Recent economic growth cannot be understood without considering the emergence of Global Value Chains (GVCs). However, recent literature has highlighted that economic upgrading cannot be taken as a granted result of the involvement in GVCs, and it does not necessarily lead to positive social outcomes. We explore whether the recent performance of countries in the GVCs has significantly conditioned the intra- and inter-country inequalities. Using a combined multisectoral-multiregional (MRIO) and econometric approach, we analyze 67 countries during 1995–2018. Regarding involvement in GVCs, we look into “smile curves”, in reference to the quadratic relation between position and inequality. The results show different geographical patterns. For intra-country inequality, we find significant “smile curves” in Developed, African, Latin American, and Asian countries, so these can reduce internal inequalities by moving to intermediate positions in GVCs. For inter-country inequality, results suggest opportunities for catching-up in Latin America and Africa by specializing in the tails.

O objetivo do artigo pautou-se em analisar a estrutura socioprodutiva das roças indígenas e a relação com as bondades da natureza empregadas pelo povoado Kawaiwete. A investigação foi realizada a partir da técnica ‘bola de neve’, com a seleção de 14 inqueridos. Adotou-se a entrevista semiestruturada com perguntas vinculadas a estrutura socioprodutiva e suas relações com a natureza. As atividades desenvolvidas envolveram o conhecimento rapport do pesquisador com a comunidade. A estrutura socioprodutiva está organizada, basicamente, mediante a composição do núcleo familiar e de suas necessidades. Para a formação das roças, os indígenas levam em conta as crenças que sustentam um calendário socionatural, baseado nos sinais da natureza e em técnicas produtivas. Assim, o conhecimento tradicional é a chave que liga o sistema produtivo com as bondades da natureza, transmitido entre as gerações dos Kawaiwete, o que garante um equilíbrio harmônico entre o homem e o meio ambiente. The objective of the article was to analyze the socioproductive structure of the indigenous plantations and the relationship with the goodness of nature employed by the Kawaiwete village. The investigation was carried out using the ‘snowball’ technique, with the selection of 14 respondents. The semi-structured interview was adopted with questions related to the socioproductive structure and its relations with nature. The activities developed involved the researcher’s rapport knowledge with the community. The socioproductive structure is organized, basically, according to the composition of the family nucleus and its needs. For the formation of the plantations, the indigenous people take into account their beliefs, which support a socio-natural calendar based on the signs of nature and productive techniques. This work presents the development and deployment of a digital twin dedicated to monitor wellbore integrity in real time. Currently, the system is implemented and monitoring in real-time more than 230 production and injection wells. Due to reliable outcomes, the tool is also able to provide virtual well instrumentation to operations that do not have permanent downhole sensors. It consists of the coupling of different numerical simulation software, allowing the calculation of Annulus Pressure Buildup (APB) for confined well annulus and also safety factors for structural integrity analysis. This approach aims to ensure operational efficiency and safety during well interventions and to diagnose unplanned events, by automatically identifying potential operational problems, such as washouts (tubing, packer), reaching of operating limits (pressure and flow rate) per tubing equipment and failures (DHSV and Pack off). Simulations are helpful to predict pressures and temperatures that the well will be exposed to before the execution of specific operations in monitored wells. Different wells were selected and validated in order to corroborate the efficiency of the production digital twin, considering different production scenarios – steady-state and well shut-in (look-ahead), providing a qualitative comparison between calculated data and gauge readings.

Resumo O objetivo deste estudo é discutir a inserção de temáticas contemporâneas no ensino de física. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa configura uma abordagem qualitativa e foram utilizados como instrumentos, inicialmente e de caráter prévio, um questionário e, em seguida, uma entrevista semiestruturada com licenciados em física. A apresentação dos resultados está organizada a partir dos seguintes aspectos: (i) temas abordados; (ii) compreensão de tema contemporâneo; e (iii) inserção de temas contemporâneos em sala de aula. Destacamos que os temas mencionados pelos participantes são, em sua maioria, de natureza contextual e inseridos de modo pontual nos programas escolares. Palavras Chave: Ensino de Física. Resumo Este estudo objetivou compreender a atenção à crise de crianças e adolescentes nos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial Infantojuvenis (CAPSij), sob a ótica de gestores e familiares, e identificar as estratégias de cuidado utilizadas pelos serviços nas situações de crise. Trata-se de estudo de abordagem qualitativa do qual participaram seis gestores e 12 familiares vinculados a seis CAPSij da cidade de São Paulo. Para a análise de dados, foram utilizados os métodos Análise de Conteúdo e Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo. Os resultados apontam que as estratégias de cuidado se pautam no acolhimento imediato, cuidado intensivo, intervenção em equipe e articulação da rede, indicando alinhamento às diretrizes da atenção psicossocial. Os principais equipamentos acionados pelas equipes são o CAPSij III e os Hospitais Gerais. A indicação de ações médico-centradas pode revelar o processo de transição paradigmática vivenciado por esses serviços. Reflete-se que a condição peculiar de pessoa em desenvolvimento, em que crianças e adolescentes se encontram, sinaliza especificidades que devem estar presentes na atenção às situações de crise, como a intensa inclusão das famílias e dos outros atores da rede no processo de cuidado, o respeito aos direitos e a luta contra toda e qualquer forma de institucionalização.

A pesca comercial está entre as atividades laborais mais perigosas do mundo. A escassez nas capturas obrigou a frota pesqueira a se deslocar para áreas mais distantes do litoral e por períodos de tempo mais longos, tornando as viagens de pesca mais suscetíveis às mudanças bruscas nas condições meteoceanográficas. Estudos têm demonstrado a correlação entre a ocorrência de eventos meteoceanográficos adversos com o aumento do risco de ocorrência de acidentes. Esse tipo de abordagem no Brasil é ainda incipiente, o que motivou o desenvolvimento da presente proposta, que objetiva criar subsídios para a Autoridade Marítima estabelecer ferramentas de prevenção de acidentes com barcos de pesca. O método proposto prevê a sistematização dos registros de Inquéritos Administrativos e Fatos da Navegação (IAFN) da Autoridade Marítima para o período de 2015 a 2020. Os Avisos de Mau Tempo emitidos pela Marinha do Brasil para o mesmo período serão utilizados como parâmetro subjetivo das condições meteoceanográficas, e sua distribuição espacial e temporal para o litoral do Brasil deverá ser confrontada com o registro de acidentes. Os resultados preliminares indicam uma tendência de redução no número de acidentes para o período em análise. Os acidentes de maior ocorrência são os naufrágios e situação de homem ao mar. Este último apresentou a maior letalidade associada, sendo a região com maior incidência de acidentes está relacionada com o 5° Distrito Naval (PR, SC e RS), o que pode estar relacionado a maior ocorrência de fenômenos adversos, como a passagem de frentes frias e ciclones extratropicais.

This paper proposes a probe to monitor the electromagnetic field inside the microwave oven. Although magnetrons are now small and efficient, and solid-state ovens can control the power delivered to the food, neither can “see” the electromagnetic field inside the microwave oven. Therefore, the proposed field detector probe, which is a rectenna (antenna and rectifier), converts the RF (2.45 GHz) signal, inside the cavity, to a dc voltage. The antenna is a simple planar monopole, which is not matched due to the high power levels inside the oven. Two types of rectifiers are proposed, the first one is based on diodes (SMP1302 or SMP1304) and the second one is based on an LDMOS power transistor—BLC2425M8LS300P, provided by Ampleon. By comparing the output dc voltage of the probe when connected to a signal generator (in the laboratory) with the voltage generated by the field detector probe (inside the microwave oven), the electromagnetic field can be mapped. Doing this allows microwave oven manufacturers to optimize and adjust the cooking appliance based on the electromagnetic field, which induces food heating.

En este trabajo se analiza el impacto que las relaciones de producción, consumo y comercio de la economía española ejercen sobre los recursos hídricos. En concreto, tomando como referencia el horizonte 1995-2016, se evalúa el consumo de agua en España asociado a la estructura productiva y sectorial del país, y a sus vínculos internacionales a través de las cadenas de producción mundial. Con este objetivo, se utiliza la modelización input-output multirregional extendida ambientalmente, a través de la cual es posible cuantificar las principales tendencias y patrones productivos y regionales que nos ayudan a explicar la evolución del uso consuntivo de recursos hídricos durante las dos últimas décadas In this paper we analyze the impact that production, consumption and trade relations have on water resources in the Spanish economy. Specifically, we study, taking as a reference the 1995-2016 horizon, the water consumption in Spain associated with the productive and sectorial structure of the country, and its international links through the global production chains. With this objective, we use extended environmental multi-regional input-output modeling, through which it is possible to quantify the main trends and productive and regional patterns that help us explain the evolution of the consumptive use of water resources during the last two decades

Comprehending how the new tourist travels and how they search for information is a crucial step for all brands and marketeers. As a result, the analysis of new trends in tourism due to the use of social media, specifically Instagram and the use of digital influencers in marketing strategies, is the prevalent theme of this chapter since these new advances cannot be ignored if a business/destination aims to keep their competitive advantage. The analysis used was based on Quivy's model, through an online questionnaire. The results then showed a positive impact of Instagram's influencers on consumer travel behaviour, in particular when it comes to brand awareness.

O artigo elaborado tem a finalidade de explanar como se dá a aplicabilidade da contabilidade da pecuária e sua importância para os gestores na tomada de decisão. E tem como objetivo demonstrar a influência da contabilidade rural nas empresas rurais e como é utilizada na tomada de decisões. Foram coletados dados através de uma entrevista junto ao Gerente Geral da empresa Pecuária Sustentável da Amazônia (PECSA), e avaliado o funcionamento da contabilidade dentro da organização, e sua relação com a gestão de empresas voltadas para atividades rurais, parcerias e arrendamentos. Podendo-se afirmar que o uso da contabilidade da pecuária nas empresas rurais traz benefícios além de fins fiscais. Com o estudo feito percebe-se que a contabilidade dentro da empresa PECSA tem sua importância peculiar desde a elaboração de relatórios de custos de produção e formação de preço até o auxílio na tomada de decisões.

Esta dissertação tem como objetivo refletir como é que as inovações na tecnologia têm sido um forte fator que contribuíram para a transformação das categorias tradicionais de informação e, consequentemente, transformaram a perceção e experiência prática do turismo. As plataformas de redes sociais são um dos maiores fenómenos derivados dos avanços tecnológicos e têm tido uma adesão mundial extraordinária. Compreender como o novo turista viaja e como é que estes pesquisam por informação é crucial para todas as marcas e marketeers. Desde modo, a análise de novas tendências no turismo resultantes do uso de redes sociais, em particular da plataforma Instagram e do uso de Influencers em estratégias de marketing, é o ponto fulcral deste projeto dado que estas novas tendências não podem ser ignoradas se um negócio/destino quer manter a sua vantagem competitiva. As razões pelas quais a plataforma Instagram foi a escolhida para ser estudada, serão explicadas adiante, bem como detalhado o funcionamento da plataforma. Os influenciadores relacionados com o turismo, os Travel Instagrammers - também denominados influenciadores digitais - são um dos tipos de Instagrammers que existem e que estão agora a ser usados por hotéis e destinos. Perspetiva-se que terão um poder influenciador maior sobre os consumidores do que estratégias tradicionais de marketing e mesmo mais do que celebridades tradicionais. Deste modo, através deste projeto, será possível melhor compreender quem são estes indivíduos que são chamados de influenciadores digitais, a diferença entre eles, o porquê de serem tao influenciadores e, por fim, quais os benefícios para as marcas em trabalharem com eles. De acordo com os resultados do estudo de caso desta dissertação, influenciadores de viagem aparentam ter um impacto positive em duas dimensões do comportamento do consumidor, nomeadamente no Brand Awareness e Brand Loyalty. É, no entanto, importante mencionar que esse impacto é sentido em maior escala no conceito de Brand Awareness que na lealdade do consumidor. No entanto, relativamente à intenção de compra, os resultados obtidos não permitem dizer que os Instagrammers têm impactos positivos no comportamento do consumidor. As conclusões que podemos tirar relativamente à intenção de compra do consumidor é que os resultados são apenas parcialmente validados. De modo geral, os Instagrammers são considerados úteis para estratégias de marketing de hotéis que tenham por objetivo criar uma comunidade online bem como fomentar o reconhecimento da sua marca e alimentar boas relações com os seus clientes. This dissertation aims to reflect how innovation in technology has been a major force that has contributed to the transformation of traditional sources of information, thereby redefining the perception and practical experience of tourism. Social media platforms are one of the biggest highlights of the advances in technology and have been increasing in terms of worldwide usage, now more than ever. Understanding how the new tourist travels and how they search for information is a fundamental step for all businesses and marketeers. As a result, the analysis of new trends in tourism due to the use of social media, specifically Instagram and the use of digital influencers in marketing strategies, is the prevalent theme of this chapter since these new advances cannot be ignored if a hotel aims to keep their competitive advantage. The reasons why Instagram was the chosen platform to be analysed will herewith be justified along with a detailed explanation on how the platform works. Travel Instagrammers, one type of Instagrammers, also known as digital influencers, are now being endorsed by hotels and destinations and are believed to have a bigger influential power over consumers than traditional marketing strategies or even traditional celebrities. Therefore, this paper strives to give a better understand of who these digital influencers are, the different types of digital influencers that exist, why they are so influential and in what ways they can benefit brands by working with them. According to the findings of the survey made for this paper, Travel Instagrammers are seen to have a positive impact for two of the three constructs of consumer behaviour. These two constructs are respectively, Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty. Nevertheless, this impact is higher for the concept of Brand Awareness than for the loyalty of the consumers. However, when it comes to purchase intention the findings were just partly validated and it cannot be affirmed that Instagrammers have a positive impact on the purchase intention of consumers. Overall, Instagrammers were found to be a useful marketing strategy for hotels who aim to build a digital community, create awareness of their brand and build a strong relationship with their followers.

Water use has increased notably throughout the world over the last 250 years. The industrial revolution and the long-term economic growth processes, first experienced by Western countries, and then by many other regions, put growing pressure on water resources. If we focus on economic growth, structural change and the rise in per capita income have been key factors in explaining water use trajectories. In addition, population growth has also boosted water needs worldwide. On the contrary, the increase in water use efficiency, mostly driven by technological developments, but also by improved institutions and environmental awareness, has slowed down water requirements. In this general context, our study aims to analyse the drivers of water use from a long-term perspective. More specifically, we analyse world and regional trends in water use over the last century and their relationships with population, economic growth and technological change. We pay particular attention to the second half of the last century and the twenty-first century, given the rising demands linked to trade, the emergence of new economies with increasing per capita income and demands and the smooth technological change observed in developed countries. El uso del agua ha aumentado notablemente en todo el mundo en los últimos 250 años. La revolución industrial y los procesos de crecimiento económico a largo plazo, experimentados primero por los países occidentales y luego por muchas otras regiones, han ejercido una presión creciente sobre los recursos hídricos. Si nos centramos en el crecimiento económico, el cambio estructural y el aumento del ingreso per cápita han sido factores clave para explicar las trayectorias del uso del agua. Además, el crecimiento de la población también ha impulsado las necesidades de agua en todo el mundo. Por el contrario, el aumento de la eficiencia en el uso del agua, impulsado principalmente por los avances tecnológicos, pero también por la mejora de las instituciones y la concienciación medioambiental, ha ralentizado las necesidades de agua. En este contexto general, nuestro estudio pretende analizar los factores impulsores del uso del agua desde una perspectiva de largo plazo. Más específicamente, analizamos las tendencias mundiales y regionales en el uso del agua durante el último siglo y sus relaciones con la población, el crecimiento económico y el cambio tecnológico. Prestamos especial atención a la segunda mitad del siglo pasado y al siglo XXI, dadas las crecientes demandas vinculadas al comercio, el surgimiento de nuevas economías con crecientes ingresos per cápita y demandas y el suave cambio tecnológico que se observa en los países desarrollados.

Resumo A Política Nacional da Educação, dentro da perspectiva da educação inclusiva, orienta que os sistemas de ensino e aprendizagem garantam o acesso desde a educação infantil até o ensino superior/profissionalizante. A literatura da área revela a necessidade de uma maior compreensão acerca dos processos de escolarização para pessoas com TEA nas diversas etapas da vida. Este trabalho teve como objetivo identificar perspectivas de familiares de adultos com TEA em relação às instituições que se propõem a atenção aos autistas na vida adulta. Objetivou também identificar como foi o percurso escolar, os aspectos positivos e desafios, sob o ponto de vista de seus familiares. O método incluiu a administração de dois questionários, analisados através de estatística descritiva e da técnica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC). Participaram do estudo 67 pais/cuidadores de adultos com TEA residentes em 14 estados brasileiros. Os resultados evidenciam exclusão vivenciada por esses adultos em seu processo de escolarização desde o período da infância/adolescência até a idade adulta. Verifica-se que a maior parte destes autistas esteve inserida somente em instituições educacionais especiais, sendo que somente oito chegaram a instituições regulares de ensino na idade adulta. As dificuldades relatadas estavam relacionadas à inserção, qualidade dos serviços e permanência nas instituições escolares. Foram apresentados como pontos positivos a ampliação da socialização e o ganho de habilidades. Por fim estes familiares apresentam suas perspectivas sobre como deveriam ser as instituições aptas a receberem a pessoa com TEA, já em idade adulta, englobando atendimentos individualizados e de forma integral. Abstract The Educational National Policy, within the perspective of inclusive education, orients teaching and learning systems to guarantee access since preschool until high school/vocational school. The literature on the field reviews the need for a greater understanding of schooling processes for people with ASD in the different stages of life. This study has aimed to identify the perspective of families of adults with ASD regarding the institutions that offer care to autistic people during adulthood. The study has also aimed to identify the educational trajectory, its positive aspects/challenges, under the outlook of their family members. The research methodology includes the provision of two questionnaires, subsequently analyzed under descriptive statistics and Collective Subject Discourse Methodology (CSD). In total, 67 parents/caregivers of adults with ASD, residents in 14 Brazilian states, were part of the study. The results reveal the exclusion experienced by these adults in their educational trajectories, since their childhood/adolescence, until their adulthood. Moreover, it is noted that most of them have been inserted only in special education institutions, with only eight reaching regular teaching institutions within adulthood. The reported challenges were related to inclusion, service quality and permanence in the educational institutions. As for positive aspects, the expansion of socialization and the gain of new skills have been highlighted. Ultimately, these family members showed their perspectives on characteristics institutions should have, in order to be considered suitable to care for people with ASD during adulthood, comprising individual and comprehensive care.

Production processes are nowadays increasingly global, implying interdependent structures linking goods, processes and countries. Traditional economic blocks and sectoral intra-country linkages coexist with increasing worldwide dependencies. Recent literature supports the hypothesis of a new globalization process taking place in the late 1990s and the 21st century, centred on the consolidation of increasingly competitive macro-regions at a global level, with a growing specialization of countries within them. We propose a multiregional input-output (MRIO) model of the European Union (EU) to analyse whether the generation of employment and income in Europe in recent decades can be defined as a process that is mainly regional or global (involving countries within the region versus countries outside Europe). Our results show that intra-EU trade is an important factor contributing to income and employment growth, more oriented to intermediate inputs, in the same way as extra-EU trade, despite the fact that some European countries are more specialized in final goods, mainly driven by high-income EU countries, Los procesos de producción son hoy en día cada vez más globales, lo que implica estructuras interdependientes que vinculan bienes, procesos y países. Los bloques económicos tradicionales y los vínculos sectoriales dentro del país coexisten con dependencias mundiales crecientes. La literatura reciente respalda la hipótesis de un nuevo proceso de globalización que tuvo lugar a fines de los años 90 y el siglo XXI, centrado en la consolidación de macro-regiones cada vez más competitivas a nivel global, con una creciente especialización de los países dentro de ellas. We report the case of a 74-year-old man with a giant cell tumour (GCT) of the right maxilla and pterygoid process. The patient presented to the maxillofacial and head and neck surgery clinic with an ulcerated lesion of the hard palate. Initial workup with CT revealed a mass within the right maxillary sinus and pterygoid process with associated bone expansion and erosion. Biopsy showed a GCT with mucosal ulceration. Two years after surgical resection, a follow-up CT revealed tumour recurrence involving the right pterygoid process and lateral pterygoid muscle. The patient was then proposed for therapy with denosumab. Under denosumab treatment, the lesion maintained stable dimensions and became sclerotic and heavily ossified.

This article proposes a probe to monitor the electromagnetic field inside microwave ovens. The electromagnetic field inside the microwave oven can be detected and measured by reading the output DC voltage generated by the field detector probe.

Mozambique became an independent country from the Portuguese colonial regime in 1975, after ten years of armed struggle led by FRELIMO. Its legacy was a country with poorly developed natural resources, serious problems regarding the population’s sanitation and health, an extremely high illiteracy rate, very low qualification of human capital. There was a country to build, and this construction was willed within the framework of a socialist transformation of society. Despite the significance of the efforts and advances achieved, that construction was brutally hindered by a heavy civil war (1976-92), successive natural catastrophes, serious setbacks in the devised economic strategy. Apart from these difficulties, the exponential population growth encumbered the implementation of services capable of responding in such areas as health, education and population qualification, not only in the necessary numbers but also in quality. And this despite the fact that education, and therefore teacher recruitment and training, was considered one of the most powerful tools for the country’s promotion and development. This chapter aims to report on the teacher training strategies in the 1975-2014 period, highlighting the main landmarks of their evolution as well as their benefits and constraints, illuminating the geographic, economic, political and cultural contexts where they emerged, as well as the education system they are supposed to serve. To this effect, we resorted to documental research, based on bibliographic and empirical studies, legislation and official documents, and documents produced by international entities. It should be noted that there is little documentation and empirical research on some fields we would be interested in deepening, in particular information concerning the curricula of teacher training. The chapter is organized in three sections: Geographical, Demographical, Social, Economic, Political and Cultural Context; Educational System; and Teacher Training. In the 2 first section, the general context of training is analysed in its evolution along the dimensions stated in the heading. The second section is dedicated to describing and analysing the evolution of the formal education system, its goals and organization, population and challenges. The third section is dedicated to teacher training strategies, their evolution, objectives, access conditions, duration, institutions responsible for the programmes and challenges. The chapter ends with a concluding section, where the essential traits of the previous analyses are highlighted, and the increase in the number of teachers, the rise in their qualifications and the actual development of the teaching competencies are highlighted as the main challenges of teacher training.

In recent years, the installation of new enterprises in the Itajaí-Açú River outfall underwent a strong pressure due to the insertion of new shipyards and marinas, as well as port expansion on both sides of the estuary. Thus the use of the waterway and port area of Itajaí becomes more intense, therefore, this situation leads to problems and conflicts, which arise due to the inefficiency in applying public planning policies and territorial planning. Therefore, this study aims to diagnose the Port and Waterway Area of Itajaí (PWAI), in order to support integrated management. Marine Spatial Planning (MSP) emerges as an innovative tool to support management, which aims to order and zone the environment, besides seeking to understand the problems and conflicts, providing opportunities for future changes to happen in a jointly manner. The methodology is based on UNESCO's guide, which presents ten steps and constitutes an adaptive and continuous process. The adapted methodology used in this study brings a low cost approach to territorial analysis and provides the integration of intersectoral visions. PWAI is considered a shelter area for navigation which enables the development of correlated and conflicting activities. The cities surrounding the PWAI have their economic development directly related to the port sector, fishing, shipbuilding and repair industry, as well as tourism and leisure. The challenge for the successful policy in MSP within the estuary of the Itajaí-Açú river lies in the assembly of all pieces of the puzzle, bringing the reconciliation between scientific research and practical solutions. Because of the holistic approach, this diagnosis can be considered as the first step to the development of a multiple use plan in the low estuary of Itajaí-Açú river.

O terapeuta ocupacional (TO) apresenta em sua formação características capazes de enquadrá-lo como elemento importante no processo de melhorias na inclusão escolar. Objetiva-se caracterizar a produção científica nacional acerca das contribuições da Terapia Ocupacional no processo de inclusão escolar, através de uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva, com abordagem bibliométrica. As buscas foram realizadas nas bases de dados da BVS, Scielo, Redalyc e nos periódicos Cadernos de Terapia Ocupacional da UFSCar, Revista de Terapia Ocupacional da USP, Revista Brasileira de Educação Especial e Revista Educação Especial da UFSM, utilizando as expressões de busca “terapia ocupacional”, “inclusão escolar”, “educação especial”, “educação inclusiva”, “contexto escolar”, “tecnologia assistiva” e “escola”. Com o auxílio do Software VantagePoint®, as análises produziram indicadores: ano de publicação; principais periódicos onde estes artigos são publicados; autores que mais participam de publicações; principais temas abordados. Resultados apontaram algumas características da literatura da área, com destaque para o crescimento no número de publicações nos últimos dois anos; predominância de publicações em periódicos da Terapia Ocupacional; pequeno grupo de autores responsáveis pela maioria das publicações; maior parte de estudos originais, de revisão, exploratórios e descritivos; sendo a temática mais frequente referente a questões sobre a atuação do TO em processos de inclusão escolar, dados estes que caracterizam a produção científica e revelam importantes contribuições da Terapia Ocupacional no contexto da educação inclusiva.

A strategy, which has been proved productive to inclusive education, was put into practice, in an effective way, by the education and health professionals partnership. The occupational therapist (OT) presents, in its formation, characteristics which enable them to frame as important elements in the process of improvement in the school inclusion. It aims to characterize the national scientific production about occupational therapy contributions for school inclusion process, through an exploratory and descriptive search, with a bibliometric approach. The search was performed in the databases BVS, Scielo, Redalyc and periodics Cadernos de Terapia Ocupacional da UFSCar, Revista de Terapia Ocupacional da USP, Revista Brasileira de Educação Especial e Revista Educação Especial da UFSM, using the search expressions “occupational therapy”, “school inclusion”, “especial education”, “inclusive education” “school context”, “assistive technology” and “school”. With the aid of software VantagePoint®, the analysis produced indicators: year of publication, major journals when these papers were published, authors who participated in more publications, main topics discuted. Results pointed some characteristics of the literature of the field, highlighting the growing number of publishing in the last two years; publication predominance in occupational therapy journals; small group of authors responsible for the majority of publications, most studies are original, review, exploratory and descriptive, being the most common theme regarding questions about the role of OT in school inclusion processes, these data that characterize the scientific and reveal important contributions of occupational therapy in the context of inclusive education.

O desenvolvimento deste trabalho ocorreu durante o estágio supervisionado do curso técnico em agropecuária, oferecido pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Baiano pensando em associar o conhecimento empírico e o técnico junto aos alunos. A sociedade tem o compromisso de favorecer a adoção de um comportamento saudável, incluindo as crianças para serem capazes de alcançar uma boa qualidade de vida com resultados positivos na adolescência e na vida adulta. A horta escolar implantada em uma escola Municipal de Posto da Mata teve a intenção de ser desenvolvida com o aproveitamento de pequenos espaços e de materiais recicláveis, no cultivo de legumes e verduras. Com esse trabalho pretende-se que os alunos e pais tenham uma melhor relação com a produção orgânica e com o uso de alimentos saudáveis, colaborando na formação de cidadãos conscientes e saudáveis.

Quando falamos de pessoas com Deficiência Intelectual (DI) em idade adulta, verificamos que se trata de um assunto ainda pouco explorado, porém inserido neste complexo cenário vivenciado por pessoas portadoras de deficiências, um cenário ainda permeado pelo estigma e pela exclusão. A maioria destas pessoas se encontra fora do mercado de trabalho, muitas sendo alocadas no ensino de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) e ainda dependentes de seus familiares. Este estudo visa compreender a realidade vivida por um adulto com DI e sua família, identificando as características de sua rotina, demandas e serviços de apoio existentes. Para isto, este trabalho utilizou como método a análise de conteúdo, com o uso de uma entrevista. Verificou-se nos relatos obtidos que a família estudada se mostra aparentemente dentro do panorama verificado na literatura sobre pessoas portadoras de deficiência, o adulto com DI não se encontra inserido no mercado de trabalho e é totalmente dependente economicamente dos pais, no entanto, existem expectativas futuras otimistas e um olhar positivo para a deficiência, vista como parte do cotidiano e não como uma sobrecarga para a família.Palavras-chave: Deficiência intelectual; Adulto; Estudo de caso. It was found were reported by the family studied is shown in the picture apparently found in the literature about people with disabilities, adults with ID is not inserted in the labor market and is completely economically dependent parents, however, there are expectations optimistic future and a positive outlook for the deficiency, seen as part of everyday life and not as a burden on the family.
