We present the first hybrid matter-photon implementation of verifiable blind quantum computing. We use a trapped-ion quantum server and a client-side photonic detection system connected by a fibre-optic quantum network link. The availability of memory qubits and deterministic quantum logic enables interactive protocols without post-selection - a requirement for any scalable blind quantum cloud server which previous realisations could not provide.
