Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)-associated vasculitis, characterized by asthma, eosinophilia and granulomatous or vasculitic involvement of several organs. The diagnosis and management of EGPA are often challenging and require an integrated, multidisciplinary approach. Current practice relies on recommendations and guidelines addressing the management of ANCA-associated vasculitis and not specifically developed for EGPA. Here, we present evidence-based, cross-discipline guidelines for the diagnosis and management of EGPA that reflect the substantial advances that have been made in the past few years in understanding the pathogenesis, clinical subphenotypes and differential diagnosis of the disease, as well as the availability of new treatment options. Developed by a panel of European experts on the basis of literature reviews and, where appropriate, expert opinion, the 16 statements and five overarching principles cover the diagnosis and staging, treatment, outcome and follow-up of EGPA. These recommendations are primarily intended to be used by healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical industries and drug regulatory authorities, to guide clinical practice and decision-making in EGPA. These guidelines are not intended to limit access to medications by healthcare agencies, nor to impose a fixed order on medication use.

Integration of paradoxes, comprising interdependent yet contradictory tensions such as those of stability and change, learning and performing, or the individual and the collective, have been recently recognized as sources of synergy and competitive advantage. When adequately navigated, paradoxes may promote innovation, favoring generative complementarities. Not all paradoxes, however, have such generative effects. Pragmatic paradoxes, or managerially imposed contradictory demands that must be disobeyed to be obeyed, tend create paralyzing catch-22 situations. Like weeds, pragmatic paradoxes may also grow alongside the generative type. We explore the conditions in which pragmatic paradoxes become invasive in organizations, identify their main characteristics and symptoms, discuss their roots, and recommend potential approaches for their eradication. Vittorio Strada, one of the most distinguished Italian scholars of 19th- and 20th-century Russian literature and political history, formulated his final interpretation of the Russian revolution and its internal stages, the relationship between Marx, Lenin and Stalin’s thought, the concept of totalitarianism and the troublesome comparison between Nazism and communism between the 1980s and the 1990s. Expanding upon Richard Pipes’s thesis about the preservation of a czarist, authoritarian spirit and corresponding institutions in the Soviet state and Brzeziński’s and Friedrich’s refinement of the well-known concept of totalitarianism, Strada perfected his own interpretation of Soviet communism and in turn made it more useful to analyze totalitarian systems and ideologies.

Multiple valve heart disease refers to the simultaneous presence of several valvular anomalies, while mixed valvular heart disease refers to the combination of stenotic lesions or regurgitation affecting the same valve. The pathophysiology of multiple and mixed valvular heart disease depends on the combination of affected valves and the severity of the individual valvular defects. Imaging is essential for diagnosis and assessment of disease severity. The treatment of combined valvular defects currently represents a challenge for both cardiac surgeons and interventional cardiologists since only few data in the literature address the clinical and therapeutic decision-making process related to these complex lesions. These are heterogeneous conditions, which differ from each other in the combination of the valves involved, in the pathogenesis with which they develop, in the severity of the individual lesions, in the associated surgical risk, in the possibility of being repaired, and in the undergoing transcatheter treatments. In addition to the severity of the individual valve defects, the choice of treatment also depends on the ventricular function and the general condition of the patient. This work aims to provide a review of the state of the art regarding the possible management strategies of the most common multiple valve diseases in clinical practice.

The administration of epinephrine is recommended in children with severe clinical conditions, such as in case of anaphylaxis, life-threatening asthma, shock and cardiac arrest. Due to the very low frequency of these conditions in common paediatric emergency settings in Italy, paediatricians may be unfamiliar with the use of this fundamental drug. This article presents the indications and ways of administration of epinephrine in the clinical contest in which is required, according to the current guidelines.

Cellulose nanocrystal and gold nanoparticles are assembled, in a unique way, to yield a novel modular glyconanomaterial whose surface is then easily engineered with one or two different headgroups, by exploiting a robust click chemistry route. We demonstrate the potential of this approach by conjugating monosaccharide headgroups to the glyconanomaterial and show that the sugars retain their binding capability to C-type lectin receptors, as also directly visualized by cryo-TEM.

Objectives: An increased frequency of celiac disease (CeD) has been reported in severe Immunoglobulin E (IgE) -mediated food allergy (FA). This observation requires confirmation, and whether CeD affects FA severity and resolution is unknown. The study aims to estimate the prevalence of CeD in patients with FA and to investigate whether CeD affects FA severity and oral tolerance. Methods: Consecutive patients with FA referred for allergen reintroduction, either to evaluate allergy resolution or to start oral immunotherapy (OIT), were evaluated for CeD and for FA severity. The primary outcome was the prevalence of CeD. Secondary outcomes were the frequency of severe FA and the level of clinical tolerance at study entry and at last follow-up in patients with isolated FA versus patients with FA + CeD. Results: Two hundred twenty-eight patients were included. CeD was confirmed in 15 patients (6.6%) of whom, 8 patients had a previously established diagnosis of CeD and were on a gluten-free diet. Severe FA was observed in 12 patients with FA + CeD (80%) versus 88 patients with FA (42%) ( P = 0.006). At baseline, patients with FA + CeD had significantly higher median allergen-specific IgE levels [61.8 kU/L; interquartile range (IQR) 11.6-279.0] compared to patients with FA (20.3 kU/L; IQR 2.9-72.7) ( P < 0.001). Complete clinical tolerance was observed in 1 of 15 patients (7%) with FA + CeD versus 98 of 205 patients (48%) with FA ( P = 0.002). Conclusions: CeD is highly prevalent in patients with FA and could affect FA severity and response to OIT. CeD screening should be considered in patients with severe or persistent FA.

The introduction focuses on the issues that the debate on animal sacrifice has raised over the centuries, both in the West and in South Asia. This dual focus is necessary for two reasons. One is that the current Indian judicial system and traditions have evolved from the British colonial legacy, To understand how animal sacrifice came to be banned by an Indian court, one needs to grasp this Indian-British legal entanglement. The second reason is that many of the current legal arguments on the protection of animals in general, and animal sacrifice in particular, in both South Asia and western countries, call upon both Indian religious and philosophical developments and Western concepts and values. As a result, controversies surrounding particular animal sacrifice practices often involve broader issues and more general debates. The introduction discusses how the recent judicialisation of these debates and their international dimension has led to the emergence of new questions concerning the legal status of animals. We consider, for example, how the question has been debated in Europe with regard to the practice of ritual killing in Muslim or Jewish communities, and in a well-known case involving the US Supreme Court’s ruling on Santeria sacrifice in Florida (cited above).We then move from the general situation to the particular case of India and Nepal. The emphasis here is on previous and recent attempts to reform or even ban animal sacrifice in these countries. Although the practice of animal sacrifices had been criticized over the centuries by sectarian and devotional movements, such criticism gained a new impetus, with a different meaning, from the actions of Christian missionaries who became increasingly active in parts of South Asia from the late fifteenth century onwards. The ideas of ‘idolatry’, ‘superstition’ or ‘false gods’ that the first Christian writers had used in rejecting animal sacrifices in ancient Rome were now projected by Christian missionaries in India (and in other places in the world) onto the sacrificial practices they observed among the people they wished to convert. The missionaries’ insistence on opposing ‘religion’ and ‘superstition’, along with the ‘civilising discourse’ of British officers, had a profound impact on nineteenth-century Hindu reformist leaders who also took a stand against animal sacrifice. We show how this eclectic reformist milieu, inspired by Christian religious discourse and by a Victorian vision of progress, oriented the religious debate towards the issue of animal sacrifice, opposing not only Hindu reformists to Hindu traditionalists, but also Hindus to Christians and Muslims. This particular aspect of the debate has been taken up by Indian judges, some of whom have a personal interest in a spiritualistic approach to religion and are pushing for Hindu religious reforms. Finally, the introduction seeks to draw out and link together the main themes emerging from the following chapters.

The synergy with ground-based and space-born instruments in the electromagnetic domain, by enabling multi-messenger observations, will add further to the discovery potential of LISA. The next decade is crucial to prepare the astrophysical community for LISA’s first observations. This review outlines the extensive landscape of astrophysical theory, numerical simulations, and astronomical observations that are instrumental for modeling and interpreting the upcoming LISA datastream. To this aim, the current knowledge in three main source classes for LISA is reviewed; ultra-compact stellar-mass binaries, massive black hole binaries, and extreme or interme-diate mass ratio inspirals. The relevant astrophysical processes and the established modeling techniques are summarized. Likewise, open issues and gaps in our understanding of these sources are highlighted, along with an indication of how LISA could help making progress in the different areas. New research avenues that LISA itself, or its joint exploitation with upcoming studies in the electromagnetic domain, will enable, are also illustrated. Improvements in modeling and analysis approaches, such as the combination of numerical simulations and modern data science techniques, are discussed. The molecular Pt nanocluster [Pt27(CO)31]4- (14-) was obtained by thermal decomposition of [Pt15(CO)30]2- in tetrahydrofuran under a H2 atmosphere. The reaction of 14- with increasing amounts of HBF4·Et2O afforded the previously reported [Pt26(CO)32]2- (32-) and [Pt26(CO)32]- (3-). The new nanocluster 14- was characterized by IR and UV-visible spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, direct-current superconducting quantum interference device magnetometry, cyclic voltammetry, IR spectroelectrochemistry (IR SEC), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The cluster displays a cubic-close-packed Pt27 framework generated by the overlapping of four ABCA layers, composed of 3, 7, 11, and 6 atoms, respectively, that encapsulates a fully interstitial Pt4 tetrahedron. One Pt atom is missing within layer 3, and this defect (vacancy) generates local deformations within layers 2 and 3. These local deformations tend to repair the defect (missing atom) and increase the number of Pt-Pt bonding contacts, minimizing the total energy. The cluster 14- is perfectly diamagnetic and displays a rich electrochemical behavior. Indeed, six different oxidation states have been characterized by IR SEC, unraveling the series of 1n- (n = 3-8) isostructural nanoclusters. Computational studies have been carried out to further support the interpretation of the experimental data.

Perawat kritis diharuskan memiliki keterampilan yang mahir dalam melakukan tindakan resusitasi jantung paru untuk menolong pasien pasien yang mengalami cardiac arrest. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan keterampilan perawat dalam memberikan tindakan resusitasi jantung paru pada pasien kritis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Drs. H. Abu Hanifah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 35 perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan Intensive Care Unit di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Drs. H. Abu Hanifah. Besaran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara faktor jenis kelamin (p-value = 0,234) dengan keterampilan perawat. Serta ada hubungan antara faktor pengetahuan (p-value = 0,000), pengalaman kerja (p-value = 0,031), pelatihan (p-value = 0,011), dan indeks massa tubuh (p-value = 0,007) dengan keterampilan perawat dalam tindakan resusitasi jantung paru pada pasien kritis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Drs. H. Abu Hanifah.

Due to the numerous challenges of providing for autistic children on a daily basis, parental cluelessness of how to care for autistic children, and lack of parental support for the therapy process that has been taught by the Autism Service Center, parents with autistic children are more likely to experience stress. As a result, employing the PAR methodology, Christian psychology study programs engage in community service projects that teach parenting techniques for raising autistic children. The PKM team engages in mentoring and psychoeducational activities, which are divided into two primary sessions (i.e, Session 1 included lecturing, relaxation, and question and answer; Session 2 including simulation, roleplaying, and question-and-answer). The PKM activity process was examined both quantitatively and qualitatively. With the highest scores in the very good category (74.07%, 59.25%, and 55.55% respectively), participants gave the elements of a comfortable setting or facility, handouts or teaching materials that are very helpful in learning and comprehending the content, and a willingness to join once more if the Christian Psychology Study Program offers another activity. Based on the qualitative data, the participants explicitly expressed their opinion that this activity was very good, useful, could transfer new knowledge in regards to caring for ASD children, could address their needs and difficulties, and it was hoped that this activity would be sustained in the future. Thus, resources and a number of delivery modalities can be used to provide support and psychoeducation about parenting styles for kids with autism, which can address the needs, aspirations, and issues of PLA Naimata Staff and Assisted Parents.

Welding is skill needed in many machinery and factory industries. Welding as skill is acknowledged by having a certificate. As certification cost is high, the skill must match the criteria for each test in a certification. In recent years, Politeknik Negeri Medan has held 7 times Visual Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.0) certification with 57% of the participant pass the certification. Many participants not sure about the possibility of passing the certification process thus hesitating in taking this exam for the certification is costly. This research purpose the usage of profile matching method in determining the possibility of passing the certification. The result is suggested as a recommendation for taking the exam, but not preventing the examinee to take the certification test. The result shown that according to profile matching criteria, 75% people with recommendation is passing the certification, while all the people who didn’t meet the criteria and still taking the exam didn’t pass the test for certification.

In many democracies, gender differences in voter turnout have narrowed or even reversed. Yet, it appears that women participate more in some circumstances and men in others. Here we study how life trajectories – specifically, marriage and having children – will impact male and female turnout differently, depending on household-level context. To this end, we leverage a unique administrative panel dataset from Italy, an established democracy where traditional family structures remain important. Our within-individual estimates show that marriage increases men's participation to women's higher pre-marital levels, particularly so in low-income families. We also find that infants depress maternal turnout, especially among more traditional families, whereas primary school children stimulate paternal turnout. Exploring aggregate-level consequences, we show that demographic trends in marriage and fertility have contributed to recent shifts in the gender composition of the electorate. Together, our results highlight the importance of the family as a variable in political analyses.

A new coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, was identified at the end of 2019. It swiftly spread all over the world, affecting more than 600 million people and causing over 6 million deaths worldwide. Different COVID-19 vaccines became available by the end of 2020. Healthcare workers and more vulnerable people (such as the elderly and those with comorbidities) were initially prioritized, followed by the entire population, including pregnant and breastfeeding women. Despite the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, a certain level of skepticism was expressed, including among pregnant and breastfeeding women. There were several reasons for this reluctancy, among them, fear of side-effects for both women and fetuses. Nevertheless, acceptance, as well as hesitancy, were time, country and vaccine specific. This review will collect available evidence assessing knowledge, attitudes, behaviour, practice and acceptance/hesitancy of pregnant/breastfeeding women in relation to the COVID-19 vaccination. The PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus and EMBASE databases will be consulted. A predefined search strategy that combines both free text and MESH terms will be used. The systematic review will adhere to the PRISMA guidelines and the results will be reported in both narrative and summary tables. A meta-analysis will be conducted if data are available.

Multivalent vaccines addressing an increasing number of Streptococcus pneumoniae types (7-, 10-, 13-, 15-, 20-valent) have been licensed over the last 22 years. The use of polysaccharide-protein conjugate vaccines has been pivotal in reducing the incidence of invasive pneumococcal disease despite the emergence of non-vaccine serotypes. Notwithstanding its undoubtable success, some weaknesses have called for continuous improvement of pneumococcal vaccination. For instance, despite their inclusion in pneumococcal conjugate vaccines, there are challenges associated with some serotypes. In particular, Streptococcus pneumoniae type 3 remains a major cause of invasive pneumococcal disease in several countries.Here a deep revision of the strengths and weaknesses of the licensed pneumococcal conjugate vaccines and other vaccine candidates currently in clinical development is reported.

Current prescriptions for supernova natal kicks in rapid binary population synthesis simulations are based on fits of simple functions to single pulsar velocity data. We explore a new parameterization of natal kicks received by neutron stars in isolated and binary systems developed by Mandel & M\"uller, which is based on 1D and 3D supernova simulations and accounts for the physical correlations between progenitor properties, remnant mass, and the kick velocity. We constrain two free parameters in this model using very long baseline interferometry velocity measurements of Galactic single pulsars. We find that the inferred values of natal kick parameters do not differ significantly between single and binary evolution scenarios. The best-fit values of these parameters are $v_{\rm ns} = 520$ km s$^{-1}$ for the scaling pre-factor for neutron star kicks, and $\sigma_{\rm ns}=0.3$ for the fractional stochastic scatter in the kick velocities., Comment: 8 pages, 8 figures, 1 table. In metastatic breast cancer, stromal cells produce chemokine (CXC motif) ligand 12 or stromal cell-derived factor-1 as a chemoattractant, which binds to chemokine (CXC motif) receptor 4 (CXCR4) expressed by breast cancer cells. El dengue es una enfermedad metaxénica viral en cuya transmisión se ven involucrados los mosquitos hembra del género Aedes, y donde la participación comunitaria es vital para su prevención, requiriendo que la población conozca sobre la enfermedad, cómo se transmite y una actitud dispuesta a prevenirlo. A fin de determinar los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas (CAP) sobre el dengue en cuatro sectores del eje Metropolitano del estado Miranda, Venezuela, se aplicó un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y de corte transversal con una muestra de 446 cuestionarios efectivos a los jefes de familia. Los encuestados más frecuentes eran mayores de 50 años (53,6%), del sexo femenino (64%), con educación media diversificada (41,5%). El nivel de conocimiento “Medio” fue el más frecuente en los cuatro sectores superando el 40%. La fiebre fue el síntoma reconocido más frecuente (>80%). Más del 95% conoce que es una enfermedad transmitida por mosquitos, que estos son blancos y negros y que se reproducen en contenedores de agua (>80%). Respecto a las Actitudes: 98% considera que es una enfermedad grave y casi 97% indica que eliminar los criaderos del mosquito ayuda a prevenirla. Acerca de las Prácticas: 96% indicó que almacena agua y casi 86% tapa adecuadamente los recipientes. Apenas 13,5% afirmó dormir bajo un mosquitero, 10,3% usa repelente y para curar el dengue 97,1% acudiría a un centro de salud. Resulta necesario implementar jornadas educativas y de concientización.

El dengue es una de las enfermedades virales más frecuente en el mundo, que causa cifras importantes de morbilidad y mortalidad en la región de América, afectando a varios países entre ellos Venezuela. Por tal motivo nos planteamos diagnosticar los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas sobre dengue, aplicando una encuesta, en 4 comunidades, de 4 municipios del estado Nueva Esparta: Achípano (Mariño); Guacuco (Arismendi); El Valle (García) y Pampatar (Maneiro). Los resultados destacan la presencia de menores de 20 años y de sexo femenino; la mayoría de los jefes de familia tiene educación básica completa; un alto porcentaje ha escuchado sobre dengue. En lo que respecta al nivel de conocimiento, se encontró bajo en Guacuco, medio en Achípano y Pampatar y alto en El valle. Los síntomas más relacionados fueron: dolor de cabeza, muscular abdominal y vómitos; la mayoría reconoce que es una enfermedad producida por un virus y transmitida por mosquitos; existe desconocimiento sobre la intervención del consumo de agua y alimentos, así como la creencia de que todos los mosquitos son vectores; la mayoría de los encuestados reconoce que el vector es el mosquito patas blancas y que pica tanto de día como de noche; la mayoría reconoce que los mosquitos se reproducen en agua limpia. Con respecto a las actitudes, un alto porcentaje estuvo muy de acuerdo y de acuerdo con que el dengue es una enfermedad grave y corre el riesgo de enfermarse; consideran que eliminar los criaderos ayudará a prevenir la enfermedad y la comunidad puede participar. En lo que se refiere a las prácticas la mayoría almacena agua y la tapa adecuada mente; limpian semanalmente los recipientes y retiran la basura; muy bajo porcentaje se cuida personalmente, como usar mosquitero, repelente y ropa larga; la mayoría acudiría a un centro de salud para su tratamiento.

El dengue es la enfermedad arbovirosis más importante a nivel mundial, se estima que la enfermedad es endémica en 129 país en el mundo, incluyendo Venezuela, por tal razón la presente investigación fue determinar los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas sobre el dengue en cuatro parroquias del Distrito Capital, a través de un estudio epidemiológico, descriptivo transversal donde se aplicaron, un total 385 encuestas distribuidas en estas parroquias: El Recreo, barrio Pinto Salinos, San Agustin, barrio San Agustin; Macarao, Barrio 7 de Septiembre y Caricuao, barrio Las Terrazas. Los resultados obtenidos fueron los siguientes: en relación a la distribución de la población el sexo femenino es el más predominante; los entrevistados poseen un nivel de conocimiento sobre el dengue medio; saben que el dengue lo transmite un mosquito, reconocen el hábitat del vector; sin embargo tienen la falsa creencia que todos los mosquitos pueden transmiten la enfermedad, así como que el hábito de picadura de Aedes aegypti es durante el día y la noche; también creen que pueden adquirir dengue por consumo de agua y alimentos contaminados; los entrevistados reconocen al menos un signo o síntoma del dengue. En cuanto a la actitud, es buena, reconoce que la enfermedad es grave; que corre riesgo de adquirirla. Los encuestados saben que eliminando los criaderos ayuda a prevenir la enfermedad y puede ser realizado por ellos mismo. En cuanto a las practicas, la mayor proporción de la población almacenan agua, muchos no tapan todos sus contenedores, presentan chatarras alrededor de sus viviendas. Se puede concluir que a pesar que en la población existe un conocimiento sobre el dengue, existen aún en los pobladores un distanciamiento entre el conocimiento y la práctica preventiva, razón por la cual en población deben realizarse estrategias educativas que hagan énfasis en la promoción y prevención de la enfermedad, lo cual ayudaría a la población a hacer cambios en cuanto a sus comportamientos, actitudes y prácticas en relacionadas con el dengue.

El dengue, es una arbovirosis transmitida principalmente por mosquitos hembra del género Aedes, considerada una amenaza para más de 2.500 millones de personas en todo el mundo. Su prevención y control depende de la colaboración de la comunidad, ya que el mosquito vector se desarrolla en contenedores de agua de uso doméstico. Es importante que la población conozca sobre esta enfermedad, cómo se transmite y cómo prevenirla. Con el objetivo de determinar los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas (CAP) sobre el dengue en cuatro comunidades del estado Anzoátegui, Venezuela, se aplicó un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y de corte transversal con una muestra de 435 cuestionarios efectivos a los jefes de familia. El nivel de conocimiento “Medio” fue el más frecuente en las cuatro comunidades superando el 50%. Cabe destacar que en San Cristóbal se evidenció el mayor porcentaje del nivel Alto con casi 36%, mientras que Pozuelo fue el sector con el mayor porcentaje de conocimiento Bajo. El síntoma reconocido por los habitantes más frecuente (42%) fue el dolor de cabeza, seguido por la fiebre (41%) y el dolor muscular (35%). Más del 70% conoce que es una enfermedad transmitida por mosquitos, que estos son blancos y negros y que se reproducen en contenedores de agua (>70%). Respecto a las Actitudes: 95,6% considera que es una enfermedad grave y casi 97% indica que eliminar los criaderos ayuda a prevenirla. Acerca de las Prácticas: 93% indicó que almacenaba agua y poco más de 82% tapaba los recipientes. La mayoría para curar el dengue utilizaría medicina tradicional (72,1%) y 85,7% acudiría a centro de salud para tratarlo. Resulta necesario implementar jornadas educativas y de concientización.

En el presente trabajo abordamos la relación entre perspectiva de género y educación superior en la currícula de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario, República Argentina. Para esto, analizamos los registros y relevamientos documentados en la última década existentes en dicha Facultad sobre la temática y el espacio curricular de las Prácticas Profesionales Supervisadas área C. Analizamos los obstáculos que dificultan el acceso del alumnado a los contenidos de estudios de género, imprescindibles para realizar una práctica en el campo de salud mental acorde a las demandas de la época y en consonancia con los avances del país en materia legislativa. En este contexto, describimos la curricula de las Prácticas Profesionales Supervisadas área C, de la que participamos como docentes adscriptas. como unaapuesta a promover la formación en perspectiva de género de las/los futuras/os profesionales psicólogas/os.

Reflete-se questões netnográficas encontradas na mediação informacionais contra a pandemia de COVID-19 utilizando-se as ações dentro da Rede Piauí Sem Covid no Instagram (@piauisemcovid). É resultado de uma pesquisa de campo virtual, experimental e informacional realizada entre março de 2020 e agosto de 2021 (que continua em curso dado as questões da pandemia). Em recorte de 17 meses, objetiva-se entender, vivenciar, socializar e compartilhar informações relacionadas ao fenômeno, enveredando pelas rotinas produtivas e experimentações de pensar, construir, agir, refletir e trazer respostas sobre a pandemia. Nota-se que o jornalista contemporâneo precisa experimentar mais linguagens, vivenciar novos momentos e estar em consonância com as questões não só das mediações informacionais, mas das próprias rotinas sociais a seu redor.
