Pineapple is a commodity and economic fruit with a high market potential worldwide. Almost 60% of the fresh pineapple, such as peels, pulp, crowns and leaves, are agricultural waste. It is noteworthy that the waste has a high concentration of crude fibre, proteins, ascorbic acid, sugars and moisture content. The pineapple waste utilisation in animal feed has recently drawn the attention of many investigators to enhance growth performance and concomitantly reduce environmental pollution. Its inclusion in animal feed varies according to the livestock, such as feed block, pelleted or directly used as a roughage source for ruminants. The pineapple waste is also fermented to enrich the nutrient content of poultry feed. To date, the inclusion of pineapple waste in animal feed is optimistic not only for livestock but also for farmed fish. Indeed, it is an ideal strategy to improve the feed supply to the farm. This paper aims to overview the source, nutritional composition, and application of pineapple waste in animal feed. The recent findings on its effect on animal growth performance, nutrition and disease control are discussed comprehensively and summarised. The review also covers its benefits, potential impacts on sustainable farming and future perspectives.

A total of 9 samples of wild cat Felischausfurax (de Winton, 1898) and 13 (11 positives) samples of domestic cat Feliscattus (Linnaeus, 1758) belong to Family Felidae. All cats were trapped and used hair and skin scrapings by forceps and surgical blades. The areas of the collection were: Mosul province (north of Iraq); Baghdad, Al-Rashidiya, Tharthar, Nahrawan, AL-Mahmoudiya (middle of Iraq) and AL-Haretha (south of Iraq). The current study revealed that the sensitive and specific PCR assay allowing rapid and reliable identification of Malasseziarestricta by the fragment size amplified was 500bp in the ITS1 gene in one sample of wild cats. The current study recorded a new strain of Malasseziarestrictathat called AF2013 strain "small subunit ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence; internal transcribed spacer 1", complete sequence; and 5.8S ribosomal RNA gene, partial sequence. Which was inserted in GenBank: MW376484.1 from wild cat Felischausfurax for the first time in Iraq. Sequencing revealed close matching of the phylogenetic tree to an isolate from Korea (CP030254). Pada awalnya dasar kepemilikan atas ruko tidak dimungkinkan sebagai hak milik, karena dianggap hak milik hanya untuk tempat hunian, sedangkan ruko untuk kegiatan usaha. Namun, dalam perkembangannya ruko juga dimungkinkan sebagai hunian. Hal ini dianggap bertentangan dengan landasan filosofis adanya hak milik yang notabene hanya untuk hunian. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka rumusan masalah di dalam artikel ini adalah pertama karakteristik hak milik di Indonesia dan kedua karakteristik hak milik terhadap rumah toko. Metode penelitian di dalam artikel ini adalah penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Adapun hasil dari artikel ini adalah pertama Adapun karakteristik hak milik di Indonesia adalah turun temurun, terkuat, dan terpenuh. Kedua, selaras dengan teori legal evolution dalam konsep hak milik atas tanah dan bangunan ruko di Indonesia, maka kepemilikan atas ruko dapat berupa hak milik dengan syarat: (1) tanah dan bangunan tersebut memiliki izin pendirian sebagai rumah tinggal sekaligus untuk tujuan komersial yang berupa pertokoan; (2) Hak Guna Bangunan atau Hak Pakai masih berlaku atau telah berakhir; dan/atau (3) atas nama pemegang hak yang masih hidup atau meninggal dunia.

Pada musim pandemi virus COVID-19 seperti ini, masih banyak masyarakat yang cenderung kurang memiliki kesadaran dalam mematuhi protokol kesehatan, terutama dalam hal berkerumun dan menjaga kebersihan tangan. Inovasi tempat cuci tangan saat ini sudah banyak dibuat di tempat-tempat wisata, toilet restoran, mall, dan bahkan di tempat ibadah. Namun, disaat musim pandemi COVID-19 saat ini, apakah penempatan dan alat tersebut sudah dapat memutus tali penyebaran virus tersebut? Jawabannya adalah masih belum cukup, dikarenakan tempat cuci tangan tersebut masih banyak tersentuh oleh tangan. Meskipun sudah ada yang menggunakan tempat cuci tangan secara otomatis atau touchless, namun pembelian alat tersebut cukup mahal di kalangan masyarakat sekitar. Oleh sebab itu, pada proyek ini kami bermaksud memutus tali penyebaran virus corona, dengan melakukan perancangan wastafel tempat cuci tangan touchless yang ekonomis. Kemudian, setelah alat tersebut selesai dibuat, proses hibah kepada pihak yang memerlukan, yaitu SMK Global Prima di Tambun Utara Kabupaten Bekasi, dilakukan. Meskipun dalam skala yang kecil, kami berharap usaha ini dapat bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa yang terlibat, kepada mitra SMK Global Prima, serta masyarakat pada umumnya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan sebuah rancangan mesin cuci tangan touchless, dirancang secara mandiri dan in-house, dan sudah dapat digunakan di SMK Global Prima Kabupaten Bekasi. Meskipun skalanya kecil, namun demikian kegiatan ini sudah mampu memberikan manfaat bagi mitra yaitu SMK Global Prima dalam mempraktikan cuci tangan dengan sabun, yang mana hal ini sangatlah penting di masa pandemic demi mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19.

Background. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is one of the most common functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. According to Russian guidelines, a standard examination using laboratory and instrumental evaluation methods, including colonoscopy, should be performed to establish the diagnosis of IBS. Aim. To characterize the Russian population of IBS patients. Materials and methods. A multicenter observational prospective study ROMERUS was conducted at 35 clinical centers in the Russian Federation. The study included male and female patients aged 18 to 50 with a diagnosis of IBS based on the Rome IV criteria, with no signs of structural gastrointestinal disease. The follow-up duration was 6 months and included three patients' visits to the study site. During the study, data were collected on patients' demographic and clinical characteristics, medical history, and drug therapy. The secondary parameters included the assessment of the proportion of patients with a diagnosis of IBS confirmed by a standard examination among all patients meeting the Rome IV criteria, the evaluation of the change over time of the IBS symptoms, quality of life (QoL), and adherence to therapy. Characterization of the population was performed using descriptive statistics methods. The standard examination results were presented as the percentage of patients with IBS confirmed by the standard examination among all patients meeting the Rome IV criteria, with a two-sided 95% confidence interval. Results. The study included 1004 patients with a diagnosis of IBS according to the Rome IV criteria, with 790 (78.7%) patients included in the final analysis. The mean age of patients was 34.07.5 years; they were predominantly female (70.4%), Caucasian (99.4%), married (55.1%), urban residents (97.5%) with higher education (64.5%) and a permanent position (74.9%). Patients enrolled in the study have low physical activity and lack a healthy diet. The smoking rate was 26.3%. IBS symptoms with predominant constipation (IBS-C) were observed in 28.1% of patients; 28.9% had IBS with predominant diarrhea (IBS-D), 11.9% had mixed-type IBS, and 31.1% had non-classified IBS. The main IBS symptoms were pain (99.7%), abdominal distension (71.1%), and fullness (36.8%). Biliary tract dysfunction (18.9%) and gastritis (17.2%) were the most frequently reported comorbidities. Prior to enrollment, 28% of patients received drug therapy. The most commonly prescribed drug during the study was mebeverine (54.1%). At 6 months of follow-up, there was a significant reduction of abdominal pain, bloating, and distention, and a twofold reduction in the incidence of constipation and diarrhea in the subgroups of patients with IBS-C and IBS-D, respectively. The overall QoL score measured by the IBS-QoL questionnaire increased from 83.0 to 95.2 points (p0.05) during the study. In the overall assessment of their condition, 69.6% of patients noted no symptoms and 25.3% reported marked improvement, 35% were asymptomatic according to the physician's overall assessment of the patient's condition, and 51.8% showed significant improvement. Conclusion. IBS patients in the Russian Federation were characterized. The diagnosis of IBS, established following the Rome IV criteria, is confirmed by the results of a standard examination in 96.3% of patients. The Rome IV criteria for the IBS diagnosis make it possible to establish a diagnosis with a probability of 94.7%. For 6 months of follow-up, there was a clinical improvement with a decrease in the severity of symptoms and a QoL improvement.

Decision science has a wide range of applications in daily life. Decision information is usually incomplete and partially reliable. In the fuzzy set theory, Z-numbers are introduced to handle this situation because they contain the restriction and reliability components, which complement the impaired information. The ranking of Z-numbers is a challenging task since they are composed of pairs of fuzzy numbers. In this research, the vectorial distance and spread of Z-numbers were proposed synergically, in which the vectorial distance measures how much the fuzzy numbers are apart from the origin, which was set as a relative point, and their spreads over a horizontal axis. Furthermore, a ranking method based on the convex compound was proposed to combine the restriction and reliability components of Z-numbers. The proposed ranking method was validated using several empirical examples and a comparative analysis was conducted. The application of the proposed ranking method in decision-making was illustrated via the development of the Analytic Hierarchy Process-Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (AHP-WASPAS) model to solve the prioritization of public services for the implementation of Industry 4.0 tools. Sensitivity analysis was also conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed model and the results showed that the proposed model has improved its consistency from 66.67% of the existing model to 83.33%. This research leads to a future direction of the application of ranking based on the vectorial distance and spread in multi-criteria decision-making methods, which use Z-numbers as linguistic values.

The Modified Left Right Symmetry Model is an extension of the Standard Model. This model introduces left-handed neutrinos to the right sector and a doublet scalar field to the left sector. This model cannot yet explain the mass generation of fermions and neutrinos. This study is theoretical research using the literature review method. Generating the masses of fermions (quark up-down) and electrons through spontaneous symmetry breaking in Yukawa's Lagrangian term produces a particle mass in the left sector, the same as the calculations in the Standard Model. The masses of fermions (up-down quarks) and electrons for the right sector produced in this study are much more massive than those of fermions (up-down quarks) and the left sector. The neutrino masses produced in this study are by following the Seesaw Mechanism. That is, if one neutrino mass is massive, then the other neutrino masses will be light.©2022 JNSMR UIN Walisongo. INTRODUCTION: Around the world, HIV/AIDS infects nearly half of all victims of AIDS-related illnesses. In Somalia, 10,500 persons are thought to be living with HIV/AIDS. A 500-person estimate of children who are HIV-positive is also available. According to estimates, only 35% of HIV-positive persons go to ART centres for their medicine due to lack of awareness. Therefore, this study was designed to assess level of awareness about HIV/AIDS among people living in Galmudug, Somalia. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A cross-sectional design was used to assess the degree of HIV and AIDS awareness among residents of Galmudug, Somalia. The study population consisted of reproductive-aged males and females (15 to 45 years old), and respondents were drawn using a purposive sampling technique. The structured questionnaire was developed to collect the information by interview method. A descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS version 25 software. RESULTS: This study found that most Somalians had moderate-to-adequate knowledge about HIV/AIDS (57.8%), whereas 42.2% had poor knowledge. A total of 274 (78.3%) of the samples showed a poor attitude toward HIV/AIDS, while 76 (21.7%) displayed a positive attitude toward the disease. An association was also found between marital status (χ2 = 10.07, p< 0.05) and education level (χ2 = 29.55, p< 0.05) and knowledge of HIV/AIDS. In relation to attitude towards awareness of HIV/AIDS, demographic variables (marital status, age, occupation, and education) were significantly associated. CONCLUSIONS: The community needs to provide factual and precise knowledge of HIV/AIDS through aggressive awareness and door-to-door campaigns on the prevalence of the virus.

5S is a work culture from Japan that is easy to apply in daily activities, the 5S concept is simple so that it is easy for anyone to understand and understand. The introduction of 5S to Trimitsa Plus Vocational High School students was preceded by introducing what S consists of five parts, namely Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke. The implementation of community service activities for SMK Plus Trimitsa students is a form of the JGU campus' contribution to the surrounding environment. This activity involved JGU campus students and lecturers who served as material presenters, escorted educational games about 5S and also helped implement 5S in the SMK Plus Trimitsa workshop. Students of SMK Plus Trimitsa are given the opportunity to ask questions and answers about 5S so that they can have the same understanding as the presenter of the material and games related to 5S, namely the game of arranging numbers and letters from boxes containing scattered numbers and letters. The aim is for students to be able to understand that there is a difference between messy and tidy working conditions where if a messy work environment will make it difficult for us to work.

Depending on the geomorphological map and digital elevations of the Zakhikha area, five sites that differ in topography and geomorphology and represent the soil units present in the area were selected.Their locations are geographically defined and locally represented pedons are excavated,disturbed soil samples representing each diagnosed horizon were obtained from them, and transferred to the laboratory for the purpose of conducting some physical measurements and chemical analyzes on them. The soils were classified according to the American classification for the year 2014 for the family level. So that we completed the classification to the level of the series according to the Al-Agidi proposal of 1976 and 1981 for sedimentary and developed soils respectively. To study the effect of the geomorphological site on soil characteristics in the topographical sequence.The results showed a significant effect of the geomorphological location on the morphological characteristics of the soil, the class of texture, and some soil chemical characteristics. Classically, the Entisols order was formed most of the soils of the region, with the TW415 (12.79%) and DE31(18.19) series which diagnosed within the foot slope and Toe slope units. As for the Aridisols order it constituted a smaller percentage of the total area of the study area, with a person under two sub order there are Calcids (14.82%) and Gypsids (21.76%), with a person under three sub great soil groups there are Typic Calcigypsids, Typic Haplocalcids and Typic Argigypsids.

Infrastruktur merupakan fasilitas umum yang dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Salah satu infrastruktur yang cukup vital adalah Jalan. Kerusakan pada jalan dapat menghambat aktivitas serta perkembangan ekonomi pada masyarakat. Tidak adanya informasi kerusakan jalan serta sistim pelaporan kerusakan jalan di Kecamatan Bayongbong yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat dapat memperlambat proses penyebaran informasi kerusakan jalan dan dapat berakibat lambatnya proses perbaikan jalan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Geografis pemetaan dan pengaduan kerusakan jalan di wilayah kecamatan Bayongbong berbasis Web. Pada proses pengembangan sistim ini menggunakan metode prototyping agar proses perancangan berjalan dengan cepat dan bertahap. Dengan adanya sistem ini akan sangat berguna bagi pemerintah daerah Kecamatan Bayongbong serta masyarakat di sekitar Kecamatan Bayongbong dalam memperoleh informasi pemetaan kerusakan jalan serta memudahkan proses pengaduan kerusakan jalan bagi masyarakat.

Media has a significant role in achieving learning objectives, including critical thinking skills. This study develops Augmented Reality-based physics learning media to improve students’ critical thinking skills in XI class of senior high schools on optical instruments. This is Research and Development (RD) through the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The study was conducted with a small-scale trial of 30 students of XI class MIPA 1 MAN Demak. The instruments used were expert validation sheets, teacher and student response sheets, and pre-test and post-test questions for students’ critical thinking skills. The product feasibility test is carried out based on the validation results of media and material experts. N-gain test is used to determine the improvement of students’ critical thinking skills. The feasibility test results show that Augmented Reality-based learning media on optical instruments is feasible, with a feasibility score percentage of 78.79% (valid) based on media experts and 90% (very valid) based on material experts. The learning media received an excellent response from the physics teacher with an average score of 4.27 (very good) and 4.28 (very good) from the students. The use of physics learning media has increased students' critical thinking skills, based on the N-gain test results of 0.415 with moderate improvement criteria. Augmented Reality-based learning media can be applied to improve students' critical thinking skills.

The water is very important to human lives. The best and most appropriate way to have an adequate supply of water is to use solar energy to drive pumps instead of using fossil energy. This research was conducted as a comparative study of a conventional submersible AC motor–pump driven by a photovoltaic system using two types of AC motor which are single-phase and three-phase submersible water pumps. The performance of the system was measured according to the standard test procedure in IEC 62253: 2011 while the depth of the well was simulated by an adjustable pump discharge pressure and a pump installed in a predetermined location of 40 meters. The results showed that the three-phase pump supplied more water and has a good response as indicated by a low irradiance of approximately 75 Watt/m2 in the morning, around 06.15 AM which runs the pump motor effectively while the one-phase pump required a higher irradiance of 750 Watt/m2 at around 10.30 A.M. Moreover, the PVWPS system with the three-phase pump also had higher efficiency and PR values with 0.64 and 0.40598 respectively than the system with the single-phase with 0.48 and 0.21388.

In this work, we need to introduce the concepts of function, especially the inverse function to find all continuous function, so we want to prove some examples, theorems, and observations of our subject with the help of new concepts for the alpha-open sets of sums to make it easier for us to find a relationship between these formulas as well as the converse relationship has been studied and explained with illustration many examples. Hence, reaching to get a relationship (continuous, -continuous, semi -continuous) function at new condition.

Ulva lactuca adalah salah satu jenis makroalga hijau yang memiliki kandungan asam lemak tak jenuh cukup tinggi. Asam lemak tak jenuh mudah mengalami kerusakan akibat reaksi oksidasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui umur simpan asam lemak makroalga U. lactuca dengan metode Accelerated ShelfLife Testing (ASLT). Penyimpanan asam lemak U. lactuca dilakukan pada suhu penyimpanan 30±2ºC, 40±2ºC, dan 50±2ºC berturut-turut selama 25, 20, dan 15 hari dengan interval pengujian setiap 5 hari sekali, 4 hari sekali dan 3 hari sekali. Parameter uji yang digunakan adalah angka peroksida, angka anisidin, dan total oksidasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka peroksida asam lemak U. lactuca yang disimpan pada suhu 30±2ºC sebesar 1,52-9,24 mEq/kg, pada suhu 40±2ºC sebesar 2,44-9,56 mEq/kg, sedangkan pada suhu 50±2ºC sebesar 2,13-6,79 mEq/kg. Angka anisidin asam lemak Ulva lactuca yang disimpan pada suhu 30±2ºC, 40±2ºC, maupun 50±2ºC cukup fluktuatif, sementara total oksidasi pada suhu 30±2ºC, 40±2ºC, dan 50±2ºC berturut-turut sebesar 7,81-31,39, 12,48-26,86, dan 13,76-32,79. Dalam pengujian ASLT, parameter yang digunakan adalah angka peroksida dengan orde reaksi 0, karena mempunyai nilai R2 mendekati 1. Berdasarkan perhitungan ASLT, diperoleh umur simpan asam lemak U. lactuca pada suhu penyimpanan 30±2ºC, 40±2ºC, dan 50±2ºC berturut-turut adalah 8,93 hari, 9,26 hari, dan 6,04 hari. Pendugaan umur simpan asam lemak U. lactuca dapat dilakukan dengan parameter kritis angka peroksida menggunakan model pendekatan Arrhenius dengan persamaan

Global warming may have a significant impact on human health because of the growth of the population of harmful bacteria such as Helicobacter pylori infection. It is crucial to predict the prevalence of a pathogen in a society in a faster and more cost-effective way in order to manage caused disease. In this research, we have done predictive analysis of H. pylori infection spread behavior with respect to weather parameters (e.g., humidity, dew point, temperature, pressure, and wind speed) of Istanbul based on a database from Istanbul Samatya Hospital. We developed a forecasting model to predict H. pylori infection prevalence. The goal is to develop a machine learning model to predict H. pylori (Hp) related infection diseases (e.g., gastric ulcer diseases, gastritis) based on climate variables. The dataset for this study covered years from 1999 to 2003 and contained a total of 7014 rows from the Samatya Hospital in Istanbul. The weather information related to those years and location, including humidity (H), dew point (D), temperature (T), pressure (P) and wind speed (W), were collected from the following website: https://www.wunderground.com. In this paper we analyzed the forecasting model, which was used to predict H. pylori infection prevalence, by non-linear multivariate linear regression model (MLRM). We applied the non-linear least square method of minimization for the sum of squares to find optimal parameters of MLRM. Multiple Regression Method was used to determine the correlation between a criterion variable and a combination of predictor variables. It was established that the Hp infection disease is most influenced by humidity. Hp prevalence is modelled using the Multiple Regression Method equation, the average H, D, T, P, and W were the most important parameters to deviation of the datasets (testing dataset was 17% and 18% for training dataset). This showed that the statistical model predicts the Hp prevalence with about 83% accuracy of the testing data set (11 months) and 87% accuracy of the training data set (42 months). Based on the proposed model, monthly infection can be predicted early for medical services to take preventative measures and for government to prepare against the bacteria. In addition, drug producers can adjust their drug production rates based on forecasting results. ABSTRAK: Pemanasan global mungkin mempunyai kesan langsung terhadap kesihatan manusia kerana pertambahan populasi bakteria merbahaya seperti infeksi H. pylori. Adalah penting bagi mengesan kehadiran patogen dalam masyarakat bagi mengawal penularan penyakit dengan cepat, dan melalui kaedah kurang mahal. Kajian ini berkaitan analisis ramalan penularan infeksi H. pylori secara langsung terhadap parameter cuaca (cth: kelembapan, titik embun, suhu, tekanan, kelajuan angin) di Istanbul berdasarkan data dari Hospital Samatya Istanbul. Kajian ini membentuk model ramalan bagi menjangka penyebaran infeksi H. pylori. Matlamat adalah bagi mencipta model pembelajaran mesin bagi mengjangka penyakit berkaitan infeksi H. pylori (Hp) (cth: penyakit ulser gastrik, gastrik) berdasarkan pembolehubah cuaca. Dari tahun 1999 ke 2003, set data telah digunakan bagi mempelajari di mana sejumlah 7014 baris dari Hospital Samatya di Istanbul. Informasi berkaitan tahun-tahun tersebut dan lokasi mengenai kelembapan (H), titik embun (D), suhu (T), tekanan (P) dan kelajuan angin (W) dikumpul dari laman sesawang https://www.wunderground.com. Kajian ini mengguna pakai model ramalan bagi meramal kelaziman infeksi H. pylori, melalui model regresi berkadaran multivariat tidak-berkadaran (MLRM). Kaedah Kuasa Dua Terkecil tidak linear digunakan bagi pengurangan jumlah ganda dua bagi mencapai parameter optimum MLRM. Kaedah Regresi Gandaan digunakan bagi mencari persamaan antara kriteria pembolehubah dan gabungan pembolehubah ramalan. Dapatan menunjukkan infeksi penyakit Hp adalah disebabkan oleh faktor kelembapan. Penyebaran Hp dimodel menggunakan persamaan Kaedah Regresi Gandaan, purata H, D, T, P dan W adalah parameter terpenting bagi sisihan data latihan iaitu sebanyak 17% dan 18% bagi set data latihan. Ini menunjukkan model statistik menjangkakan penyebaran Hp adalah sebanyak 83% adalah tepat pada set data yang diuji (selama 11 bulan) dan 87% tepat pada set data latihan (selama 42 bulan). Berdasarkan model yang dicadangkan ini, infeksi bulanan dapat di jangka lebih awal bagi membendung servis kepada perubatan dan kerajaan bersiap-sedia memerangi bakteria ini. Tambahan, prosedur jumlah ubatan dapat dihasilkan lebih atau kurang daripada jumlah ubatan berdasarkan dapatan ramalan.

Cardiogenic shock is a state of circulatory collapse due to low cardiac output resulting from heart failure. Heart failure in this setting may be due to left, right, or biventricular dysfunction. Acute myocardial infarctions remain the most common cause of cardiogenic shock, although in contemporary patient populations, the increasing prevalence of end-stage heart failure has resulted in a growing population of heart failure cardiogenic shock presentations. Clinicians practicing in the cardiac intensive care unit are challenged with these increasingly complex patients. Such patients often require hemodynamic support to improve end-organ perfusion and reduce mortality. Mechanical devices, collectively known as temporary mechanical circulatory support, provide clinicians with additional tools in our armamentarium to combat the increased mortality associated with cardiogenic shock. In this article, we provide an overview of cardiogenic shock and its phenotypic clinical presentations, in addition to providing a description of temporary mechanical circulatory support devices that are currently utilized in the management of cardiogenic shock.

TikTok, a smartphone-based application based on sharing media that provides freedom for users to insert the desired song and sound effects into a short video which will then be ready to be announced and/or uploaded. 1 With the entertainment and comedy genres, TikTok makes teenagers the most dominant demographic even though TikTok's target audience consists of pre-teens to the elderly. Besides that, the consumerist mindset of teenagers makes the demographic perspective of this application user give the impression that the legality element in this application is insignificant and even seems trivial. In this study, the legal aspect in question is copyright. This study carries the formulation of the problem in the form of: 1) What is the legal protection for the original creator of audio and/or video that has been sampled?; 2) What are the provisions governing certainty regarding whether or not a snippet is used by a TikTok application user based on statutory regulations? This research is a normative legal research that uses primary, secondary, and tertiary data sources as a complement or explanation if necessary. The approach used in this study is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the research can be concluded: The reasons for the importance of implementing and enforcing fair use in media sharing-based social media applications such as TikTok are: 1) The high potential for copyright infringement occurs because there is no oversight of UserGenerated Content uploaded by users; 2) There is no information that serves as an explanation regarding the use of copyrighted works in applications that can support the certainty of fair use terms; 3) The lack of action to enforce existing provisions in UUHC by the competent authorities has become a catalyst for copyright infringement.

With the success of general conceptual frameworks of statistical physics, many scholars have tried to apply these concepts to other interdisciplinary fields, such as socio-politics, economics, biology, medicine, and many more. In this work, we study the effect of mass media on opinion evolution based on the nonlinear $q$-voter by mean with probability $p$ a voter adopts the mass media opinion whenever a $q$-sized agent in the population is in unanimous agreement (have the same opinion). We perform analytical and numerical calculations for some quantities of macroscopic parameters of the model such as order parameter (representing an average of public opinion), consensus (relaxation) time, and exit probability, and obtain the agreement results. We find the power-law relations for some quantities of the model. (1) The probability threshold $p_t$, i.e a probability that makes the system reaches a homogeneous state, follows the power-law relation $p_t \sim q^{\gamma}$ with the $q$-sized agent, where $\gamma = -1.00 \pm 0.01$ is the best fitting parameter. The probability threshold $p_t$ also eliminates the standard phase transition of the model. (2) The relaxation or consensus time (which is the time needed by the system to reach consensus) $\tau$ with the population size $N$ is obtained in the form of $\tau \sim N^{\delta}$, where $\delta$ depends on the probability $p$ and $q$-sized agent. We also approximate the critical point $r_c$ and the system's scaling parameters by employing the standard finite-size scaling relation. Synopsis The transition from suckling to drinking is a developmental pathway that all mammals take. In both behaviors, the tongue is the primary structure involved in acquiring, transporting, and swallowing the liquid. However, the two processes are fundamentally different: during suckling, the tongue must function as a pump to generate suction to move milk, whereas during drinking, the tongue moves backwards and forwards through the mouth to acquire and move water. Despite these fundamental differences, we have little understanding of how tongues role varies between these behaviors. We used an infant pig model to investigate the relationships between anatomy, physiology, and function of the tongue to examine how lingual function is modulated in the transition from infancy to adulthood. We found that while some muscles were proportionally largest at birth, others were proportionally larger at the time of weaning. Furthermore, we found variation in tongue movements between suckling and drinking along both the mediolateral and anteroposterior axes, resulting in differences in tongue deformation between the two behaviors. The extrinsic tongue muscles also changed in function differently between drinking and suckling. Genioglossus increased its activity and turned on and off earlier in the cycle during drinking, whereas hyoglossus fired at lower amplitudes during drinking, and turned on and off later in the cycle. Together, the data highlight the significant need for high neuroplasticity in the control of the tongue at a young age in mammals and suggest that the ability to do so is key in the ontogeny and evolution of feeding in these animals.

Background Depression is the most common psychiatric disorder in HIV/AIDs patients, and its prevalence is three times higher in HIV/AIDs patients. Globally, over 35 million people were living with HIV/AIDs, 24.7 million were in Sub-Saharan Africa. The study aims to estimate the prevalence and determine factors associated with depression among HIV/AIDs adult patients in the ART unit at Banadir Hospital Mogadishu, Somalia. Method A hospital-based cross-sectional study was conducted between 1 May and 1 July 2022. Samples were recruited from the HIV/AIDs adult patients attending in ART unit at Banadir Hospital, Mogadishu, Somalia. A validated research tool, including sociodemographic, behavioral, clinical, and psycho-social characteristics, three items social support scale, an 11-item HIV stigma scale, and patient health questions-9 (PHQ-9) were used. The interview was conducted privet room in the ART unit. Logistic regression was used to determine factors associated with depression at the significance level a = 0.050. Result The overall prevalence of depression among HIV/AIDs patients was 33.5% (95%CI = 28.1–39.0). In the multivariable logistic regression, three factors were associated with depression; the odds of depression were 3.415 times (95%CI=1.465–7.960) greater for those with poor social support than those with moderate-strong social support. Those with moderate and poor treatment adherence had 14.307 times (95%CI=5.361–38.182) greater odds of depression than those with good treatment adherence. Those who use substances had 3.422 times (95%CI=1.727–6.781) greater odds of having depression than those who did not. Conclusion People living with HIV in Mogadishu, Somalia, suffer from depression. The implementation to reduce depression should be focused on empowering social support, developing an appropriate approach to increase treatment adherence, and reducing or eliminating substance use.

This paper reviews the overarching strategies, implementation rigour, achievements, strengths and weaknesses, and challenges and opportunities faced by Pakistan’s National Tuberculosis Control Program (NTP) during the period 2011-2020. NTP’s annual reports, Global Tuberculosis (TB) Report (2019 & 2020), peer-reviewed journal articles, NTP and NSP plans, along with voluminous programmatic data reviewed. Pakistan’s national and provincial tuberculosis control program has treated around four million people and gained more than 90% treatment success. Iterative planning, partnership with the private sector, strategic advocacy, communication, social mobilization, operational research, and increasing domestic funding are essential to improving case notification and treatment success. Lack of adequate political commitment, over-and under-reporting, lack of a systematic mechanism for sputum transport, and inefficient coverage from the private sector are the main areas for improvement. Local and national strategic planning in funding, program development, and implementation is imperative from a multisectoral perspective for ending TB. Ensuring universal health coverage, treating drug-resistant cases, maintaining and strengthening the national health information system, and upgrading the vital registration system is the cornerstone for ending TB.

In this research, amino acids were prepared from the reaction of cephalosporins with anhydrous acids, and the accuracy of the prepared compositions was confirmed by measuring their physical properties, including melting point, molecular weight and colour, as well as through spectroscopic measurements, including Uv, FTIR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, mass spectrometry, (S.E.M.), (C.H.N.). A study of electrical conductivity and a survey of the biological activity of some prepared compounds and on four types of pathogenic bacteria, two of which are Gram-positive, and two are Gram-negative. They are each of (Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Klebsiella pneumonia, and Pseudomonas putida). The use of Acker-Hinton's type of culture medium (Molar Hunting Agar) and aqueous solutions of the two compounds [DM7] were also prepared. [DM3] and in concentrations (0.01,0.001,0. 0001,0.00001) mg/ml and by using a solvent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), a sensitivity test was conducted for the bacteria isolates that were used in the study by diffusion method, and using the antibiotics Cefixime, Ceftriaxone, Ampicillin as a control sample.

Sulfoxide (DMSO) The sensitivity test of bacterial isolates used in the study was conducted by diffusion method, and the antibiotics Cefixime, Ceftriaxone, and Ampicillin were used as a control sample.

The study was a descriptive study on driving time and crime events of Bajaj-motor tri-cycles in Mogadishu city- Somalia in January 2022. It was investigating the prevalence and challenges of passengers on Moto Bajaj at a different point in time of the day. As shown by the evidence of prior studies that Kidnapping, rape, murder and Robbery were very common based on the time of the day. The study aimed to investigate the status of Kidnapping, rape, murder, and Robbery in Banadir region. The study collected through KOBO, an electronic means of data collection from a sample size of 350, randomly selected using systematic sampling and descriptive cross sectional study design. Data was analysed using SPSS, frequency table, charts analysis was employed. Based on the study findings that the study contributed, the following times in the day midnight, evening and late afternoon as an imbedded risk for all types of Moto Baja passengers including the innocent civilian property, dignity of young girls and life, as these are the essential human rights. The study found that a rape and abduction were more common during midnight travellers with Moto Bajaj while robbery was very common during afternoon and evening times. These are the study contribution by informing the public to have further precautions and safety when travelling midnight, evening and later afternoon times in the day and should provoke to your thoughts and do some mitigation measures. The study discovered that the contributing factors include unemployment, drug abuse, and travelling dark places in the city to the crime events in the capital city Mogadishu. The study recommends Minimal safe time for travelling with Baja moto is at the day light in the late morning and noon and early afternoon. Minimize or avoid travelling with Moto Bajaj at evening and late afternoon times. As this has revealed certain risk of exposure for robbery The study recommends to the Authority to increase and create job opportunities as employment is one of the contributing factors for the crime events. All types of passengers should be alerted when it is the only option to travel with Moto Bajaj whose driver is a drug user, or traveling in dark places in the Mogadishu, as this will put the additional risk of being exposed to crime events.

This study aims to understand the strengthening of madrasa literacy through managing change in the Tyagi model at MTs Negeri 1 Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study, where the researcher uses interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain accurate and valid data. The data analysis uses an interactive analytical model from Miles and Huberman, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the strengthening of madrasa literacy through the management of changes in the Tyagi model at MTs Negeri 1 Probolinggo was carried out through; 1) The power of change, 2) Recognizing and identifying problems, 3) The problem-solving process, 4) Implementation of change, and 5) monitoring, evaluating and measuring change. This research has implications for the importance of literacy culture for madrasas in realizing their vision and mission, so they must be managed in a planned and systematic manner.

The midwife profession in carrying out its practice there are several that are in accordance with their authority, but they always prioritizes the rights of the patient as a form of legal protection in the event of negligence or loss to the patient. Medical actions taken by midwives will be legally enforceable, if the midwife does not carry out the delegation of authority in accordance with statutory regulations. The problem is what is the form of legal protection for the midwife profession in relation to the delegation of authority in carrying out medical actions. this is to examine the form of legal protection, with a normative juridical approach. The delegation of authority for medical action has been regulated in various regulations. The fact is that in daily practice, there are still houses that have not been technically operationally regulated regarding the delegation of authority for medical actions, the mechanism for the delegation of authority, as well as what types of medical actions can be delegated by delegation or mandate states juridically if there is an allegation that the competent authority can file a civil or criminal lawsuit.

Neurosurgical interventions are an important aspect of care for patients with TBI, but there is little epidemiological data available on this patient population. We aimed to characterise differences in casemix, management, and mortality of patients receiving emergency neurosurgery for TBI across different levels of human development. Methods: We did a prospective observational cohort study of consecutive patients with TBI undergoing emergency neurosurgery, in a convenience sample of hospitals identified by open invitation, through international and regional scientific societies and meetings, individual contacts, and social media. Patients receiving emergency neurosurgery for TBI in each hospital's 30-day study period were all eligible for inclusion, with the exception of patients undergoing insertion of an intracranial pressure monitor only, ventriculostomy placement only, or a procedure for drainage of a chronic subdural haematoma. The primary outcome was mortality at 14 days postoperatively (or last point of observation if the patient was discharged before this time point). Countries were stratified according to their Human Development Index (HDI)—a composite of life expectancy, education, and income measures—into very high HDI, high HDI, medium HDI, and low HDI tiers. Mixed effects logistic regression was used to examine the effect of HDI on mortality while accounting for and quantifying between-hospital and between-country variation. Findings: Our study included 1635 records from 159 hospitals in 57 countries, collected between Nov 1, 2018, and Jan 31, 2020. 328 (20%) records were from countries in the very high HDI tier, 539 (33%) from countries in the high HDI tier, 614 (38%) from countries in the medium HDI tier, and 154 (9%) from countries in the low HDI tier. The median age was 35 years (IQR 24–51), with the oldest patients in the very high HDI tier (median 54 years, IQR 34–69) and the youngest in the low HDI tier (median 28 years, IQR 20–38). The most common procedures were elevation of a depressed skull fracture in the low HDI tier (69 [45%]), evacuation of a supratentorial extradural haematoma in the medium HDI tier (189 [31%]) and high HDI tier (173 [32%]), and evacuation of a supratentorial acute subdural haematoma in the very high HDI tier (155 [47%]). Median time from injury to surgery was 13 h (IQR 6–32). Overall mortality was 18% (299 of 1635). After adjustment for casemix, the odds of mortality were greater in the medium HDI tier (odds ratio [OR] 2·84, 95% CI 1·55–5·2) and high HDI tier (2·26, 1·23–4·15), but not the low HDI tier (1·66, 0·61–4·46), relative to the very high HDI tier. There was significant between-hospital variation in mortality (median OR 2·04, 95% CI 1·17–2·49). Interpretation: Patients receiving emergency neurosurgery for TBI differed considerably in their admission characteristics and management across human development settings. Level of human development was associated with mortality. Substantial opportunities to improve care globally were identified, including reducing delays to surgery. Between-hospital variation in mortality suggests changes at an institutional level could influence outcome and comparative effectiveness research could identify best practices. The oil production and price issues have been discovered a long time ago, and always be a continuous problem to the globe especially during the current global threats of the coronavirus pandemic. This paper provides a literature review that involves game theory and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods with its applications to oil production and price problems. This paper identifies and analyses the use of the game theory and MCDM methods on oil production and price to compare the situation studied, to determine the model that has been used, the trend of past literature and also the details of the basic elements for the game theory framework. Therefore, the oil production and price problem using the game theory and MCDM methods are reviewed and numerous applications studied from the past works of literature are highlighted. The trend of oil production and price which used the game theory and MCDM methods based on the year 2001 till 2021 is still lacking sources from the Web of Science and Scopus databases. Our aim was to determine the impact of a 3-month diabetes self-management education and support (DSME/DSMS) intervention involving both professional and peer support on glycemic control and diabetes distress in South Asian adults with type 2 diabetes (T2D) living in Metro Vancouver.We recruited 114 South Asian adults with T2D for a study conducted across 7 sites in Metro Vancouver. A previous DSME/DSMS intervention was modified using participant feedback. Participants attended the updated intervention involving 6 biweekly group-based DSME sessions co-led by a diabetes educator and peer leader and 6 biweekly DSMS sessions delivered by a peer leader. Assessments were conducted at baseline and 3 months. Primary outcomes were glycated hemoglobin (A1C) and diabetes distress. Secondary outcomes included apolipoprotein B, blood pressure (BP), height and weight, waist circumference, diabetes support and depressive symptoms.After the 3-month intervention, linear mixed-effects modelling demonstrated A1C decreased significantly from 8.2% (66 mmol/mol) to 7.8% (62 mmol/mol) (p0.0001), as did body mass index (from 30.02 to 29.7 kg/mParticipation in a professional plus peer-led intervention tailored by South Asian adults with T2D is associated with improved glycemic control and other favourable health outcomes.

A field experiment was conducted in season 2019-2020 to study the effect of different levels fertilization using humic acid and potassium on the growth of lettuce plant. The experiment was conducted according to Complete Randomized Blocks Design(RCBD) and with two factors: the first is the ground fertilization factor using compound fertilization with levels of 200, 100 and 50 kg /ha and the second factor is foliar fertilization with humic acid with three concentrations (50, 25 and 12.5 ppm). The results showed increased in root length, wet, dry weight and chlorophyll content with higher values reached (16.1 and 16.7 / g), (97.7 and 101.1 / cm) ,(11.9 and 10.6 / g) and (76.52 and 70) using treatment 200 kg / ha potassium and 50 ppm humic acid respectively. While the lowest rates were recorded with control treatment for all treatment. Vegetative characteristics recorded same response for fertilization with level of 200 kg / ha and 50 ppm, the highest averages for stem length, leaf area, head diameter, head weight and head diameter with values (44.5 and 47.7), (8114 and 7255), (72.4 and 67.5), (1123 and 3.781) and (4.72 and 5.67) / cm

BACKGROUND: Mature cystic teratoma (MCT) is a common benign adnexal tumor contributing to about 20% of all ovarian tumors, and it may occur in 10–20% of women during their lifetime. Although the nature of MCT of the ovary is benign, about 1–2% of MCT undergo malignant transformation. CASE REPORT: Here, we report a rare case of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) arising in MCT. This one rare case report of SCC arising in MCT showed satisfactory response to adjuvant chemotherapy. Careful routine evaluation is needed for possible recurrency. CONCLUSION: This patient was found with infiltration to the urinary bladder and concluded as stage IIB; therefore, the surgeon decided to give adjuvant chemotherapy with paclitaxel/carboplatin. After given three cycles of paclitaxel carboplatin chemotherapy the patient showed favorable outcome, as the CT scan evaluation showed no residual mass.

Background As a component of health promoting school, a school curriculum for health education was considered a fundamental. This survey aimed to identify the components of health-related topics and in which subjects were they taught. Methods Four topics were chosen: (i) hygiene, (ii) mental health, (iii) nutrition-oral Health, and (iv) environmental education related to global warming in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Before gathering the curricula from partner countries, school health specialists were gathered to discuss the appropriate components of a curriculum that required evaluation. The survey sheet was distributed to and answered by our partner in each country. Results About hygiene, individual practices or items that improve health-related were widely covered. However, items that imparted health-related education from an environmental perspective were not widely covered. About mental health, two types of country groups were identified. The first group included countries that taught mental health topics mainly as part of morals or religion; the second group included countries that imparted mental health topics mainly as part of health. The first group focused mainly on communication skills or coping methods. The second group focused not only on communication and coping skill but also on basic knowledge of mental health. About nutrition-oral education, three types of country groups were identified. One group imparted nutrition-oral education mainly in terms of health or nutrition. Another group imparted this topic mainly in terms of morals, home economics, and social science. The third group was the intermediate group. About ESD, a solid structure for this topic was not identified in any country. Many items were taught as part of science, while some were taught as part of social studies. Climate change was the most commonly taught item across all countries. The items related to environment were relatively limited compared to those related to natural disasters. Conclusions Overall, two different approaches were identified: the cultural-based approach, which promotes healthy behaviors as moral codes or community-friendly behaviors and the science-based approach, which promotes children’s health through scientific perspectives. Policymakers should initially consider the findings of this study while making decisions on which approach should be taken.

Taking care of plants can be largely time consuming. Missing even a small scheduled task for the plant can result in the drying up of the plant and even its death. Another big problem is to put the plant pot at a place where it gets maximum sunlight. This is a big problem in houses (apartments) where the place with maximum sunlight shifts throughout the day and it’s very tiring to shift the plant, timeto-time to those places. Watering the plant by checking the amount of moisture in the soil of the pot is another very important and time-consuming task. Automating all these processes or tasks can result in a huge work reduction and time saving for the owner and makes sure that the plant stays alive and healthy. This is the main goal of this project. The smart plant pot can do all the above tasks automatically, without needing any human intervention
