In order to improve the accuracy and security of encrypted holographic 3D geographic information data acquisition and improve the actual resolution of geographic information files, a blind watermarking algorithm for encrypted holographic 3D geographic information data based on mapping mechanism is proposed. According to the characteristics of the mapping mechanism, a mapping mechanism structure diagram is constructed; Under the mapping mechanism technology, blind watermark data is preprocessed. Then, a watermark embedding operation is performed to obtain the watermark information image, and then a blind watermark that encrypts the holographic three-dimensional geographic information data is extracted. Finally, using the blind watermark signal as input, the blind watermark information is obtained by using the watermark strength, and the holographic 3D geographic data information is segmented and encrypted to complete blind watermark detection. The blind watermark algorithm for encrypting the holographic 3D geographic information data is studied. The results show that the maximum difference between the correlation coefficient of the algorithm in this paper and the correlation coefficient of the unaffected algorithm is only 0.04, which has better anti attack performance, high security, good terrain information collection ability, high data accuracy, and can achieve curvature repair of information data.

Despite this, there is limited information on patient preferences for seeking medical attention for HZ and zoster-associated pain (ZAP). Our study aimed to evaluate how frequently patients with ZAP choose to visit neurologists for their symptoms.Methods: This study conducted a retrospective review of electronic health records in three general hospitals from January 2017 to June 2022. Using association rule mining, the study analyzed referral behaviors.Results: We identified 33,633 patients with 111,488 outpatient visits over 5.5 years. The study found that the majority of patients (74.77– 91.22%) visited dermatologists during their first outpatient visit, while only a small percentage (0.86– 1.47%) preferred to consult a neurologist. The proportion of patients referred to a specialist during their medical visit varied significantly between different specialties within the same hospital (p < 0.05) and even within the same specialty (p< 0.05). There was a weak association (Lift:1.00– 1.17) of referral behaviors between dermatology and neurology. Across the three hospitals, the average number of visits to a neurologist for ZAP was 1.42– 2.49, with an average electronic health record duration of 11– 15 days per patient. After consulting with a neurologist, some patients were referred to other specialists.Conclusion: It was observed that patients with HZ and ZAP tended to visit a variety of specialists, with only a small number seeking the assistance of neurologists. BACKGROUND: In the present scenario, there is no unified measurement standard for the five basic requirements of the Tuina manipulation, such as “lasting, uniform, gentle, powerful and penetrating”, and the descriptions that are solely based on the words are difficult to interpret. As a result, a quantitative study of the Tuina manipulation can aid in the development of a unified standard for Tuina manipulation, thereby assisting the transmission and advancement of the Tuina science. OBJECTIVE: Using the Tuina manipulation data gloves and data collection system, and taking Ding’s rolling manipulation as the research object, the present study explored the necessity and significance of quantitative research on the inheritance and development of traditional Tuina manipulation. METHODS: Using the Tuina experts as the research object, the manipulation characteristics and parameter signs of Ding’s rolling manipulation were collected and analyzed by employing the “Tuina manipulation data gloves and data collecting system”. RESULTS: ⟀ The force waveforms, peaks and minima of each detection point altered regularly, and the force values of the front and back pendulum waveforms varied significantly with small differences in the waveform height. ⟁ The Tuina force values of the experts were concentrated in 0.70–0.85 kg, the frequency was concentrated at 120–160 times/min, and the period was about 0.4 s. ⟂ The peak, minimum, and mean of the ai1 channel was greater than ai4, all of which were statistically significant (P< 0.05). The ai6 peak, minimum, and mean were greater than ai3 and statistically significant (P< 0.05). The ai2 peak was greater than ai5, which was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The ai2 minimum was greater than ai5, and the ai2 mean was less than ai5, all of which were statistically significant (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: It was found that the objectification studies of the experts performing Tuina practices should be based on real clinical process. Furthermore, the results of the quantitative study can present the quantitative characteristics of the expert’s parameters, as well as the details of the manipulation process. Thus, the quantitative study of the parameters is of great significance in the transmission and development of the expert’s manipulation.

BACKGROUND: Previous studies showed that local vibration stimulation therapy was effective in relieving fatigue, and the effects of different modes of vibration stimulation therapy were further investigated. OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to examine the effects of different vibration stimulation modes on relieving acute exercise fatigue based on the multiphysiological indicators such as heart rate variability (HRV), skin conductance level (SCL), and ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) subjective scale. METHODS: Sixty participants selected from the dragon boat team of the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into acupoint stimulation group (20 participants), muscle stimulation group (20 participants), and control group (20 participants) by complete randomization. RESULTS: (1) RPE: both stimulation groups showed a significant increase compared to the control group. (2) Heart rate values: the difference between muscle stimulation group and control group was statistically significant; (3) SCL: the two stimulation groups had significantly higher and statistically significant differences in SCL (max) and SCL (mean) values compared to the control group; the muscle stimulation group had statistically significant differences in SCL (min) compared to the control group, and the acupoint stimulation group had statistically significant differences in SCL (v) compared to the control group; (4) HRV (hf): The difference between the acupoint stimulation group and the muscle stimulation group was statistically significant. CONCLUSION: (1) Both stimulation groups are part of vibration therapy, which can relieve sympathetic tension and regulate the vegetative nervous system’s relaxation effect. (2) The meridian-vessel theory may be related to the acupoint stimulation group. The low-level visceral regulation centers in the spinal nerve segment region, where the acupoints are located, trigger changes in autonomic tone and enhance parasympathetic nerve activity to relieve acute motor fatigue. (3) The muscle stimulation group may be due to the 30-Hz vibration frequency’s ability to raise muscle epidermal temperature, which increases blood flow and reflexively inhibits sympathetic excitation.

Repeated-measures analyses of variance were used to evaluate the effect on pain levels. Generalized estimation equations were used to analyze the cause-effect relationship between pain fluctuations and influencing factors.Results: At the treatment endpoint, the group, treatment time, and group interacted with treatment time effects of the pain scores and area were statistically significant (P< 0.001), The pain scores were 2.9 ± 0.9 (MI) and 4.3 ± 1.5 (PO). 80.00% (MI) or 28.21% (PO) of patients had pain scores ≤ 3, the odds ratio was 2.84 (95% CI: 1.68 to 4.79). The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia was 5.0% (2/40) at 3 months. Pain fluctuated repeatedly during treatment. The pain fluctuation increased from 8.75 log folds in the afternoon, to 79.85 log folds at night. With the ADLs level increasing from 1 to 3, the pain fluctuated from 4.28 to 17.70 log folds. Allodynia, itching, sleep quality, and ADLs were the significant influencing factors (P< 0.05).Conclusion: This study validated the efficacy of methylcobalamin combined with lidocaine for SHN, and confirmed that pain levels in patients with SHN had an obvious circadian rhythm. Primary water and oxygen isotope composition are important tools in tracing magma source and evolution. Metamictization of zircon due to U-Th radioactive decay may introduce external secondary water to the crystal, thereby masking the primary water and oxygen isotope signature. Recently, Raman-based screening has been established to select the low-degree metamict zircons. However, such an approach may not be appropriate for ancient samples, in which nearly all zircons are metamict. It was reported that thermal annealing can potentially heal crystals and retrieve primary water content and δ18O information from metamict zircons, given the weaker hydrogen bond of secondary water than that of primary water. Heating experiments at temperatures of 200–1000 °C over a period of 2–10 h reveal that annealing can effectively recover primary water and oxygen isotopes from metamict zircons. Primary water in crystalline and metamict zircons remains intact when heated at 4 h, which represent the optimal annealing treatment condition. Hydrothermally altered zircon is an exception. It only yields the minimum estimate of its primary water contents at 600 °C over a period of >4 h, probably due to partial primary water loss during metamictization for hydrothermal zircons. Moreover, the proportion of low-δ18O (700 °C. This study therefore provides the basis for applying zircon water and δ18O proxies to geologically ancient samples.

With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology, the problem of zero-trust networks has become increasingly prominent, and secure multi-party computation has become a research hotspot to solve the problem of zero-trust networks. The secure judgment of point and line relationship is an important research branch of secure computing set geometry. However, most of resent secure computing protocols of point and line relationship are designed in the semi-honest model and cannot resist malicious attacks. Therefore, this paper analyzes the possible malicious adversary behaviors and designs a secure protocol in the malicious model. In this paper, the Paillier cryptosystem, zero- knowledge proof, and cut-choose method are used to resist malicious behavior, and the real/ideal model paradigm method is used to prove the security of the protocol. This paper identifies and addresses a serious design bias of existing salient object detection (SOD) datasets, which unrealistically assume that each image should contain at least one clear and uncluttered salient object. This design bias has led to a saturation in performance for state-of-the-art SOD models when evaluated on existing datasets. However, these models are still far from satisfactory when applied to real-world scenes. Based on our analyses, we propose a new high-quality dataset and update the previous saliency benchmark. Specifically, our dataset, called Salient Objects in Clutter~\textbf{(SOC)}, includes images with both salient and non-salient objects from several common object categories. In addition to object category annotations, each salient image is accompanied by attributes that reflect common challenges in common scenes, which can help provide deeper insight into the SOD problem. Further, with a given saliency encoder, e.g., the backbone network, existing saliency models are designed to achieve mapping from the training image set to the training ground-truth set. We, therefore, argue that improving the dataset can yield higher performance gains than focusing only on the decoder design. With this in mind, we investigate several dataset-enhancement strategies, including label smoothing to implicitly emphasize salient boundaries, random image augmentation to adapt saliency models to various scenarios, and self-supervised learning as a regularization strategy to learn from small datasets. Our extensive results demonstrate the effectiveness of these tricks. Flowering plants have evolved numerous intraspecific and interspecific prezygotic reproductive barriers to prevent production of unfavourable offspring1. Within a species, self-incompatibility (SI) is a widely utilized mechanism that rejects self-pollen2,3 to avoid inbreeding depression. Interspecific barriers restrain breeding between species and often follow the SI × self-compatible (SC) rule, that is, interspecific pollen is unilaterally incompatible (UI) on SI pistils but unilaterally compatible (UC) on SC pistils1,4–6. The molecular mechanisms underlying SI, UI, SC and UC and their interconnections in the Brassicaceae remain unclear. Here we demonstrate that the SI pollen determinant S-locus cysteine-rich protein/S-locus protein 11 (SCR/SP11)2,3 or a signal from UI pollen binds to the SI female determinant S-locus receptor kinase (SRK)2,3, recruits FERONIA (FER)7–9 and activates FER-mediated reactive oxygen species production in SI stigmas10,11 to reject incompatible pollen. For compatible responses, diverged pollen coat protein B-class12–14 from SC and UC pollen differentially trigger nitric oxide, nitrosate FER to suppress reactive oxygen species in SC stigmas to facilitate pollen growth in an intraspecies-preferential manner, maintaining species integrity. Our results show that SRK and FER integrate mechanisms underlying intraspecific and interspecific barriers and offer paths to achieve distant breeding in Brassicaceae crops.

Purpose The physics design of the High Energy Photon Source (HEPS) was finished after many times of iteration. Hereby, the typical equilibrium electron beam parameters corresponding to the proposed two baseline operation modes in the baseline design of HEPS are presented. Methods To compute the equilibrium parameters of the electron beam, the lattice parameters, RF parameters, and the parameters of the insertion devices (IDs) were determined first. Furthermore, it is more precise to use the full-current electron beam parameters in the estimations of the performance of the synchrotron light. Therefore, not only the single-particle dynamics but also the current-dependent collective effects need to be considered in the computations of the full-current, equilibrium parameters of the electron beam. Both analytic computations and multi-particle tracking simulations were carried out. Results The full-current, equilibrium parameters of the electron beams in the HEPS storage ring are presented in this paper. Moreover, the main beam parameters in the injector (the booster and the LINAC), corresponding to the two baseline operation modes of the storage ring, are also presented. Conclusion The typical electron beam parameters corresponding to the two baseline operation modes are given in detail in this paper.

The pressure dependence of the lattice and elastic constants of the binary precipitates γ-TiAl, DO22-Al3Ti and α2-Ti3Al are firstly investigated by using a first-principles approach. The calculated results at 0 GPa and 0 K agree well with the existing experimental and other theoretical values. Using the density-functional perturbation theory (DFPT) under the quasiharmonic approximation (QHA), the temperature and pressure dependencies of the bulk modulus, the Gibbs free energy, the thermal expansion coefficient, as well as the heat capacity at constant pressure are investigated systematically in the ranges of 0–1000 K and 0–30 GPa.

Bisphosphoglycerate mutase (BPGM) is expressed in human erythrocytes and responsible for the production of 2,3-bisphosphoglycerate (2,3-DPG). However, the expression and role of BPGM in other cells have not been reported. In this work, we found that BPGM was significantly upregulated in astrocytes upon acute hypoxia, and the role of this phenomenon will be clarified in the following report.The mRNA and protein expression levels of BPGM and the content of 2,3-DPG with hypoxia treatment were determined in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, glycolysis was evaluated upon in hypoxic astrocytes with BPGM knockdown and in normoxic astrocytes with BPGM overexpression or 2,3-DPG treatment. To investigate the mechanism by which BPGM/2,3-DPG regulated glycolysis in hypoxic astrocytes, we detected the expression of HIF-1α, FIH-1 and TET2 with silencing or overexpression of BPGM and 2,3-DPG treatment.The expression of glycolytic genes and the capacity of lactate markedly increased with 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 36 h and 48 h 1 % OOur study revealed that the BPGM/2,3-DPG pathway presented a suppressive effect on glycolysis in hypoxic astrocytes by negatively regulating HIF-1α and TET2.
