Search

National security and sustainability are the main priority of any state. Therefore the Republic of Lithuania as well as any other state follows its National Security Strategy which establishes the interests of national security, directions of its evolution, the security and defence policy in general, means and types of risk factors and threats to the national security. This study investigates the issues of legal preparation in the military high school. The topical issues directly related to the national defence and security which arise in the run of the training course for the military, especially junior leaders at the institution of higher education in the sphere of providing them with the basic legal knowledge, are presented and examined in the article. In the process of training and upbringing of a junior leader more attention is paid to their professional skills and competencies, and a leader’s and subordinate’s personality, therefore, a system of legal preparation and training provided for students of this kind of educational institutions, its role and degree of influence on personal qualities of a future leader have not yet been studied and described in scientific publications. The above mentioned observations determined the rationale for choosing the topic for the research paper. Its relevance is without doubt. It has been concluded that a leader who is politically correct and competent in the legal sphere can ensure that the decisions made are well-reasoned, consistent and adequate, and they are aimed at the elimination of possible disagreements which might emerge in the sphere of human resource management, management of military units in the run of resolving their daily tasks, holding negotiations at any levels, as well as enhancement of the army’s defensive power in general.

Šio straipsnio tikslas – apžvelgti verslumo integravimą į aukštąjį mokslą (edukologiją) Lietuvoje ir Latvijoje. Straipsnyje nagrinėjami iššūkiai, su kuriais susiduriama mokant verslumo. Analizuojama, kaip pedagogikos srityje sukurti mokymo(si) aplinką, kurioje atsikartotų verslumo aspektai. Straipsnyje pristatomas empirinis tyrimas, kuriuo išanalizuota 32 studentų nuomonė apie verslumą edukologijos mokslo srityje. Straipsnis gali būti naudingas universitetų dėstytojams, kurie siekia efektyviai mokyti studentus, ketinančius tapti sėkmingais verslininkais. The purpose of this article is to highlight the aspects of integration of entrepreneurship into higher education (Educational sciences) in Lithuania and Latvia. The article examines the nature of challenges for entrepreneurial teaching and explains how experience-based pedagogies can develop learning environments that replicate aspects of entrepreneurship. The article describes the empiric study, which explored 32 student opinions on entrepreneurship in Educational sciences. The implications of the article could be useful for university educators, who seek to educate students most effectively with a real intention to become entrepreneurs.

In the secular society the youth avoids religion and its lessons at school. It provides conditions for weakening moral education, understanding the human worth in this world. All religion lessons support religious education in different branches of science at school and the community. The branches of andragogy such as pedagogy, andragogy, gerontagogy research human education in all levels of human ages and prepare methods for the interaction of estethical, moral and religious human development. In Lithuania there are good conditions for human education, but active involvement of families and pedagogical institutions is lacking. The statesmen must concern about the activity of educators. To make it possible to restore the youth’s religiosity.

Straipsnyje atskleidžiama socializacijos proceso struktūra ir pobūdis, orientuotas į globalizacijos iššūkį – tvarią ir darnią plėtrą, užtikrinančią ir bendruomenių, ir kiekvieno asmens gerovę ir gyvenimo kokybę. Tad keičiasi ir negalią turinčių žmonių socializacijos prioritetai, pirmenybę teikiant asmens įtraukimo (inkliuzijos) ir dalyvavimo bendruomenių gyvenime galimybių plėtojimui, taip siekiant spartesnės neįgaliųjų raidos ir socializacijos. Pateikiami kokybinio tyrimo duomenys, atskleidžiantys neįgaliųjų socializacijos paradigmų kaitą edukologijos ir socialinio darbo moksluose bei praktikoje, šiuolaikinės socializacijos įgyvendinimą lemiančius veiksnius, edukologijos ir socialinio darbo vertybinių nuostatų perimamumą. Daromos išvados, kad savarankiškus edukologijos ir socialinio darbo mokslus sieja holistinis požiūris į socializaciją kaip į tęstinį ir dinamišką procesą, kuriame abu mokslai turi savo sistemų pobūdžio funkcines užduotis ir jų įgyvendinimo procesuose jos persipina, išryškindamos tarpdisciplininio bendradarbiavimo tendencijas ir poreikį.

Bakalauro darbe analizuojamas dirbančių kineziterapeutų empatiškumas, nustatomas lygis. Tyrime dalyvavo 101 respondentas: 8 Tauragės reabilitacijos centro, 13 Šiaulių reabilitacijos centro, 14 Šiaulių respublikinės ligoninės, 17 Lietuvos sveikatos mokslų universiteto ligoninės Kauno klinikos, 8 Kelmės ligoninės, 8 Mažeikių ligoninės, 10 Palangos reabilitacijos ligoninės, 4 KMU Psichofiziologijos ir reabilitacijos instituto, 10 UAB Sveikatos centro „Energetikas“, 9 VšĮ Klaipėdos ligoninės (buvusi VšĮ Klaipėdos jūrininkų ligoninė) kineziterapeutai. Empatiškumas buvo tirtas pagal A. Mechrabyen, N. Epštein metodiką. Tyrimu buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti dirbančių kineziterapeutų empatiškumo lygmenį. Buvo tiriama empatijos lygmens priklausomybe nuo lyties, amžiaus, darbo stažo ir šeimyninės padėties. Empatiškumo tyrimo rezultatai buvo lyginami su būsimųjų kineziterapeutų empatijos lygmenimis studijų metu, amžiaus ir lyties atžvilgiu. Analizuojant tyrimo duomenis buvo siekiama nustatyti, ar kinta dirbančių kineziterapeutų empatiškumo lygmuo nuo darbo stažo. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, jog didėjant amžiui bei darbo stažui empatiškumo lygis dirbančių kineziterapeutų mažėja. Darbuotojai įpranta saugoti save, tampa mažiau įsiklausantys į paciento problemas, stengiasi išvengti galimų konfliktinių bei dviprasmiškų situacijų. It was investigated empathy level dependence on sex, age, working experience and family status. The empathy test results were compared with future physical therapists empathy levels during the studies with regard to age and sex. The aim of the analysis of the data was used to determine, if empathy level changes in physical therapists working experience. The results showed that with increasing age and years of working experience empathy level of physical therapists rapidly decline. Šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje išsiplėtė šeimos sąvoka, kuri apima įvairius formuojamus šeimos modelius. Įvairūs autoriai šeimą apibūdina skirtingai, todėl sunku rasti tinkamą apibrėžimą, kas yra šeima? Skirtingai nei anksčiau šalia tradicinės šeimos atsiranda modernios šeimos modelis, kuris įgauna vis daugiau prasmių. Jauni suaugusieji tampa liberalesnių pažiūrų, o tai skatina kitokį šeimos modelio atsiradimą. Formuojamas šeimos modelis didelę įtaka daro augančiam vaikui, tai gali pasireikšti santykių srityje: bendraujant su bendraamžiais mokykloje, kitais visuomenės nariais. Mūsų visuomenėje, jauni suaugusieji, šeimos kūrimą atideda tolimiasniam laikui, tai lemia įvarios priežastys: materialinė padėtis, studijos, karjera. The concept of the family has expanded in the contemporary society, covering various models of the family, formed within the society. Different authors describe the family in different ways; therefore it is difficult to find the appropriate definition – what is the family? Differently from the past, the model of the modern family appears next to the traditional family, obtaining more and more meanings. Young adults have more liberal attitude and this encourages the appearance of the different model of the family. Informatikos ir ryšių departamento prie Vidaus reikalų ministerijos duomenys rodo, kad nepilnamečių nusikalstamumas – vis aštrėjanti socialinė problema, kuriai nepakankamai skiriama dėmesio. Remiantis Lietuvos statistikos departamento duomenimis, sulig kiekvienais metais pastebimas nepilnamečių, padariusių nusikaltimus mažėjimas, tačiau kaip vienas iš nepalankių tendencijų pastebimas sunkėjantis nepilnamečių padarytų nusikalstamų veikų pobūdis, jaunėjantis nusikaltėlių kontingentas ir ryškėjanti recidyvizmo problema, tarp nepilnamečių teisės pažeidėjų. Atliekant tyrimą naudoti struktūruoto ir nestruktūruoto interviu apklausos metodai, nuteistųjų asmens bylų analizė ir kokybinė turinio analizė. Parengtas struktūruoto interviu klausimynas su iš anksto numatytais klausimais griežtai laikantis iš anksto nustatytos jų eilės ir formulavimo. Nestruktūruotas interviu buvo vykdomas siekiant patikslinti struktūruoto interviu gautus atsakymus. Gautų tyrimo duomenų validumui ir patikimumui tikrinti buvo analizuojamos nuteistųjų asmens bylos (teismo nuosprendžiai). Kokybine turinio analize buvo siekiama išryškinti struktūruoto ir nestruktūruoto interviu turinio esmę. Tyrimo imtį sudaro 8 nuteistieji, atliekantys laisvės atėmimo bausmę Pravieniškių pataisos namuose – atviroje kolonijoje, 3-iojoje valdyboje. The data provided by Information Technology and Communications Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania show that juvenile crime is a constantly growing social problem which lacks sufficient attention. According to the data of the Statistics Department of Lithuania, every year witnesses the reduction in the number of crimes committed by minors. However, there is a negative tendency that the very nature of the criminal activities committed by minors is getting more and more aggressive and severe, also the contingent of criminals is getting younger and the problem of recidivism among the minor criminals is becoming more conspicuous. Carrying out the study, the following methods were used: the methods of structural and non-structural interview interrogatory, the analysis of the convicts’ personal files and the qualitative analysis of the content. A questionnaire of structural interview interrogatory was prepared beforehand with aforethought questions and strictly following their order and formulation. A non-structural interview was performed in order to specify the obtained answers of the structural interview. The convicts’ files (adjudgements) were analysed in order to ensure the validity and the reliability of the received data of the study. Ugdymas – sociokultūrinis reiškinys, turintis didelę įtaką visuomenės raidai. Kuo didesnius pokyčius visuomenė patiria, tuo didesni iššūkiai kyla švietimui ir ugdymui, atitinkamai sudarydami galimybę tobulėti visuomenei ir individui, taip pat šiuos edukacinius reiškinius nagrinėjančiam mokslui. Lietuvos nepriklausomybė 1990 m. atvėrė dideles galimybes švietimo ir ugdymo praktikai, kartu - ir mokslui. Dr. Meilė Lukšienė, savo pavyzdžiu įkvėpusi mokslininkus ir praktikus švietimo reformai, paskatino ieškoti naujų švietimo ir ugdymo mokslinių žinių. Tam nebeužteko klasikinio ugdymo mokslo – pedagogikos, reikėjo tarpdisciplininio ir netgi multidisciplininio požiūrio į švietimo ir ugdymo tikrovę bei perspektyvą. Šio straipsnio tikslas - išryškinti ugdymo mokslo kelią Lietuvoje nuo pedagogikos iki edukologijos, pabrėžiant ne tik nacionalinius savitumus, bet ir pasaulines tendencijas, kurios darė ir daro įtaką šiai raidai. Education is sociocultural phenomenon which has significantly influenced the development of the society and also is under the development itself. The complexity of changes experienced by the society generates the challenges for the educational practice and theory. Respectfully - conditioning the needs for the development of the body of knowledge necessary for education and its production. Regaining independence of Lithuania in 1990 opened up new opportunities for educational practice and research in the countty. Dr. Meile Lukšienės works on the Concept of National school inspired researchers and practitioners for educational reform which invited to search for new knowledge in the atea of education. Pedagogy, as traditional discipline by itself, researching only the educational process, not the system of education and lifelong learning, was no longer sufficient. Interdisciplinary and most importantly multidisciplinary approaches towards the reality and perspectives of education were necessary. The aim of this article is to reveal the road of the scientific discipline development in Lithuania from pedagogy to educational science on the foundation of both national and world wide trends which have been consistently influencing this development.

Bakalauro darbe analizuojama IV klas÷s nedidelių specialiųjų ugdymo(si) poreikių turinčių mokinių, besimokančių bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje, tekstinių matematikos uždavinių sprendimo ypatumai. Suformuluota hipotez÷, jog tik÷tina, kad mokiniai, turintys nedidelių specialiųjų ugdymo(si) poreikių, geba taikyti turimas žinias spręsdami paprastuosius ir sud÷tinius tekstinius uždavinius. Tyrime dalyvavo 100 IV klas÷s nedidelių specialiųjų ugdymo(si) poreikių turinčių mokinių, besimokančių bendrojo lavinimo mokyklose, kuriems taikoma švietimo (specialiojo pedagogo, mokytojo) pagalba per matematikos pamokas. This bachelor thesis contains an analysis of the peculiarities in solution of the textual mathematical tasks by 4th grade mainstream school pupils with mild special educational needs. The formulated hypothesis admits that it is very likely that pupils with special educational needs are able to apply knowledge, which they possess, solving simple and complex textual tasks.

Bakalauro darbe analizuojami aukštesniųjų klasių mokinių, turinčių vidutinių specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių (SUP), rašymo gebėjimai. Tyrime dalyvavo 63 bendrojo lavinimo klasėse ugdomi 5-6 klasių mokiniai, turintys vidutinių SUP ir 50 lietuvių kalbos mokytojų, ugdančių 5-6 klasių mokinius. Kontrolinėmis rašymo užduotimis ir anketinės apklausos metodu tirta: 1) kokius rašymo gebėjimus įgyja 5 – 6 klasių mokiniai, turintys vidutinių SUP, mokydamiesi bendrojo lavinimo klasėse; 2) mokytojų požiūris į mokinių, turinčių vidutinių SUP, mokomų bendrojo lavinimo klasėse rašymo pasiekimų kokybę. This undergraduate work analyzes the writing abilities of the pupils from higher levels, who have medium-sized special educational needs (SEN). The study involved 63 pupils with medium-sized SEN from the 5th – 6th grades in general education schools, 50 Lithuanian language teachers working in the 5th – 6th grades. The control-writing tasks and the questionnaire survey methods were used to examine: 1) what writing skill pupils with medium-sized SEN from the 5th – 6th grades gain in general education classrooms; 2) what is teachers' attitude to the quality of writing achievements of the pupils with medium-sized SEN in general education classes.

Straipsnyje pristatomi psalmėms būdingi edukaciniai aspektai, ieškoma integravimo galimybių su įvairiais mokomaisiais bendrojo lavinimo dalykais. Psalmės aptariamos dvasingumo, maldingumo, kūrybiškumo, muzikalumo, istorinės pajautos ugdymo požiūriais. Analizuojamos bendrojo lavinimo ugdymo programos, kuriose ieškoma galimybių praplėsti psalmių integravimo galimybes neapsiribojant vien tikybos pamokomis, bet įtraukiant į šį procesą ir kitus mokomuosius dalykus. Aktualizuojamas Psalmyno naudojimas įvairiose formaliojo ir neformaliojo ugdymo srityse. It is educational aspects common to the psalms being introduced in this article. It is also about searching for the opportunities to integrate educational psalms with other subjects that are part of higher education programs. Psalms are being discussed considering the views common for formation of spirituality, prayer, history, literature, and music. Analyzing the programs of education for formation, the goal is to find the ways to enlarge the opportunities for psalms to be integrated in various subjects rather than concentrating only on religion classes. This way the psalms are being used in various, formal and informal areas of education.

Pasaulio pažinimo pamokose labiausiai skatinami atradimai: mokant gamtos procesų pažinimo ir ekologijos; ugdant tinkamas mokinių vertybines nuostatas. Tyrime dalyvavo 19 klasės mokinių. Tyrimas vyko 6 mėnesius atliekant tarpines analizes. Atlikta pagrindinių dimensijų analizė. Darbą sudaro įvadas, 2 skyriai, išvados. Literatūros sąraše-108 šaltiniai. Darbas iliustruotas 27 lentelėmis, 20 paveikslėlių ir 11 priedų. Final work presents study of discovery learning in natural science education. Discovery learning in the frames of given work is a new educational way using learners’ personal experience with the purpose of helping understand natural process. Natural sciences are very important for learner and is a tool for understanding surroundings through his own discovery. Aim of the work – to study and to analyse what measures promotes discovery in natural science lessons. Object of work – didactic instruments (methods, tools, ways and etc.) that provokes discovery process the most. Trying to reach the aim four tasks formulated: to analyse and scientifically explore content of discovery in natural science education; to present most popular and effective discovery learning methods; to analyse the concept of outdoor learning method in natural science education; to perform an empirical research allowing analysis of learners experience in discovery learning. Empirical research performed by observing 19 schoolchildren in the outdoor lessons that organized in various educational environment (in the park, in the blind library, in the other classroom). Master work consists of introduction, 2 main parts, conclusions, the list of used literature (108 item) and 11 annexes. Work is illustrated with 27 tables and 20 pictures.

Straipsnyje aptariama atvejo studijos metodologiniai aspektai ir tyrimo dizainas kokybinio edukologinio tyrimo kontekste. Straipsnio autoriai remiasi R. Yin (2003) bei R. Stake (1995) ir P. Freire (1988) konstruktyvistinėmis nuostatomis apie žmonių pačių kuriamus socialinius konstruktus (darinius) bei tų konstruktų galimas kontekstualizuotas interpretacijas vienetinio ar daugiasluoksnio atvejų analizės lygmenimis. Pasitelkiant disertacinio tyrimo (Zygmantas (2011)) pavyzdį, kuriame buvo naudotas etnografinis atvejo tyrimo dizainas, skaitytojui pristatomas atvejo tyrimo taikymas edukologijoje, pateikiant išsamią tokio tyrimo perspektyvą bei esminius jo etapus. Straipsnyje atskleidžiami pagrindiniai etnografinio atvejo studijos metodologiniai bruožai ir taikymo galimybės edukologijos moksle, konteksto stebėjimu praktiškai nagrinėjant tikrovišką situaciją (precedentą). Kita vertus, išryškinama ir tai, kad šalia minimų akivaizdžių stipriųjų atvejo studijos tyrimo ypatumų matomi ir tokio pobūdžio tyrimuose pasitaikantys trūkumai – dažnai neaiški takoskyra tarp kokybinio ar kiekybinio pobūdžio tyrimų bei gautų duomenų pagrindu daromų išvadų generalizavimo galimybė. Galiausiai konstatuojama, kad edukologijos moksle atvejo studijos tyrimo esminė paskirtis – ne tikrinti hipotezes, o kurti naują suvokimą apie nagrinėjamą tam tikrą reiškinį ugdymo tikrovėje. Tokiu būdu pabrėžiamas dvejopas atvejo studijos tyrimo kryptingumas – viena, žvelgiama kokybiškai ir giliai į pasirinktą atvejį; kita – galima ir kiekybinė prieitis pasirenkant kiekybinio pobūdžio tyrimuose naudojamus instrumentus. The authors present an analysis and description of one of the most unique social research strategies – a case study approach to education science and practice. Using Zygmantas’ recent work inn which an ethnographic case study was implemented, along with Yin’s and Stake’s constructivist ideology while grounding a case research design, the main principles, phases, and methodology are discussed. Even though the case study research was mainly based on the areas of economy, law and business, the education field is open also for implementing such a research strategy and as the didactic approach. An example of a case study research in education is presented in the 3rd chapter of this paper revealing obvious strengths and advantages of such a thorough investigation of social phenomena.

Galiausiai konstatuojama, kad edukologijos moksle atvejo studijos tyrimo esminė paskirtis – ne tikrinti hipotezes, o kurti naują suvokimą apie nagrinėjamą tam tikrą reiškinį ugdymo tikrovėje. Tokiu būdu pabrėžiamas dvejopas atvejo studijos tyrimo kryptingumas – viena, žvelgiama kokybiškai ir giliai į pasirinktą atvejį; kita – galima ir kiekybinė prieitis pasirenkant kiekybinio pobūdžio tyrimuose naudojamus instrumentus.

Visa žmogų supanti aplinka, visuomeninė, politinė situacija turi įtakos žmogaus gyvenimui. Vadinasi, visi aplink individą vykstantys procesai vienaip ar kitaip veikia ir jo vertybių sistemą. Žmogaus socialinio elgesio motyvai, jo reguliavimas visais laikais domino tyrinėtojus praktiniu ir teoriniu požiūriu. Vertybinių orientacijų sistema, atspindinti gyvenimo būdo ypatumus per visuomeninės sąmonės prizmę, yra vienas iš individo pasaulėžiūros komponentų. Yra nustatyta, kad žmogaus elgesį lemia asmens vidinės, psichologinės savybės, patyrimas, situacinė būsena bei aplinkos, kurioje vyksta veiksmas ar bendravimas, sąlygos. Žinoma, kad šalia vidinių, psichologinių asmens savybių elgsenai yra svarbi vertybinių orientacijų (dispozicijų) sistema. Asmuo, norėdamas sėkmingai funkcionuoti dinamiškoje, o kartais net priešiškoje aplinkoje, turi susiformuoti pasaulėžiūrą, pagrindines nuostatas, savo "aš" išsaugojimo poreikius. Kita vertus, šiuolaikinis humanizmas neapsiriboja žmogiškumo savyje išsaugojimo klausimu, o siekia atskleisti asmenybės veiklos būdus, kurie išsaugotų žmogiškumą kitame žmoguje. Pasak naujojo antropocentrizmo, žmogus yra savo pasaulio ir savęs paties kūrėjas, turintis nuostatą pagerinti situaciją, sugebantis nuolat atsinaujinti ir nuolat keistis, atnaujinti ir tobulinti pasaulį. Straipsnyje pristatoma apibendrinta patirtis rengiant ir atnaujinant studijų programas studijų rezultatų pagrindu. Pateiktos studijų programos paskirties (profilio), tikslo, rezultatų sampratos ir aptarti jų formulavimui keliami reikalavimai, demonstruojami jų formuluočių pavyzdžiai, diskutuojama studijų programų rengimo logika studijų rezultatų pagrindu, analizuojama studijų rezultatų sandara ir ją sudarančių dimensijų bei parametrų sąsajos, pateiktos suskaidytų ir sugrupuotų studijų programos rezultatų kritinio derinimo galimybės, studijų programos, studijų programos komponentų rezultatų ir jų pasiekimo įvertinimo kriterijų sąsajų pavyzdžiai bei analizė, diskutuojamos kai kurios studijų kreditų priskyrimo studijų rezultatams problemos. This article presents generalisations drawn from experience gained designing and renewing study programmes so that the use of learning outcomes became the underlying principle of curriculum organisation. Conceptions of a purpose (profile), aim and outcomes of a study programme are presented, their formulation requirements are discussed and examples of their formulations are given. The logic of designing study programmes on the basis of learning outcomes is discussed; the structure of learning outcomes and the links of its dimensions and parameters are analysed; possibilities for critical alignment of divided and grouped study programme outcomes, as well as examples and an analysis of links among components of a study programme, are presented; illustrative outcomes of study programme components, and criteria for assessment of their achievement, are provided; some problems related to allocation of study credits to learning outcomes are discussed.

Straipsnyje nagrinėjama kultūros paradigmų raiška dviejose 2011 m. Šiaulių universitete apgintose edukologijos krypties daktaro disertacijose: Deividos Vandzinskaitės „Mokymosi tarpininkaujant bendruomenei sociokultūrinė adaptacija Lietuvos universitete“ ir Eglės Virgailaitės-Mečkauskaitės „Tarpkultūrinės kompetencijos ugdymas aukštojo mokslo internacionalizacijos kontekste (magistrantūros studijų aspektas)“. Kultūrologinė paradigma žymi proveržį socialinės epistemologijos srityje, kai tyrėjui svarbus uždavinys yra ne tik pademonstruoti tam tikras paskiras kompetencijas teorinės literatūros analizės ar empirinio tyrimo (turint omeny jo instrumentinį aspektą) srityse, bet ir mokslo metodologijoje. Straipsnyje tvirtinama, jog Lietuvoje itin stokojama disertacinių tyrimų tiek tarpkultūrinės kompetencijos ugdymo, tiek internacionalizacijos procesų raiškos kontekstualumo srityje. Abi nagrinėtos edukologijos krypties daktaro disertacijos plėtoja naują tarpkryptinę tyrimo praktiką edukologijoje, t. y. socialinę humanitariką, kurioje ypač ryški kultūrologinė paradigma. Jos kontekste tiriami aukštojo mokslo studijų kultūros reiškiniai – mokymasis tarnaujant bendruomenei ir tarpkultūrinių studentų (magistrantų) kompetencijos raiška internacionalizacijos procesuose. Straipsnyje tvirtinama, jog ši metodologinė prieiga – kokybinių tyrimų metodų taikymas – turės reikšmingos įtakos tolesniems edukaciniams kultūros antropologijos ir edukologijos mokslų tyrimams. The paper analyses the expression of cultural paradigms in two PhD theses in the field of education studies defended in Šiauliai University in 2011: “Sociocultural Adaptation of Service-Learning at the Lithuanian University” by Deivida Vandzinskaitė and “Development of Intercultural Competence in the Context of Internationalisation of Higher Education (Aspect of Master Studies)” by Eglė Virgailaitė-Mečkauskaitė. The culturological paradigm marks a breakthrough in social epistemology, when a researcher does not only have to demonstrate certain assigned competences in the areas of theoretical literature analysis or empirical research (having in mind its instrumental aspect), but also in research methodology. The paper asserts that Lithuania particularly lacks dissertation research in both areas of the development of intercultural competence and contextualism of expression of internationalisation processes. Both analysed PhD theses in the field of education studies develop new interdisciplinary research practice in education studies, i.e. social humanities, containing a particularly distinct culturological paradigm. In the context of this paradigm cultural phenomena of higher education studies are explored: service-learning and manifestation of intercultural students’ (master students’) competences in internationalisation processes. The paper states that this methodological approach – application of methods of qualitative researches – will significantly influence further educational researches in the fields of cultural anthropology and education studies.

Demokratizuojant Lietuvos Respublikos švietimo sistemą, Lietuvoje nuo 1991 metų įteisintas specialiųjų poreikių vaikų integruotas ugdymas. Vykstant pokyčiams Lietuvoje prasidėjo permainos, teikiant pedagoginę, socialinę, medicininę, teisinę pagalbą neįgaliems vaikams ir suaugusiems optimaliai integruojant juos į visuomenę. Akcentuotina tai, jog SUP mokinių adaptacijos bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje problemos nėra išsamiai tyrinėtos. Be to, daugelyje tyrimų orientuojamasi ne į pačių neįgaliųjų savijautą mokykloje, pasitenkinimą savo bendraklasiais bei mokymosi procesu, o į pedagogų, tėvų ar bendraklasių nuomonę. Kitaip tariant, iš tyrimo konteksto dažnai „iškrinta“ patys SUP mokiniai, nors kaip tik jų jausenos ir būsenos mokykloje yra pačios svarbiausios. Tyrimo objektas: specialiųjų poreikių mokinių adaptacija bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje. Hipotezė: SUP poreikių mokiniai bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje adaptuojasi sunkiau nei mokiniai neturintys mokymosi sunkumų. Darbo tikslas: išanalizuoti integruotai besimokančių 3-4 klasėse specialiųjų poreikių mokinių adaptacijos bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje ypatumus. Lithuania began to change the course of change in the provision of educational, social, medical and legal assistance to disabled children and adults to optimize their integration into society. It should be emphasized that SEN pupils’ adaptation problems in comprehensive school have not been thoroughly investigated. In addition, most researches focus not on the disabled pupil's feelings at school, satisfaction with their classmates and learning process. Švietimo sistemoje vyksta spartūs pokyčiai: keičiasi ikimokyklinio ugdymo programos, standartai, tėvų dalyvavimas ugdymo procese. Lietuvos Respublikos ikimokyklinio ugdymo koncepcijoje nurodoma, kad ikimokyklinis ugdymas sprendžia reikšmingiausias vaiko socializacijos ir ugdymo(si) uždavinius, o šiuolaikinio ugdymo paskirtis – puoselėti visus vaiko gebėjimus, kurie lemia psichosocialinę ir socializacijos sėkmę Profesinės pedagogų kompetencijos yra daugiau analizuojamos bendrai, neišskiriant ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų profesinių kompetencijų. Tyrimo objektas: ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų profesinių kompetencijų plėtotė. Tyrimo tikslas: ištirti ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų kompetencijų plėtotės galimybes. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, anketinė ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų ir ikimokyklinių įstaigų vadovų apklausa, SPSS for windows programinio paketo naudojimas (aprašomoji statistika), Excel programos naudojimas paveikslų pateikimui. Tyrime dalyvavo 107 ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų pedagogai ir 15 ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų administracijos atstovai.Tyrimas atliktas Radviliškio miesto ir rajono ikimokyklinėse įstaigose. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogams ugdomojo darbo procese svarbiausi kriterijai yra asmeninės savybės ir pedagoginis – psichologinis pasirengimas, vadovams, kad jų pedagogams svarbus – pedagoginis – psichologinis pasirengimas ir profesinis pasirengimas. Lithuanian pre-primary education concept points out that pre-school education solves the most important problems of children socialization and education, the purpose of contemporary education is to foster all children’s abilities which determine psychological and socialization success. Teachers’ professional competence is analyzed more generally, not excepting pre-school teachers’ professional competence. Šeima yra pirmoji vaiko asmenybės ugdymo mokykla, kur bendravimas yra būtinas, tik bendraudami žmonės suartėja ir supranta vienas kitą (Miškinis, 2003). Šiandien stebime situaciją, kai tėvai vis mažiau laiko praleidžia su vaikais, tačiau pagrindinis tėvų vaidmuo yra pastebėti, gerbti ir puoselėti vaiko augimą, kokybiškai bendrauti, stengtis išugdyti įvairius gebėjimus (Ramanauskienė, 2005). Tyrimo objektas yra tėvų ir ikimokyklinio bei pradinio mokyklinio amžiaus vaikų bendravimo kokybė. Tyrimo tikslas - išskirti esminius tėvų ir ikimokyklinio bei pradinio mokyklinio amžiaus vaikų bendravimo kokybę nusakančius kriterijus. Šiuo tyrimu siekiama įvertinti tėvų ir ikimokyklinio bei pradinio mokyklinio amžiaus vaikų bendravimo kokybę. Tyrimo metu taikomi mokslinės literatūros analizės, pokalbio, anketinės apklausos, statistiniai metodai. Tyrime dalyvavo 20 ikimokyklinukų, po 20 trečios ir ketvirtos klasės vaikų, 60 vaikų tėvų. Only by communication people become closer and understand each other (Miškinis, 2003). Currently parents spendė less and less time with their children, however the main role of the parents is to notice, respect and foster child‘s growth and development, ensure high-quality communication and attempt to develop different abilities (Ramanauskienė, 2005). The object of this research is the quality of parents‘ communication with preschool and young school-age children. The aim of the study is to single out the main criteria determining the quality of parents‘ communication with preschool and young school-age children. Bakalauro darbo tikslas išanalizuoti ketverių metų vaikų gebėjimą tarti kalbos garsus. Tyrimu siekiama išanalizuoti vaikų gebėjimą tarti kalbos garsus skiemenyse, žodžiuose, sakiniuose, sudėtingos skiemeninės struktūros žodžiuose. Analizuojant tyrimo duomenis, fiksuoti garsų tarimo trūkumai, jų gausos ir įvairovės. Tyrimo metodu buvo pasirinkta tarties tikrinimo kortelė. Tyrime dalyvavo 100 ketverių metų amžiaus vaikų. Jie buvo pasirinkti atsitiktinai. Tirti buvo tie, kurie tuo metu lankė darželį. Tyrimu nustatyta, kad dauguma keturmečių tardami įvairius kalbos vienetus susiduria su sunkumais. Tik trečdalis vaikų tardami atskirus garsus, skiemenis, žodžius, sakinius, sudėtingos skiemeninės struktūros žodžius nesusiduria su sunkumais, taria juos taisyklingai. Analizuojant garsų grupių tarimo trūkumus, nustatyta, kad santykis tarp vienos ir kelių garsų grupių tarimo trūkumų yra beveik vienodas. Sunkesnius garsus tiriamieji keičia kitais, praleidžia, papildomai įveda, iškraipo arba neišlaiko skiemeninės žodžio struktūros. Pastebėta, kad dažniausia tarimo trūkumų forma sigmatizmas ir rotacizmas. Rečiau pasitaikė kapacizmo, gamacizmo, jotacizmo atvejų. The purpose of The Bachelor Thesis was to analyze the four – year – old children‘s ability to pronounce spesch sounds. The research deals with children's ability to pronounce speech sounds in syllables words, sentences and in words with a complex syllabic structure. Defects of the sounds pronunciation, their abundance and diversity were recorded when analyzing the survey data. Method of the research was pronunciation testing card. There were 100 four-year-old children in this research. Children, who attended kindergarten at the time, were selected at random. The results of research showed that most four-year-old children have difficulties with the pronunciation of various speech units. Only a third of the children do not face difficulties in pronunciation of individual speech sounds, syllables, words, sentences, words with a complex syllabic structure. They pronounce them correctly. Analysis of the sound’s groups pronunciation defects revealed that the ratio of the pronunciation between one and several groups of sounds is nearly equal. The respondents replaced more complicated sounds to others, elided, added extra, mangled or failed the syllabic structure of the words. It was noticed that the most common form of pronunciation defects were sigmatism and rhotacism. Cases of kapacism, gamacism, jotacism were rear.

Magistro darbe „Profesionaliųjų teatrų edukacinės veiklos su vaikais ir jaunimu bruožai“ analizuojama edukacinių renginių atitikimas moksleivių ir jaunuolių poreikiams. Profesionaliųjų teatrų edukacinių renginių su vaikais ir jaunimu tikslas – atskleisti ir ugdyti vaikų ir jaunuolių kūrybinius gebėjimus, puoselėti jų teatrinius interesus ir polinkius, teatro dalyku siekiama, kad jaunuoliai įgytų bendrą teatrinę kompetenciją ir teatru praturtintų savo gyvenimą. Meninių interesų vaikystėje ir paauglystėje skatinimą ir tinkamų sąlygų jų plėtotei sudarymą galime vertinti kaip labai svarbią vaiko ar jaunuolio prigimtinių teisių įgyvendinimo sąlygą. Modernios sampratos apie vaikystę kontekste paauglys tampa edukacinių teatro paslaugų užsakovu. Vaikų ir jaunuolių meninių interesų ir edukacinių profesionaliojo teatro paslaugų, atitiktis yra aktuali pedagoginė problema. Siekiant taikyti inovacijas edukologijos moksle, straipsnyje aptariama kokybinių tyrimų duomenų vizualizacijos programos „Kokybis“ paskirtis ir galimybės. Programos „Kokybis“ paskirtis – išryškinti ir pateikti analizės vykdytojui jo nurodytų reikšminių žodžių lokalizaciją ir artimąją aplinką analizuojamame tekste. Tekstuose vartojamos tik verbalinės raiškos priemonės; duomenys, išreikšti paveikslų, kitų grafinių priemonių, įvairaus pobūdžio formulių ar kitokių simbolių pavidalu, pateikiami analizei tik juos apibūdinančio verbalinio aprašo pavidalu. Analizuojamo teksto kiekvienai pastraipai programa priskiria eilės numerį, kuris yra sakinio ir jo komponento – reikšminio žodžio koordinatė. Programos rezultatyvumas grindžiamas prielaida, kad lietuvių kalbos kompiuterinis žodynas identifikuoja gramatiškai kaitomus žodžius nepaisant jų skaičiaus, giminės, linksnio ir laiko. Programa numato reikšminių žodžių absoliučių dažnių skaičiavimą. Paieškos rezultatas – reikšminio žodžio aplinkos (pastraipų ir sakinių, kurių sudėtyje jis įrašytas) pateikimas atskiru failu. Pažymėtina, kad panaudojus „Kokybis“, galima analizuoti ne tik tyrimų duomenis, bet ir kitokius tekstus, pavyzdžiui, mokslines publikacijas, kurias tyrėjas nori panaudoti literatūros apžvalgoje. Šią galimybę riboja tai, kad gali būti analizuojami tik kompiuterinių failų formato tekstai. Kita vertus, literatūros apžvalgai rengti reikalingas tik minimalus tekstų kodavimas – reikšminius žodžius yra pateikę publikacijų autoriai. Naudingas ir programos taikymas autorinio teksto kokybei gerinti. In order to apply innovations in the science of educology, the article discusses the purpose and opportunities of the programme of visualisation of quantitative research data “Kokybis”. The purpose of the programme “Kokybis” is to highlight and present to the analysis administrator the localisation of meanings indicated by him and a related environment in the analysed text. Measures of verbal expression are only used in the text; data expressed through pictures, other graphic methods, various formulas or other symbols, are presented only in a form of verbal description. The programme attributes a number to each paragraph of the analysed text. This number is a coordinate of the sentence and its component, i.e. the key word. The efficiency of the programme is grounded with the presumption that the computer dictionary of the Lithuanian language identifies grammatically shifted words without considering their number, gender, case and time. The programme provides for the possibility of calculation of the absolute frequency of key words. Eventually, the programme submits the environment of the key language (paragraphs and sentences including the key word) in a separate file. It should be noted that the use of “Kokybis” allows analysing not only the data of the research, but also other texts, for example, scientific publications, which a researcher intends to use in his or her bibliography review. This possibility is limited by the fact that the programme analyses only computer format texts. On the other hand, bibliography review requires minimum coding of texts – key words are submitted by authors of publications. Straipsnyje nagrinėjama sociologinės paradigmos raiška edukologijoje, išryškinant jos epistemologinių pozicijų į ontologines kaitą. Ugdymas(-is) interpretuojamas kaip socialinis-kultūrinis reiškinys, orientuotas į žmogaus gyvenimo įvairovę sudėtingoje, nuolat besikeičiančioje visuomenėje. Atskleidžiamas "mokslo revoliucijos"(Kuhn, 2003) inspiruotas socialinės paradigmos virsmo kontekstas bei dėl jo išryškėjęs "naujojo mąstymo" ir žinių būtinumas edukologijoje. Aiškinama, kaip įvyko perėjimas nuo kumuliatyvaus žinių pobūdžio prie kūrybinio-interpretacinio, kuris savo esme yra žinių ir žinojimo procesų įprasminimas. Sociologinės paradigmos raiška edukologijoje analizuojama per naujų socialinių žinių kontekstus, atskleidžiant ir socialinės pedagogikos, kaip sociologijos ir edukologijos subšakos, naująją metodologiją. Nagrinėjama konservatyvios ir liberalios socialinės pedagogikos laikysenos sociologinės paradigmos ir socialinių žinių virsmo atžvilgiu. The article deals with the manifestation of sociological paradigm in education studies, highlighting the change of its epistemological positions into ontological. (Self-)education is interpreted as a social-cultural phenomenon orientated to the diversity of a human life in the complex and constantly changing society. The context of the change of social paradigm, inspired by "scientific revolution" (Kuhn, 2003), is disclosed as well as the subsequent necessity of "new thinking" and knowledge in education studies. It is explained how the transition from cumulative knowledge type to creative-interpretational, which by its essence is sense-giving to knowledge and knowing processes, took place. Manifestation of the sociological paradigm in education studies is being analysed through the contexts of new social knowledge, disclosing new methodology of social pedagogy as a sub-branch of sociology and education studies. The posture of conservative and liberal social pedagogy with regard to the change of the sociological paradigm and social knowledge is analyzed.

Užsienio kalbų mokymasis – specifinis dalykas, reikalaująs pastovaus kalbos vartojimo, nuolatinio tobulinimo, todėl būtini gebėjimai mokytis savarankiškai bei išlaikyti įgytus mokėjimus. Šiuo metu suaugusiųjų mokymasis užsienio kalbų tampa tiesiog būtinybe, norint sėkmingai išlikti ir prisitaikyti prie nuolat kintančių socialinių ekonominių sąlygų, nes dabartinė situacija lemia greitus darbo rinkos pokyčius. Todėl suaugusiųjų užsienio kalbų mokymosi motyvacijos tyrimai yra itin aktualūs. Tyrimo objektas – suaugusiųjų užsienio kalbų mokymosi motyvacija. Tyrimo tikslas – išanalizuoti teorinius ir praktinius suaugusiųjų užsienio kalbų mokymosi motyvacijos ypatumus. Numatytam tikslui įgyvendinti keliami šie uždaviniai: o išanalizuoti mokymosi motyvacijos koncepciją; o atskleisti suaugusiųjų užsienio kalbų mokymosi motyvacijos teorinius ypatumus; o išsiaiškinti suaugusiųjų užsienio kalbų mokymosi motyvus. Užsienio kalbų mokymąsi lemia pažintiniai, socialiniai pareigos ir perspektyvos motyvai: karjera, galimybė vartoti užsienio kalbas praktiškai, įdomumas, akiračio plėtimo svarba. Learning foreign languages is a specific subject that requires a permanent use of the language and constant development. Therefore, abilities to study self-suffiently and to conserve the acquired knowledge are essential. Nowadays adults‘ foreign language learning is becomming a necessity if willing to acclimatize in the unstable labour market. This is the reason why the surveys of adults‘ foreign language learning motivation are relevant. The object of this work is motivation of adults’ foreign language learning. As a consequence, the purpose of this work is to evaluate the theoretical and practical peculiarities of adults’ foreign language learning. The tasks of this paper have supposed the relevant structure of this work: initially, the reader is primed about the concept, essence and types of motivation; after that the analysis of motives to learn foreign languages is presented; furthermore the methodology for accomplishing a questionnaire survey is formed; at last the results of accomplished surveys are analyzed. Darbo naujumas. Vidurinio mokyklinio amžiaus moksleivių teigiamo savęs vertinimo ir pasitikėjimo savimi ugdymo ypatumai kūno kultūros pamokose yra mažai nagrinėti, tokių darbų labai stokojama. Praktinė reikšmė. Tyrimo duomenis galėtų panaudoti vidurinių klasių mokytojai. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti moksleivių savęs vertinimo ir pasitikėjimo savimi per kūno kultūros pamokas ypatumus. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Nustatyti moksleivių (mergaičių ir berniukų) savęs vertinimą per kūno kultūros pamokas ypatumus. 2. Ištirti moksleivių (mergaičių ir berniukų) pasitikėjimą savimi kūno kultūros pamokų metu. Tiriamieji. Tiriamąją imtį sudarė 255, 7 – 9 klasių respondentai: 123 mergaitės ir 132 berniukai. Straipsnis skirtas analizuoti ugdymo filosofijos problemas Lietuvoje. Jame konstatuojama, kad Lietuvoje skiriama nepakankamai dėmesio ugdymo filosofijai. Svarstoma, Lietuvos situacija yra išskirtinė ar artima situacijai kitose valstybėse? Siekiama pagrįsti nuostatą, kad, nepaisant ugdymo mokslo naujovių, labai svarbu tęsti tradiciją jį sieti su filosofija, rodyti dėmesį ugdymo filosofijai. Pateikiami šiuolaikinės filosofijos pavyzdžiai, kuriais remiantis galima geriau susivokti šiuolaikinėje ugdymo mokslo situacijoje, kelti naujus reikalavimus ugdymo mokslui, jo ir filosofijos santykiui. The article deals with the analysis of philosophy of education in Lithuania. The constatation of weakness of the philosophy of education is explained from two perspectives. The first one analyses a new situation of philosophy in general and changes of philosophy of education in the world, when researchers try to define the relationship between philosophy and education in a present day situation. Ала the other perspective describes a rather closed situation in the educational science in contemporary Lithuania, when philosophy as a methodology becomes an unrecognizable „educational" methodology. The danger of such situation is exposed in comparison with the postmodern theory about the power of educational discourse and control (Foucault). Finally some suggestions of how to change this situation in Lithuania are formulated.

In the context of the present article, a paradigm is a term used to name an answer to the essential question of educational philosophy. The classical paradigm states that a learner personality is primarily predetermined by the social environment; therefore, the educator has an ability to form learner personalities in a similar way like a sculptor forms his / her work. Meanwhile, the free education (progressivist) paradigm is aimed at the innate traits of the learner thus assigning the role of a personality self-development facilitator (a similar one to that of a gardener) to the educator. In the Lithuanian school, the classical paradigm and orientation towards academic contents of learning (which were difficult enough for the learners) was dominant throughout the entire 20th century. The said paradigm is based on the presumption that learners who study under teacher supervision can manage mastering such contents. In the transition towards education based on alternative paradigms, which is oriented towards learner needs and their ability to study independently, a threat of lower scholarly achievements of learners arises (it is especially often stressed by the academic society). U radu se problematizira struktura znanstvenog polja Odgojne znanosti. U tome se polazi od određenja pojma edukacijske znanosti i klasifikacije obrazovno – odgojih znanosti u znanstveno relevantnim izvorima: Međunarodnoj enciklopediji edukacije, postojećim metateorijskim sustavima edukacijskih znanosti, sustava poslijediplomskih studija edukacije to od klasifikacije znanstvene publicistike u području obrazovanja i odgoja. Utvrđeno je da struktura znanstvenog polja Odgojne znanosti kod nas ne korespondira s navedenim klasifikacijama. Najveći je nedostatak u tome što u Odgojnim znanostima nisu zastupljene temeljene edukacijske znanosti (educational foundations) i neke primijenjene edukacijske discipline, kao što su metodike nastave. Stoga se predlaže usklađivanje strukture znanstvenog polja Odgojne znanosti s navedenim klasifikacija. Na temelju terminološke analize predlaže se i promjena naziva znanstvenog polja Odgojne znanosti u Edukacijske znanosti ili Obrazovne znanosti, jer koncept odgoja pokriva manji dio koncepta edukacije.

Straipsnyje siekiama atskleisti subsidiarinių krikščioniškųjų studijų, kaip savikultūrinimo motyvacijos valdymo potencialo, esmę. Pateikiamas subsidiarinių krikščioniškųjų studijų spektras ir aptariamos pagrindinės krikščioniškosios edukologijos funkcijos. Katalikų Bažnyčia sekuliarizavosi pozityviąja prasme, t. y. tapo reliatyviai atviresnė pasauliui. Pakito požiūris ir į krikščioniškąjį ugdymą, kuris kaip religijos edukologija buvo atskirtas nuo katechetikos ir praturtintas, t. y. subsidijuotas, kelių dalykų integracijos ryšiais. Straipsnyje teigiama, kad filosofinių klausimų diskursas stimuliuoja religinius svarstymus ir veda Dievop. Filosofija – tai metodas pažinti pasaulį ir šiuolaikinės epochos veidą. Modernioji fizika taip pat paryškina transcendentinius pėdsakus naujausių atradimų šešėlyje. Krikščioniškoji teologija religijos edukologijoje patiria dilemą, tačiau subsidiarinis požiūris ją daro aktualia ir suprantama. Kritinio mąstymo ugdymas iš esmės skatina puoselėti tikėjimą ir savikultūrintis. Kritinis mąstymas tobulina asmenybę, o to negali atlikti dogmos ir standartai. Holistinis ir katalikiškas požiūris turi bendras lingvistines ištakas ir kaip vienintelis principas yra rekomenduojamas žymiųjų teologų bei Švento Rašto egzegetų įvesti jį į krikščioniškąją filosofiją, teologiją ir edukologiją kaip į atviras sistemas. Bendrosios vidinės kultūros ugdymas iš esmės remiasi holistiniu principu. The paper aims to reveal the essence of subsidiary Christian studies as the potential of the control of motivation of self-culturisation. The paper gives a range of subsidiary Christian studies and discusses the main functions of Christian education. The Catholic Church secularised in the positive sense, i.e. it became relatively more open to the world. The attitude towards Christian education also changed. As religious education it was separated from catechetic and enriched, i.e. subsidised, with the relationship of integration of several subjects. The paper claims that the discourse of philosophical issues stimulates religious considerations and leads in the direction of God. Philosophy is a method to know the world and the face of the modern epoch. Modern physics also highlights transcendent traces in the shadow of the latest discoveries. Christian theology faces a dilemma in religious education; however, a subsidiary approach makes it relevant and comprehensible. The education of critical thinking basically promotes to foster faith and self-culturalise. Critical thinking improves personality, which cannot be done by dogmas and standards. A holistic and Catholic approach has common linguistic origins and is recommended by prominent theologians and exegetists of the Bible to be introduced as the only principle into Christian philosophy, theology and education as into open systems. The development of general inner culture basically refers to the holistic principle.

Andragogika - suaugusiųjų ugdymo mokslas. Šį terminą XIX a. pr. vartojo J. F. Herbertas, bet idėja jau buvo žinoma senovės kinų, indų, graikų civilizacijose. XX a. pab. tapo aktualus nuolatinis mokymasis, kurio pagrindas yra suaugusiųjų švietimas. Lietuva, nenorėdama atsilikti nuo globalių procesų, aktyviai plėtoja suaugusiųjų švietimą Lietuvoje reikėtų sunorminti termino „andragogika“ vartojimą: rašto darbuose, pedagogų kalboje. Tyrimas KU, KKI, SMK parodė, kad studentai (neakivaizdinis, vakarinis sk.) nežino arba įvairiai interpretuoja „andragogikos“ sąvoką. Reikėtų populiarinti terminą „andragogika“ ir dažniau organizuoti konferencijas, seminarus šia tema. Andragogy is a science of adults' training. This term was started to use in the beginning of the I9-century by J. F. Herbert. However the idea of it was already known in the Ancient Chinese, Indian and Greek civilizations. In the end of the 20-century it became actual to study constantly which is based on education of adults. Lithuania is actively developing adults training together with global processes. The term Andragogy should be normed in written works and Pedagogic language. The research has shown that students of Klaipėda University, Qualification Improvement Institute, Social Studies College (correspondence, evening departments) don't know or interpret differently Andragogy term. The term should be popularized; more conferences and seminars should be organized on this topic. Also, to establish Andragogy studies at universities, which would help not to fall behind from global processes of world education.

Šio straipsnio tikslas yra trijose šio darbo skyriuose bendrais bruožais pristatyti universalią ir unifikuojančią loginio mąstymo tyrimo metodologiją bei metodiką, rengiantis patirtinės tiesos tyrimui ir ją tiriant, remiantis „edukologijos“ sąvokos prasme, svarba ir reikšme kaip ženklu, kuriuo operuoja edukologijos studijas baigiantys studentai. Pirmame skyriuje pristatoma bendra „edukologijos“ sąvokos prasmės, svarbos ir reikšmės istorija bei pagrindimas. Antrame skyriuje pateikiami edukologijos žinių, nusakančių švietimo (ugdymo ir saviugdos arba pedagogikos ir andragogikos) sritį, metmenys, kurie susiformuoja ir atsiranda iš logiškos, unifikuotos ir universalios patirties, įgyjamos remiantis mąstymo metodologija bei metodika, rengiantis tiesos tyrimui ir ją tiriant švietimo procesuose. Kai mąstoma, rengiantis tiesos tyrimui ir tiriant pačią tiesą edukologijoje, nėra pakankamai plačiai įsisavinti ir praktikuojami studentų, baigiančių edukologijos studijas. Jų supažindinimas su pagrindiniais atskleidimo logikos aspektais, apimančiais indukcijos, abdukcijos ir dedukcijos mąstymo logikas, rengiantis tiesos tyrimui ir ją tiriant švietimo procesuose, yra esminis šių įvadinių metmenų tikslas edukologijos srityje. Trečiame skyriuje pristatomas svarbus edukologinio tyrimo aspektas – žinios, nusakančios švietimą, t.y. edukologija, kuri yra pristatoma publikacijomis ir jų sklaida. Šiame skyriuje bus pristatytos ERA/USA žurnalo ir internetinių publikacijų galimybės baigiamųjų edukologijos kursų studentams. The purpose of this article is to provide general information on the universal and unified methodology for research of logical thinking when analysing truth experience based on the essence, importance and significance of the concept of “educology” as a sign used by students of educology approaching the end of their studies. The article is divided into three sections. The first section presents the general history of the meaning and significance of the concept of “educology” and grounding thereof. The second section presents educological knowledge defining the field of education (education and self-education or pedagogics and andragogy), the outline, which forms and stems from logical, unified and universal experience, which is acquired based on the methodology of thinking when preparing to analyse truth experience in the process of education. Familiarisation of students, who are approaching the end of their educology studies, with the key aspects revealing logics and covering the aspects of induction, abduction and deduction, is the key aim of the introductory outline in the field of educology. The third section presents an important aspect of the research, i.e. the knowledge defining education, i.e. educology, which is presented in publications and dissemination thereof. This section presents possibilities provided to students by publications in ERA/USA journal and on the Internet.

Jais remiantis, mokoma ugdyti jaunąją kartą socialiai vertingam gyvenimui, bet mažiau akcentuojamas žmogaus psichiniL) ir dvasinių galių ugdymas. Štai naujausias N. L. Gage ir D. C. Berliner pedagoginės psichologijos vadovėlis teikia informacijos labiau apie psichinį vyksmą ir savybes, bet beveik visiškai netyrinėjo technologijos, ką ir kaip ugdyti žmogaus fizinėje, psichinėje ir dvasinėje struktūroje. Tai turėtų atlikti ne pedagoginė psichologija, bet psichologinė pedagogika (psichopedija). Problemai tirti pasirinktas sisteminės analizės metodas, leidžiantis psichopediją nagrinėti kaip visumą, o žmogaus ugdymo sistemoje išskirti svarbiausią jos elementą - asmenybę. Šio straipsnio tikslas ir yra bandymas ištirti psichopedijos dalyką kaip mokslą ir visybinę žmogaus struktūrą, kurios esminiais elementais ji turėtų domėtis.

Straipsnyje atkreipiamas dėmesys į stiprėjančią išorinę kritiką, išsakomą Lietuvos edukologijos mokslo bei jo atributų – daktaro disertacijų – atžvilgiu. Pabrėžiama dabartinės kriticizmo bangos aliuzija į vadinamuosius „pozityvizmo ginčus“, kurie vakarietiškoje socialinių mokslų tradicijoje vyko apie 1960–1970 m. Siekiama parodyti, jog kritika edukologijos atžvilgiu prasminga tuomet, kai ji nusitaiko į tokius metodologinius parametrus, kurie priklauso nuo edukologų bendruomenės arba pavienio tyrinėtojo valios. Kritika, nusitaikanti į edukologijos mokslo sunkumus, objektyviai kylančius iš sudėtingos ir virtualios ugdymo reiškinių ontologinės specifikos, apibrėžiama kaip nekonstruktyvi, diskriminacinė. Parodoma, jog tiek buvusioje SSRS, tiek Vakaruose egzistavo mokslotyrinė kryptis, kuri sistemingai nagrinėjo ugdymo mokslo kvalifikacinius darbus, tuo prisidėdama prie edukacinių tyrimų efektyvinimo. Straipsnio autorius, prisijungdamas prie minimos tyrimų krypties ir panaudodamas empirinės mokslotyros priemones, bando palyginti buvusių sovietinių pedagogikos kandidato ir dabartinių lietuviškų edukologijos daktaro disertacijų metodologinę kokybę. Tyrime remiamasi disertacijų tekstų kontent-analizės metodu, plačiai panaudojami daugiamačiai statistiniai metodai: faktorinė, klasterinė, diskriminantinė analizė, parametriniai ir neparametriniai metodai. Konstatavus patenkinamą šiuolaikinių edukologijos disertacijų metodologinės kultūros lygį, ryškėjančias modernizacijos tendencijas, atskleidžiami ir kai kurie specifiniai trūkumai The attention is focused upon external critisism which is getting stronger and stronger and is being expressed towards the Lithuanian educational science and its attributes – doctoral dissertations. The allusion of current critisism wave to so-called "posityvism arguments", which took place approximately in I960–1970 under the Western tradition of social sciences, is emphasised. One seeks to show that critisism in regards to educational science is meaningful only when it aims at such methodological parameters that depend on the will of community of reserachers in education or one researcher. The critisism aiming at the difficulties of educational science objectively rising out of complex and virtual onthological specifics of educational phenomena is defined as non-constructive, discriminative. It is shown that both in ex-USSR and Western countries the trend of science exploration which systematically analysed qualification works in educational science existed, in this way contributing to efficiency of educational research. The author joining the above-mentioned research direction and using means of empirical science exploration tries to compare methodological quality of Soviet dissertations for a degree of candidate in pedagogy and modem Lithuanian ones for a doctor degree in educational science. The research is based on content-analysis method of dissertation texts, a wide application of measurement statistical methods factor, cluster discriminative analysis, parameter and non-parameter methods. Having stated on the whole satisfactory level of methodological culture of dissertations in educational science, modernisation tendencies becoming appearent, some specific drawbacks are revealed. The research facts witness that modern Lithuanian dissertations in educational science are nonhomogeneous in the aspect of their quality: one can find both very powerful, and somewhat weak works. Recently empirical culture of research being performed in Lithuanian dissertations has increased, but they relatively miss in the field of research theoretical substantiation

Nors pastaruoju metu pasirodė nuodugnių edukologijos objekto ir sistemos tyrimų, verta dar kartą pažvelgti į tai, ką iš esmės tiria edukologai, ar tyrimo rezultatai gali būti vadinami mokslu, kokia to mokslo sistema. Taigi mums rūpi edukologijos dalykas, jos sistema. Čia bus siekiama rasti atsakymą tiems, kas abejoja edukologijos moksline verte. Bus remiamasi tikrovės tyrimo lyginamosios ir sisteminės analizės metodais.

Education management is a relatively new brand of education not only in Lithuania, but in other countries as well The article reveals a short history of managerial science and discusses problems of defining management. Differences between the notions of management and administration are pointed out. The article also discusses the possibilities of managerial development in education, as well as arising problems and doubts. The specificity of educational institutions is usually pointed out as one of the main objections against using managerial principles at schools. Another problem, discussed in the article, is whether management has its own theoretical basis and whether being a manager is a profession. The final part of the article is aimed at the contents of studies of education management.
