The peak of children's growth and development occurs in the first 1000 days of human life, but the basic foundation in stimulating growth and development is in the age range of the first 0-6 months. Development is strongly influenced by nutrition. The development of babies with exclusive breastfeeding and formula milk will experience differences due to different nutritional content. The incidence of infants who received formula milk by 89.19% experienced developmental delays. Meanwhile, babies with exclusive breastfeeding of 67.57% experience normal development. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the development of infants aged 0-6 months who received exclusive breastfeeding with formula milk in sampoiniet sub-district, Aceh Jaya Regency. The type of research used is observational analytical research with a Cross Sectional approach. . This research was conducted in September 2022 in Sampoinet District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The population in the study was babies aged 0- 6 months in Sampoinet District, Aceh Jaya Regency, which was 160 people. The sampling technique using Accidental sampling was 44 people. Era revolusi industri 4.0 lebih menekankan pada digitalisasi, sedangkan era society 5.0 lebih ke cara bagaimana memanusiakan manusia dengan teknologi. Sehingga manusia tersebut sebagai user/pelaku yang ikut menggunakan teknologi tersebut. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) harus ditingkatkan secara terus menerus sehingga mampu memanfaatkan dan memaksimalkan setiap inovasi teknologi yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi HRD di Sekolah Alam Gaharu dalam upaya menjaga kestabilan dan peningkatan kualitas SDM. Ruang lingkup tanggung jawab HRD yaitu perencanaan, perekrutan dan seleksi pegawai, training dan development SDM, kompensasi dan keuntungan serta evaluasi kinerja SDM. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini, HRD di sekolah tersebut terbilang memiliki beban kerja yang cukup banyak, sebaiknya apabila SDM terus bertambah, bagian HRD pun menambah anggota yang bertugas sebagai tim HRD.

This study examines the role of state Islamic tertiary institutions in responding to the challenges of globalization in Indonesia. One tertiary institution was used as a research case study, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. This study uses qualitative methods through literature data collection, field observations, and interviews. The results of the research show that UIN Bandung has designed and prepared a strategy for facing the globalization era, which consists of seven main methods, which include: financial planning and allocation management; improvement of research and publication programs; lecture management; improvement and empowerment of international standard human resources; increasing global insight by maintaining Islamic scientific values; pilot projects for international class programs; and development of the quality of study programs. The seven strategies are supported by the initiative of the academic community independently so that it has succeeded in realizing UIN Bandung as one of the PTKI, which is ready to welcome the era of globalization and gain an international reputation.

One of the modern Islamic reformers in Indonesia is Nurcholish Madjid. The focus of this research is to find out the style of thought of Nurcholis Madjid regarding religious pluralism. The aims of this study are to (1) describe the style of Nurcholis Madjid’s thought related to religious pluralism, (2) open new insights regarding modern Islamic views, and (3) describe the contributions and controversies of Nurcholis Madjid’s thoughts regarding religious pluralism. This study uses a descriptive-comparative research approach. The results of this study indicate that there are three thoughts of Nurcholis Madjid about religious pluralism. First, according to him, religious pluralism is an understanding that recognizes the existence of other religions and is mature in dealing with diversity. Second, Nurcholish Madjid's idea of religious pluralism is a religious principle that recognizes freedom of religion, living with risks that will be borne by each believer. Third, according to Nurcholish Madjid, religious pluralism in Islam is not based on the doctrine of assuming that all religions are true, but Islam only gives recognition to the extent of each individual's right to exist in harmony with the freedom to practice their respective religions to realize a tolerant life in Indonesia.

Composite solid-state electrolyte (CSSE) with integrated strengths avoids the weaknesses of organic and inorganic electrolytes, and thus become a better choice for all-solid-state lithium battery (ASSLB). However, the poor dispersion of inorganic fillers and the organic/inorganic nature difference leads to their interface incompatibility, which greatly destroys the performance of CSSE and ASSLB. This study was motivated by the fact that teachers had many difficulties adopting the 2013 curriculum, particularly the new 2013 curriculum set at a private Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah. The goal of this study was to determine teachers' grasp of the 2013 Curriculum in terms of planning, implementation, and assessment of the learning process. The study's subjects were seven teachers and it was done at the start of the 2021/2022 school year. This is a qualitative study using the descriptive method. Data is gathered using a variety of means, including questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The expert assessment was used to conduct the instrument validity test (Judgement Expert). According to the findings of the study, 1) teachers' understanding of the 2013 curriculum as seen from planning is in the category Often (61 percent -80 percent) and the percentage of understanding is 73 percent; 2) teachers' understanding of the 2013 curriculum as seen from implementation is in the Rare category (61 percent -80 percent) and the percentage of understanding is 65 percent; and 3) teachers' understanding of the 2013 curriculum as seen from implementation is in the Rare category (61 percent -80 percent) and the percentage of understanding is 70 percent

This study aims to see the extent to which the level of concentration ability of early childhood after games and brain exercises are carried out in a period of 3 months. Brain games and exercises with simple body movements accompanied by songs to make students more excited. Brain exercise has many benefits, especially to balance the left and right brain, through brain exercise activities can foster enthusiasm and children's learning. This study describes brain exercise activities carried out at the Al-Kautsar Quran Kindergarten in Bandung. The method used is a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis technique is data triangulation technique. The results of research at Al-Kautsar Quran Kindergarten show that brain exercise activities have been carried out well, seen from semester and daily planning and evaluations carried out for each brain exercise activity. Our study focused on the molecular and clinical efficacy of tigecycline for hospital-acquired pneumonia (HAP) in the ICU.Patients and Methods: A retrospective cohort study of 52 adult KPC-KP HAP patients by searching hospital medical records from January 2018 to December 2020 was established to investigate the epidemiology of KPC-KP infections for tigecycline treatment and the associated clinical efficacy of tigecycline. The KPC-KP isolates underwent multilocus sequence typing. Molecular typing, antimicrobial resistance, and virulence profiling were also analyzed by whole-genome sequencing of KPC-KP.Results: Among 52 patients with KPC-KP, the ICU mortality rate was 14/52 (27%), and there was no significant statistical difference in mortality between the effective group and failure group (p = 0.754). However, the duration of tigecycline was statistically different between the two groups of patients (14.4 vs 10 days, p=0.046). The total bacterial clearance rate was 6/52 (11.5%). There was no significant statistical difference in both groups (p=0.416). Antibiotic resistance genes (aac3iia) and virulence gene (AREO-iutA, Capsule-wzc) were negatively correlated with clinical efficacy (p = 0.011, OR = 1.237).Conclusions: Blakpc was the main carbapenemase in all K. pneumoniae strains. ST11-KL64 KPC-KP was the most common virulence factors in KPC-KP isolates. This study suggested that antibiotic resistance genes (aac3iia) and virulence gene (AREO-iutA, Capsule-wzc) were independent mortality risk factors for patients with Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase-2 producing K. pneumoniae infections, when during the tigecycline treatment. Molecular analysis of K. pneumoniae may provide an option when choosing the antimicrobial treatment.Keywords: Klebsiella pneumoniae, carbapenemase, virulence factors, resistance genes, hospital-acquired pneumonia

Kelelahan merupakan proses alami pada manusia namun dalam kontek pekerjaan, kelelahan kerja harus dicegah dan dihindari. Kelelahan kerja memiliki dampak negatif dan berisiko menimbulkan gangguan baik gangguan fisik, kognitif dan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor pekerjaan terhadap kejadian kelelahan kerja pada perawat puskesmas di Kabupaten Sambas Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari maret 2023 sampai Mei 2023. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di puskesmas kabupaten Sambas sejumlah 126 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non-probability sampling dengan quota sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring dengan instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan dalam bentuk google form. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik chi square dengan alpha 5% (0,05). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara shift kerja p=0.595, beban kerja p=1.000 dan jam kerja p=0.368 dan kelelahan kerja. sementara itu terdapat hubungan signifikan antara stres kerja p=0.001 dan kelelahan kerja. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan kerja dan variabel shift kerja,beban kerja dan jam kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan kerja pada perawat puskesmas di Kabupaten Sambas Tahun 2023. Diharapkan manajemen puskesmas dapat menyusun kebijakan dan stategi terkait manajemen kelelahan di tempat kerja.

This study aimed to determine the effect of the principal's motivation on teacher performance at Integrated Islamic elementary school Matahati Bandung. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with the associative method. The population in this study amounted to 30 teachers and was taken as a sample of 30 teachers with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The result of this study; 1) the regression coefficient value is 1.006. So every one percent of motivation from the principal will improve teacher performance by 1,006. Thus the motivation of the principal has a positive effect on the teacher's performance. Square R-value = 0.610, hence the effect value is 61%. Thus, the provision of motivation from the principal can improve teacher performance by 60%; 2) the principal is significantly influential in efforts to improve teacher performance in SDIT Matahati with the magnitude of the influence by 90.6%; 3) Principals on teacher influence by 88.6%. The study results imply that the principal's motivation is a factor that can affect teacher performance.

The aims of this study were is to analyze the development of Islamic values for deaf students at The Little Hijabi Homeschooling; learn Islamic values applied to deaf students, especially in early childhood; examine the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the Islamic values and the way of The Little Hijabi Homeschooling in educating and developing Islamic values curriculum. The research method used was descriptive qualitative method and literature study. Data collection techniques in this study include is observation; interview; and documentation; searching for data through websites or journals. Qualitative data analysis used in this study with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Latar Belakang ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana sekolah dapat mandiri dan memberdayakan sekolah melalui manajemen berbasis sekolah untuk melakukan pengambilan keputusan secara partisipatif. Tujuan penelitian ini 1) untuk mengkaji proses penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah di Taman Kanak Kanak Al Faidah Cianjur; 2) mempelajari bagaimana Taman Kanak Kanak Al Faidah Cianjur dalam menghasilkan siswa yang berkualitas; dan 3) mengkaji faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah di Taman Kanak Kanak Al Faidah Cianjur dan cara meminimalisir faktor penghambat tersebut. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi 1) observasi; 2) wawancara; dan 3) dokumentasi. Analisis data kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian atau penyajian data dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. To create good learning achievement, it is necessary to pay attention to several factors, one of which is the method used. Mnemonic learning aims to make it easier for young children to master tajwid material. This study aims to determine the level of learning achievement of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Mikhrajul Ulum Jambearum Sumberjambe Jember students. The research approach used is a qualitative type of case study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis was carried out circularly, starting from data collection, reduction, data display and conclusion. The study results showed that it became easier for students to master Tajweed material without feeling pressured and bored because, in practice, the teacher used songs, acronyms, and mind mapping in learning Tajweed material. Learning that takes place is very enjoyable. As for its application, the teacher's creativity is needed in developing methods (singing, acronyms, concept maps) that are appropriate to the learning material so that students can more easily master and remember the material and feel happy and not burdened in learning

This study aims to find out how the principal is in his leadership and how influential the principal's leadership is on teacher performance. The method used in this research is descriptive using a quantitative approach. Data collection was obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data analysis uses percentage techniques for descriptive data and test eta quadrat for quantitative data. The results obtained in this study explain that the principal's leadership is in the very good category with a percentage gain of 94.6%.Teacher performance is in the very good category with a percentage gain 80.5%. The results of linear regression calculations show that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Principal leadership contributes 37.6% to teacher performance. Which means principals have an important role in teacher performance.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common arrhythmias, associated with high morbidity, mortality, and healthcare costs, and it places a significant burden on both individuals and society. Anti-arrhythmic drugs are the most commonly used strategy for treating AF. However, drug therapy faces challenges because of its limited efficacy and potential side effects. Catheter ablation is widely used as an alternative treatment for AF. Nevertheless, because the mechanism of AF is not fully understood, the recurrence rate after ablation remains high. In addition, the outcomes of ablation can vary significantly between medical institutions and patients, especially for persistent AF. Therefore, the issue of which ablation strategy is optimal is still far from settled. Computational modeling has the advantages of repeatable operation, low cost, freedom from risk, and complete control, and is a useful tool for not only predicting the results of different ablation strategies on the same model but also finding optimal personalized ablation targets for clinical reference and even guidance. This review summarizes three-dimensional computational modeling simulations of catheter ablation for AF, from the early-stage attempts such as Maze III or circumferential pulmonary vein isolation to the latest advances based on personalized substrate-guided ablation. Finally, we summarize current developments and challenges and provide our perspectives and suggestions for future directions.

The preparation of multi-functionalized luminophores with full-color emission based on an identical core skeleton is a significative but challenging research topic. In this work, eight donor-donor-acceptor (D-D-A) type luminogens based on a central carbazole core bearing a hydrocarbon chain of six carbon atoms are designed by using different kinds of donor and acceptor units on the left and on the right and synthesized in good yields. These D-D-A carbazole derivatives display deep-blue, sky-blue, blue-green, green, yellow-green, yellow, orange and red fluorescence in the solid state, respectively, achieving full-color emission covering the whole visible light range under UV light illumination. Notably, dicyano-functionalized triphenylamine-containing carbazole derivative exhibits rare aggregation-induced near-infrared emission and red to near-infrared mechanofluorochromism with high contrast beyond 100 nm. Furthermore, red emissive luminogen can serve as a potential candidate for cell imaging and photodynamic therapy (PDT). The present work not only provides reference for the construction of full-color emissive systems but also opens a new avenue to the preparation of multi-functionalized luminophores capable of simultaneously applying in near-Infrared mechanical-force sensors and PDT fields.

Cabai merah merupakan salah satu komoditas strategis di Indonesia dan termasuk komoditas terbesar berdasarkan jumlah produksinya. Tanaman cabai merah memiliki masa panen lebih dari satu kali. Cabai merah di Indonesia terbilang tinggi dari segi kebutuhannya dan produksinya bersifat musiman sehingga membuat harga cabai merah fluktuatif. Analisis ARIMA salah satu metode yang cocok digunakan untuk peramalan data time series karena menggunakan nilai masa lalu dan sekarang untuk variabel dependen. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk memperoleh prediksi harga cabai merah untuk 12 periode mendatang. Data berupa harga konsumen cabai merah di Indonesia dari Januari 2017 sampai Desember 2021. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh model terbaik untuk peramalan harga cabai merah yaitu ARIMA (2,0,0). Hasil peramalan untuk Januari hingga Desember 2022 menunjukkan harga konsumen cabai merah mengalami kenaikan namun cenderung stabil berada dalam range harga yang sama. The temperature of a living cell is a crucial parameter for cellular events, such as cell division, gene expressions, enzyme activities and metabolism. We previously developed a quantifiable mitochondrial thermometry 1.0 based on rhodamine B methyl ester (RhB-ME) and rhodamine 800 (Rh800), and the theory for mitochondrial thermogenesis. Given that the synthesized RhB-ME is not readily available, thus, a convenient mitochondrial thermometry 2.0 based on tetra-methyl rhodamine methyl ester (TMRM) and Rh800 for the thermogenic study of brown adipocyte was further evolved. The fluorescence of TMRM is more sensitive (∼1.4 times) to temperature than that of RhB-ME, then the TMRM-based mito-thermometry 2.0 was validated and used for the qualitatively dynamic profiles for mitochondrial thermogenic responses and mitochondrial membrane potential in living cells simultaneously. Furthermore, our results demonstrated that the heterogenous thermogenesis evoked by β3 adrenoceptor agonist only used overall up to ∼46% of the thermogenic capacity evoked by CCCP stimulation. On the other hand, the results demonstrated that the maximum thermogenesis evoked by NE and oligomycin A used up to ∼79% of the thermogenic capacity, which suggested the maximum thermogenic capacity under physiological conditions by inhibiting the proton-ATPase function of the mitochondrial complex V, such as under the cold activation of sympathetic nerve and the co-release of sympathetic transmitters.

Numerous methods have been published to segment the infarct tissue in the left ventricle, most of them either need manual work, post-processing, or suffer from poor reproducibility. We proposed an automatic segmentation method for segmenting the infarct tissue in left ventricle with myocardial infarction. Cardiac images of a total of 60 diseased hearts (55 human hearts and 5 porcine hearts) were used in this study. The epicardial and endocardial boundaries of the ventricles in every 2D slice of the cardiac magnetic resonance with late gadolinium enhancement images were manually segmented. The subsequent pipeline of infarct tissue segmentation is fully automatic. The segmentation results with the automatic algorithm proposed in this paper were compared to the consensus ground truth. The median of Dice overlap between our automatic method and the consensus ground truth is 0.79. We also compared the automatic method with the consensus ground truth using different image sources from different centers with different scan parameters and different scan machines. The results showed that the Dice overlap with the public dataset was 0.83, and the overall Dice overlap was 0.79. The results show that our method is robust with respect to different MRI image sources, which were scanned by different centers with different image collection parameters. The segmentation accuracy we obtained is comparable to or better than that of the conventional semi-automatic methods. Our segmentation method may be useful for processing large amount of dataset in clinic.

Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy is an effective treatment for relapsed and refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (R/R ALL). However, autologous CAR-T cells derived from patients with B-ALL often show poor amplification ability, exhaustion, and anergy. To overcome these limitations, allogeneic CAR-T cells may be used as effective substitutes; however, which source would be the best substitute is unclear. In this study, we compared the immunophenotype and antitumor efficacy of anti-CD19 CAR-T cells derived from healthy donor cord blood (CB), healthy donor peripheral blood (PB), and PB of B-ALL patients [PB (patient)] in vitro and NOD-Prkdcem26cd52Il2rgem26Cd22/Nju (NCG)-immunodeficient mice, respectively. The results revealed that CAR-T cells derived from healthy donor CB and PB showed a higher proportion of naive T cells and longer tumor suppression in tumor-bearing mice than those of PB (patient). PB (patient) CAR-T cells had a higher proportion of regulatory T cells (Treg cells) and released high levels of interluekin-10 (IL-10), which also suggest a poor prognosis. Thus, CAR-T cells derived from healthy donors have better antitumor efficacy than CAR-T cells derived from PB (patient), and CB may be a good source of allogeneic CAR-T cells.

This study aims to determine and provide empirical evidence between interest rates, service quality, and corporate image on the decision to take credit at PT. Polatama Kusuma Madiun Financing The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, that is, the sample was taken based on criteria, with a total of 96 respondents from Polatama Kusuma People's Credit Bank. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that interest rates, service quality, and corporate image have a significant positive effect on the decision to take credit at the Polatama Kusuma People's Credit Bank. The results show the value of the standardization coefficient or service quality variable compared to the standardization coefficient or interest rate and company image. This means that the service quality variable has a dominant influence on the decision to take credit at PT. Polatama Kusuma Madiun Financing.

This study aims to explore the concept of school performance appraisal using the balanced scorecard. Here, the authors attempt to describe the concept of a balanced scorecard that is applicable for the assessment of school performance. The methodology used is qualitative method that relies on a literature review of the literature and research journals. It was found that the concept of the balanced scorecard is a strategic alternative evaluation tool organization that focuses on financial performance. Balanced scorcard base its scoring on four aspects, namely financial, customer, internal business processes, and growth and development. Given the balanced scorecard approach emerged and developed within a business organization it is necessary to attempt modification before being used for the assessment of school performance. Therefore, in the context of the fourth school into a balanced scorecard assessment factors and infrastructure funds, students, curricular activities, and teachers and education personnel. It is expected that this study can contribute conceptually applicable to researchers and the public who will evaluate the performance of schools using a balanced scorecard approach. Disini penulis berupaya menguraikan konsep balanced scorecard yang aplikatif bagi penilaian kinerja sekolah. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif yang mengandalkan pada kajian pustaka dari berbagai literatur dan jurnal penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian ditemukan bahwa konsep balanced scorecard merupakan alternatif alat evaluasi strategi organisasi yang selama ini terpusat pada kinerja keuangan. Balanced scorcard mendasarkan penilaian pada empat aspek yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Mengingat pendekatan balanced scorecard muncul dan berkembang di lingkungan organisasi bisnis maka perlu upaya modifikasi sebelum digunakan untuk penilaian kinerja sekolah. Oleh karena itu dalam konteks sekolah keempat faktor penilaian balanced scorecard menjadi dana dan sarana prasarana, siswa, kegiatan kurikuler, dan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan sumbangan konseptual yang aplikatif bagi peneliti maupun masyarakat yang akan melakukan evaluasi kinerja sekolah menggunakan pendekatan balanced scorecard. Background : In 2013 based on the WHO (Word Health Organization) records the incidence of appendicitis it was quite high in the world. The issues that occur mortality of appendicitis is 21.000 people, for female population is more high than men. Furthermore, accordings to the records measuremants of Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia in 2012 is 596.132 people and in 2013 increased to 621.435 people. In Indonesia the incidence of appendicitis infest the highest rank between the other emergency abdomen cases from the result survey of Household Health Survey or SKRT. The profile of Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota West Java Province in 2015 was gived statement about the pattern of appendicitis at the age group ranges 5 ± 44 years old for hospitalized patients was 24,2%.Research Objective : The purpose in this research is to find out the effect of Mozart’s classical music therapy towards the changes of pain scale in postoperative appendicitis patients in Dahlia Room Bogor Hospital.Research Methods : The type of this research is an experiment with quasi-experimental design and Non Equivalent Control Group design. The population in this studies are all of the post operative appendicitis patients in Dahlia Room Bogor Hospital, with 26 samples researched that using saturated sampling techniques, and the retrievel to complete the material informations were used interview techniques at the preliminary studied and observation sheet when the research was begin. Results of the study :There is shown the differences result of the pain scale before and after intervention group as 0,005, and the differences in the results of the pain scale before and after the control group as 1,000, and the effect of classic mozart’s music therapy towards the changes of pain scale for post operative appendicitis in Dahlia Room Bogor Hospital as 0,007 (p < 0,05). Conclusion : There is a effect of Mozart's classic music therapy toward the changes of pain scale for postoperative appendicitis patients in Dahlia Room Bogor Hospital. The results of this researchmight become knowledge for post operative patients to reduce pain scale by combining medical and non-treatment medical.

Pada prakteknya masih ada 8% pendidik di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Kota Bandung yang memiliki problem dalam kedisiplinan ketepatan waktu. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap implementasi strategi pengendalian mutu pendidik meliputi; rekrutmen, dan seleksi, peningkatan mutu dan evaluasi mutu pendidik di MAN 2 Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta atau karakteristik sampel penelitian secara cermat dan menyeluruh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi wawancara bersama kepala madrasah, pendidik dan wakil kepala madrasah; studi dokumentasi data pendidik, profil lembaga, data kepegawaian; dan studi observasi lingkungan internal madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; pertama, strategi rekrutmen dan seleksi yang diterapkan dalam menjaga profesionalitas SDM dimulai dari sistem open rekruitmen, prosedur dalam pembelajaran, dan konsep dasar kesadaran; kedua, proses dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas SDM dilihat dari 4 indikator, yaitu datang tepat waktu ke sekolah, datang tepat waktu ke kelas, pembelajaran efektif, dan pembelajaran berprestasi; ketiga, evaluasi pemimpin terhadap organisasi yang dijalankan adalah mengutamakan prinsip kemanusiaan dan bimbingan, serta hukuman edukatif.

The research of gravity on Suwawa Sub-District geothermal is done for the purposes to determine fault structure using Second Vertical Derivative (SVD) technique, create a 2D subsurface model and 3D tentative model using regional anomaly data, and interpreting Suwawa geothermal system. Data processing is done in the research include: drift correction, terrain correction, free air correction, complete Bouguer anomaly, spectral analysis, SVD analysis, 2D modeling and 3D inversion modeling and tentative model. The research results showed that the research area has low Bouguer anomaly with a range of 75.8 to 79.5 mGal values in the West and Southeast, while high anomaly with a range of 90.9 to 111.2 mGal values in the Northern and Southern, there is correlation of fault based on SVD analysis with geological fault that indicate the presence of Libungo hot springs, the inversion results indicate the presence of low density (ρ = 1.8 g/cc) which is an alluvial rocks and high density (ρ = 2.9 g/cc) which is Andesite Lava rocks, 3D tentative modeling indicate the presence of reservoir is at a depth of 2 km from the ground surface. Based on the model created, Cap Rock is located on Andesite Lava rocks with ρ = 2.9 g/cc at a depth of 1200 m and Heat Source located at a depth of 2000 m.

Madrasa are in a condition of interrelated problems, including inadequate funding, inadequate facilities, modest teachers and attending more than one school, low quality, lack of enthusiasm, low innovation, and low interest. Madrasas do not yet have an internal quality assurance. This research aims to reveal the implementation of quality management in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman Cimahi City, Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach that is describing phenomena in the implementation of quality in private madrasas. Data collection techniques used interview studies with the headmaster, deputy headmaster and educators; documentation study relating to documents related to 8 standards in madrasas; observational studies namely the implementation of quality, internal quality assurance in madrasas. The results showed that the low quality of education in the madrasas had an impact on funding madrasas that still did not have financial independence, madrassas still relied on madrasah operational assistance and monthly fees from students. The academic quality assurance agenda is carried out maximally by the madrasah academic community.

A tetraphenylethene (TPE)-modified rhodanine derivative was successfully designed and prepared, and this luminophor showed intramolecular charge transfer nature from the TPE unit to the rhodanine-3-acetic acid unit. Interestingly, this luminogen not only exhibited typical aggregation-induced emission enhancement (AIEE) behavior but also showed good cell imaging performance. Remarkably, this AIEE-active TPE-containing rhodanine derivative possessed noticeable solvatochromic fluorescence effect involving multiple fluorescent colors of green, yellow-green, yellow, orange, and red. Meanwhile, this fluorescigenic compound displayed reversible mechanochromic fluorescence behavior based on the mutual transformation of between stable crystalline and metastable amorphous states. On the other hand, this multifunctional fluorophor could selectively and sensitively detect Hg2+ in an acetonitrile solution. Furthermore, this chemosensor could also be used to detect Hg2+ on test paper strips.

Background Umbilical cord blood transplantation (UCBT) from unrelated donors is one of the successful treatments for acute leukemia in childhood. The most frequent side effect of UCBT is peri-engraftment syndrome (PES), which is directly associated with the greater prevalence of acute and chronic graft-versus-host-disease (aGvHD and cGvHD). In haploidentical stem cell transplantation, posttransplant cyclophosphamide (PTCY) has been demonstrated to be an effective method against GvHD. However, the effects of PTCY as a GvHD prophylactic in UCBT had not been investigated. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of PTCY on the outcomes of UCBT for pediatric acute leukemia. Methods This retrospective study included 52 children with acute leukemia who underwent unrelated single-unit UCBT after myeloablative conditioning regimens. The results from the PTCY and non-PTCY groups were compared. Results The incidence of transplantation-related mortality in non-PTCY and PTCY were 5% and 10% (p = 0.525), respectively. The incidence of relapse in non-PTCY and PTCY were 5% and 23% (p = 0.095), respectively. Second complete remission status (CR2) was an independent risk factor for relapse-free survival (hazard ratio = 9.782, p = 0.001). The odds ratio for sepsis or bacteremia incidence was significantly greater in the PTCY group (9.524, p = 0.017). PTCY group had increased rates of cytomegalovirus activity and fungal infection. The incidence of PES, aGvHD, cGvHD, and hemorrhagic cystitis in the PTCY group was lower than that in the non-PTCY group, although it was not significantly different. Additionally, higher doses of PTCY (29 mg/kg and 40 mg/kg) were associated with lower incidences of aGvHD and severe GvHD (65% and 29%, respectively) than lower doses (93% and 57%, respectively). Engraftment time and graft failure incidence were similar across groups. Conclusion The results support the safety and efficiency of PTCY as part of PES controlling and GvHD prophylaxis in single-unit UCBT for children with acute leukemia. A PTCY dosage of 29 mg/kg to 40 mg/kg appears to be more effective in GvHD prophylaxis for UCBT patients.

The reuterin system is a complex multi-component antimicrobial system produced by Limosilactobacillus reuteri by metabolizing glycerol. The system mainly includes 3-hydroxypropionaldehyde (3-HPA, reuterin), 3-HPA dimer, 3-HPA hydrate, acrolein and 3-hydroxypropionic acid, and has great potential to be applied in the food and medical industries due to its functional versatility. It has been reported that the reuterin system possesses regulation of intestinal flora and anti-infection, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer activities. Typically, the reuterin system exerts strong broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties. However, the antimicrobial mechanism of the reuterin system remains unclear, and its toxicity is still controversial. This paper presents an updated review on the biosynthesis, composition, biological production, antimicrobial mechanisms, stability, toxicity and potential applications of the reuterin system. Challenges and opportunities of the use of the reuterin system as a food preservative or health-promoting agent are also discussed. The present work will allow researchers to accelerate their studies toward solving critical challenges obstructing industrial applications of the reuterin system.

Background Pyruvate kinase deficiency (PKD) is an autosomal recessive disorder caused by a PK-LR gene mutation. Allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is an effective cure for PKD. However, the experience of applying HCT in PKD is limited. Methods We present a child with novel PK-LR gene mutations who was successfully cured by matched unrelated donor peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (MUD-PBSCT). Results A 4-year-old, male patient suffered severe hemolytic anemia and jaundice 5 h after birth. Gene sequencing showed that the pyruvate kinase-liver and RBC (PK-LR) gene had a nonsense mutation in exon 5: c.602G>A (p.W201X), and large deletions in exons 3-9. Both of them were novel pathogenic mutations of the PK-LR gene. After transplantation, the hemoglobin level became normal and the nonsense mutation was undetectable. Grade Ⅳ acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) and extensive chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) occurred in the patient. However, the GVHD was controlled effectively. The patient is alive and has good quality of life 22 months post-transplant, but has mild oral lichen planus-like lesion. Conclusion Gene sequencing contributes to the diagnosis of PKD. HCT is an effective method for curing PKD, but we should explore how to reduce severe GVHD.

A very heavy burden is a determining factor in the occurrence of disorders in a person's psyche. And in reality, psychiatric disorders that will have a negative impact on their daily behavior and even worse people who have psychological disorders will not be able to control themselves. Stress includes psychiatric disorders that can affect anyone. And stress has various effects on the behavior of the sufferer. In this journal, the author puts forward the discussion of stress because in reality a lot of educators especially in Indonesia have various heavy burdens in their teaching activities so that the potential to cause stress disorders. This journal was written using direct observation and interviews to 24 teachers who underwent Accreditation at Nuruzzaman High School. And it was found that the stress level of educators in facing accreditation is quite high from various reasons obtained., Beban yang sangat berat menjadi faktor penentu terjadinya gangguan di dalam kejiwaan seseorang. Dan dalam realitasnya, gangguan yang berawal dari kejiwaan akan memberikan dampak yang buruk terhadap perilakunya sehari-hari dan bahkan lebih parahnya lagi orang yang memiliki gangguan pada kejiwaanya tidak akan bisa mengontrol dirinya sendiri. Stres termasuk gangguan kejiwaan yang dapat menyerang siapapun. Dan stres memiliki berbagai dampak pada perilaku si penderitanya. Dalam jurnal ini, penulis mengedepankan pembahasan stres karena pada kenyataanya banyak sekali para pendidik terutama di Indonesia memiliki berbagai beban yang berat dalam kegiatan mengajarnya sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan stres. Jurnal ini di tulis dengan menggunakan metode observasi langsung dan wawancara kepada 24 pendidik yang menjalani Akreditasi di SMA Nuruzzaman. Dan didapatkan bahwa tingkat stres para pendidik dalam menghadapi akreditasi cukup tinggi dari berbagai alasan yang didapatkan.

Introduction TET2, a member of the Ten-Eleven translocation gene family, catalyzes the conversion of 5-methylcytosine to 5-hydroxymethylcytosine in DNA. Low expression of TET2 has been reported as a prognostic factor for several types of malignancies in adult patients. However, there have been few data on the effect of TET2 mRNA level on the prognosis of children with ALL so far. Methods In this study, TET2 expression of samples cryopreserved in the liquid nitrogen from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2011 was retrospectively analyzed in 136 newly diagnosed ALL patients by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay. The patients' samples were divided into two groups by the median value of patients group and divided into TET2 low and TET2 high groups. Results A total of 136 childhood ALL patients demonstrated lower TET2 expression than control group (P = .038). TET2 mRNA expression levels were correlated with the disease status. In addition, patients with low TET2 expression had lower platelet counts and lower CR rates. Survival analysis showed that low TET2 expression in children with ALL was associated with lower 5-year overall survival (OS) (63% vs 88%, P = .011) and event-free survival (EFS) (60% vs 85%, P = .003). Multivariate analysis revealed that low TET2 expression was an independent poor prognostic factor of OS and EFS. Conclusion Low expression of TET2 in children with ALL is associated with poor prognosis and can be used as a molecular prognostic marker for risk group stratification.

Taking a part in foreign language learning in Indonesia has been an effort for the Indonesian people to be able to absorb and keep up with the development of science and meet the demand of global challenge. This study aims to investigate the implementation of foreign language learning policy at one of the state Islamic higher education as well as the challenges it encounters. The method used is descriptive qualitative by using instruments of observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of this study show that the university implements language learning through the SKS program in regular classes, through courses in the language center, learning in the fields of Ma’had Lughawy and Ma'had Aly (Campus dormitory). Meanwhile, the problems faced in the implementation process are related to human resources, facilities, and learning methods used.

Pondok Pesantren Assalam melakukan integrasi program Tahfidz Al-dengan pendidikan madrasah.Dengan terintegrasinya program Tahfidz Al-Quran, maka diperlukannya pengelolaan program Tahfidz Al-Quran agar tujuan program Tahfidz Al-Quran tercapai serta berjalan secara efektif dan efesien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui : hasil yang dicapai dalam manajemen program Tahfidz Al Quran di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran Assalaam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan menyalin. Manajemen program Tahfidz Al-Quran dilakukan mulai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pemotivasian, pengawasan dan evaluasi program sehingga program Tahfidz Al-Quran dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efesien. Pembenahan dalam pembelajaran, sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana pun terus dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Program Tahfidz Al-Quran di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran Assalaam menghasilkan santri yang berprestasi, mandiri dan berakhlak mulia.

As the largest alpine peat swamp wetland distribution area in the world, the Zoige has important ecological functions, including water conservation and biodiversity maintenance. In the past 20 years, the regional ecological protection and restoration measures continuously strengthened under the leadership of the local government have led to gradual improvements in the ecological environment of the region. In this study, multisource satellite remote-sensing image data were used to carry out quantitative monitoring and assessment of the main ecological elements (vegetation and water), as well as the regional leading ecosystem service function in the Zoige. Combined with local ecological protection management policies and measures, we analyzed the characteristics and effectiveness of ecological protection. We compared the ecosystem change trends of the Zoige reserve and the county, from 2001 to 2020, and found that the fractional vegetation cover (FVC) of Zoige county has increased at a rate of 0.25%/year. The growth rate was highest between 2015 and 2020, and the growth rate of FVC in the Zoige Wetland National Nature Reserve is approximately 1.89-fold that of the whole county. The water area also shows similar variation characteristics. On the whole, the water conservation capacity of the Zoige showed a significant increase from 2001 to 2020. We used high-resolution satellite remote-sensing images to capture the details of land use changes brought about by local ecological protection policies and measures, and together with macroecological indicators, we reflected on the effectiveness of regional ecological protection measures. We observed that the ecological effects of nature reserves are more direct and rapid, and the amount of water conservation within the nature reserve is about 1 × 104 m3/km2 higher than that of the surrounding grasslands. Satellite remote-sensing images can not only capture the multiscale change information of ecological indicators, such as vegetation and water, in a timely manner, but can also help us to identify the effectiveness of conservation measures by distinguishing and analyzing the causes of these changes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Uniteda Arkato. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling terhadap karyawan PT.Uniteda Arkato yang berjumlah 43 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan alat ukur IWPQ (Individual Work Performance Questionnaire) dan skala budaya organisasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0. Masing-masing skala memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,913 pada skala IWPQ (Individual Work Performance Questionnaire) dan reliabilitas sebesar 0,932 pada skala budaya organisasi. Hasil menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dapat terlihat dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (P < 0,05) dan nilai koefisien R-square (R^2 ) sebesar 0,301. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 30,1% sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 69,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Mechanochromic luminophors with strong solid-state emission are promising candidates for high-contrast mechanochromic luminescence materials. Meanwhile, mechanically responsive luminogenic molecules with tricolor switching are highly desirable but are seldom reported. In this work, three anthracene-based donor-acceptor-π-donor (D-A-π-D) type benzothiadiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized. These luminogens showed remarkable aggregation-induced emission (AIE) or aggregation-induced emission enhancement (AIEE) effect. Furthermore, these luminogens exhibited bright and different solid state fluorescence involving yellow-green, yellow and orange colors, and the fluorescence of their solids could be effectively regulated by mechanical grinding. For luminogen 1, its solid displayed reversible two-color mechanofluorochromic property. As for luminogens 2 and 3, their solids displayed fluorescent colors change from yellow to yellow-green upon slight grinding, and the yellow-green light-emitting solids were converted into orange fluorescent solids after heavy grinding, demonstrating interesting three-color mechanofluorochromism features.

Penelitian tentang pemasaran kubis di Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam dengan pedagang perantara untuk tujuan akhir Pekanbaru, dilaksanakan mulai Oktober sampai dengan November 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rantai tataniaga kubis di Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agamdan mengatahui keuntungan yang diterima masing-masing lembaga niaga dalam saluran pemasaran kubis di Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survey dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisa kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya terdapat satu saluran tataniaga kubis yang umumnya digunakan oleh petani di Kecamatan Baso, yaitu petani → pedagang pengumpul → pedagang antar daerah → pedagang pengecer. Besarnya keuntungan yang ditererima oleh pedagang pengumpul sebesar Rp 734,45/Kg. Rp 1.170,20/Kg untuk pedagang antar daerah dan Rp 660,57/Kg untuk pedagang pengecer.
