To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous injection of cinobufotalin or anhydrous ethanol in the treatment of portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) through a comparative analysis. MethodsA total of 56 patients with PVTT after liver cancer surgery, who were admitted to the 94th Hospital of PLA from October 2009 to December 2011, were enrolled. Among these patients, 27 underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous injection of cinobufotalin (cinobufotalin group) and 29 underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous injection of anhydrous ethanol (anhydrous ethanol group). The clinical outcome and survival time were compared between the two groups after treatment, and the levels of total bilirubin (TBil), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) before and after treatment were compared. The t-test was used for comparison of continuous data between groups, the chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between groups, the rank sum test was used for comparison of ranked data, and the Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis. ResultsThe response rate showed no significant difference between the cinobufotalin group and the anhydrous ethanol group (63.0% vs 58.6%, χ2=0.111, P>0.05). After treatment, the cinobufotalin group had significantly lower levels of TBil, ALT, and AST than the anhydrous ethanol group (t=2.24, 2.40, and 2.39, all P<0.05). The 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year survival rates showed no significant differences between the cinobufotalin group and the anhydrous ethanol group (81.5%/63.0%/29.6% vs 82.8%/586%/31.0%, χ2=0.016, 0.111, and 0.013, all P>0.05). ConclusionUltrasound-guided percutaneous injection of cinobufagin or anhydrous ethanol has similar short- and long-term effects in the treatment of PVTT and can inhibit the growth of tumor thrombus and prolong survival time, but cinobufagin is superior to anhydrous ethanol in the aspect of protecting liver function.

Airborne vector geomagnetic measurement can not only obtain total geomagnetic field strength of geomagnetic field, but also detect the vector information of geomagnetic field, so it is an effective technology to obtain the geomagnetic field information of land and offing area in high precision and resolution quickly. Therefore, this technology has broad application prospect in the domain of aviation, sailing, and spaceflight, especially in the application of self-navigation of geomagnetic matching. The first airborne vector geomagnetic measurement was successfully developed by Xi’an research institute of surveying and mapping and national space science center of Chinese academy of sciences in China. During May-June in 2015, and June-July in 2016, the integration experimentation of the airborne vector geomagnetic measurement was organized by Xi’an Research Institute of Surveying and Mapping on the plain of Inner Mongolia, it included 227 flying surveying lines, and of which the length was about 5000 kilometers, so a great amount of total geomagnetic field strength and vector information of geomagnetic field were obtained. Based on 15 repeated flying surveying lines, 400 crossing points of 20 intersection flying surveying lines in the direction of south-north, east-west, which are in 200m and 700m flying height, the precision evaluation of the airborne vector geomagnetic measurement is accomplished by the comparison of repeated flying surveying lines and crossing points. From the comparison of repeated flying surveying lines, we can get the conclusion that the precision of total geomagnetic field strength on the flying surveying lines in 200m and 700m flying height are 2nT and 1nT, respectively. The precision of three components of the geomagnetic field are between 5nT and 10nT. And from the comparison of crossing points, we can get the conclusion that the precision of total geomagnetic field strength on the flying surveying lines are 1nT, the precision of three components of the geomagnetic field are below 10nT. Therefore, from the data processing of the first airborne vector geomagnetic measurement in China, we can see that the precision of total geomagnetic field strength is about 2nT, and the precision of three components of the geomagnetic field are about 10nT.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous cinobufagin injection for the treatment of portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) in primary liver cancer (PLC) patients. MethodsA total of 25 PLC patients with PVTT who were admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to March 2012 were recruited in this study. These patients underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous cinobufagin injection three times a week, and each course of treatment was 4-5 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and survival rates were determined, and the changes in levels of alpha fetoprotein (AFP) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were evaluated. Results Seventeen patients showed varying degrees of improvement after treatment, with an overall response rate of 68%. In addition, the levels of AFP and ALT were significantly reduced after treatment (P<0.05). The survival rates at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months after treatment were 88%, 76%, 60%, and 32%, respectively. ConclusionUltrasound-guided percutaneous cinobufagin injection has good efficacy in the treatment of PVTT in PLC patients and shows a good clinical value.

- Abstract
Minority shareholder protection is a perpetual subject in the legal research of corporate law. This thesis presents a comparative study of minority shareholder protection in private corporations from Canadian and Chinese perspectives. The objective is to explicitly compare and analyze the similarities and differences of the two legal systems, and make suggestions for improving corporate legislation of Canada and China in this area. The study first focuses on the common theoretical framework that informs the protections of both Canada and China and constitutes the prerequisite for the comparative study in this thesis. Then, the study articulates ten minority shareholder protections in China and twelve remedies in Canada to deepen the understanding of the two legal systems. Two comparative approaches are adopted in this thesis. Normative comparison focuses on four protections of same name in China and Canada. Functional comparison concentrates on other protections of different name that are applied to solve similar issues relating to minority shareholder protection in the two countries. By identifying the similarities and differences, the study compares and analyzes the protections from structural, substantive and legal cultural perspectives. In particular, much effort is made to look into the underlying reasons of these differences in the context of economic, legal and cultural perspectives. Although the protections of Canada and China have certain similarities, they differ significantly in both procedural and substantive respects. As compared to the rights in China, the remedies in Canada have their superiority in many significant aspects. In general, they offer broader protection in scope and provide more effective protection to minority shareholders. They are always accompanied by check and balance measures to arrive at the balanced protection. Canadian courts play much more important role in this area than Chinese courts. The study finally makes reassessment of the corporate laws of Canada and China with regard to minority shareholder protection, and puts forward some suggestions for their corporate statutes, that are aimed at improving and enhancing the balanced protection of minority shareholder. In the end, the study sets out the plan for future research in this life-long project.

The concepts of cooperative diversity promise to offer the benefits of spatial diversity gains to handheld wireless devices with single antennas. So far the research has focused on the situation where perfect channel state information is available and coherent detection is employed at the destination receiver. This paper proposes a differential super-orthogonal space-time trellis code modulation scheme for a two-user cooperative diversity system, which does not require channel state information at either users or destination while providing a performance about 1. 5 dB better than DSTBC and 3 dB worse than the corresponding coherent scheme.
