Colorectal cancer (CRC) substantially contributes to cancer-related deaths worldwide. Recently, a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), LINC01614, has emerged as a vital gene regulator in cancer progression. Yet, how LINC01614 affects CRC progression remains enigmatic. Here, we defined LINC01614 expression in CRC, investigated the performance of CRC cells lacking LINC01614, and elucidated the underpinning mechanism. We observed that LINC01614 was upregulated in both CRC tissues and cell lines. LINC01614 knockdown repressed the proliferation and metastasis capacity of CRC cell lines. Consistently, an in vivo LINC01614 deficiency model exhibited slow tumor growth rate. Moreover, luciferase reporter assay, RNA pull-down, and immunoprecipitation confirmed that LINC01614 targeted miR-217-5p. LINC01614 knockdown reduced the expression of HMGA1 and N-cadherin, while increasing that of E-cadherin, resulting in decreased viability, proliferation, migration, and invasion capacity of CRC cells. Our results demonstrate that LINC01614 regulates CRC progression by modulating the miR-217-5p/HMGA1 axis, thus holding great potential as a prognostic biomarker for CRC diagnosis and treatment.

Mount Everest (Qomolangma), the highest mountain on Earth, is an unrivaled natural research platform for understanding multispheric interactions over heterogeneous landscapes. The land–atmosphere interactions in this iconic mountain region have paramount importance for weather and climate predictions at both regional and global scales; however, observing and modeling these interactions is inherently challenging due to the extreme environment. The scarcity of multiscale observations hinders progress in this field. Thus, establishing a comprehensive network to systematically observe the land–atmosphere interactions across multiscales in this unrivaled region, is the basis for gaining a better understanding of weather, climate, and climate change. As one of the 69 national observation and research stations in China, the Qomolangma Special Atmospheric Processes and Environmental Changes (QOMS) observation network of land–atmosphere interactions has been established over the northern slope of Mount Everest since 2005. This network consists of six sites with different underlying surfaces, which significantly improves the observational capabilities for the climate system. These observations have promoted the understanding of land–atmosphere interactions and their impacts on multiscale weather patterns, atmospheric circulations, and climate and have provided data support for informing and guiding model development and remote sensing monitoring. Facing an unprecedented opportunity with enormous development possibilities, we emphasize the considerable potential of these observations for understanding and predicting weather and climate in the Himalayas and beyond. Additionally, we expect to extend the future focus to model–data fusion and to societally relevant applications, such as natural disaster prevention and climate change mitigation and adaptation.

Teacher work engagement is one of the standards to measure teachers' professional dedication, and it is also a key factor affecting the quality of teaching. Through literature research, questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis, this paper investigated 400 teachers from four public undergraduate universities in Sichuan Province and used SPSS software for descriptive statistical analysis to obtain the correlation between variables. The results show that teacher job satisfaction, work engagement, and self-efficacy are both significantly correlated, and self-efficacy plays a mediating role between teacher job satisfaction and work engagement. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of teachers, and holds that colleges and universities should improve their salary, team building, assessment management, and humanistic care, so as to continuously improve teachers' sense of acquisition and happiness.

The value realization pathways of ecological products are major challenges for China’s ecological civilization construction, which plays a critical strategic and practical role. In the process of ecological restoration projects, the selection of value realization pathways provides a feasible basis for the practice of ecological restoration. Cost-benefit analysis can be used to select the best restoration measures or models for the government or businesses, maximizing the environmental and economic benefits of restoration projects. This paper reviewed the value accounting research related to cost-benefit assessment in China. Currently, traditional independent empirical studies on specific ecosystem services are the focus of research and some policies have been established from these. In the assessment, the relevant methods were seen to still have limitations in terms of data sources, reference systems, and database improvement. It is noted that the benefit transfer method is still underdeveloped in China but has good prospects. The paper analyzed the main role of benefit transfer in policy making and the method’s scientific development, as well as elucidating the problems and challenges of the benefit transfer method. This study also presents a review of current policies and research on ecosystem service valuation policies and potential ways for ecological restoration. Due to the great spatial variations in socio-economic conditions and resource endowments in different regions in China, it is necessary to consider regional differences and adjust ecological restoration to local conditions. Furthermore, relevant realization paths and future research perspectives were put forward.

GABA was shown to have an antagonistic effect on AD by regulating CNTN1/2. Furthermore, circAPLP2 was found to be down-regulated in the AD brain, and the CEBPα/circAPLP2/miR-671-5p pathway mediates the regulation of CNTN1/2 expression by GABA.

One-step rapid colorimetric detection method for K+ based on size matching was established with excellent selectivity and interference immunity. The LOD for K+ is 20 μM with the naked eye and 2.16 μM with UV-vis absorption spectroscopy.

Biodegradable materials with antibacterial properties are highly promising. A novel antimicrobial nanocellulose (ECP) was synthesized in one-step by enzyme-catalyzed method to improve the mechanical and antimicrobial properties of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) [P(HB-co-HV)]. The biodegradable nanocomposites were prepared by melt blending and the performance analysis results show that the nanocomposites display enhanced mechanical performances and antibacterial activities. Compared with the neat P(HB-co-HV), the P(HB-co-HV) doped with 0.5 wt%-ECP shows the highest mechanical properties with yield strength/elongation at break of 29.3 MPa, 7.63 %, respectively, an increase of 38 %/59 %, and a clear inhibition zone against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) of approximately 3.0 mm. As a heterogeneous nucleation agent, ECP optimizes nucleation, and the interfacial interaction between phenol group and matrix promotes the compatibility and dispersion of ECP, resulting in superior mechanical properties of ECP-based composites. The P(HB-co-HV)/ECP nanocomposites have great potential in biomedical materials especially for the bone defect filling material.

To investigate ICU nurses' knowledge level with regard to device-related pressure injuries in northern, central, and southern China and analyse its influencing factors. A total of 261 ICU nurses participated in this cross-sectional survey A convenience sampling method was used to select ICU nurses as respondents from one hospital in each of the six cities of Taiyuan, Wuhan, Xianning, Guangzhou, Foshan, and Huizhou. Data were collected using the MDRPI Knowledge Questionnaire. The questionnaire was developed by the investigators based on a summary of evidence of MDRPI, which has been reviewed and validated by experts. The obtained data were analysed using SPSS software. The average rate of the correct response about MDRPI was 60.54% (15.74 ± 2.90). The lowest percentage of correct responses was on the "concept and staging" dimension rated 28% (0.56 ± 0.67). The "skin assessment" dimension rated 39.2% (1.57 ± 0.84). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the MDRPI knowledge of ICU nurses included hospital grade, the highest educational attainment, whether or not they had wound care certification, when they last attended MDRPI training or lectures, and whether or not they had attended MDRPI training or lectures. The level of knowledge of nurses about MDRPI was insufficient. Training of ICU nurses on MDRPI should be emphasised at the institutional level. MDRPI training contents should be based on clinical evidence and updated timely. There is a need to focus on the training of wound care certification and education.

In order to solve the problems of high consumption cost and long transportation and distribution cycle of cross-border logistics, a control optimization design method of radio frequency identification technology in the express logistics distribution system of the Internet of Things is proposed. The details of the method are RFID positioning technology, laser ranging technology, RFID and laser fusion positioning feasibility analysis, and moving target state estimation. The experimental results show that when the phase shift threshold φ and the included angle of the antenna are 90°, the error can be reduced to 0.36 m, and the recognition rate can be increased to 94.8%. The simulation results show that, on the premise of meeting the customer’s expectation of timeliness, the actual logistics distribution cost is significantly lower than the customer’s expected logistics distribution cost, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Teratozoospermia is usually associated with defective spermiogenesis and is a disorder with considerable genetic heterogeneity. Although previous studies have identified several teratozoospermia-associated genes, the etiology remains unknown for a majority of affected men. Here, we identified a homozygous missense mutation and a compound heterozygous mutation of CCIN in patients suffering from teratozoospermia. CCIN encodes the cytoskeletal protein Calicin that is involved in the formation and maintenance of the highly regular organization of the calyx of mammalian spermatozoa, and has been proposed to play a role in sperm head structure remodeling during the process of spermiogenesis. Our morphological and ultrastructural analyses of the spermatozoa obtained from all three men harboring deleterious CCIN mutants reveal severe head malformation. Further immunofluorescence assays unveil markedly reduced levels of Calicin in spermatozoa. These patient phenotypes are successfully recapitulated in mouse models expressing the disease-associated variants, confirming the role of Calicin in male fertility. Notably, all mutant spermatozoa from mice and human patients fail to adhere to the zona mass, which likely is the major mechanistic reason for CCIN-mutant sperm-derived infertility. Finally, the use of intra-cytoplasmic sperm injections (ICSI) successfully makes mutated mice and two couples with CCIN variants have healthy offspring. Taken together, our findings identify the role of Calicin in sperm head shaping and male fertility, providing important guidance for genetic counseling and assisted reproduction treatments.

Due to the allochthonous input of nutrients and species, the cumulative effects of water diversion on water-receiving lakes deserve attention. Taking the water diversion project from the Yangtze River to Lake Taihu (WDYT) as an example, we explored the temporal effects of WDYT on the phytoplankton community and physicochemical habitat of Lake Taihu in autumn and winter from 2013 to 2018. Although the short-term diversion significantly increased the risk of importing nutrients, the relatively high quality of the diversion water compared with other inflow rivers had improved the water quality of the water-receiving lake region. The seasonal water diversion significantly increased phytoplankton diversity and community network complexity and reshaped the lacustrine community to be diatom-dominated with their relative proportions of 24.1-64.9% during water diversion periods. The contributions of physicochemical habitat changes induced by water diversion to variations in phytoplankton communities were 24.0-28.0%. The differences in phytoplankton diversity, community composition and physicochemical habitat in the water-receiving lake region between the diversion and non-diversion years were more evident than those between the non-diversion years in the same season, when comparing the multivariate dispersion indices among them. However, the lacustrine phytoplankton community during non-diversion periods still has not been essentially altered after several years of diversion, so the pulse effects of short-term water diversion were more obvious than the long-term cumulative impacts. Better control of allochthonous nutrients, appropriate increase in inflow water, adhering to the long-term operation, should be effective to enhance ecological benefits of such water diversion projects.

Uniaxial compression tests were performed on coal specimens with five fissure angles to study the mechanical behaviors and acoustic emission (AE) characteristics of fractured coals. AE and video monitoring techniques were used to examine crack propagation in the fractured specimens. The stress–strain curves, mechanical properties, and cracking processes at different fissure angles were analysed. The AE counts and dominant frequency characteristics, during the failure processes of the specimens, were investigated. In addition, five types of AE signals were classified according to the AE spectral frequency analysis, and low-frequency–high-energy signals were used to accurately predict the brittle fracture processes of the fractured specimens. Finally, a comparison with sandstone specimens revealed the influence of primary cracks on the strength of brittle coal specimens containing preexisting fissures under uniaxial compression. The test results are helpful to elucidate the mechanical behavior and failure mechanism in underground engineering, such as hydraulic slotting in mines.

Despite the availability of new agents, elderly patients with multiple myeloma (MM) usually present with poor outcomes due to the heterogeneity of disease conditions, especially immune deficiency. Regulatory B cells (Bregs) can be involved in immune defects by exerting immune regulatory functions in MM. In order to provide more evidence-based practice for the elderly MM, the study established and assessed a stratified therapeutic model with studies on Bregs for Chinese Elderly Multiple Myeloma in 2021 (CEMM2021).In this open-label, non-interventional, prospective study in the real world, 159 newly diagnosed MM (NDMM) patients over 65 years old were sequentially recruited and bone marrow aspirates prior to treatment were obtained to detect the ratios of Bregs by flow cytometry.Based on the CEMM2021 model, 147 patients had received at least one cycle of induction therapy, including bortezomib/dexamethasone (Bd) (n = 80), lenalidomide/dexamethasone (Rd) (n = 27), Bd with a third agent X (Bd + X) (n = 27), and other regimens (n = 13). The proportions of patients achieving very good partial response or better were comparable among Bd, Bd + X, and Rd groups (41.9% vs. 54.5% vs. 44.0%, p = 0.472). Besides, the progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were not significantly different among Rd, Bd, and Bd + X groups. Multivariable analysis showed that induction efficacy less than partial response (PR) were poor prognostic factors for PFS, while Revised-International Staging System (R-ISS) III and efficacy less than PR were poor prognostic factors for OS. This study also found that the ratios of bone marrow Bregs10% (p = 0.036) and SUVmax of PET-CT scan4.2 (p = 0.000) were closely correlated with OS in the elderly MM.For the elderly NDMM, the CEMM2021 algorithm in our center might provide a valuable reference for the guidance of therapeutic strategies, with the combination of Bregs resulting in an effective and clinically meaningful prediction in contemporary treatment.

The flat peach is a high economic value table fruit possessing excellent quality and a unique aroma. This article investigated the quality characteristics and aroma fingerprinting of flat peaches (Qingpan, QP; Ruipan 2, R2; Ruipan 4, R4; Wanpan, WP) from Xinjiang in terms of taste, antioxidant capacity, and volatile aroma compounds using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and HS-SPME-GC-MS. The results showed that the flat peaches had a good taste and high antioxidant capacity, mainly due to the high sugar–low acid property and high levels of phenolic compounds. This study found that sucrose (63.86~73.86%) was the main sugar, and malic acid (5.93~14.96%) and quinic acid (5.25~15.01%) were the main organic acids. Furthermore, chlorogenic acid (main phenolic compound), epicatechin, rutin, catechin, proanthocyanidin B1, and neochlorogenic acid were positively related to the antioxidant activity of flat peaches. All flat peaches had similar aroma characteristics and were rich in aromatic content. Aldehydes (especially benzaldehyde and 2-hexenal) and esters were the main volatile compounds. The aroma fingerprinting of flat peaches consisted of hexanal, 2-hexenal, nonanal, decanal, benzaldehyde, 2,4-decadienal, dihydro-β-ionone, 6-pentylpyran-2-one, 2-hexenyl acetate, ethyl caprylate, γ-decalactone, and theaspirane, with a “peach-like”, “fruit”, and “coconut-like” aroma. Among them, 2,4-decadienal, 2-hexenyl acetate, and theaspirane were the characteristic aroma compounds of flat peaches. The results provide a theoretical basis for the industrial application of the special aroma of flat peaches.

Microneme protein 2 (MIC2) and MIC2-associated protein (M2AP) play crucial roles in the gliding motility and host cell invasion of Toxoplasma gondii. Complex formation between MIC2 and M2AP is required for maturation and transport from the microneme to the parasite surface. Previous studies showed that M2AP associates with the 6th TSR domain of MIC2 (TSR6), but the detailed interaction remains unclear. In this study, we determined crystal structures of MA2P alone and in complex with TSR6. TSR domains have an unusually thin, long structure with a layer of intercalated residues on one side. The non-layered side of TSR6 with hotspot residue His-620 at the center binds to M2AP. Remarkably, we discovered that TSR6 residue Y602 is dynamic; it equilibrates between being part of the layer (the layered state) and in a flipped-out state in the absence of M2AP. However, when bound to M2AP, Y602 shifts to the flipped-out state. Our findings provide insights into the association and stabilization of MIC2-M2AP complex, and may be used to develop new therapies to prevent infections caused by this parasite.

Salmonella Enteritidis (SE) is one of the most important pathogens posing a huge threat to the poultry industry, bacteriophages are used as an alternative antibiotic product for the treatment of SE due to their specific bactericidal effect and safety. This study aimd to investigate the protective effect of bacteriophage against SE infection of chicken intestinal epithelial cells. Chicken intestinal epithelial cells were treated with different concentrations of bacterial suspension, and cell damage was assessed by measuring the changes of cell viability and observation by transmission electron microscopy. In the phage protection experiment, the phages were co-incubated with SE for 2, 4, and 6 h, the adhesion rate and invasion rate of bacteria and gene transcription levels of Occludin, Claudin-1, ZO-1, NF-κB p65, TNF-α and IL-6 in cells were determined. The results showed that the transcription level of immune factor gene in chicken small intestinal epithelial cells was significantly decreased, and the transcription level of tight junction protein gene was significantly increased. Phages could decrease the infection of bacteria to chicken intestinal epithelial cells. Furthermore, phages were able to alleviate inflammation and barrier integrity disruption inflicted by bacteria in the co-culture. Based on these observations, phages seemed to be promising candidates for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal bacterial infections.

Depression is a common psychological disease, which has become one of the main factors affecting human health. It has a serious impact on individuals, families, and society. With the prevalence of COVID-19, the incidence of depression has further increased worldwide. It has been confirmed that probiotics play a role in preventing and treating depression. Especially, Bifidobacterium is the most widely used probiotic and has positive effects on the treatment of depression. The mechanisms underlying its antidepressant effects might include anti-inflammation and regulation of tryptophan metabolism, 5-hydroxytryptamine synthesis, and the hypothalamus-pituitary–adrenal axis. In this mini-review, the relationship between Bifidobacterium and depression was summarized. It is hoped that Bifidobacterium-related preparations would play a positive role in the prevention and treatment of depression in the future.

Core–shell composites with strong weather resistance, mechanical strength and creep resistance can be prepared using co-extrusion technology. Considering the weak bonding strength between core–shell interfaces, this study started from the concept of a mortise and tenon combination; three types of conical, rectangular and trapezoidal mortise and tenon joints were prepared, and their bending properties, long-term creep properties, interfacial bonding properties, and dimensional stability properties were tested. Results showed that the mortise and tenon structure could form a mechanical interlock between the outer-shell-layer polyvinyl chloride (PVC) wood–plastic composite (WPVC) and the inner-core-layer laminated veneer lumber (LVL), which could effectively improve the interface bonding property between the two layers. Among them, the trapezoidal mortise and tenon structure had the largest interface bonding force compared with the tapered and rectangular mortise and tenon structure, where the interface bonding strength reached 1.01 MPa. Excellent interface bonding can effectively transfer and disperse stress, so the trapezoidal mortise and tenon structure had the best bending properties and creep resistance, with a bending strength of 59.54 MPa and a bending modulus of 5.56 GPa. In the long-term creep test, the deformation was also the smallest at about 0.2%, and its bending properties, creep resistance and interface bonding performance were also the best. The bending strength was 59.54 MPa and the bending modulus was 5.56 GPa; in the long-term creep test, the strain curve was the lowest, about 0.2%. In addition, the mortise and tenon structure could disperse the stress of the inner shell LVL after water absorption and expansion, thus significantly improving the dimensional stability of the co-extruded composite after water absorption.

Flexible perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have drawn increasing attention due to their promising applications for wearable electronics and aerospace applications. However, the efficiency and stability of flexible PSCs still lag behind their rigid counterparts. Here, we use N,N-dimethyl acrylamide (DMAA) to in situ synthesize cross-linking polymer for flexible Sn–Pb mixed PSCs. DMAA can gather at grain boundary as a scaffold to regulate the crystallization of perovskite and reduce defects. The rigid and flexible Sn–Pb mixed PSCs showed efficiencies of 16.44% and 15.44%, respectively. In addition, the flexible Sn–Pb mixed PSCs demonstrated excellent bending durability, which retained over 80% of the original efficiency after 5000 bending cycles at a radius of 5 mm.

In mammals, neural encoding of sounds is mediated by ribbon-type synapses between inner ear hair cells (IHCs) and postsynaptic spiral ganglion neurons. These specialized connections are arranged along the IHC basolateral surface with gradient changes in morphology and electrophysiological properties, which are essential for the level coding of sound intensity. Large synaptic ribbons, which predominantly reside on the modiolar IHC face, are responsive to loud sounds and more susceptible to acoustic insults. Selective loss of them is the major cause for reduced cochlear audible range. However, other than fewer ribbons after noise exposure, the consequential presynaptic reorganization in the IHCs remains less characterized. Here, by means of volume electron microscopy and artificial intelligence-assisted image analysis, we investigated noise exposure-related changes in the mouse IHCs. Apart from morphological changes of the ribbon-type active zones, our quantifications reveal differential synaptic reorganization in the IHCs with staggered basolateral pole orientations as well as reduced spatial correlation between ribbons and proximal mitochondria. Together, these results argue for putative presynaptic mechanisms underlying activity-dependent structural changes in the sensory epithelial cells.

α-synuclein (α-syn) is a highly conserved and thermostable protein that is widely distributed in human brain. An intracellular aggregation of α-syn in dopaminergic neurons is the hallmark of a group of neurodegenerative diseases including Parkinson's disease. Interestingly, α-syn is also highly expressed in red blood cells and is considered as one of the most abundant proteins in red blood cells. Moreover, α-syn is thought to play a regulatory role during normal erythropoiesis. However, whether α-syn participates in the pathogenesis of erythroid diseases has not been reported. In this review, we discuss the protein structure of α-syn and the importance of α-syn in erythropoiesis.

Binders play a key role in maintaining the integrity of high-capacity silicon anodes, which otherwise experience serious capacity decay during cycling caused by huge volume variation of the silicon. With an aim to developing a highly efficient polymeric binder to mitigate this capacity decay, we present a novel binder synthesized from polyacrylic acid (PAA) and polymerized β-cyclodextrin (β-CDp) for Si anodes for the lithium-ion batteries. This PAA-β-CDp binder has a 3D network structure, which provides strong adhesion between the active material and the current collector. PAA-β-CDp binder makes silicon anode achieve a specific capacity of 2326.4 mAhg

In recent years, natural disasters such as hurricanes and floods have become more frequent, which usually leads to the pollution of drinking water. Drinking contaminated water may cause public health emergencies. The demand for healthy drinking water in disaster-affected areas is huge and urgent. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a simple water treatment technology suitable for emergencies. Inspired by nature, a fractional spray method was used to prepare graded purification material under mild conditions. The material consists of a calcium alginate isolation layer and a functional layer composed of calcium alginate, polyethylenimine, and water-based polyurethane, which can purify complex pollutants in water such as heavy metals, oils, pathogens, and micro/nano plastics through percolation. It does not require additional energy and can purify polluted water only under gravity. A disposable paper cup model was also designed, which can be used to obtain purified water by immersing in polluted water directly without other filtering devices. The test report shows that the water obtained from the paper cup was deeply purified. This design makes the material user-friendly and has the potential as a strategic material. This discovery can effectively improve the safety of drinking water after disasters and improve people's quality of life.

PCGEM1 facilitates prostate cancer (PCa) progression. This study aimed to elucidate the mechanism of action of PCGEM1 in PCa. The expression of PCGEM1, microRNA miR-129-5p, chromatin licensing, and DNA replication factor 1 (CDT1) was detected by quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (qRT-PCR). A series of function experiments including cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8), caspase-3 activity, and cell cycle assays were performed to evaluate the influence of PCGEM1, miR-129-5p, and CDT1 on the biological processes of PCa cells. CyclinD1, cyclin dependent kinase 4 (CDK4), Bax, and Bcl-2 protein levels were measured by western blotting. Subcellular isolation revealed the distribution of PCa cells. The connections between PCGEM1, miR-129-5p, and CDT1 were evaluated by luciferase, RIP assay, and Pearson correlation analysis. Both PCGEM1 and CDT1 were upregulated in PCa, while miR-129-5p was downregulated and negatively correlated with PCGEM1 and CDT1. Downregulation of PCGEM1 or CDT1 inhibited the viability, promoted apoptosis and cycle arrest of PCa cells

This study aimed to evaluate the QT prolongation potential of domperidone in healthy Chinese participants and explore the possibility of a thorough QT (TQT) study in China with a smaller sample size using concentration-QT (C-QT) modeling. Part 1 was a randomized, placebo- and positive-controlled, multiple-dose, 4-way crossover TQT study in healthy Chinese participants; 44 participants were randomized to either domperidone 10/20 mg or placebo 3 times daily, on days 1 to 3, followed by a single dose of either 10/20 mg domperidone/domperidone-placebo/domperidone-placebo plus 400 mg of moxifloxacin, on day 4. Twelve-lead electrocardiograms were recorded in triplicate at predefined time points with pharmacokinetic sampling. The results were that change from baseline in QT interval corrected for heart rate (QTc) using the Fridericia formula (QTcF) between domperidone and placebo was 1.3 milliseconds and 2.7 milliseconds for 10 and 20 mg 3 times daily, and upper limits of 2-sided 90%CI for all time points were below regulatory threshold of 10 milliseconds. In part 2, resampling analysis using C-QT modeling for moxifloxacin showed false-negative rates of5% with sample sizes ≥6. We could conclude that no clinically relevant effect on corrected QT interval or new safety signals was observed with domperidone. A dedicated TQT study with C-QT modeling could assess drug effects on QT/corrected QT intervals for novel drug development in China.
