The problem faced by the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Jepara Regency is the number of billboards in Jepara Regency, but BPKAD has difficulty monitoring the location of the billboards that have been installed because the parties concerned do not report the installation of billboards. The purpose of this report is to analyze and design a geographic information system for advertising tax management at BPKAD, Jepara Regency. The material in the research is data that will be input to the system, namely data from the advertisement tax object, data on the location of the billboard point. In the system design that the author proposes, the system design is made using UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely Usecase Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. The methodology used to design the system is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method at the design stage using the RAD method which is divided into three stages, namely Requirement Planning, Design Workshop, and Implementation. The results of this study are in the form of reports on the analysis and design of the geographic information system to display all tax object locations that have been inputted by the officer, the benefits of the analysis and design of the Geographic Information System for Advertising Tax Management at BPKAD Jepara. This system can assist in managing the advertisement tax. those in Jepara tax can more easily take care of advertising taxes at home

The purpose of this research is to create a web-based tourist attraction information system in the DKI Jakarta area. The benefit of this research is to find out information on tourist attractions such as addresses, routes and tourist attractions that you want to go to through a web-based system that has been created. In the research method that researchers use in system design consists of Unified Modeling Language (UML), Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Implementation. While the development method using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weight product (WP) method. Based on the process and research, it can be concluded that the Simple Addictive Weight (SAW) algorithm gives more accurate results than the Weight product (WP) algorithm. So that the user can make a selection of the tourist attraction to be visited after seeing the list of tours available on the Enjoy Jakarta website. Then give an assessment of the tourist attractions that have been visited.

The strength of the model-driven architecture (MDA) lies in its use of models and diagrams in the process of visualizing and developing information systems of companies, that is why we chose the business process model and notations (BPMN) due to the simplicity of the symbols of its diagrams and the clarity of its notations so that all simple users of information systems within the organization can understand their needs and goals quickly and smoothly. In our paper, we suggested that we connect all categories of the staff in the companies, whatever their specialty, and the IT developers, by making a transformation between the BPMN diagrams as independent computing model to the unified modeling language (UML) class diagram as platform independent model. We chose the latter as a destination due to its development and the possibility of transforming it into a powerful and integrated program, and also to complete other transformations later, we chose query views transformations (QVT) due to its consistency with the same family of programs and previous languages.

The purpose of this final project work is to explore how tests are managed during the development of mechatronic products at a manufacturing company. This study aims to develop an information model and a process model that can be used in a PLM system. The research method used is a case study at Husqvarna Group. The different test departments in the Huskvarna site are studied. For that, two rounds of semistructured interviews and document studies are conducted to collect primary and secondary data. For each round, six interviews are conducted with experienced employees and then, a verification meeting is held. During the qualitative analysis, different keywords are highlighted and displayed in an activity and class diagram to represent the as-is test management process at the case company. Later, it is compared to the literature, and a proposal is made based on the results.

Web-based system development is used with system modeling, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language), including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The asset management system development methodology uses a prototype model, PHP programming, and MYSQL database.

Dalam proses perhitungan harga pokok produksi masih dilakukan dengan cara menghitung manual, sehingga ketepatan hitungan yang kurang akurat dan berakibat pada ketidaktepatan dalam perhitungan sisa hasil usaha, oleh karena itu Mitra Cake membutuhkan aplikasi yang mampu menghitung dan mengolah data harga pokok produksi yang tepat sehingga tidak salah dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi. .Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan aplikasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi pada UMKM Mitra cake, dimana dalam Rekayasa Perangkat Lunaknya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Database management system menggunakan MySql dengan teknik rancangan menggunakan UML dalam bentuk Use Case, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang dapat mengelola pencatatan produksi dalam perhitungan harga pokok produksi, menghasilkan laporan harga pokok produksi, sehingga ketepatan hitungan harga pokok produksi lebih akurat dan menghindari dari kerugian produksi dimasa mendatang

Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode Extreme Programing (XP) dengan tahapan pengerjaan meliputi planning, design, coding dan testing. Sistem dirancang dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang meliputi use case, activity diagram, dan class diagram, perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dengan database MySQL dan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dan Forward Chaining. Hasil akhir dari pembuatan Aplikasi ini adalah memudahkan pasien, dokter dan bidan mendeteksi penyakit kulit pada balita di Puskesmas

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi geografis wisata Lampung Timur Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Extreme Programming.Alat perancangan sistem ini menerapkan Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Rancangan Input output Dn Activity Diagram. Bahasa Pemograman Yang digunakan PHP dan Database menggunakan MySql. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi geografis pariwisata yang dapat menampilkan peta wisata, rute wisata dan informasi tentang wisata itu sendiri.

So the purpose of this paper is to design and build a PHP-based application with the Codeignither framework. The method uses the waterfall and the database uses a MYSQL database. The design includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, class diagrams. Testing the application with the Black Box testing method, functionally has been declared successful. And based on the test results using the System Usability Scale (SUS), a score of 71 has been obtained with a value above the average so that it can be accepted by users

Software modeling is an integral practice for software engineers, especially as the complexity of software solutions increases. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is the industry standard for software modeling. however, it is often used incorrectly and misunderstood by novice software designers. This study is centered around understanding patterns of student proficiency of abstraction and systems thinking within a software modeling context. The participants of this study (n = 97) belonged to a systems analysis and design course that is primarily taken by second-year university students. The exam solutions to a case study from the course were evaluated for modeling proficiency. As evidence of proficiency in abstract thinking and systems thinking, we evaluated UML activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams and the alignment between these representations in terms of functions, structures, and behaviors. The results suggest students being proficient in modeling the functional aspects of an information system while facing some difficulty in capturing the structural and behavioral aspects of an information system. Clustering analysis revealed two groups within the sample, with one group displaying a significantly higher abstraction and systems thinking ability. Statistically significant correlations were also found between student proficiency of abstraction and their modeling proficiency in terms of functions, structures, and behaviors.

Regression test selection (RTS) approaches reduce the cost of regression testing of evolving software systems. Existing RTS approaches based on UML models use behavioral diagrams or a combination of structural and behavioral diagrams. However, in practice, behavioral diagrams are incomplete or not used. In previous work, we proposed a fuzzy logic based RTS approach called FLiRTS that uses UML sequence and activity diagrams. In this work, we introduce FLiRTS 2, which drops the need for behavioral diagrams and relies on system models that only use UML class diagrams, which are the most widely used UML diagrams in practice. FLiRTS 2 addresses the unavailability of behavioral diagrams by classifying test cases using fuzzy logic after analyzing the information commonly provided in class diagrams. We evaluated FLiRTS 2 on UML class diagrams extracted from 3331 revisions of 13 open-source software systems, and compared the results with those of code-based dynamic (Ekstazi) and static (STARTS) RTS approaches. The average test suite reduction using FLiRTS 2 was 82.06%. The average safety violations of FLiRTS 2 with respect to Ekstazi and STARTS were 18.88% and 16.53%, respectively. FLiRTS 2 selected on average about 82% of the test cases that were selected by Ekstazi and STARTS. The average precision violations of FLiRTS 2 with respect to Ekstazi and STARTS were 13.27% and 9.01%, respectively. The average mutation score of the full test suites was 18.90%; the standard deviation of the reduced test suites from the average deviation of the mutation score for each subject was 1.78% for FLiRTS 2, 1.11% for Ekstazi, and 1.43% for STARTS. Our experiment demonstrated that the performance of FLiRTS 2 is close to the state-of-art tools for code-based RTS but requires less information and performs the selection in less time.

In terms of meeting the needs of military supplies for soldiers throughout the territory of Indonesia, an Information System for monitoring the distribution of military supplies is needed that is transparent, timely, on target so that any military supplies distributed can be received by each soldier under their respective rights. So far, there is no information system in the process of distributing military supplies, so it is very difficult to monitor the distribution of military supplies, so there are often delays and even wrong deliveries. This study aims to design an information system that can monitor the distribution of military supplies from the top units to the lowest units throughout Indonesia to reduce errors that are still happening in the field in terms of the distribution of military supplies using the Unified Modeling Language (Unified Modeling Language) method. UML) such as Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams. The result of this research is to be able to create an Information System that is under functional and non-functional needs that can handle the problems that have existed so far in terms of monitoring the distribution of military supplies so that there are no delays in the distribution of military supplies.

The final executable code should no longer be considered as a central element in a software development process but rather a naturally important component that results from a model transformation. The objective of the MDA (Model Driven Architecture) approach is to lift the lock of software development automation from the CIM (Computation Independent Model) requirements until the code of an application is obtained. Therefore, we have proposed in the framework of MDA an approach that consists of automatically generating object-oriented code from the CIM model represented by ReLEL (Restructuring extended Lexical Elaborate Language). ReLEL is a natural language-oriented model that represents both the client requirements and the conceptual level of a system. However, the MDA framework does not recommend the type of UML model that corresponds to each business activity. Consequently, automating the software development process from the CIM model specified by ReLEL becomes a complex task. Our strategy in this paper includes the instantiation of the ReLEL model in the Praxeme methodology, which models each of the company's concerns, grouped in a homogeneous whole, using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) and which considers the articulation of these aspects by adopting the MDA principle. To do this, we propose to automate the articulation that covers the intentional, semantic, logical, and software aspects of Praxeme. To validate our approach, we measure the coupling and cohesion of the UML class diagram obtained from the Java code generated from this article using the slicing technique. The results show that the coupling is weak, and the cohesion is strong. It can be deduced that the method proposed in this paper can produce a more reliable and efficient system.

In the modern database environment, new non-traditional database types appear that are Not SQL database (NoSQL). This NoSQL database does not rely on the principles of the relational database. Couchdb is one of the NoSQL Document-Oriented databases, in Couchdb the basic element was a document. All types of databases have the same conceptual data model and it was deferent in the logical and physical model, this mean UML class diagram can be used in the NoSQL design at a conceptual level, that is, it can be used to design a Couchdb database. In this research, we suggest a method to model and implement the conceptual level of the Couchdb database from the UML class diagram in using simple way depending on the association types. Depending on the types of relationships between classes, we can have more than one database model to choose from and find the most suitable for the system to be designed. A medical clinic database was proposed to implement the transfer steps according to the proposed method. Three database models were designed and implemented to study the suitability of the proposed transfer method.

Intra-platform plasticity regularly assumes that the display of a computing platform remains fixed and rigid during interactions with the platform in contrast to reconfigurable displays, which can change form depending on the context of use. In this paper, we present a model-based approach for designing and deploying graphical user interfaces that support intra-platform plasticity for reconfigurable displays. We instantiate the model for E3Screen, a new device that expands a conventional laptop with two slidable, rotatable, and foldable lateral displays, enabling slidable user interfaces. Based on a UML class diagram as a domain model and a SCRUD list as a task model, we define an abstract user interface as interaction units with a corresponding master-detail design pattern. We then map the abstract user interface to a concrete user interface by applying rules for the reconfiguration, concrete interaction, unit allocation, and widget selection and implement it in JavaScript. In a first experiment, we determine display configurations most preferred by users, which we organize in the form of a state-transition diagram. In a second experiment, we address reconfiguration rules and widget selection rules. A third experiment provides insights into the impact of the lateral displays on a visual search task.

Interactive M-Learning applications are designed with UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling by utilizing several diagrams such as Usecace, Activity, Sequence, Class Diagram to determine the actors involved in the description of the activities that occur in the use of the M-Learning system. Result: The design results are translated into an application using Adobe Flash and then implemented on Android mobile devices. Adobe Flash is software used to create images and animations.  The results of M-Learning, which have become an application, provide convenience in the distance learning process with a concept. Novelty: It does not provide simple learning but is also attractively designed.

The learning of agents in a competitive space such as a game is a challenging task. The aim of the proposed research is to improve the reinforcement learning techniques in a competitive multi-agent for the Polo game. First, the video dataset is prepared. Then, the rules of the Polo game are extracted as a class diagram. An architecture is designed for multi-agent team in the Polo game. Therefore, an algorithm is proposed for the temporal difference in the game belief space for improving reward catching. The reward function is implemented in the agent team. Finally, the research improvement is evaluated by increasing 31 units in comparison with previous work. Therefore, competitive learning in the agent team has been improved.

The model to be developed refers to the Research and Development (R&D) model from Borg and Gall and the tools used and the tools used to design the system are use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. while the implementation of making stock/inventory monitoring applications is done with PHP web-based programming and databases using MySQL. This application can help and get more accurate information about the stock data of goods that have run out.

Traceability is one of the core concepts in software engineering; it is used to follow updates to make consistent items. This paper aimed to cover consistency through bi-directional traceability between requirements and design phase in a semi-automatic way. The Natural Language Processing (NLP) was used to analyze the requirements text and generate a class diagram; then, the generated items can be traced back to requirements. We developed a novel process to support consistency and bi-directional traceability. To ensure our proposed process's practical applicability, we implemented a tool named as Requirements and Design Bi-directional Traceability (RDBT). RDTB receives textual format requirements, performs NLP tasks (Tokenization, Part-of-Speech Tagging, etc.), generates UML class diagram, and finally performs traceability management to ensure consistency of requirements and UML class diagram. The work evaluation reveals good results, which indicates it can be used efficiently as a guide to generate the UML class diagram semi-automatically and manage traceability.

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Way Rilau adalah sebuah perusahaan daerah pemerintahan kota bandar lampung yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan air minum. Proses pendataan untuk mendapatkan bantuan dimulai dari pengumpulan berkas yang dikumpulkan pada kepala RT berupa KTP, KK, NPWP, bukti pembayaran pajak, tagihan listrik terakhir. Setelah itu masyarakat mengisi formulir pendaftaran yang diberikan oleh RT. Lalu berkas formulir pendaftaran diberikan kepada Lurah untuk disetorkan ke perusahaan, sampai akhirnya mendapatkan ijin pemasangan pipa dari pihak perusahaan PDAM dilakukan dengan cara manual. Berkas yang telah terkumpul banyak yang terselip sehingga ijin pemasangan sulit di dapatkan oleh masyarakat. Sistem informasi pelayanan pelanggan kelompok masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang digunakan yaitu usecase diagram, CRC Card, Class Diagram, dan implementasi sistem pelayanan pelanggan kelompok masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dibuat dengan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan menggunakan database MySql. Hasil Perancangan sistem pelayanan pelanggan kelompok masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dirancang dengan menggunakan yang dibuat dengan metode pengembangan extreme programming juga lebih cepat dalam proses penelitian karena dapat menghasilkan aplikasi dengan tingkat efisiensi kinerja yaitu 81%. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas sistem menggunakan blackbox testing didapatkan hasil yaitu 100%, serta hasil pengujian web quality 4.0 mendapatkan hasil 86%

The total population of Indonesia as of September 2020 is based on the official statistical news number 07/01/th. Moreover, learning from an early age is important so that children are familiarized with the knowledge they are most interested in and mastered so that it makes it easier for them to understand it. Especially if the learning material is delivered electronically via a smartphone which is associated with the application of the Augmented Reality (AR) method so that they are more interested in learning and with a different atmosphere in terms of delivering face-to-face subject matter in class which is sometimes boring. In this paper, we design and implement a learning model equipped with AR technology to make it easier for young children to learn subject matter that is important for their future and limited to science subject matter. In this paper, a mobile application with AR technology is proposed where users can learn from the images they capture and gain learning from the perspective of these images. What's more, the application of AR technology is also more practical and reduces the burden of carrying heavy and thick books in studying a subject matter. The model was designed using a use case diagram as a business process design and class diagrams for database design including the user interface as a representation of communication between users and applications.

To make a communication with a hearing-impaired person, who is someone who has a problem with hearing ability, a special form of communication using sign language is required in order to make the purpose of the conversation convey properly. It is clearly that providing a proper and appropriate education for hearing impaired person is very important. Android technology is the best and useful solution for hearing-impaired person in learning as today's technological developments. The purpose of this research was to make an Android-based application for hearing impaired person. Scrum method was used to find and utilize existing libraries as well as the needs for application development. This application provides various kinds of subject from videos and documents uploaded by the teachers. It can be downloaded of it, if it is needed. It means that the users can study anytime and anywhere without concerning of limited time and internet access. Other features of the application are quiz, make schedule, event, chat, memory game, and other features to maximize the online learning process for hearing-impaired person.

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is an autonomous flying robot that has attracted the interest of several communities because of its capacity to increase the safety and productivity of labor. In terms of software engineering, UAV system development is extremely difficult because the focus is not only on functional requirement fulfillment, but also on nonfunctional requirements such as security and safety, which play a crucial role in mission success. Consequently, architecture robustness is very important, and one of the most common architectures developed is based on a centralized pattern in which all UAVs are controlled from a central location. Even though this is a very important problem, many developers must expend a great deal of effort to adapt and improve security. This is because there are few practical perspectives of security development in the context of UAV system development; therefore, the study of attack and defense patterns in centralized architecture is required to fill this knowledge gap. This paper concentrates on enhancing the security aspect of UAV system development by examining attack and defense patterns in centralized architectures. We contribute to the field by identifying 26 attack variations, presenting corresponding countermeasures from a software analyst’s standpoint, and supplying a node.js code template for developers to strengthen their systems’ security. Our comprehensive analysis evaluates the proposed defense strategies in terms of time and space complexity, ensuring their effectiveness. By providing a focused and in-depth perspective on security patterns, our research offers crucial guidance for communities and developers working on UAV-based systems, facilitating the development of more secure and robust solutions.

The research information system uses object-oriented Unified Modeling Language (UML) software modeling. Researchers use Unified Modeling Language modeling with the aim that the desired system can be provided properly so that problems in the existing system are resolved. This uml modeling process begins with analyzing the system's needs and implementing it in usecase traffic diagrams by making class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams. UML software modeling also provides benefits in software development and is able to monitor the flow or system flow expected by the company. This research also uses the approach waterfall method, namely analysis, design, code generation program, testing and maintenance in designing. This information system design is the best solution to solve problems that exist in the payroll system. The payroll system that utilizes software to support the process provides a very effective contribution to the company and the development process will still be carried out for existing problems.

Class diagrams, being more illustrative, provide an easier way of understanding software requirements compared to use case descriptions. Both manual and automated methods are used for the extraction of class diagrams from requirements. The automated techniques employ certain extraction rules and natural language processing methods. Each use case description template introduces a small set of extraction rules. However, when all types of templates are considered, the number of rules becomes large and the procedure becomes tedious. Thus, researchers restricted the class diagram extraction procedure to some specific use case description templates. However, such a restriction negatively affects the software developers as they get restricted to working with only limited templates. The proposed work in this paper strives to remove this restriction on developers by introducing an intermediate template. The traditional use case description templates get transformed into the intermediate template and the rule extraction procedure is then applied to this intermediate template. This reduces the total number of extraction rules and hence, brings down the extraction complexity. The class diagrams extracted from use case description templates of different domains using proposed technique show more accuracy in terms of completeness and correctness when compared with the state of the art approaches.

One of the activities at Ma'soem University is the Registration of Final Projects for Diploma Three (D3) students and Thesis for Undergraduate students (S1). Currently, the registration process for the Final Project and Thesis is still done manually, where students must come directly to the campus to register, pay and fill out the title submission form. Meanwhile, for the preparation of seminar schedules, honoraria and final and thesis report, data processing is still using Ms. Excel. From these activities, several obstacles were found regarding information on Final Projects and Thesis, including: 1. Limited payment and registration services for Final Projects and Thesis, which can only be served on campus during working hours and days from Monday to Saturday 07.30 to 21.30 WIB. 2. Filling in the Final Project and Thesis forms manually, there is a risk of damage and loss of data. 3. Do not have a database yet, so that it is difficult to validate data on the same Final Project Title and Thesis submitted by students. 4. The process of making seminar and final project honorarium reports and thesis sessions takes a long time, and cannot be generated automatically. In this study, the system development method used is the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) method with the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model, which consists of several stages, namely: Business Modeling, Requirments, Analysis and Design, Implementation, Test, Deployment. As for the system development tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which consists of: Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. With the design of the information system architecture of this Final Project and Thesis, it produces a blueprint that can: Provide payment and registration services for Final Projects and Theses that are not limited by space and time, minimize the occurrence of damage and data loss, make it easier to validate submissions for the title of Final Project the same and can facilitate the process of making seminar and final project honorarium reports and thesis reports so that they can be generated automatically.

The paper proposes a conceptual model of an integrated solution for urban logistics and passenger flows to reduce the number of fossil combustion powered commercial vehicles traveling within city, solely for goods transportation, thus contributing to reduce negative effects of urban logistics activities, namely pollution, noise, traffic congestion and accidents. For this solution, a bus network is used to combine the cargo flow with the passenger flow within the cities. After a literature review, a user-centered approach supported by interviews with key stakeholders was followed to define the concept, followed by solution modelling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) notation. Thus, the high-level requirements will be presented based on a use-cases diagram and the data model based on a class diagram. Also, the automatic order check-in and check-out process on the bus is designed, using Industry 4.0 and IoT principles. This process is relevant since it speeds up the handling of orders in transshipments, reduces the possibility of human error, while at the same time enhancing control and promoting real-time knowledge of the delivery status of orders. The results of this study expand the knowledge in an area with scarce literature. In practical terms this study presents valuable contributions, since it specifies a solution for urban logistics that can have environmental and social impact in the context of urban areas.

Early software size estimation is a challenging task since limited information is available at the time of project inception. Additional information, however, is gradually added as development progresses. The goal of this research is to quantitatively capture the impact on early software size estimation of this additional information introduced especially when transitioning from the analysis phase to the design phase by comparing the analysis class diagram (ACD) and the design class diagram (DCD). We introduce a new class of metrics called analysis-to-design adjustment factors (ADAFs) to accomplish this goal. ADAFs are calculated for four different class diagram metrics – number of classes (NOC), number of attributes (NOA), number of methods (NOM), and number of relationships (NOR) – used in different class diagram-based software size estimation models. We use practical, theoretical, and empirical validation methods to evaluate the applicability of these ADAFs. To assess the utility of these ADAFs in early software size estimation, we compare the accuracy of existing early software size estimation models before and after the application of ADAFs. Results indicate a marked improvement in the accuracy of these models after the application of ADAFs. Furthermore, regression-based models employing problem domain metrics have also been built to predict these ADAFs. All of these models are statistically significant (p-values < 0.05) with R2 values between 0.42 and 0.88.

Interface and interaction design take up most of the times in software creation. Human Computer Interaction (HCI) is mainly the best way to interact with a computer. During software development, class diagram is the only required step and process to design an information system according to UML notation. In addition, creating class diagram is a mandatory activity during the software creation process. The aim of this paper is to automatically generate the HCI mockup from class diagram to make easy and extremely fast software design. For example, the SEF (Schema d’Enchainement de Fenetre), is an interface model allowing to create a new interface mockup. It offers more widgets to design the HCI. And MACAO (Methode d’Analyse et de Conception d’Applications Orientees-objets) is one of the methods which helps computer scientist to easily create software. The model transformation is based on Model Driven Engineering (MDE). We use UML notation to design the class diagrams. We also adopt MDA architecture to create the model-based transformation process. Transformation rules are created using Atlas Transformation Language (ATL) to automatically generate a specific interface from the class diagram.

Federated Learning (FL) relies on on-device training to avoid the migration of devices’ data to a centralized server to address privacy leakage. Moreover, FL is feasible for scenarios (e.g., autonomous cars) where an enormous amount of data is generated every day. Transferring only local model updates in the case of FL is highly communication-efficient compared to transferring all data in the case of centralized machine learning (ML). Although FL offers many advantages, it also has some challenges. A malicious aggregation server can infer device information via local model updates. Another downside of FL is the centralized aggregation server that can malfunction due to an attack or physical damage. To address these issues, we propose a novel Structured Transparency empowered cross-silo Federated Learning on the Blockchain (ST-BFL) framework. In ST-BFL, homomorphic encryption, FL-aggregators, FL-verifiers, and smart contract are employed, which satisfy various structured transparency components, such as input privacy, output privacy, output verification, and flow governance. We present the framework architecture, algorithms, and sequence diagram of our ST-BFL framework to show how different entities interact in ST-BFL for the FL process. We also present a simplified class diagram of ST-BFL’s smart contract for an FL task. Finally, we perform a simulation to analyze our framework from the perspective of aggregation time, accuracy, and storage size. The qualitative and quantitative evaluation shows that ST-BFL has the same accuracy as traditional FL. However, ST-BFL provides input privacy, output privacy, input verification, output verification, and flow governance at the expense of relatively higher computation and communication costs than traditional FL.

In software testing, one of the most important issues is to validate the consistency of program and design. Usually, this kind of design information is expressed by software related documents, such as software requirements, software design, etc. Therefore, how to effectively extract the design information based on these documents is very important. In this paper, we first introduce the method of the analyzing class diagram model and method call diagram model from UML model of design document; secondly, we classify and summarize the inconsistency problems that may exist in the two types of models; thirdly, we design static and dynamic consistency algorithms for these models. Finally, we implement the CCoSaD (consistency checking of software and Design) tool and validate the effectiveness based on experiments.

E-commerce merupakan hasil teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang membantu perusahaan dan konsumen untuk saling bertukar informasi. Namun demikian, masih banyak perusahaan di Indonesia yang belum menggunakan e-commerce dalam kegiatan bisnisnya, salah satunya yaitu TB.Purnama. Perusahaan ini memiliki kelemahan pada model bisnis yang sedang terjadi, yaitu: proses penjualan dilakukan secara konvensional, promosi melalui word-of-mouth, manajemen stok barang kurang diperhatikan, dan jangkuan pemasaran yang terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan perbaikan model bisnis berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, membuat prototype penjualan bahan bangunan, yang dirancang menggunakan pemodelan UML. Pemodelan ini menghasilkan Use Case Diagram yang memiliki rangkaian dengan jumlah yang sama dan konsisten sebanyak 12 diagram pada Use Case Scenario, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram, antara lain yaitu: Konfirmasi Pembayaran, Verifikasi Pembayaran, dan Rekap Data Penjualan. Selain itu, UML ini juga menghasilkan Class Diagram bernama Sistem E-Commerce TB.Purnama yang terdiri dari 7 Class, diantaranya yaitu: Konsumen, Produk, dan Pembayaran. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas pengambangan system ini, menggunakan perhitungan Gwet’s AC1, dengan nilai sebesar 0,75125 yang masuk pada jenis proporsi kesepakatan “Substansial”. Proporsi kesepakatan menunjukan bahwa, rekomendasi perbaikan model bisnis serta prototype user interface website sudah baik, sehingga model bisnis rekomendasi dapat diterapkan pada kegiatan bisnisnya.

Implementation of a computerized book lending data collection system can run better and more efficiently than manual systems, and can minimize paper usage. Data collection systems such as borrowing and returning books are still done manually, namely by recording borrowing and returning transactions in the book. Manual recording method like this is considered less effective and efficient, because it can consume time and librarian personnel in terms of manual data collection. Therefore, with computers and the internet, by making an online library application it will be able to provide satisfying services for students and assist librarians in processing book data collection. Through a computerized data collection system such as building an online library application website, it can help librarians in the process of collecting data and making reports that are more effective and efficient, and can make it easier for students who want to find books and borrow books in the library more easily. So the implementation of the online library application website is a good solution to make it easier to solve this problem. In this study, a website was created to carry out borrowing transactions and book data collection in the library, then a search engine was created which made it easy for users to become books according to the title. This implementation uses the UML (unified Modeling Language) method, where the UML method will create class diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, to explain the behavior of the system to be used in library applications. whose function can produce a good website.

Pinang is a digital application-based BRI Agro product that runs on the Android operating system, wherewith this application customers can apply for loans without collateral digitally, anywhere, and anytime. Of course, we need a system that can help the process of managing data from Pinang customers, starting from adding company cooperation with the Pinang application to maintaining and monitoring the system. So a Pinang dashboard information system is needed that can assist in the operation of the Pinang application that is capable of managing data, monitoring, and maintenance if there are problems in the Pinang application borrowing process. The Pinang dashboard can make it easier to manage, monitor, and provide information related to the Pinang application, including customer status, whitelist, repayment, disbursement, outstanding, ID card approval, and report withdrawal. The areca dashboard is built using the waterfall method, this method in its design uses UML diagrams, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and entity-relationship diagrams (ERD). The implementation of making Pinang dashboards uses the Golang programming language, Node Js, React Js, keycloak, and the PostgreSQL database. With the Pinang Dashboard, it is hoped that it can facilitate the operational team in maintaining the Pinang application and building a system that can manage, monitor, and provide information related to the Pinang application.

Many companies have implemented technology in conducting their business, one of them is by using information systems in managing their business. The business process that runs on the Konveksi A&N is still manual because the Konveksi A&N has not implemented or is familiar with information systems like other companies has. This causes all the data collection process of goods, production, and transactions are all documented in different books, making it possible for errors in recording and calculating the data. In addition, the owner also needs to come directly to the location to find out new data or updated data where this takes more time. This research aims to establish a web-based system that can make business processes in Konveksi A&N more effective. This web-based system will be built using a system development methodology in the form of a prototyping method that uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language. System modeling was developed using UML 2.5, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The final result of this study is a website-shaped information system that can document all data contained in the Konveksi A&N such as the existence of a master data that contains all the data of convection, production data, and also transaction data to facilitate the owner in checking back all activities that are occurs in Konveksi A&N. There are also some reports about the transaction that can display information related to data contained in the system.

The objective of this study was to design an agent model for forecasting demand for rubber-based automotive parts using the Agent Based Modelling and Double Exponential Smoothing (ABMDES) approach. Model design in rubber-based automotive spare parts forecasting using the integration of Agent Based Modelling (ABM) approach and Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) technique was done using agent design approach based on class diagram and definition function for each agent in mathematics models including DES-based forecasting. The ABM design has a structure consisting of an agent ID, an attribute to be calculated by the computer and function / process consisting of a function that has values ​​and voids (unstructured). Combining ABM and DES can guide us to see the forecast accuracy, monitoring the estimation of stock shortage and the excess of stock due to errors in DES forecast. Therefore, the Agent Based Modelling-Double Exponential Smoothing (ABMDES) approach is suitable for modelling the demand of rubber-based automotive parts in business simulation. This paper presents a design of a system for industry role selection, representing both its structure and behavior. Knowing the right industry role that suits a graduate based on their competences on graduation has remained a critical matter for graduates when searching for jobs after graduation. Thousands of university students graduate each year and enter the market to search for jobs that are limited. Searching without prior information on the most appropriate industry role one is suitable for leads to blind search. Blind search not only puts graduates at risk of long-term unemployment and job mismatch but also overloads employers with many applications during job selection. Therefore, this paper addresses 2 objectives: 1) to model the system’s structure, and 2) to design the algorithm for the system’s behavior. Since object-oriented programming is currently the dominant programming paradigm, object modeling technique was selected to model both the system’s structure and the algorithm for the system’s behavior. To realize object modeling and represent the system’s artifacts in a highly simplified form, Unified Modeling Language (UML) was adopted as the standard modeling toolkit. More specifically, UML class diagram was used to represent the structural model of the system where the underlying objects of the model were exactly similar to those of the problem domain. Finally, use case diagram of the UML toolkit was used to represent the system’s behavior in selecting industry role for graduates. To ensure that the system improves performance of its behavior through experience in selecting industry roles for graduates, Machine Learning (ML) algorithm was designed. Two machine learning techniques, naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machines (SVM), were used as the algorithm’s criteria for selecting industry roles for graduates. Experiments to evaluate performance of the system were conducted using data collected from Software Engineering industry domain. The end product was design of an intelligent industry role selection system with relevant structure and behavior to easily work with both in the academia and industry. Findings reveal the system improves performance of its behavior in selecting industry roles for graduates much better under SVM (67%) than naïve Bayes (57%). On the same benchmark dataset, the system recorded better performance (85%) than reported performance (82%) in the benchmark system. These findings will benefit industry by getting evaluation tool for revealing graduate’s suitability for employment which they can use as prior information for decision making when filtering candidates for interview. Besides, this will provide researchers with a digital platform to study and bridge the gap between industry and academia. Lastly, this will attempt to reduce both low job satisfaction and long-term unemployment that is one of the causes of social and economic pain both in Kenya and around the world. This paper has revealed competence based industry role selection system with relevant structure and behavior can improve searching of jobs by providing a fairly accurate prior information. However, this paper recommends testing this approach with other alternative machine learning techniques as well as other alternative industry domains.

The high-quality design has a significant impact on the extensibility and maintainability of a software system. Automatic techniques help designers to design high-quality software in a shorter time. Among different approaches for software design, automated search-based methods are very efficient when the problem’s search space is huge and finding the optimal solution is hard. In this paper, we present an automatic three-phase method for generating the class diagram of a software system. In the first phase, we use formal concept analysis for generating the initial solutions. Subsequently, in the second phase, we apply four meta-heuristic methods to improve the quality of the initial solutions. Finally, the third phase creates the relationships among classes. We design eight versions of the method using four meta-heuristic techniques in the second phase with and without using the first phase. The performance of the proposed method on the four case studies for generating efficient class diagrams in terms of design metrics is studied. We analyze the effect of formal concept analysis in the first phase for generating the initial solutions. Also, we compare the results of the four meta-heuristic techniques. The results show that Genetic Algorithm-Formal Concept Analysis (GA-FCA) and Imperialist Competitive Algorithm-Formal Concept Analysis (ICA-FCA) methods that use the first phase for generating initial solutions outperformed the other six methods presented in this paper.

But the alumni data management system that still uses printed documents, resulted in data management that cannot be done effectively and efficiently, and writing errors often occur, it is difficult to find alumni data that has been damaged, and the data is difficult to update because information about alumni can only be accessed through grupchat on social media, whatsapp. With this problem the researcher raised the title of the thesis that is Alumni Information System of SMP N 1 Dayun Using Laravel Framework in Kab. Siak The design of this information system uses usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams. Application of the waterfall method as a system development process. Using the programming language Framework Laravel, PHP and MySQL as a database. This information system is expected to help the school and alumni of SMP N 1 Dayun in managing data and as a bridge of hospitality.

Toko Stock Point Lily adalah toko yang bergerak dibidang penjualan Ice Cream Gerobak yang sudah berdiri sejak tanggal 22 Juli 2013 hingga saat ini. Sistem pencatatan penjualan, pembelian dan stok Toko Stock Point Lily masih dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan manual. Pencatatan secara manual tersebut dapat memakan waktu relatif lama dari segi serah terima antara sales dan pemilik toko, kekeliruan jumlah stock sering terjadi pada saat penjualan atau pun penambahan stock. Pemilik toko bahkan hanya dapat menduga-duga keuntungan dan penjualan yang didapat setiap bulannya. Permasalahan yang dibahas adalah bagaimana merancang dan mengimplementasikan perancangan suatu sistem informasi penjualan pada Toko Stock Point Lily Pekanbaru. Perancangan ini menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) dengan menggunakan diagram antara lain use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah perancangan sistem informasi Penjualan pada Toko Stock Point Lily yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah dan membantu pemilik Toko dalam mengelola, menginformasikan dan mencari data-data yang berkaitan dengan data Penjualan barang dan laporan persediaan barang pada Toko Stock Point Lily dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam bekerja sehingga pekerjaan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual bisa lebih mudah dan terkomputerisasi dengan baik.

In the current era of globalization, information technology and information systems are developing very fast. YRS Alumunium Work is a furniture company that manufactures cupboards, stove racks, sinks, and especially for storage of household items. The problems currently being faced by businesses, among others; (a) recording still using stationery and books or still using manual recording methods, (b) ineffective stock checking, (c) sudden out of stock, to solve the problem it is proposed to make a system using the web that can be integrated into stock by a calculation method. With UML scenario depiction (activity diagrams, usecase diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams). To check the inventory of goods easily done effectively, know the minimum amount of stock, and must place an order again using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. By using the eoq method, it takes into account that for bolts to get an economical amount of inventory as much as 522.01 with a safety stock of 21 will place an order again when the stock becomes 50 and the total inventory cost is 110 458.4418.

This paper presents research on archival map descriptions and aims to provide effective access to cartographic resources collected in digital libraries and archives. In the study, metadata profiling of archival maps is proposed, which is based on the ISO 19115-1 standard and contains map-specific information, which should be saved as metadata to provide the proper characteristics of the old maps. To develop metadata profiles for archival maps, some ISO metadata elements have been deleted, while others that are important for the maps have been added or changed. Controlled vocabularies with pre-defined values are also proposed. Metadata profiles for old maps are presented as Unified Modeling Language (UML) class diagrams. Moreover, the implementation of the proposed metadata profiles in the Europeana Data Model (EDM) is presented. EDM elements, such as features and properties, which enable the recording of map-specific data, are indicated. New metadata elements, proposed by the authors, have also been added.

At first sight, managing order management activities in a restaurant may seem simple, but in reality, things are not like that at all. All decisions made can have a major impact on how the business will evolve over time. For an efficient and corresponding administration is required the existence of a management information system for order management received from restaurant customers, but also of all specific collateral data: locations, meals, waiters or menus. Computer systems for managing these types of activities have practically influenced the way a restaurant can be administered today, fact for which they are currently used on a fairly large scale. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to present how to design an application for order management at a restaurant level, application that can be useful to both restaurant employees and its customers. In this context, the paper presents two UML diagrams (Unified Modelling Language) which describe both the processing of the future computer system (UseCase Diagram) as well as its conceptual structure (Class Diagram) from the perspective of the data that this computer system will manage.

This article presents a new effective model, algorithms, and methods for representing the subject area of an information system. The subject area is presented in the form of fragments of the knowledge base of the design support system. The knowledge base is formed in the process of analyzing class diagrams in UML notation and project source code. The proposed approaches can reduce the time of the design process and increase the quality of the obtained information system through the use of successful information system design solutions used in other projects. Search for successful design solutions is carried out using the developed metrics for determining the similarity of software systems projects. The metrics allow calculating the match of pattern in OWL ontology format with the source code of the project.
