The purpose of this study was to construct the indicators of professional competencies of the nanotechnology-based sputtering system industry based on industry requirements and analyse the core competencies of the industry for promoting the human resource of physical vapour deposition technology. The document analysis, expert interview, and Delphi technique surveys were considered and the survey items with 32 items divided into 7 domains were selected according to consensus opinions of 10 experts by the Delphi survey technique. Through three questionnaire surveys’ analysis, the professional competence scales for the K–S tests showed a good internal consistency. The findings of this study provide guidelines for professional competence for nanotechnology-based sputtering technology by applying surface heat-treatment industry. According to the characteristics of NM360, a contrast experiment for drilling performance in YG8 cemented carbide twist drill, high-speed steel twist drill and factories used in coating the ordinary high-speed steel twist drill has been done. Using microscope to observe tool wear, we found that the flank wear and chisel edge wear are the main wear of the drill. The carbide tools has a better ability of resistance to plastic deformation, abrasive wear and adhesive wear than high-speed steel cutting tools. The coating tools are better to resist abrasive wear and adhesive wear than uncoated tools.Deformation of carbide cutting tools, abrasive wear, ability than high-speed steel cutting tools.

Using microscope to observe the damage of drills, we found that form this experiment some causation in tool invalidation that tool breakage is main factor for the high-speed steel drill bits, brittle fracture is main factor for carbide drill bits. Brittle carbide cutting tools, feed speed too much impact load is too large, causing the blade fracture. As the tool edge wedge angle is too small, poor edge strength, easy chipping, edge wedge angle can not be too small.

Considering that the disassembly performance of electromechanical products is determined by multi factors, the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method research is carried out to solve the complex problem of disassembly analysis. The theoretical minimum parts number discrimination model, the disassembly time classification model and the disassembly cost calculation model are proposed in this paper. A comprehensive evaluation system for disassembly is constructed and the evaluation process is established at the angle of evaluation tools developing. Finally, a flywheel institution is evaluated by using the proposed method and the feasibility and practicality of this method is verified.

In view of the problem that the remanufacturability evaluation index is imperfect in current study, the evaluation index system and the quantitative methods including environment, resource, energy, economy and technology is established. The evaluation method of the remanufacturability based on fuzzy AHP is proposed for the electromechanical products. Finally, an evaluation example of a type of automobile engine is provided to verify the feasibility and practicality of this method.

Slice specturm is investigated as data mining techniques in the fault diagnosis of hydraulic control valves in this paper. The characteristics of vibration signals obtained from the control valves have been extracted by means of analyzing the 2-dimensional of trispectrum, with the main goal of detecting a possible working condition including the normal and fault conditions. The experimental analysis shows that there are distinct bump values in the center of the two-dimensional slices of trispectrum space in the fault conditions, on the contrast, the bump values disappear in normal condition. The experimental and theoretical results have indicated that trispectrum is a more suitable tool for diagnosing the faults of the hydraulic control valves.

This paper presents a magnetorheological(MR) rheometer which consists of a pair of rotating parallel disc, step motor, the signal collecting device, computer software for dynamic analysis etc.. In order to assess the performance of the MR rheometer, high-order spectrum analysis tools are used. The theoretical and experimental results indicate that the rheometer is useful to test the dynamic charicteristics of the MR fluids and the high-order analysis might be helpful to describe MR rheometer dynamic characteristics. The measurement and analysis process based on virtual instruments are automatically controlled by computer in this paper.

In this paper, design problems on rotating cone reactor have been studied and dynamics problems have been analyzed in detail, kinematics differential equation of mixture in rotating cone reactor and simulation model has been established. Rotating cone reactor prototype which was established preliminarily has been optimized with simulation software. Dynamics analysis and simulation is of great significance in raising the efficiency of BIO-FUEL-OIL flash pyrolysis rotating cone reactor, control production process reliably, and even optimizing design value and physical dimension which is reasonable in design and reducing the cost of product development process.

This study optimizes aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramics, in order to enhance the thermal performance of light-emitting diode (LED) packages. AlN coatings are grown on copper/ aluminum substrates as a heat interface material, using an electrostatic spraying process. The effect of the deposition parameters on the coatings is determined. The thermal performance of AlN coated Cu/Al substrates is evaluated in terms of the heat dissipated and compared by measuring the LED case temperature. The structure and properties of the coating are also examined a scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In sum, the thermal performance of the LED is increased and good heat resistance characteristics are obtained. The results show that using AlN ceramic coating on a copper/aluminum substrate increases the thermal performance.
