The current driver nodes search methods are difficult to cope with large networks, and the solution process does not consider the node cost. In order to solve the practical control problem of networks with different node costs in finite states, this paper proposes a pruning and motif isomorph search method for driver node set. Firstly, we prove the sufficient conditions for the network to be strictly controllable under partial nodes control, then we classify the nodes and prove the equivalence controllability of the pruning network, and then we establish three models of maximum augmenting path search, local pruning and motif matching to form a complete driver nodes set search algorithm. Finally, the algorithm is validated by real networks. The results show that our method not only guarantee the accuracy of search results, but also has the low time complexity, which can efficiently handle large networks, and no more than 16.84% of the maximum driver nodes can control the whole network.

In this article, we report original data on the designation of the primers for full-length cDNA amplification and the internal cDNA amplification of red color-related pigment-binding protein derived from shrimp shell. Data on the color shifts of different soluble proteins under 100 °C 10 min heat treatment and the effects of heating temperatures (from 30 to 100 °C) on the color changes of crude water-soluble proteins are also included in this report. Cognitive impairment caused by aging is a global public health problem. The 5–8 kDa ultrafiltration fraction of oyster (Crassostrea hongkongensis) protein hydrolysate (OPU) could ameliorate learning and memory in aged zebrafish, however the mechanism is still unclear. In this paper OPU was applied to explore the mechanism of reducing cognitive impairment of aged zebrafish. The OPU significantly ameliorated behavior in aged zebrafish. It reversed age-induced low antioxidant activity, high lipid peroxidation, microglial activation, and production of inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β, TNF-α and CD11b. It could improve age-induced suppressive astrocyte biomarkers and associated BDNF-TrkB signaling because it increased the expression of gfap, bdnf, trkB and psd-95. OPU consumption could reverse age-induced neuronal loss and apoptosis, increase the neurotransmitters (Ach and r-GABA). The results demonstrated that OPU could ameliorate age-induced cognitive impairment. It may be a good base material to develop a related health food for the elderly.

Equipped with enhanced exoskeleton in the individual combat system can effectively enhance the soldiers’long-term load-bearing capacity and enhance the combat effectiveness of the army. In the exoskeleton control system, accurate recognition of human movement intentions plays an important role as upper-level control. This paper uses MYO armband as a sEMG sensor to collect 8 channels sEMG signals. Neural network method is applied to estimate the joint angles during arm movement. Motion capture system is used to verify the estimation accuracy. PCA (Principle Component Analysis) method is performed on the 8 channels data collected by MYO and processed dimensions were selected by experiments to make the estimation accuracy the highest. The results show that when the principal component dimension is selected as 8, which makes the estimation accuracy of the joint angles the highest.

This paper mainly proposes a real-time method on the robot with a continuous trajectory for low-drift odometry and mapping, by using range measurements from a 3D laser scanner, but without any other external reference. The common problem of the classical simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) method based on lidar is that the estimation of position and attitude is prone to jump discontinuity. It is mainly caused by the vulnerable performance of the optimization solver while it is in a complex scene. By adding kinematic and dynamic constraints into optimization function, our method achieves a lower mean square error(MSE) compare with the original one, and it has been tested in an outdoor experiment with only 3.5% MSE in yaw relative to state of the art.

Summary Pinctada martensii muscle proteins were separated into water-soluble, salt-soluble and insoluble protein fractions. The salt-soluble protein fraction was the most abundant, comprising approximately 66.3% of the protein, followed by the water-soluble and insoluble protein fractions in decreasing order. sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis profiles showed that 35- and 97-kDa peptides represented the highest proportions of the water-soluble and salt-soluble protein fractions, respectively. The three protein fractions contained high levels of flavourful amino acids (Glu, Asp, Ala and Lys), with the water-soluble protein fraction having the highest level (47.1%). The size exclusion chromatography profiles of the water-soluble and salt-soluble protein pancreatin hydrolysate demonstrated no significant differences in the molecular weight distributions in the >20 000, 5000–10 000 and 2000–5000 Da fractions, while those of the insoluble protein pancreatin hydrolysate were different. In conclusion, the results provided some basic information that would contribute to the utilisation of these protein fractions.

A new reagent, 7-(4,5-dimethylthiazolyl-2-azo)-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid, has been examined to evaluate its usefulness as a spectrophotometric reagent for thallium(III). A purple-red complex is formed in aqueous solution at pH 4-5 in the presence of cetylpyridinium chloride and the stoichimetric ratio is 1:2 (Tl:reagent). The apparent stability constant is 1.5 x 10(11). The effect of diverse ions has been studied and a method for determining trace amounts of thallium is proposed.
