For the poor quality of the damage image which is obtained by techniques of practical endoscope detection, the damage image is not easy to identify, this article uses the wavelet transform method for processing damage image, adopts soft threshold method to filter the noise, and then enhances the image, finally employs wavelet transform method in the image edge detection, protrudes the information of the fault and the edge, which is convenient for damage recognition.

This paper focuses on airborne oxygen-making system shortcomings of oxygen sensor characteristic drift in, proposes a method of fault diagnosis. Oxygen sensor with a Wavelet packet analysis of feature extraction, based on wavelet neural network method to determine whether the sensor has failed, and sensor to detect hardware and software design are given.

A new Electromagnetic Heating System for riveting is designed bascd on the electromagnetic heating theory which centers on TMS320LF2407. The design philosophy, working principle, the hardware and software of system arc presented. Moreover, the basis of design and parameters of application arc introduced in details. The application shows that the system is rcliable, efficient and convenient.

In order to study the effect of patch shape on the strength of the damaged skin after rivet repair, the paper uses the elastic-plastic finite element method to analyze the rivet repair of the circular hole damage and gives the rivet loads of all the rivets under the three shapes of patches respectively. The results show that the circular patch can observably improve the strength of the aircraft skin after rivet repair, compared with the right-angled rectangle patch and the fillet-rectangle patch, in the same condition of the patch materials and rivet parameters and technology equipments. The design can enhance the security of the repaired aircraft and have some values for the peacetime repair and the emergent repair of aircraft structure.

In order to diagnose and exempt the fault of aircraft electrical system accurately and fast, on the basis of analyzing the lost mode and fault mechanism of certain aircraft electrical system, fault structure are built and structure are built and fault models are analyzed by adopting the analytical technology based on regular fault structure. Two induction mechanisms, namely directional and anti-directional inference are introduced and the component methods are studied based on the knowledge corpus of data corpus technique. The result shows the inference results of fault diagnosis system are in accordance to reality and improve the intelligentized level of fault diagnosis system for aircraft electrical power.

The heat transfer coefficients for horizontally immersed tubes have been studied in model internally circulating fluidized bed (ICFB) and pilot ICFB incinerators. The characteristics in the ICFB were found to be significantly different from those in a bubbling bed. In ICFB, there is a flowing zone with high velocity, a heat exchange zone, and a moving zone with low velocity. The controllable heat transfer coefficients in ICFB strongly depend on the fluidized velocity in the flowing zone, and also the flow condition in the moving zone. The heat exchange process and suitable bed temperature can be well controlled according to this feature. Based on the results of experiments, a formulation for heat transfer coefficient has been developed. These results were applied to an external superheater of a CFB incinerator with a 450 °C steam outlet in a waste-to-energy pilot cogeneration plant of 12 MW in Jiaxing City, China.
