- Abstract
The utilization of traditional medicine derived from nature has increased its use in recent years, this is in line with the current trend of returning to nature. The use of traditional medicine in the form of herbal medicine has been done since ancient times and has been passed down from generation to generation. However, the use of TOGA as medicine is still low in prevalence, especially in the DKI Jakarta area according to 2018 Riskesdas data. The level of knowledge is one of the factors associated with the utilization of herbal medicine. Limited knowledge about medicinal plants and how to process and make herbal medicines properly and correctly becomes an obstacle to utilization. Various benefits can be obtained from the utilization of TOGA both in terms of benefits, safety, and economic aspects, especially for community groups with economic limitations. This community service activity is carried out by providing education on useful medicinal plants, and plant parts that can be used as medicines and training on processing medicinal plants using household appliances. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge, utilization, and interest in processing medicinal plants.

A country is developed only when its citizens are educated. The role of education in the development of a nation can never be denied. Institutional education is imperative as it helps the child to become a good citizen through holistic development. During the last three years, due to emergence of Covid-19 and lockdown as its preventive measure, formal education was not in continuation for that time period. The objective of the paper is to compare the impact of school closure during lockdown on education and psycho-social behaviour among school students of two adjacent blocks of North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal, India. Hence, the comparative parameters are school closure-related impacts faced by students during the pandemic situation. Cross-sectional data were collected from 80 no of children enrolled in government schools and their parents randomly. The data has been analyzed to evaluate the impact of school closures on learners. The result revealed that an alternative option came as a learning medium that is the online mode of education. These online classes required gadgets like mobile phone, laptop and proper internet connection. The majority of the students' parents are daily wage earners. During the lockdown, they got unemployed. So many of them couldn’t afford a new smartphone and recharge amount for internet packages. The majority of students from rural areas were unable to do online classes due to economic constraints and inaccessibility of internet and many schools could not arrange online classes due to higher poverty rate of the location and lack of infrastructure. It caused a significant impact on the learners' education by creating a huge difference between the learners of the same age. Most of the students of both blocks lost their sincerity towards education. Behavioural changes occurred among students during this school closure. Most of the parents complained that during online classes their wards got addicted to online games and other unnecessary online activities. They lost their concentration in studies, got irritable by nature, enjoy loneliness, talk less etc. The changes among learners of Barrakpore II were greater than the learners of Barasat I. It can be recommended from this study that if there will any situation arrives to shut down the schools again or to development of a blended mode of education, a related educational policy, infrastructure with affordable and accessible measures should be considered to continue the education system for every section of students.

- Abstract
Purpose: This study aimed to identify the characteristics of patients injured by high-rotation cutting tools and the factors related to the severity of their injuries. Methods: Adult patients (≥18 years), who presented to the emergency department (ED) after a high-rotation cutting tool injury and who were registered in the Korean Emergency Department-based Injury In-Depth Surveillance (2011–2018) database, were included. Patients’ demographic characteristics, injury-related factors, and Injury Severity Scores were collected. All included cases were categorized into two groups according to the tool that caused the injury: grinder versus nongrinder. The characteristics of the two groups were compared, and the factors associated with the severity of injuries were investigated. Results: Among 8,697 ED visits, 4,603 patients had been using a grinder and 4,094 had been using a nongrinder tool. The most frequently injured body part while using a grinder was the hand (46.4%), followed by the head (23.0%). While using a nongrinder tool, the most frequently injured body part was also the hand (64.0%), followed by the lower leg (11.4%). The odds of a severe injury were affected by patient age (odds ratio [OR], 1.024; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.020–1.028) and using a grinder (OR, 2.073; 95% CI, 1.877–2.290). The odds of a severe injury using a grinder were higher in arm injuries (OR, 1.60; 95% CI, 1.40–1.83) and multiple-part injuries (OR, 1.998; 95% CI, 1.639–2.437). The odds of a severe injury using a grinder were lower for head injuries (OR, 0.481; 95% CI, 0.297–0.781).Conclusions: Injuries from grinders were more likely to affect the head and neck than nongrinder injuries, despite the lower severity. The current lack of regulations on grinders in occupational safety and health standards warrants relevant legislation and the development of applicable safety equipment.

- Abstract
As the largest archipelago, Indonesia should be able to utilize its potential to create prosperity for its people. In fact, the maritime sector has not been fully utilized by Indonesia. Indonesia must prioritize the goal of becoming a maritime country to restore maritime glory. This is in line with Indonesian President Joko Widodo's goal to make Indonesia the world's maritime axis. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The World Maritime Axis is indeed a decision taken by the government to restore the nature of Indonesia as an archipelago. Until now, the World Maritime Axis has not taken the form of a document equipped with a strategy in it. The strategy becomes an 'extension' of the policy, which currently there is no World Maritime Axis Strategy because the policy is still overlapping. Currently, the World Maritime Axis is categorized as a development policy discourse whose orientation is to realize Indonesia's vision as a maritime country, so it requires a lot of attention to fix and complete this idea so that it can be categorized as a policy and implemented through a strategy.

For data collection techniques, researchers conducted interviews, observation, and documentation procedures. The theories and concepts used in this research include: Synergy Theory, Leadership Theory, Peace Theory, Conflict Prevention Concept, Religious Harmony Concept and KAMTIBMAS Concept. The results of this study indicate that the Palembang City Government has various forms of synergy in preventing SARA conflicts with the South Sumatra Provincial Government, including; Development of high tolerance facilities, supporting any existing events, joint operations, education, giving awards and strengthening existing early detection systems. The synergy barriers are; the high ego of individuals or groups, the uneven level of public welfare resulting in social jealousy, lack of education so that they are easily provoked by hoax issues, lack of budget and frequent occurrence of miscommunication which causes misperceptions. And efforts to overcome these obstacles include optimizing modern technology, education, providing operational assistance and organizing positive activities. The term program can be analogous to goods (goods) or services (services) that are sold to other forms of business. Programs or often referred to as events are items that people need so they are willing to listen to them. In the world of radio, understanding the station format is the heart of all programming performance. Every broadcast program production process refers to the choice of radio station format which is increasingly specific (segmented) as the number of radio stations increases and listeners become more segmented. The more modern the radio, the more specialized the format, the more competitive a radio is, the more focused its program position will be. - Abstract
Background: We know that the whole world is facing the same problem, namely the COVID-19 pandemic, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government has made every effort to reduce the pace of the COVID-19 pandemic by establishing policies and regulations such as implementing health protocols, and others. Covid-19 is a non-natural disaster that affects all aspects of life including the nation's character. The younger generation or those who are known as millennials as a determinant of the nation's character have an important role during the Covid-19 pandemic. The problem at this time is that millennials live in a modern and instant era that shapes them to be free, individualistic, and active in the field of technology. This has caused the millennial generation to start forgetting their love for the Motherland and Defending the Country. Methods: The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and the human instrument is the researcher. A descriptive qualitative method in the form of analyzing and drawing conclusions using various sources of literature. Results: In times of peace and war, young intellectuals as the national guard in non-military defense have a crucial role as potential agents of change in shaping the character and character of the nation. The serious challenges faced by the younger generation must also be addressed by maintaining a balance between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence as well as spiritual intelligence. It is hoped that the balance of these three factors will manifest the behavior of young people who always uphold morals and ethics of honesty and nationality. This ability is a form of defending the country on a fine spectrum that needs to be carried out by young people in times of peace. From the perspective of national defense, it is precisely this role of defending the country in the soft spectrum that will determine the quality of the nation's defense and resilience in the future. The toughness and tenacity and ability of the nation to develop the potential of national strength to become a solid state defense force need to be built on the values of nationalism and defense of the country. From the perspective of national resilience, these three basic elements are prerequisites that must be fostered early, continuously, integrated and sustainable. Intellectual intelligence which is a great potential possessed by young people must be able to be developed in a balanced way with emotional intelligence, moral intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. During the Covid-19 pandemic, it turned out that the millennial generation showed high concern and made good contributions as a form of defending the country to maintain national resilience and support the Indonesian government in preventing and handling unexpected events such as Covid-19. Conclusion: The existence of social media as a form of technological progress can be used to hold fundraising events which will later be given to underprivileged communities affected by Covid-19 and medical personnel who lack PPE (personal protective equipment). With the urgency of Indonesia's current situation, the younger generation is required to care about using technology as best as possible in an effort to defend the country which is carried out to help the government and show love for the motherland, harmonious relations between the government and its people, and awareness of the obligations of the nation and state.
