on the materials of culinary sites on the Internet. In the linguistic picture of the world, one of its most important parts is associated with food and human nutrition as a necessary and essential aspect of life. In the structure of this semantic field, a number of lexico-semantic groups can be distinguished. Among them, a special place is occupied by the names of culinary products, dishes used for food, which constitute the main content of the language of the culinary tradition. It is advisable to designate such names with the term «gastronomisms». The syntagmatic connections within them are of interest, that is, the compatibility of words within complex names of dishes. Purpose. The objective of the paper is to describe and systematize the ways of syntagmatic linking of words in the names of dishes on Internet culinary sites as the basis for their semantic characteristics. Results. The article shows that an important aspect of gastronomisms semantics is the syntagmatic relations in complex names, based on lexical and grammatical meanings of their components. The article identifies three types of compatibility of language units in gastronomisms: 1) by components of meanings; 2) by denotations, which are indicated by language units; 3) by grammatical meanings (syntactic positions). The components of meanings combine generic names of culinary products and names with additional food and non-food meanings, as well as generic names and proper names, which are foreign borrowings, toponyms and anthroponyms. By their denotations, the complex gastronomisms connect, as a rule, the denotative meanings of dishes and their food and non-food properties, dishes and their parts, as well as the ways and methods of their preparation, their purpose and functions. Finally, according to grammatical meanings, one can connect the grammatical subject and its attributes – simple and complex. The special kind of connections is that which contains the detailed subject, which is formed by the generic name of a dish and its proper name. Conclusion. The study gave grounds for the conclusion that an important aspect of the semantics of gastronomisms is syntagmatic relations in complex names based on the lexical and grammatical meanings of their components. Introduction. The demand for halogen-free fire-resistant compositions for the manufacture of fire-retardant wires and cables is constantly growing. Problem. Therefore, the creation and further processing of these materials is an urgent problem. Goal. The aim of the article is to study the effect of the doping additive on the thermophysical and rheological properties of halogen-free compositions for power cables with voltage 1 kV with the determination of both the temperatures of phase and structural transformations of polymer compositions. Methodology. Experiments investigating the phase transformations were carried out with the help device of thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry TGA/DSC 1/1100 SF of METTLER TOLEDO company. Rheological studies of polymeric materials were conducted by using the method of capillary viscosimetry in the device IIRT–AM. Results. The influence of the doping additive on the formation of the supramolecular structure of the filled polymer compositions for cable products was determined, that resulted in the temperature increase of the decomposition beginning by 11 °С and the end of decomposition by 7 °С. Originality. The effect of a doping additive on reducing the effective melt viscosity of a polymer composition from 6·104 to 1·104 Pa·s with increasing shear rate has been shown for the first time. The shear rate of the polymer composition containing the doping additive increases from 0.5 to 20 s–1 with increasing shear stress. Practical value. The research results provide an opportunity to reasonably approach the development of effective technological processes for the manufacture of the insulation and sheaths of power cables from halogen-free polymer compositions.,

The spectral and fluorescent characteristics of bovine serum albumin (BSA) molecules in the soft crown of silver nanoparticles (AgNP) were studied at different pH values. The formation of BSA + AgNP complexes was established. The coupling constants of the complex (Kass) and the biomolecular rate constants of the BSA fluorescence quenching (Kq) were determined for different pH values. The dependences of Kass and Kq on pH are nonmonotonic with maxima at pH 6.0. The number of binding sites (Hill coefficient (n)) and the thickness of the BSA soft crown (d) are also maximal at pH 6.0. At higher and lower pH values (relative to pH 6.0), these parameters decrease. Variations in the parameters of interaction between BSA and AgNP are due to changes in the conformational modifications of the protein (content of the а-helix) and the microenvironment of Tyr and Trp protein residues in the soft crown (hydrophobicity of the protein).

The study considered the possibility of using the membrane filtration method as a way of eliminating the antimicrobial effect upon determination of the microbial quality of antimicrobial medicines for oral administration. Azithromycin and amoxicillin powders for suspension, as well as levomycetin (chloramphenicol) and ciprofloxacin tablets were used as examples. The study demonstrated that in some cases the membrane filtration method precluded reliable results. In case of possible contamination of a medicinal product, suspended particles of the active ingredient deposited on a membrane filter may have an inhibitory effect on certain microorganisms due to the spectrum of action of the antimicrobial medicine. A supernatant facilitates filtration upon determination of the microbial quality; however, microorganisms may sediment on suspended particles of the test medicine in the process of suspension separation. The use of the membrane filtration method for the evaluation of the contamination of oral antimicrobial medicinal products should be based on the method validation, taking into account the solubility of the medicine, the composition of excipients, and experimental data on the absence of adhesion of microorganisms on the particles of excipients.

cardiovascular system - Abstract
Background. Until now, the issue of surgical treatment staging in patients with aortic pathology coexisting with coronary artery disease and atherosclerosis of the peripheral arteries remains controversial because of features of each clinical situation and association with the risk of periprocedural life-threatening complications (ruptured aortic aneurysm, myocardial infarction, stroke).Objective. Present a clinical case of successful treatment of a patient with an abdominal aortic aneurysm, clinically significant lesions of the coronary and carotid arteries.Design and methods. Diagnosis was carried out using computed tomography of the aorta with intravenous contrast. Instrumental examination included electrocardiography, echocardiography (EchoCG), ultrasound dopplerography of the BCA. Coronary angiography with BCA angiography was also performed.Results. Clinical diagnosis is an ischemic heart disease, angina pectoris III FC, chronic heart failure II FC and atherosclerosis of the aorta. Aneurysm of the abdominal aorta (diameter 96 mm), stenosing atherosclerosis of the BCA, PVCA stenosis 80 % and occlusion of the LVCA were observed. Patient had hypertension stage III and risk of CVE 4. Firstly, the patient was underwent stenting of the right internal carotid artery, than coronary artery bypass grafting and on the last stage he was performed — endovascular aotric repair. There were no complications in the perioperative period.Conclusions. Endovascular repair of abdominal aotric aneurysm is an effective method of treating patients with comorbid conditions. However, it is possible the development of fatal cardiovascular complications in patients with combined atherosclerotic lesions of brachiocephalic and coronary arteries that is why they are required a multidisciplinary approach for choosing a safe treatment strategy.

General Nursing ,Education - Abstract
The purpose of the article is to evaluate the practice and experience in the development of distance learning forms. Methodology. This article used secondary data from the UK Student Survey (Office of National Statistic COVID-19 Insights Survey (SCIS) during May 4-12 and November 19-29, 2021, to assess trends in the impact of the pandemic on their success. Results. The study found that limitations in higher education due to the spread of the coronavirus have driven the need for online education. In the UK, the most common education form was self-study or distance learning with a lecturer. Its prevalence has decreased as restrictions continue due to the online learning forms development (from 14% to 55%). With the developments, the number of students wishing to continue learning may be related to the adaptation to the new educational environment. In the UK, the combination of different distance learning methods is also changing, and the availability of online materials is increasing. The reduction in the amount of students' group work, the number of pre-recorded lectures or content, and the number of scheduled online classes from 76% to 40% remains negative.

Composite materials obtained through powder metallurgy methods are increasingly applied in various industries, particularly in aviation and rocket and space equipment which use their high specific strength, resistance to high temperatures and other properties. Producers of composite materials use various metallic and non-metallic materials (fibres and powders) as fillers [1-2]. For example, the high plasticity (moldability) of aluminium powders allows utilizing them as a matrix material in moulding of composites using various methods of rolling, extrusion, and intense plastic deformation [3-5]. However, the widespread use of chip as a raw material for the production of composites is hampered by the complexities in obtaining powders with granules of the necessary shape and size.
