A mixture of date palm pollen (dried or ethanol- extracted) and vitamin D3 IN 4000 IU and(dried or ethanol- extracted ) Eruca sativa were used to treat 20 albino mice to determine the activity of the testosterone hormones. The mice divided into five groups each group contains 5 of mice male groups( treated with ethanol extract of the mixture at 400, treated with ethanol extract of the mix at 500, treated with dried extract of the mixture at 400, and treated with dried extract of the mixture at 500) mg \kg respectively, significant differences in the results in the highest effect of 500mg/kg dried powder of the mixture of date palm pollen and vitamin d3 and Eruca sativa on group 4 at day week 6 compared to the control in group 5. The lower effect, according to the significant differences in group 1 at week three yet it’s still promising due to a higher level than control which is the control. Other were with treatment with gradual change for the extreme results in week six the testosterone level was measured gradually

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah ibadah Haji harus menjadi fokus utama untuk ditingkatkan, yang sifatnya fisik seperti akomodasi, konsumsi, dan transportasi harus ditingkatkan. Namun, bukan berarti yang nonfisik ditinggalkan. Maka harus menambah kualitas penyelenggaraan ini dengan sifatnya nonfisik yaitu dalam segi pelayanan manasik. Manasik haji ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan, khususnya tentang tata cara pelaksanaan ibadah haji yang benar, maka manasik haji dianggap penting dan harus diikuti dengan sungguh-sungguh oleh setiap calon jamaah haji. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pelayanan manasik calon jamaah haji di KBIHU Haramain kota Pekanbaru. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah empat (4) orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pelayanan manasik KBIHU Haramain terhadap calon jamaah haji memperhatikan lima (5) konsep kualitas pelayanan yaitu: Pertama, bukti fisik (tangibles) yang meliputi penampilan pegawai dan sarana prasarana. Kedua, kehandalan (reliability) yang meliputi akurat dan terpercaya. Ketiga, Ketanggapan (Responsiveness) yang meliputi pelayanan cepat dan tepat. Keempat, jaminan (assurance) yang meliputi kesopanan dan kompetensi. Kelima, perhatian individual (empathy) yang meliputi komunikasi dan perhatian pribadi.

The minimal inhibitory concentrations of ticarcillin and carbenicillin were determined for 9,236 clinical bacterial isolates by the broth microdilution method at four participating laboratories. Ticarcillin showed significantly increased activity against Klebsiella pneumoniae (P less than .001), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P less than .001) and Aeromonas hydrophilia (P less than .005) when compared to carbenicillin, but no signifcant differences were observed against other gram-negative organisms. Ticarcillin was consistently less active against the gram-positive cocci, and these differences were significant for Staphylococcus aureus (P less than .001), Streptococcus agalactiae (P less than .001), Staphylococcus epidermidis (P less than .001) and Streptococcus viridans (P less than .005). Significant regional and institutional differences in susceptibility to the two drugs were observed for several species, including common nosocomial pathogens such as S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, K. pneumoniae and Escherichia coli.
