Nanoliflerin üretimi için fibrilasyon, bikomponent, melt blown ve elektro çekim gibi çeşitli yöntemler geliştirilmiştir. Elektrospinning, mikro ve nano liflerden lifli malzemeler üretmek için geliştirilen basit bir tekniktir ve filtrasyon, kataliz, pil / hücre, sensörler, nanolif donatı, koruyucu giysiler, medikal protezler, pansuman, yara, kontrollü ilaç dağıtım, kozmetik ve doku mühendisliği gibi geniş bir uygulama alanlarında kullanılır. Nanolifler çok çeşitli polimerlerden üretilebilmektedir ve küçük çaplarından dolayı son derece yüksek bir özgül yüzey alanına sahip olmaktadır. Polimerlerin fonksiyonları üzerinde bu benzersiz özellikleri ve uygulamaların gelişmesi ile istenen özelliklerde nanolifler üretilebilmektedir.

Bu çalışmada, % 100 pamuk ipliğinden üretilmiş ve indigo boyarmaddesi ile boyanmış olan denim kumaşlar, çeşitli yıkama işlemlerine tabi tutularak; yırtılma mukavemeti ve kopma mukavemeti değişimleri incelenmiştir. 3 farklı gramajda seçilen denim kumaşların, yıkamalar sonucundaki mukavemet değerleri kıyaslanmıştır. Kumaş gramajı arttıkça kopma ve yırtılma mukavemet kayıp oranı azalmıştır. In this study, Poly(acrylonitrile-co-vinyl acetate) [P(AN-co-VAc)] composite films were fabricated by chemical polymerization of pyrrole (Py) with cerium(IV) (Ce(IV)) on P(AN-co-VAc) matrix. The effect of amount of Py and temperature on the composite film properties was studied in a frequency range starting from 0.05 Hz to 10 MHz and in a temperature range from 0 to 250 degrees C. The electric modulus provides a good description of the dielectric relaxation of the conducting polymer composites. The atomic force microscopy images of the polypyrrole (PPy)-P(AN-co-VAc) composites show the polymerization of Py on P(AN-co-VAc) matrix producing different sized grainy orientations resulting in higher conductivity values that increase with average grain size. The real [(epsilon') or epsilon'(omega)] and imaginary [(epsilon '') or epsilon ''(omega)] parts of the permittivity of PPy-P(AN-co-VAc) composite were comparatively higher than PPy-Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and P(AN-co-VAc). It was also seen that the conductivity of PPy-P(AN-co-VAc) composite was considerably higher than PPy- PAN and P(AN-co-VAc) itself. POLYM. COMPOS., 32: 546-557, 2011. Chemical oxidative polymerization of N-Methyl Pyrrole (NMPy) by cerium(IV) on Poly(Acrylonitrile-co-Vinyl Acetate) matrix in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) was performed. Electrospinning technique was used for the preparation of P(AN-co-VAc) solutions with uniformly distributed Poly(N-Methyl Pyrrole) (PNMPy) nanoparticles. In the presence of PNMPy, a new absorption band appeared at 1312 cm(-1) which corresponds to CH in plane vibration peak. The dielectric properties of nanofiber composites were evaluated on the basis of the complex permittivity. The SEM and AFM images of composite nanofibers showed that the PNMPy nanoparticles with the dimensions of 20-40 nm were distributed homogeneously.
