In order to investigate the relationship between innovation atmosphere and innovation behavior, a questionnaire survey was conducted on employees of companies in six provinces in China, including Sichuan Province and Guangdong Province, and SPSS statistical analysis software was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis to conclude that the innovation behavior and innovation atmosphere and achievement motivation of employees in the surveyed companies are at a moderate to high level . there is a significant difference between company establishment time on innovation behavior, company nature on Innovation atmosphere and innovation behavior, and employees' tenure in the company on achievement motivation. Innovation behavior, Innovation atmosphere and achievement motivation are significantly and positively correlated, Innovation atmosphere and innovation behavior are significantly and positively correlated, and achievement motivation plays a partially mediating role in the middle of Innovation atmosphere and innovation behavior. Achievement motivation partially mediates between Innovation atmosphere and innovative idea generation, achievement motivation partially mediates between Innovation atmosphere and innovative idea promotion, and achievement motivation partially mediates between Innovation atmosphere and innovative idea practice. In response to the findings of the study, suggestions are made for the creation of a good Innovation atmosphere, such as the creation of innovation teams, the delegation of authority and the provision of financial and material support.

In this paper, we analyze the reasons for the separation of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China, and propose corresponding measures to solve the problem, hoping that small and medium-sized private enterprises in China will pay attention to the problem of personnel separation, and the phenomenon of excessive personnel separation can be improved.

The influence mechanism of lignite thermal upgrading on moisture re-adsorption was investigated using analytical techniques such as differential thermal analysis–thermogravimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the moisture content of lignite decreased from 44.78 to 25.07% through the drying process. After the moisture in the lignite and the air had reached a dynamic equilibrium, the moisture content of the lignite was 25.75 wt.%. The characteristic functional groups of lignite include hydroxyl, methylene, methyl, carbonyl, carboxyl and ether oxygen. The adsorption distances of the five adsorption sites of carboxyl, phenolic hydroxyl, alcoholic hydroxyl, carbonyl and ether bond to water molecules were 2.081, 2.933, 1.905, 1.860 and 1.881 Å, respectively. The order of the adsorption strength of water molecules on the characteristic functional groups was carbonyl > phenolic hydroxyl > ether oxygen > alcoholic hydroxyl > carboxyl. During the upgrading by drying process, the characteristic functional groups that were prone to hydrogen bonds of water molecules partially decomposed. The reduction of pores and the partial decomposition of hydrophilic functional groups after upgrading in the lignite structure weakened the adsorption capacity of lignite to water molecules. Therefore, the re-absorption of water molecules by lignite was reduced.

Background Sarcopenia is a clinical condition that is common in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), especially in those on dialysis. However, the relatively complicated diagnostic procedure limits its use in clinical situations. In this study we aimed to establish a simplified tool for the diagnosis of sarcopenia in patients on hemodialysis (HD). Methods Overall, 757 eligible patients from seven HD centers in Shanghai and Suzhou, China, were recruited from 2020 to 2021. The cross-sectional data were analyzed. Sarcopenia was diagnosed according to the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia 2019 criteria. Among them, 511 consecutive patients (77 with and 434 without sarcopenia) from five centers were included in the training set for the establishment of a diagnostic nomogram. Ten investigative parameters including clinical characteristics, body measurements and physical performance were used to derive the diagnostic nomogram. A total of 246 consecutive patients (47 with and 199 without sarcopenia) were included for validation of the diagnostic model. Results The average age of the enrolled patients was 60.4 ± 12.1 years, 59.8% were males and 90.5% received dialysis using an arteriovenous fistula. Overall, the sarcopenia rate was 16.4%. The training and validation sets showed no significant differences in sarcopenia rate (15.1% and 19.1%, respectively; P = .160). The nomogram derived from the training set for sarcopenia, which was based on only four features—age, sex, body weight and grip strength—achieved high C-indexes of 0.929 [95% confidence interval (CI) 0.904–0.953] and 0.955 (95% CI 0.931–0.979) in the training and external sets, respectively, and had a well-fitted calibration curve. The cut-off value was 0.725, with a sensitivity of 0.909 and a specificity of 0.816. The nomogram accurately diagnosed sarcopenia with fewer variables and more simplified diagnostic procedures. Conclusions The nomogram had a good diagnostic capability for sarcopenia in patients on HD and may be a convenient tool for clinical use.

Web3.0, often cited to drastically shape our lives, is ubiquitous. However, few literatures have discussed the crucial differentiators that separate Web3.0 from the era we are currently living in. Via a thorough analysis of the recent blockchain infrastructure evolution, we capture a key invariant featuring the evolution, based on which we provide the first academic definition for Web3.0. Our definition is not the only way of understanding Web3.0, yet, it captures the fundamental and defining trait of Web3.0, and meanwhile it is has two desirable properties. Under this definition, we articulate three key infrastructural enablers for Web3.0: individual blockchains, federated or centralized platforms capable of publishing verifiable states, and an interoperability platform to hyperconnect those state publishers. While innovations in all categories are necessary to fully enable Web3.0, in this paper, we present a design for the third enabler, namely HyperService, that delivers interoperability and programmability across heterogeneous blockchains and state publishers. HyperService is powered by two innovative designs: a developer-facing programming framework that allows developers to build cross-chain applications in a unified programming model; and a secure blockchain-facing cryptography protocol that provably realizes those applications on blockchains. We implement a prototype of HyperService in 62,000 lines of code to demonstrate its practicality, usability, and scalability.

Background: Viral resistance to existing inhibitors and the time-dependent effectiveness of neuraminidase inhibitors have limited the number of antivirals that can be used for prophylaxis and therapeutic treatment of severe influenza infection. Thus, there is an urgent need to develop new drugs to prevent and treat influenza infection. Objective: The aims of this study was to design and synthesize a novel series of 2-ureidonicotinamide derivatives and evaluate their anti-IAV activities. Furthermore, we predicted the abilities of these compounds to inhibit the PA-PB1 subunit and forecasted the docking poses of these compounds with RNA polymerase protein (PDB ID 3CM8). Method: The novel designed compounds were synthesized using classical methods of organic chemistry and tested in vitro for their abilities inhibiting RNP and against influenza A virus. In addition, the 23 synthesized molecules were subjected to the generated pharmacophore Hypo1 to forecast the activity target PA-PB1 subunit of RNA polymerase. The ADMET pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by the ADMET modules in Discovery Studio 2016. The docking results helped us demonstrate the possible interactions between these compounds with 3CM8. Results: The synthesized 2-ureidonicotinamide derivatives were characterized as potent anti-influenza inhibitors. The target compounds 7b and 7c demonstrated significant antiviral activities and could be considered as novel lead compounds of antiviral inhibitors. In addition, compound 7b revealed suitable ADME properties expressed and might be a significant RNA polymerase inhibitor targeting the PA-PB1 subunit based on the predictable results and the docking results. Conclusion: This study revealed a novel series of compounds that might be useful in the search for an effective drug against the influenza virus.

In this work, a VR-based basketball training system comprising a standalone VR device and a tablet is proposed. The system is intended to improve the ability of players to understand offensive tactics and to enable them to perform these tactics correctly. We compare the training effectiveness of various degrees of immersion fidelity, including a conventional basketball tactic board, a 2D monitor, and virtual reality. A multi-camera-based human tracking system is developed and built around a real-world basketball court to record and analyze the running trajectory of each player during tactical execution. The accuracy of the running path and hesitation time at each tactical step is evaluated for each participant. Furthermore, we assess several subjective measurements, including simulator sickness, presence, and sport imagery ability, to carry out a more comprehensive exploration of the feasibility of the proposed VR framework for basketball tactics training. The results indicate that the proposed system is useful for learning complex tactics. Also, high VR immersion training benefits athletes in terms of abilities related to strategic imagery.

Based on the size- and shape-selective sorption, 13X molecular sieves were developed as solid-phase extraction adsorbents to cleanup serum extract for the determination of polybrominated diphenyl ethers. The important parameters affecting the cleanup efficiency were investigated including the amount of sorbents, the type, and volume of solvents. Under the optimized conditions, the capacity for removing impurities was evaluated via gel permeation chromatography and gas chromatography with mass spectrometry. The results demonstrated that up to 99% of lipids in corn oil (13 mg) can be removed after cleanup, and endogenous compounds in serum can also be effectively eliminated. The cleanup efficiency is not only superior to hydrophile-lipophile balance column, but also close to acid silica gel and multifunction impurity sorbents. Generally, the developed cleanup method exhibited higher recovery for polybrominated diphenyl ethers with more than four bromines, especially for nona- and deca-brominated diphenyl ethers (99.1-117.8%). The cleanup method can be coupled with gas chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry for polybrominated diphenyl ethers analysis in human serum. The method detection limits were 0.01-0.27 ng/mL and average recovery was 50.9-113.3%, except 2,3',4',6-tetrabrominated, 2,3',4,4',6-pentabrominated, and 2,3,3',4,4',5',6-heptabrominated diphenyl ethers. 2,2',4,5'-Tetrabrominated diphenyl ethers had the highest detection frequency (95%) in human serum, whereas decabrominated diphenyl ethers had the maximum mean concentration (0.50 ng/mL).

To evaluate the influence of metabolic syndrome (MetS) induced by high fat diet (HFD) on prostate tissue and local inflammatory factors in rats model, and the protective efficacy of statins against pathological changes of prostate.40 Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 4 subgroups of normal diet (ND), HFD blank, HFD + saline and HFD + simvastatin. After the establishment of models, all subjects were killed to obtain body weight serum lipid, FBG level, FINS and HOMA-IR level. Hyperplasia level of prostate, as well as expression level of interleukin 6 (IL-6), insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), interleukin 10 (IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) were also measured.Models have been successfully established. Level of serum lipid, prostatic weight, hyperplasia as well as expressions of IL-6, TNF-α and IGF-1 in the blank and saline subgroups of HFD group were higher than that of ND group (P 0.05). While simvastatin has significantly resisted the former effects of HFD on serum lipid and prostate (P 0.05). No significant difference in serum FBG level was found between groups and subunits. FINS levels of ND group was lower than other groups (P 0.05). In addition, There is no significant difference in FPG and HOMA-IR levels in blank control subunit, saline control subunit, simvastatin subunit (P 0.05).MetS induced by HFD is an important factor in the induction of BPH. Simvastatin can alleviate the hyperplasia of prostate through the relief of local inflammation in prostatic tissue.

Brain-computer interface (BCI) technology improves the communication efficiency between people and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. BCI based on the steady-state visual evoked potential (SSVEP-BCI) is the preferred scheme for controlling devices because of its convenient operation, low training requirement, and high information transmission rate (ITR). Most signal acquisition devices for BCIs are used for medical diagnosis and scientific research and utilize multiple channels and wet electrodes to obtain high-quality signals. However, the practicability, wearability, and cost of the signal acquisition devices for real-life applications need to be considered, resulting in new requirements for the acquisition mode, the number of electrodes, power consumption, and signal processing methods. This paper presents a wearable low-power collaborative sensing system based on a time mask window canonical correlation analysis method (TMW-CCA). An 8-array spring dry electrode signal acquisition device based on a flexible circuit board is designed to address the shortcomings of traditional wet electrode acquisition devices, such as high-power consumption, discomfort, and being unsuitable for long-time use. The proposed TMW-CCA method, which uses a dry electrode sensor to evaluate the time domain’s signal quality dynamically, exhibits 12.5% higher SSVEP recognition accuracy and 40% lower average power consumption (only 740 mW) than the benchmark.

Gas serves as one of the most indispensable energy sources for industrial production and household life. In order to improve the gas utilization efficiency, smart gas meters for Internet of Things (IoT) has been designed to achieve two-way communication and remote control functions. However, existing smart gas meter do not consider further reduction of power consumption. Thus, we designed an ultra-low-power sensing framework for Internet of Things and applied it to the smart gas meter. Based on a thorough analysis of the metering system, we propose an ultra-low power system framework and a low-power peripheral management solution to reach ultra-low power consumption. Also, we propose a cooperative sensing scheme to achieve the stability and accuracy of gas volume detection. Finally, we implement a real smart gas manage system to evaluate our low-power smart gas meter solution. Verified by comparative test, the proposed gas meter successfully reduces the power consumption by at least 37% compared with the baseline. And experiment results verify the innovative design and confirm that the proposed gas meter features ultra-low power consumption, high precision and high reliability.
