Due to the lack of stereoscopic image retrospective methods, the traditional measurement of ulcer area and depth is inconvenient and imprecise. There are some deficiencies in the current assessment of diabetic foot injury. Therefore, a method based on image recognition technology to obtain quantitative data to assess the severity of injury is proposed. Firstly, a three- dimensional (3D) reconstruction system is invented, which collects data driven by a mechanical drive system through a depth camera with infrared light source; secondly, the 3D reconstruction algorithm based on incremental iteration is used to reconstruct the set model. Then, the texture generation algorithm is used to optimize the model; finally, a foot model is printed by 3D printing technology, and the validity of the system is verified by comparing the original model data with the reconstructed model data. The accuracy of the 3D image system is higher than that of the two-dimensional (2D) photos.

A method to obtain the crystallized volume fraction X and the time taken for crystallization t is proposed. The Avrami equation X = 1 − exp(− kt n ) is used to calculate the time exponent n and rate constant of crystallization k . The nucleation mechanism, nucleation rate and the growth rate of nuclei of Te 92 Pb 8 are discussed in relation to different n and k values. It is found that the nucleation at the start of the transformation, plus continuing nucleation at grain boundaries or grain edges, determine the kinetics at lower temperatures. Both the nucleation and the growth rate of nuclei are low at 32° C. They increase slowly with temperature below 46° C. From 46° C, the nucleation rate increase rapidly. Its maximum may be in the temperature region between 65° C and 80° C. The maximum growth rate of nuclei is at a temperature higher than 80° C. A nonlinearity in the plots of lnln 1/(1 − X ) vs ln t caused by the variation of n is also found and discussed. The amorphous state of Te 92 Pb 8 is unstable. The possibility of using it as erasable phase change optical recording material is evaluated.

The crystallization processes of amorphous TexIn0.6−xSb0.4 (0.24 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.42) films prepated by radio frequency sputtering were studied. Their electrical resistance, reflectance and transmittance were measured. The imaginary part of the dielectric constant 2nk, the optical absorption coefficient α and the optical gap for the TeInSb films have been obtained as a function of photon energy. During the phase transition, their structure, optical and electrical properties exhibited great changes. The relationships between the structure and the optical and electrical properties were discussed. TeInSb films have a very complicated crystallization process. Two main crystalline polymorphs, In2Te3 and In4Sb1.2Te2.8, existed after crystallization and a β phase (Sb, Te) was observed when the Te content increased. It was found that the crystallization processes varied with different Te contents.

In the present work the variations of structure and homogeneity in the transformation process from gel to glass in some silicate systems are investigated. Emphasis is placed on the different roles of titanium ions Ti 4+ in the glasses.
