A method to synthesize nanosize particles of Y3AlFe4O12 garnet ferrite by precipitation in aqueous solutions at constant pH during the synthesis has been demonstrated. The effect of the sequence of the metal hydroxides precipitation on the filtration coefficient is studied. The filtration coefficient is found to be three times greater in the case of simultaneous precipitation of iron and aluminum hydroxides compared to the one observed for the case of simultaneous precipitation of all hydroxides. Synthesized precipitates are established to be amorphous and crystalline nanoparticles are formed in one stage after the treatment at 800 °C. The average particles size is around 60–70 nm. The ceramics obtained after a proper heat treatment of the nanoparticles is shown to be characterized by the high density and good electrophysical properties.

Одним из основных институтов инфраструктурной поддержки малого предпринимательства является бизнес-инкубатор. В его задачи входит не только оказание имущественной поддержки в виде сдачи в аренду помещений, оборудования и т. д., но также содействие развитию малых предприятий путем предоставления информационно-аналитических услуг. В качестве основных информационно-аналитических инструментов инфраструктурной поддержки малых предприятий авторы выделяют консалтинг, обучение, проектную экспертизу и событийный мониторинг. Для успешной реализации информационно-аналитической поддержки малого предпринимательства необходим постоянный мониторинг результатов интеграции информационно-аналитических инструментов инфраструктурной поддержки малых предприятий в процесс бизнес-инкубирования. В настоящее время не существует единой методики, позволяющей оценить результативность информационно-аналитической поддержки малого предпринимательства. Авторами предложена универсальная методика оценки результативности интеграции информационно-аналитических инструментов инфраструктурной поддержки малых предприятий в процесс бизнес-инкубирования, основанная на методах анализа иерархий и экспертных оценок. Предлагаемая методика включает показатели результативности каждого из пяти выделенных уровней оценки результативности интеграции информационно-аналитических инструментов в процесс бизнес-инкубирования. Показатели вышестоящего уровня рассчитываются на основе показателей нижестоящего уровня, каждому из которых в результате применения метода анализа иерархий и метода экспертных оценок присваивается свой нормализованный вектор приоритетов - коэффициент важности данного показателя. Для каждого из показателей авторами были установлены нормальные значения и выведены формулы для расчета. Практическое использование предложенной методики будет способствовать решению следующих проблем: во-первых, сопоставления действующих бизнес-инкубаторов; во-вторых, выбора малыми предприятиями лучшего на их взгляд бизнес-инкубатора в качестве института поддержки; в-третьих, установления плановых показателей развития информационно-аналитической поддержки.

Подчеркнута актуальность создания инфраструктуры поддержки инновационного предпринимательства, способствующая эффективному взаимодействию субъектов малого и крупного бизнеса. Авторами сделан вывод об инфраструктурном влиянии экономической кластеризации и государственно-частного партнерства в регионе.

Авторами сформулированы и обоснованы ключевые функции бизнес-инкубаторов в рамках совокупности институтов информационной поддержки малых предприятий на региональном уровне. В результате исследования сделаны выводы о необходимости разработки комплекса информационно-аналитических инструментов в деятельности бизнес-инкубатора как условие для реализации его информационной функции. Данная задача может быть решена посредством создания информационно-аналитического портала «Виртуальный бизнес-инкубатор».

Premature training quenches are usually caused by the transient energy released within the magnet coil as it is energised. Two distinct varieties of disturbances exist. They are thought to be electrical and mechanical in origin. The first type of disturbance comes from non-uniform current distribution in superconducting cables whereas the second one usually originates from conductor motions or micro-fractures of insulating materials under the action of Lorentz forces. All of these mechanical events produce in general a rapid variation of the voltages in the so-called quench antennas and across the magnet coil, called spikes. A statistical method to treat the spatial localisation and the time occurrence of spikes will be presented. It allows identification of the mechanical weak points in the magnet without need to increase the current to provoke a quench. The prediction of the quench level from detailed analysis of the spike statistics can be expected.

Гормональная контрацепция (ГК) является не только наиболее эффективным и приемлемым методом защиты от нежелательной беременности, но и обладает протективными или лечебными эффектами, оказывая влияние на разные звенья женской репродуктивной системы, в том числе и шейку матки. Однако результаты исследований, посвященных состоянию шейки матки на фоне использования ГК, весьма противоречивы.В некоторых исследованиях был показан их протективный эффект. Например, Н.М.Назарова и соавт. (2003 г.) сообщили о том, что трехфазные контрацептивы способствовали эпителизации шейки матки у молодых женщин с эктопией. Применяющееся в клинической практике в России контрацептивное влагалищное кольцо "НоваРинг" ("Органон", Нидерланды) обеспечивает высокую контрацептивную эффективность. Учитывая расположение кольца во влагалище, в непосредственной близости к влагалищной части шейки матки, нам представлялось интересным оценить состояние слизистой оболочки шейки матки при использовании влагалищного ультрамикродозированного контрацептива НоваРинг.

NOMAD is a neutrino oscillation experiment designed to search for ντ appearance in the CERN-SPS wide band νμ beam. Signal detection relies on the identification of ντ charged current interactions using kinematic criteria. The analysis of the 1995 data sample yields no oscillation signal. Combining all studied τ decay modes, a limit of sin 2 2θ μτ 4.2×10 −3 is obtained for large Δm2 at the 90% confidence level.

A search was made for a new light gauge boson $X$ which might be produced in $\pi^{0}\to\gamma + X$ decay from neutral pions generated by 450-GeV protons in the CERN SPS neutrino target. The X's would penetrate the downstream shielding and be observed in the NOMAD detector via the Primakoff effect, in the process of $X \to\pi^{0}$ conversion in the external Coulomb field of a nucleus. With $1.45\times10^{18}$ protons on target, 20 candidate events with energy between 8 and 140 GeV were found from the analysis of neutrino data. This number is in agreement with the expectation of 18.1$\pm$2.8 background events from standard neutrino processes. A new 90% C.L. upper limit on the branching ratio $Br(\pi^{0}\to\gamma + X)< (3.3 to 1.9) \times10^{-5}$ for $X$ masses ranging from 0 to 120 MeV/c^2 is obtained., Comment: 15 pages, LaTex, 6 eps figures included, submitted to Physics Letters B

First measurements of the mass and width of the Z0 performed at the newly commissioned LEP Collider by the DELPHI Collaboration are presented. The measuements are derived from the study of multihadronic final states produced in e+e- annihilations at several energies around the Z0 mass. The values found for the mass and width are M(Z0)=91.06±0.09 (stat) ±0.045 (syst.) GeV and Γ(Z0)=2.42±0.21 (stat.) GeV respectively, froma three-parameter fit to the line shape. A two-parameter fit in the framework of the standard model yields for the number of light neutrino species Nν=2.4±0.4 (stat.) ±0.5 (syst.), 0, SCOPUS: ar.j, info:eu-repo/semantics/published

The pair production of the lightest scalar Higgs boson, h, and a pseudoscalar Higgs boson, A, was searched for in a data sample containing 10 000 hadronic Z0 decays. The search involved both leptonic and purely hadronic decay channels of each Higgs boson. No signal was found, and limits on the Higgs boson masses, in the framework of the minimal supersymmetric extension of the standard model, ar reported up to 35 GeV/c2 at 95% CL, for both tan β > 1 and tan β < 1, where tan β is the ratio of the vacuum expectation values of the two Higgs doublets., 0, SCOPUS: ar.j, info:eu-repo/semantics/published
