- Abstract
The election of the class president is one of the activities that is often carried out when students are in school. A class in school can be interpreted as a country that has a government system. So, it is very important for a class to have a leader. Usually the election of the chairman is done by voting from class members. Later as a chairman, you will have various obligations. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method that is often known as the weighted sum method. Based on the needs gathering, an approach is proposed using a decision support system using the SAW method in selecting class leaders. There are 4 criteria used in selecting class leaders. The purpose of the weighted sum is to find the weighted sum of the ratings in each alternative on all criteria. Based on the calculation results using SAW for the election of the class leader, the 1st rank of the class leader election is Ahmad Jatmiko with a score of 0.99. Ranked 2nd in the class leader election was Muhammad Akbar with a score of 0.9. And ranked 3rd in the class leader election is Siti Setianingsih with a score of 0.8525.

The initial description of robotic tracheobronchoplasty for the treatment of tracheobronchomalacia demonstrated feasibility, safety, and short-term symptomatic and functional improvement. The purpose of the current study was to demonstrate intermediate outcomes in postoperative pulmonary function and quality of life after robotic tracheobronchoplasty. We retrospectively reviewed prospectively collected clinical data from 42 patients who underwent robotic tracheobronchoplasty from May 2016 to December 2017. The Institutional Review Board or equivalent ethics committee of the Northwell Health approved the study protocol and publication of data. Patient written consent for the publication of the study data was waived by the Institutional Review Board.A total of 42 patients underwent robotic tracheobronchoplasty during the study period. Median total follow-up is 40 months. There was 1 death since surgery from an unrelated disease. Significant decreases in St George's Respiratory Questionnaire total score (preoperative mean: 64.01, postoperative mean: 38.91, P = .002), St George's Respiratory Questionnaire symptom score (preoperative median: 82.6, postoperative median: 43.99, P .001), and St George's Respiratory Questionnaire impact score (preoperative median: 55.78, postoperative median: 25.95, P .001) were apparent at a median follow-up of 13 months. Comparison of preoperative and postoperative pulmonary function tests revealed a significant increase in percent predicted forced expiratory volume in 1 second (preoperative median: 74% vs postoperative median: 82%, P = .001), forced vital capacity (preoperative median: 68.5% vs postoperative median: 80.63%, P .001), and peak expiratory flow (preoperative median: 61.5% vs postoperative median: 75%, P = .02) measured at a median follow-up of 29 months.Robotic tracheobronchoplasty is associated with low intermediate-term mortality. Robotic tracheobronchoplasty results in significant improvement in quality of life and postoperative pulmonary function. Longer-term follow-up is necessary to continue to elucidate the effect of robotic tracheobronchoplasty on halting pathologic progression of tracheobronchomalacia and to determine the long-term impact of tracheobronchoplasty on symptomatic and functional improvement.

- Abstract
Currently, the goods sorting process in industry still uses a manual method. Therefore, it is necessary to propose an automatic sorting method using control technology. In order to realize the above issue, an automated method is proposed to separate plastic materials and metallic materials in a prototype of goods sorting process. In our study, a plastic bottle and metal bottle detector was designed using a TCRT5000 infrared sensor and an Arduino Uno-based Proximity sensor. The TCRT5000 sensor functions to detect nonmetallic materials while the proximity sensor detects metallic and nonmetallic materials. The sensors will provide logic output to the microcontroller so that the types of materials that enter the sorting system can be distinguished. After the material passes through the sensor, the LCD will automatically display the object value, then the servo motor will sort the objects by moving the actuator to sort the material. Based on the design and implementation of the prototype and based on testing, the plastic bottle material and metal bottle material can be separated properly

BACKGROUND: Aggregated α-synuclein plays an important role in Parkinson's disease pathogenesis. Cinpanemab, a human-derived monoclonal antibody that binds to α-synuclein, is being evaluated as a disease-modifying treatment for Parkinson's disease. METHODS: In a 52-week, multicenter, double-blind, phase 2 trial, we randomly assigned, in a 2:1:2:2 ratio, participants with early Parkinson's disease to receive intravenous infusions of placebo (control) or cinpanemab at a dose of 250 mg, 1250 mg, or 3500 mg every 4 weeks, followed by an active-treatment dose-blinded extension period for up to 112 weeks. The primary end points were the changes from baseline in the Movement Disorder Society-sponsored revision of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) total score (range, 0 to 236, with higher scores indicating worse performance) at weeks 52 and 72. Secondary end points included MDS-UPDRS subscale scores and striatal binding as assessed on dopamine transporter single-photon-emission computed tomography (DaT-SPECT). RESULTS: Of the 357 enrolled participants, 100 were assigned to the control group, 55 to the 250-mg cinpanemab group, 102 to the 1250-mg group, and 100 to the 3500-mg group. The trial was stopped after the week 72 interim analysis owing to lack of efficacy. The change to week 52 in the MDS-UPDRS score was 10.8 points in the control group, 10.5 points in the 250-mg group, 11.3 points in the 1250-mg group, and 10.9 points in the 3500-mg group (adjusted mean difference vs. control, -0.3 points [95% confidence interval {CI}, -4.9 to 4.3], P = 0.90; 0.5 points [95% CI, -3.3 to 4.3], P = 0.80; and 0.1 point [95% CI, -3.8 to 4.0], P = 0.97, respectively). The adjusted mean difference at 72 weeks between participants who received cinpanemab through 72 weeks and the pooled group of those who started cinpanemab at 52 weeks was -0.9 points (95% CI, -5.6 to 3.8) for the 250-mg dose, 0.6 points (95% CI, -3.3 to 4.4) for the 1250-mg dose, and -0.8 points (95% CI, -4.6 to 3.0) for the 3500-mg dose. Results for secondary end points were similar to those for the primary end points. DaT-SPECT imaging at week 52 showed no differences between the control group and any cinpanemab group. The most common adverse events with cinpanemab were headache, nasopharyngitis, and falls. CONCLUSIONS: In participants with early Parkinson's disease, the effects of cinpanemab on clinical measures of disease progression and changes in DaT-SPECT imaging did not differ from those of placebo over a 52-week period. - Abstract
Gender equality is one of our human rights as human beings. The right to live with dignity, freedom from fear and freedom to make life choices is not only reserved for men, women also have the same rights in essence. The figure of a woman who excels and can balance between family and career is very rare to find. Women are often afraid to have a career because of the demands of their role as a household. The Bible is the source of princip and consist of Christianity foundational of faith, but it ought to be made as the theological foundation that potentially seems in mistake viewpoint. That is why in the church there must be gender equality, as evidenced by the existence of a women’s fellowship, not only a father’s association, such as the Toraja Church Womens Fellowship (PWGT).

This qualitative article provides findings on the possibility of implementing the France Cour de Assies jury system in Indonesian criminal court. The researcher explains the reasons for adopting the jury system in the French assize court, the position of the jury, the procedure for appointing jurors, explaining the advantages of the jury. The comparative perspective allows the researchers to reveal what is less known and gain better insight into two more things: the relationship between criminal justice and public involvement in modern society; and the meaning of criminal justice. Researchers use secondary data comprising books, journals, or references about the French Cour de Assies, including legislation, judicial decisions, customs, and doctrines. The adoption of the jury system in Indonesia is essential, considering that Indonesia is a democratic country; therefore, it must include the involvement of the public in the judiciary. It is possible to involve the public in case of examination in court as a jury, which is the obligation of a democratic country. This article suggests that the jury system in the Cour de Assies France can be accepted because, in Indonesian criminal justice, it is necessary to involve the public in determining if someone is guilty.

We reviewed surgical cases from 4 Thoracic Surgery departments in the Lombardia region of Italy, the area mostly affected by Coronavirus pandemic in Europe, with the aim to describe the impact of COVID-19 on the treatment of thoracic surgical patients. Clinical, radiological and laboratory data from patients who underwent lung resection from December 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively collected until June 2020. Univariable Cox regression models were estimated to evaluate potential prognostic factors for developing COVID-19 and to investigate postoperative mortality among patients who developed symptomatic COVID-19 infection. We examined data from 107 patients. (74 lobectomies, 32 wedge/segmentectomies and 1 pneumonectomy). Twelve patients developed COVID-19 (Group 1), whereas 95 patients were not infected (Group 2). In Group 1, 6 patients (50%) died from complications related to infection; in Group 2, one patient (1%) died because of non-COVID-19-related causes. Median days from surgery to first symptoms, CT confirmation, clinical confirmation and PCR positivity was 48.1, 54.3, 55.1, and 55.2 respectively. At univariable analysis, DLCO/VA% (P = 0.008), duration of the surgery (P = 0.009), smoking history (pack/year) (P0.001), BMI (P0.001) and number of segments resected (P = 0.010) were associated with COVID-19 onset. Moreover, CCI (P0.001), DLCO/VA% (P = 0.002), cigarette pack/year (P0.001), BMI (P0.001) and COVID-19 (P0.001) were associated with death. Patients who undergo lung resection and then develop symptomatic COVID-19 infection are at higher risk of developing severe respiratory complications and postoperative death. Insidious symptoms' onset may lead to a delay in diagnosis. We suggest two mitigating strategies: (1) Improve symptoms surveillance and isolation during recovery period, (2) Be aware of a potential greater risk of developing symptomatic COVID-19 and death correlated with elevated CCI, BMI, smoking history, DLCO/VA%, number of resected segments and duration of surgery.

ComputingMilieux_LEGALASPECTSOFCOMPUTING ,FAIR dataset ,European Open Science Cloud - Abstract
This deliverable addresses EOSC-Life WP1's objectives related to publication of data and data resources in cloud repositories by making available resources in EOSC-Life's registries; the implementation of FAIR services and standards, by development of FAIR registries in collaboration with WP6; and evolution of repository infrastructure by making available registry entries deriving from WP3 demonstrators. Use cases for EOSC-Life registries have been defined for general and clinical research data use and the 'EOSC-Life' collection in FAIRsharing has been populated and released comprising more than 100 data resources and standards. A clinical MetaData Repository has also been developed to address challenges of clinical data sharing in Europe. We have engaged with EOSC, sister projects such as FAIRsFAIR and ENVRI to consider the features of registries, cross registry interoperability and use cases which link EOSC projects. We will continue to update the registries as the project progresses and as new dataset and resources are made available and will engage with pan-EOSC registry planning based on our work to date.
