Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesional guru matematika dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian meta-analisis. Sumber data dalam penelitian berasal dari analisis 18 jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang terbit dari tahun 2013-2023. Sumber data dalam penelitian diambil melalui database google scholar, Eric, Wiley dan Taylor of Francis.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah observasi langsung melalui database jurnal. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam penelusuran sumber data yaitu guru profesional, kompetensi siswa dan pembelajaran matematika. Teknik Analisis data adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan bantuan aplikasi OpenMEE. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perofesional guru matematika mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi siswa di Indonesia. Nilai effect size sebesar 1.19 kriteria sangat tinggi, Standar deviasi sebesar 0.36 dan N-gain sebesar 0.57. Jadi, untuk memperbaiki kualitas guru matematika harus perlu dilatih profesionalitas yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of STEM-integrated blended learning on Indonesian students' science literacy. This research is a type of meta-analysis research. The data sources in the study came from the analysis of 10 national and international journals published from 2017-2023. The data search process through searching on Google Scholar, Scopus, Wiley, Eric and Hindawi Journal. Data collection techniques in research through direct observation by tracing studies related to research variables. The keywords in this article search are blended learning, STEM and science literacy. Data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative analysis technique with JSAP application. The results concluded that STEM-integrated blended learning is effective in encouraging the level of science literacy of students in Indonesia with an effect size value of 0.71 and N-gain of 0.82. Blended learning greatly supports the learning process in Indonesia in improving students' literacy in learning.

Religious Education in Islam Learning is essential in life, thus an educator must be able to explain and present content effectively. Choose tactics and procedures based on the qualities and requirements of pupils, particularly those with exceptional needs such as deafness. The Islamic Religious Education learning strategy for deaf children with special needs at SLB Tunas Bangsa Asembagus Situbondo employs an expository learning strategy, which involves the delivery of verbal material from a teacher to a group of students and mastery of the material through learning activities. Preparation, presentation (delivery) of content, correlation, conclusion, and application precede learning. The factors that aid in learning Islamic religious education are as follows: (1) internal factors consisting of students' interest in learning and motivation. (2) external factors, namely the establishment of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students as well as between teachers and guardians of students.

This study aims to determine the effect of the CTL model on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Peunaga Cut Ujong and to find out how much influence the CTL model has on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Peunaga. Cut Ujong. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach. This type of research uses a pre-experimental design. The population in this study were the fifth-grade students of SD Negeri Peunaga Cut Ujong, as many as 26 students. The sampling technique used in this research is intact-group comparison. The sample in this study was 13 students in the experimental class and as many as 13 students in the control class. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests, and documentation. This study's instruments used to collect data consisted of observation sheets, test sheets, and validation sheets. The results of this study are from the analysis obtained tcount = 0.965 > ttable = 0.05, it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, the conclusion is that there is a difference or influence of the CTL model on student learning outcomes between students who are taught using the CTL with students who are taught by not using CTL model.

Developing the relationships with students during teaching and learning was by the teaching method. As a result, teaching approaches made a significant contribution to teaching and learning activities. Learning examples that are not examples was one example of a media-based learning methodology. The media in learning was our problem in the teaching and learning process because the media was the component that will give an effect on student learning outcomes because learning messages can be delivered according to the learning objectives through media. To maximize learning and teaching effectiveness, pay attention to how learning messages were arranged so that students were engaged in learning. This research had two objectives: (1) How does the Examples-Non-Examples technique in fiqh at MI Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Banyuputih Situbondo work? (2) Can the Examples-Non-Examples technique be used to boost students' learning creativity in Fiqh at Salafiyah Syafi'iyah, Sukorejo Banyuputih, and Situbondo? The classroom action research approach was used with two cycles to get a good result. Before doing research utilizing the examples-without-examples technique, the researcher conducted an initial test (pre-test) in the pre-cycle, whereas in cycles I and 2, one meeting was held with a time allocation of 1 x 40 minutes. The research findings were acquired in four stages: planning, execution, observation, and reflection. For the findings: (1) The example-non-examples approach was successfully used. This can be observed in the percentage scores of research activities and student activities, which climbed each cycle after adopting the Example-Non-Examples technique in cycle I, which began at 66% and increased to 75%. Student participation in cycle II grew from 62% to 81%. (2) When the Examples-Non-Examples approach was used, student learning creativity rises. This appears in the pre-test, where the proportion of learning completion was 14%, it increased to 45% in the post-test cycle I, and 93% in the post-test cycle II.

Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru MTs Darul Falah Ternate merancang perangkat pembelajaran berbasis HOTS. Kegiatan pendampingan ini juga telah meningkatkan kesadaran guru tentang bagaimana pentingnya membuat perangkat pembelajaran inovatif berbasis HOTS agar mutu lulusan dan guru menjadi semakin lebih baik. Selain memberikan pendampingan, pengabdi juga mempraktekkan cara membuat dan melengkapi perangkat pembelajaran dengan materi ajar yang baik. Sebanyak 15 guru yang mengikuti pendampingan ini. Selain memberikan pendampingan, juga mempraktekkan cara merancang perangkat pembelajaran yang mengandung unsur HOTS. Sebanyak 15 guru mengikuti kegiatan ini. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kuesioner pendapat peserta, 47,3% responden menjawab bahwa mereka setujuh sepenuhnya, 58,9% setuju, dan 0,9% tidak setuju dengan pendampingan secara utuh.. Peserta sebaliknya menunjukkan bahwa materi pendampingan yang diberikan sangat baik sebesar 49,6%. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan solusi yang sederhana, yaitu pendampingan secara berkelanjutan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the STEM integrated Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge learning model on the 21st Century skills of high school students majoring in science. This research is a type of meta-analysis research. The sample of this research comes from the analysis of international and national journals indexed by Scopus, SINTA, and DOAJ, totaling 12 journals. The sample search was carried out by searching the google scholar database, Sciencedirect, Eric Journal, Taylor and Francis, Wiley Journal, Sage Journal, and Emerald. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data that can be sampled is related to the STEM-integrated TPACK learning model in 21st Century Student skills. The data analysis technique is a quantitative data analysis technique by calculating the Effect Size (ES) and N-Gain values ​​with JSAP software. The results of the study conclude that the application of the integrated STEM Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge learning model is effective in improving the 21st-century skills of high school students with an effect size value of 1.765 with an N-Gain of 0.56 and an SD value of 0.29. So, the STEM-integrated TPACK learning model is very effectively applied in high school biology learning

Pendidikan yang semakin berkembang dan maju, Pondok Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan keagamaan dituntut untuk semakin mengembangkan aspek-aspek yang dapat menunjang pendidikan dan pembelajaran semakin baik Kegiatan pembelajaran kajian kitab kuning atau kitab klasik merupakan kegiatan yang wajib di kebanyakan pondok pesantren, termasuk juga di asrana Darul Kutub I’dadiyah Asrama Ma’hadul Qur’an Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi’iyah sukorejo. Metode penelitian dengan mengngunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Mengarahkan peserta didik untuk menyimak dan membaca informasi terkait materi, membentuk peserta didik menjadi beberapa kelompok, meminta satu orang dari masing-masing kelompok ahli. This study aims to develop an online internship guide for the Borg & Gall model as a link and match form for Class XI Alfamart Competency in Online Business and Marketing Skills at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu. The development model used is the Borg and Gall model. The results showed that the link and match model developed after validation was declared valid. The product in the form of an online internship guide is declared feasible because all aspects of learning are in a suitable category. The link and match model development through prakerin is declared effective because it has met the criteria. The study results met the validity requirements, and the data analysis of observations on the implementation of prakerin carried out by students, SMK, and DUDI showed that the development of the Borg and Gall model was feasible to develop. The analysis of student work-readiness results is in the high category, stating that students are ready to enter the workforce. Based on the results of the research obtained, it concluded that the development of the link and match model through the prakerin developed has met the categories of validity, practicality, and interest so that it is feasible to develop.

This study aimed to develop a conceptual model of the relationship between competence, compensation, and employee performance hammering training on the performance of employees of public health centres in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart PLS. The main findings in this study are competency and compensation which affect the employee performance. Training plays a role in mediating the effect of competence and compensation on employee performance. Temuan utama pada penelitian ini adalah kompetensi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diklat berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Enhancement Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) production capacity from 500,000 tons/year to 576,000 tons/year resulted in increase of water demand, so an optimization process for desalination and demineralization units is needed. This research aims to find how the desalination and demineralization optimization process is carried out to ensure the quantity and quality of water at PT INEOS Aromatics Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting literature studies, observing the optimization of desalination and demineralization processes, interviews and laboratory testing of water samples. The result of this research is that the desalination and demineralization optimization process has been successfully, with quantity of desalt water product is 197 tons/hour. Parameters for the production process, namely conductivity 0.8 µs/cm, copper (Cu2+) 0.005 ppm, sulfate (SO2-) 0 ppm, silica (SiO2-) 0 ppm and for domestic, namely temperature 30.8 oC, color 9 TCU, pH 6.8 ppm, odorless, tasteless, hardness (CaCO3) 0 ppm, turbidity 0.05 NTU, total dissolved solids (TDS) 0.8 ppm, nitrit (NO2-) 0 ppm, nitrate (NO-) 0.009 ppm, escherichia coli 0 CFU/100ml and total coliform 0 CFU/100ml. These values meet the quality standards set by the Amoco Research and Development and Minister of Health Regulation Number 32 of 2017.

Background: Follitropin alfa (FA) is one of the most widely used exogenous gona-dotropins in both agonist and antagonist protocols for controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) and in vitro fertilization (IVF). However, reports of its effectiveness are limited, particularly in terms of its impact on overall IVF outcomes and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). Therefore, in this study, FA competency was investigated by evaluating its effect on IVF outcomes and OHSS, administering agonist and antagonist COS protocols. Methods: A retrospective study with 120 subjects was conducted. Outcomes com-prising the number of retrieved and fertilized oocytes, quality of embryos, and clinical pregnancies were assessed. Statistical correlation between FA dose, IVF outcomes, and the incidence of OHSS was also analyzed. All statistical analyses were performed at 95% confidence level. Results: There was no significant difference in both protocols regarding retrieved oocytes (p=0.604), fertilized oocytes (p=0.761), embryo quality including good, average, poor embryo (p=0.875, p=0.565, p=0.785), and clinical pregnancy (p= 0.844). However, FA doses in the agonist protocol were shown notably higher (p= 0.001). Negative correlations were also observed between FA dose and the number of retrieved oocytes (r=-0.255, p

Then this policy was also followed up by the Province of Banten with the Instruction of the Governor of Banten Number 15 of 2021.

Seiring berjalannya teknologi yang terus berkembang, sekolah dianggap perlu untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dalam hal sarana dan prasarana yang dipakai termasuk media pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan ialah jenis kuantitatif. Teknik analisis datanya ialah menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analilsis korelasi product moment. Untuk menguji hipotesis, menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 16.0. Sedangkan pengumpulan data, digunakan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran chromebook bagi siswa termasuk kategori baik. Sedangkan untuk motivasi belajar siswa ketika menggunakan media pembelajaran chromebook, termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Sedangkan perhitungan pada tabel correlation pada SPSS dimana koefisien korelasi adalah 0,543 dengan signifikasi 0,000. Karena signifikasi r tabel 0,543 > 0,254. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh yang sangat kuat penggunaan media pembelajaran chromebook terhadap motivasi siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Asembagus

This study uses secondary data by looking at the financial statements at KUD Tani Bahagia. The researcher processed the data using multiple linear regression which processed it using SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. From research results that is Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio partially effect toReturn on Assets at KUD Tani Bahagia.

Objectives: To investigate the relationshipxbetween gonadotropins which are used in the process of controlled ovarian stimulation, rFSH and hMG, and the in vitro fertilization outcomes, which are oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate during the period of 2013 to 2019.Methods: This research was a cross sectional study. Data from medical record of patients who underwent the in vitro fertilization procedure at Melati Clinic, Harapan Kita Child and Mother Hospital were obtained. This research collected the oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate of eligible patients who received rFSH or hMG stimulation.Results: Four hundred and fifty four patients were eligible for the research, further divided into 309 patients who received rFSH and 145 patients who received hMG. Non-parametric test revealed that patients who belong to the rFSH group had a statistically significant higher oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate compared to hMG group with p < 0.05.Conclusion: Significant difference of oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate exists between rFSH and hMG group (p < 0.05) with the mean oocyte number, embryo number, and fertilization rate are consistently observed higher in the rFSH group compared to hMG group.Keywords: controlled ovarian stimulation, hMG, infertility, in vitro fertilization, rFSH Abstrak Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan stimulasi ovarium terkendali yang mendapatkan sediaan gonadotropin berupa rFSH dan hMG dengan luaran FIV berupa jumlah oosit, jumlah embrio, dan tingkat pembuahan pada periode 2013– 2019Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang menggunakan data rekam medis yang menjalani program FIV di Klinik Melati Harapan Kita tahun 2013 – 2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data pasien yang menjalani program dengan protokol rFSH dan hMG dibandingkan dengan luaran jumlah oosit, fertilization rate, dan jumlah embrio.Hasil: Dari 454 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria, 309 pasien menggunakan rFSH sebagai obat stimulasi ovarium dan 145 pasien menggunakan hMG sebagai obat stimulasi ovarium. Hasil uji non parametrik lebih tinggi pada kelompok pengguna rFSH dengan ketiga variabel yang diteliti ditemukan bermakna secara signifikan dengan hasil p < 0,05.Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara jumlah oosit, tingkat pembuahan, dan jumlah embrio pada kelompok rFSH dan hMG (P < 0,05) dengan rata-rata oosit, tingkat pembuahan, dan jumlah embrio kelompok rFSH lebih besar daripada kelompok hMG Kata kunci: hMG, infertilitas, fertilisasi in vitro, rFSH, stimulasi ovarium

China’s financial service industry is developing rapidly. Under the background of globalization and informatization, the structure of the financial system is constantly adjusted. Therefore, re-examining the spatial layout characterizing the overall financial industry has profound importance. Based on point of interest data, we utilize Nanjing as a case study and the analysis spatial pattern and agglomerative characteristics of the financial service industry. The research is conducted through various spatial measurement methods and negative binomial regression models as well as factors affecting the overall spatial distribution of the industry. Results indicate that Nanjing’s financial service industry has prominent features of agglomeration-oriented characteristics, while spatial distribution generally presents a “northwest–southeast” trend, i.e., a layout formed along transport lines and facilities and from the central business district to the suburbs is steadily being reduced. The spatial distribution, concentration and scale of financial service companies, business halls, and automatic teller machines in Nanjing vary widely. Market demand, corporate agglomeration effect, geographical location, transportation facilities, and population size and dynamics have profoundly affected the distribution pattern of the financial service industry Nanjing-wide. Accordingly, this research provides some reference and suggestion for the construction of financial centers, the formulation of policies to optimize the layout of financial industries, and as a research benchmark for other developing countries in the process of rapid urbanization.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana fonologi, sintaksis, dan semantik diakuisisi atau diperoleh oleh anak yang berusia antara 3-5 tahun di Rawamangun, Jakarta Timur selama 10 (sepuluh) bulan pada bulan Desember 2018, Maret-Juli 2019 dan Januari-Mei 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada seorang anak perempuan berusia 3 tahun 5 bulan bernama Nur Amalia Rachmawaty “LIA”. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara yang mendalam. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lia menguasai vokal lengkap, yang terdiri dari huruf (a), I (u), (e), dan (o) yang diucapkan dengan jelas. Lia juga mahir merangkai beberapa kata untuk membentuk sebuah pernyataan. Namun, masih ada beberapa kesalahan di mana arti kata berbeda dari apa yang sebenarnya dimaksudkan, terlepas dari perkembangan semantik yang diperoleh Lia. Contoh untuk fonem konsonan /t/ Lia tidol mandi; /j/ Mbah jajan beli; /c/ tatak Uban macak-macak dulu ayo main? Kata-kata pada kalimat di atas merupakan kata-kata yang diucapkan oleh seorang anak yang belum menguasai bahasa Indonesia sepenuhnya, sehingga menggunakan kata-kata yang salah.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of discipline and motivation on the work effectiveness of employees at the Seberida Subdistrict Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sample used in this study were all 35 employees of the sub-district office using the census method. data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showdiscipline variables and variablesmotivation has a significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness variable. While the discipline variable has a significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness variable and the motivation variable has no significant effect on the employee's work effectiveness variable.

This study aims to analyse the interpersonal communication within multi-religious society in Gendingan village, Surakarta. Using a descriptive qualitative method and symbolic interactionalism approach, the findings indicate that a harmony produced by interpersonal communication amongst people in Gendingan is a reflection of one's obedience to the religion and the result of the understanding to his/her religious. In addition, based on symbolic interaction perspective, it is found that, first, the communicator's response to communicants within multi-faith society affected by the environment. Second, the tolerance is allowed but it has remained limited, regardless reducing the meaning of tolerance. Third, there are changes of religious symbolic meaning that affect interpersonal communication actions within multi-religious communities.

Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka memberi hak bak belajar tiga semester kepada mahasiswa untuk memilih materi dan perguruan tinggi yang diminati. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan strategi menulis proposl hibah yang baik. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Maluku Utara. Metode pengabdian yaitu ceramah atau paparan singkat dan diskusi atau tanya jawab mendalam. Hasil yang dicapai adalah terpenuhinya pemahaman cara menulis proposal hibah yang baik.

A global pandemic Covid-19 led countries to take aggressive action regarding social management and crisis governance management system. The case of a pandemic discovered in Wuhan provides a lesson for the government worldwide to adopt. However, the government system in every country has its characteristics. This study aims to release the potential policy recommendation in Indonesia when Indonesia's regional autonomy system faces a challenge in the pandemic situation, such as the increase of competition between regions. Even more, the public service system becomes concerned with the ego regionality. The strengthening country's capacity system is vital in the regional autonomy system as well as the collaboration between central and local government in terms of containment of the spread of the pandemic. Used a political ecology approach and a descriptive- review method, this study was conducted by discussing how the government responds in the regional autonomy system at the beginning of the pandemic situation. The review results show that the local government's response relies on their capacities, such as budget, human resources, and leadership. However, challenges arise when central and local governments' action is not in line in terms of the regional autonomy system. The public and political communication among central and local governments should be rearranged with an integration under proper management, particularly in the first month of the pandemic situation.

Character education is a vital instrument in determining the progress of a nation. Therefore the government needs to build educational institutions in order to produce good human resources that are ready to oversee and deliver the nation at a progressive level. It’s just that in reality, national education is not in line with the ideals of national education because the output is not in tune with moral values on the one hand and the potential for individuals to compete in world intellectual order on the other hand. Therefore, as a solution to these problems is the need for the applicationof character education from an early age.

This research investigated the implementation of the law enforcement and disciplinary policies of the Governor’s Instruction number 15 of 2021, focusing on the province of Banten, where during the pandemic period, law enforcement and discipline experienced many obstacles. George C. Edward’s policy implementation theory was used, which examines four variables that affect the success of policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. A qualitative research method was used and data were collected through literature studies, observations and interviews. Triangulation techniques were used. The results demonstrated that the central government’s policy regarding emergency PPKM was only able to reduce in small quantities according to the target, due to the many inhibiting factors. The authors conclude that it may be time to focus on herd immunity, and that we must understand that to solve this problem we need to increase antibodies or community immunity, so the policies issued must lead to increasing these factors. The aim of this research is to find the effect of learning model on students’ English listening skill. The research was conducted at the English Study Education Program, Language and Art Department, Faculty of Teachres Training and Education of Universitas Khairun, Ternate. The research method is an experiment with the quantitative approach, using factorial design of 2 x 2. The sample size are 32 students. The research result showed that: (1) English listening skills of the students’ who taught with integrative learning models was higher than the student who taught with the experiential models; (2 There is an influence of interaction between the learning model on students’ English listening skills; This is due to the fact that the experiential models is more appropriate for students who have a special character.

Kota Surakarta merupakan wilayah yang berdekatan dengan jalur lempeng Eurasia dan Indo-Australia. Ada perkiraaan dari Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) bahwa jika terjadi gempa megathrust di pertemuan lempeng tersebut akan mengakibatkan gempa dengan kekuatan di atas 8 SR. Guna mengantisipasi segala kemungkinan buruk yang terjadi maka diperlukan kesadaran dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat, para pemangku kepentingan, dan tenaga kerja bidang konstruksi sehingga korban jiwa dan kerugian materi bisa ditekan seminimal mungkin. Waktu terjadinya gempa tidak dapat diperkirakan dengan pasti. Kota Surakarta pernah juga terdampak gempa Yogyakarta tahun 2006. Dari pengalaman tersebut tampak kesiapan mitigasi bencana gempa di beberapa wilayah terdampak sebagian besar masih kurang. Research Group SmartCrete, Program Studi Teknik Sipil, Universitas Sebelas Maret melakukan pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan Mangkubumen, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta dalam rangka peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat dalam upaya mitigasi bencana gempa. Kegiatan pengabdian diawali dengan penggalian pengetahuan masyarakat tentang mitigasi bencana gempa, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian informasi yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan gempa dan dampaknya pada infrastruktur. Upaya-upaya mitigasi bencana gempa bumi, termasuk penerapan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) gempa pada pembangunan infrastruktur juga disampaikan dalam kegiatan ini. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan terjadi perbaikan pola pikir, pola tindak dan pola antisipasi serta aksi sigap dari masyarakat terhadap bahaya gempa bumi.

Indonesia has become a net-oil importer since 2004 as the growing internal demand exceeds Indonesia's oil production. As many fields go into mature phase and combined with other challenges, the national oil production in the last decade has been decreasing from 945 MBOPD to 745 MBOPD with a decline rate of 3-5% per year. Thus, the contribution of the oil and gas sector to the state revenues has also shown a downward trend from 21% in 2010 to only 9.2% in 2019. However, oil production is still strategically important for the national economy. It is important for economic value creation, power generation, transportation, and industries as most of the archipelago's infrastructures are still based on fossil energy. If no effort is made to increase production, the country will be fully dependent on crude oil imports, which poses a threat to national energy security. It is therefore in the nation's great interest to enhance oil production, minimizing the deficit gap between export and import. Several key strategies may be considered to achieve this ambitious target. These strategies can be categorized into the following: 1) People and high performing organization; 2) Exploration, as critical factor for future production; 3) Improved oil recovery (including enhanced oil recovery) technologies, to grow production from the maturing fields; 4) Fast track and simplified project to develop small field discoveries; 5) Strong collaboration between government, industry, academia, and professional associations; and 6)Cost conscious culture. The derivatives of the above-mentioned strategies are among others: standardized resource data management, open source & digitalized geoscience data library, reimbursement system for exploration costs, near field/infrastructure exploration, new play concept, cluster license collaboration, infill wells campaign, multilateral wells, waterflooding, gas injection, stimulation and hydraulic fracturing campaign, well interventions, EOR screening, perfect-well optimization, standardize subsea and/or topside production system, digitalization, and attractive fiscal and regulation that encourages not only the ‘big operator’ to participate in the petroleum sector. The foundation of these strategies should be the legal certainty and effective & proactive bureaucracy. Above all, it is also important to emphasize the common ground of having early HSE involvement as part of the solution. In this paper, the authors would like to contribute in sharing the knowledge, technology and perspectives to all petroleum industry professionals in Indonesia based on the authors exposure in the Norwegian petroleum activities. The paper will also review the strategies, short term and long-term opportunities that may inspire Indonesian petroleum authorities and industry in transforming the ambition into action to achieve the national production target of 1 MMBOPD and 12 BCFD gas by 2030.

Efforts to recruit professional individuals are inextricably linked to how leaders manage their human resources to meet organizational objectives as a company engaged in selling various series cars, PT. Agung Toyota Pangkalan Kerinci Branch has been committed to delivering incentives and punishments to its personnel in its activities. In actuality, the company's product sales target has been decreasing year after year. As a result, this research aimed to see if coupling Reward and Punishment had a substantial impact on staff performance at the PT. Agung Toyota Pangkalan Kerinci Branch. The study followed a quantitative approach, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect. Questionnaires and interviews were undertaken to acquire primary data, and some extra data was used as preliminary data. According to the findings, rewards have a considerable impact on employee performance, and punishment has a significant effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah yang bergerak di usaha Fotocopy pada Kecamatan Rengat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berbelanja di Fotocopy yang ada dikecamatan Rengat sebanyak 270 Sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu berupa data kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kekonsumen yang berbelanja. Alat analisis yang penulis gunakan ialah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bantuan Software SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada usaha Fotocopy seKecamatan Rengat. (2) Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada usaha Fotocopy seKecamatan Rengat. (3) Lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada usaha Fotocopy seKecamatan Rengat. (4) Promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada usaha Fotocopy seKecamatan Rengat. (5) Produk, Harga, Lokasi dan Promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada usaha Fotocopy seKecamatan Rengat

Listening is one of the most basic language skills in a second language learning. The various obstacles in language learning can be overcome through the use of learning models and cognitive styles that are appropriate with the characteristics of the students. The objective of this research is to find the effect of learning models and cognitive style toward the students’ English Listening Skill. This research is an experimental study with a treatment by level design and analyzed using two-way ANOVA at a significance level of 0.05. The sample of the study consisted of 56 students that divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The data obtained through the listening tests and cognitive style tests. The results showed that the students who were taught with integrative learning models is better than those taught with experimental learning models. There is an influence of interaction between learning models and cognitive styles on listening skills. The listening skills of the student students who have the cognitive style of field independent that is taught with integrative learning models are higher than those taught with experimental learning models.

Problem-based learning (PBL) is learning where students build knowledge based on learning experiences to solve problems. This model generally is known by teachers around the world and successfully attracted many researchers. However, very limited study has been conducted to analyze this learning model using the typology of knowledge by Pollock and Cruz (1999). This paper analyzed the PBL model using Pollock and Cruz instrument. This study discovered that learning knowledge and facilities contributed to the success of the learning process. However, the internalism typology instrument recommends for the teacher to select and choose appropriate knowledge. Particularly in specific student experience and scaffolding in constructivism through identification and screening system. Another instrument is externalism typology, found that the absorbs of knowledge depends on the developmental age and group compositions, primarily, in first-third grade students. This instrument suggested that a teacher must be more active to be facilitator and mediator in the absorption of knowledge through the assimilation and accommodations mechanism.

The research focuses on describing the implementation of the policy of developing and empowering social communication institutions of community information groups in Kejaksan Subdistrict, Cirebon City. In relation to the policy implementation, questions of the research are: (1) how the policy of community information groups in Kejaksan Subdistrict is implemented, (2) what factors support and inhibit the policy implementation in Kejaksan Subdistrict, and (3) what efforts are conducted to develop and to empower the social communication institutions of community information groups in Kejaksan Subdistrict. Method of the research is descriptive-qualitative. Data of the research are collected through observation and interviews. Results of the research indicate that the community information groups can be the facilitator for the community, the partner of the local government, the aspiration and information channel for the community. The implementation of the government policy of developing and empowering social communication institutions of community information groups in Kejaksan Subdistrict finds another dimension, namely the importance of budget and fund and monitoring, in addition to the factors of policy implementation used as an approach of the research.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Community Information Group, Social Communication, Empowerment.

PG XYZ as one of the sugar industries that have the potential for waste pollution needs to make improvements both in the production process and in the management of its environment. With various existing waste conditions such as in industrial wastewater. Therefore, a systematic application is needed to minimize the possibility of environmental risks. so that identification, assessment and analysis of environmental risk based on the concept of environmental risk management using qualitative methods, semi-quantitative methods and the significance of aspects. followed by EPI calculation to support the implementation of green productivity. the objectives of this study are to identify and analyze environmental risks in the sugar processing industry wastewater based on the concept of environmental risk management. Evaluate the factors that influence the productivity of environmental performance to support the implementation of green productivity. The result of this study is that installation of wastewater treatment has a low risk with a total risk value of 77 which means that management is carried out by routine procedures. Whereas the results of the environmental risk assessment of production activities which have the most environmental impact are turbine oil lubrication at the boiler station with a score of 1701, at the "blotong" process purification station with a score of 729. Factors that influence environmental performance productivity are the performance of the boiler station and oil from the turbine steam that is carried into liquid waste. EPI index measurement results have a positive value of 35.24%, this indicates that the environmental performance of the sugar mills studied is good enough.

The performance of reinforced concrete (RC) element may be deficient for a variety of causes. Correct actions should be taken to resume the performance of the deficient element to maintain the strength and serviceability of the structure. A deficient RC column element may be identified in the form of spalling of concrete cover. A patching method could be selected to recover the damaged area and, hopefully, regain the strength of the damaged RC column to its original value. This research aims to investigate the suitability of patch repair material to recover the performance of damaged RC column. The investigation is carried out by comparing the behaviour of patched RC columns with the corresponding normal RC column. The eccentric loading has been set up in this investigation to induce compression failure of the RC columns. The simulated area of damage is patched using unsaturated polyester resin mortar (UPR mortar). The results indicate that the mode of failure is not induced at the patched sections. The presence of patching causes a redistribution of stress at the patched section in such a way, so a higher stress transfer occurs in the undamaged zone and in the longitudinal reinforcements compared to those of the normal column. The capacity of the patched RC columns is only 71–92% of the normal RC column.

Mangrove memiliki peran yang khas di ekosistem pantai yakni adanya serasah daun yang mengalami dekomposisi dengan bantuan bakteri dan fungi. Dekomposisi merupakan proses penghancuran bahan organik mati yang dilakukan oleh agen biologi maupun fisika menjadi bahan-bahan mineral organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui laju dekomposisi serasah daun mangrove berdasarkan waktu, serta mengetahui ketersediaan detritus berdasarkan laju dekomposisi dan banyaknya serasah daun mangrove yang jatuh di kawasan mangrove Teluk Kendari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2019 s.d Januari 2020. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan jaring perangkap serasah untuk mengetahui produksi serasah dan menggunakan litter-bag untuk menyimpan serasah daun yang akan dihitung laju dekomposisinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa laju dekomposisi berdasarkan waktu pengamatan pada stasiun penelitian berbeda. Pada stasiun I, nilai berat kering akhir lebih kecil dibanding Stasiun II yaitu 0.12 gr/hari pada Stasiun I dan 0.25 gr/hari pada Stasiun II. Untuk produksi detritus pada stasiun penelitian tidak jauh berbeda yaitu 5,02 gram pada Stasiun I dan 4,82 gram pada Stasiun II.Kata Kunci: detritus;laju dekomposisi; mangrove; serasah daun

Indonesia is a developing country that embraces an open economy in which to run its economy, the government will not escape the interaction of private sector or other countries. In this case, Indonesia certainly needs a large enough funding to build an equitable and prosperous economy for its people. Foreign direct investment is one of the alternative financing from abroad that can be used as additional funding for economic development in Indonesia. Foreign direct investment is influenced by several factors. This study aims to analyze the Gross Domestic Product, Export Value, and Inflation of Foreign Direct Investment in 2010-2019. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency, Capital Investment Coordinating Board, Ministry of Trading, and Bank Indonesia. The method of analysis which used by the research is multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. This study results showed that partially Gross Domestic Product has a significant positive effect on Foreign Direct Investment. Export Value has a significant negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment and Inflation has a significant positive effect on Foreign Direct Investment. Meanwhile, the variable of Gross Domestic Product, Export Value, and Inflation has a significant effect on Foreign Direct Investment by 91,2%, while the remaining 8,8% was needed by other factors outside of this research. ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang menganut perekonomian terbuka di mana dalam menjalankan perekonomiannya, pemerintah tidak luput akan adanya interaksi dari pihak swasta ataupun negara-negara lain. Dalam hal ini, Indonesia tentu memerlukan pembiayaan yang cukup besar untuk membangun perekonomian yang merata dan sejahtera bagi rakyatnya. Investasi asing langsung merupakan salah satu alternatif pembiayaan berasal dari luar negeri yang dapat digunakan sebagai tambahan pembiayaan dalam pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Investasi asing langsung dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Produk Domestik Bruto, Nilai Ekspor, dan Inflasi terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung di Indonesia Tahun 2010-2019. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia, Kementrian Perdagangan, dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial PDB berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung, Nilai Ekspor berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung, dan Inflasi berpengaruh positif signifikan Investasi Asing Langsung. Sedangkan secara simultan, variabel PDB, Nilai Ekspor, dan Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung di Indonesia sebesar 91,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 8,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. This study aims to 1) Identify and analyze the role of the Village Deliberational Institution in fostering legal awareness of the people of Pojok Klitih Plandaan Jombang Village, 2) Identifying and analyzing what factors are behind the Village Deliberational Institution to foster legal awareness of the people of Pojok Klitih Plandaan Jombang Village. This research uses normative legal research methods in it combined with comparative methods, observations, and case studies. The research subject was the Civil servants of Pojok Klitih Village, Plandaan District, Jombang Regency. The data collection methods were observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis with three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that 1) Village Deliberational Institution (BPD) process in the formation and stipulation of Village Regulations (PERDES) in Klitih Village, Plandaan District, Jombang Regency was not in accordance with UUD Number 12 of 2012, 2) The factors that became obstacles in the preparation and determination of PERDES were: a) Low of public awareness of village regulations, b) Poor quality of performance of Village civil servants and Village Deliberational Institution’s (BPD), c) Lack of village budget in every legislative process, d) Low internal quality of Village Deliberational Institution (BPD).

The urban network is an important method of spatial optimization, and measuring the development level of the urban network is a prerequisite for spatial optimization. Combining geographic information system (GIS) spatial analysis, social network analysis, and multidimensional scaling models, we explored the evolution of the urban network spatial structure in the Yangtze River Delta from 1990 to 2017 and proposed corresponding optimization measures. The results showed that the urban network spatial structure of the Yangtze River Delta has evolved from a single-center cluster with Shanghai as its core to a multi-center network with Shanghai as its core and Nanjing, Hangzhou, and Hefei as secondary cores. The density of the urban network has gradually expanded, but the strength of the connection between edge cities such as Chizhou, Suqian, and Quzhou and the core cities needs to be further improved. We found that the evolution of the urban network spatial structure has been driven by preferential attachment, path dependence, and differences in economic and industrial development. Finally, we propose optimizing the urban network spatial structure by strengthening the driving ability of the core cities, clarifying urban functions and development directions, and establishing a unified coordination mechanism. This paper enriches and deepens our understanding of the characteristics of the city network in the Yangtze River Delta, and provides a reference for the optimization of the urban network spatial structure.

The purpose of the “Made in China 2025” strategy is to enhance the innovation capabilities of the local manufacturing industry and achieve green and sustainable development. The role of innovation in the development of manufacturing is a hotspot in academic research, though only a few studies have analyzed the interaction between green technology manufacturing efficiency and its external innovation capabilities. This study used the 2011–2017 Chinese A-share listed manufacturing companies as samples to discuss whether regional innovation capabilities can promote the improvement of green technology manufacturing efficiency. The results showed that a significant spatial correlation between regional innovation capability and green technology manufacturing efficiency was prevalent within spatial heterogeneous bounds. In addition, regional innovation capability directly promoted the effective manufacturing of green technology efficiency, which was strongest in the eastern region of the country. Regional innovation capabilities also had a positive effect on human capital and government revenue, thereby further enhancing the green technology efficiency of manufacturing through the intermediary effect. Based on the above conclusions, some policy recommendations are put forward to facilitate the improvement of China’s regional innovation capabilities in terms of green technology efficiency in manufacturing.

Penelitian membahas mengenai Analisis Kompetensi Pegawai dalam Pendokumentasian Arsip Melalui Teknologi Komputer di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip melalui teknologi komputer di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon, untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dn faktor penghambat kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip melalui teknologi komputer di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon, dan upaya-upaya yang dapat mengatasi kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip melalui teknologi komputer di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Cirebon menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa hambatan yaitu kurangnya kompetensi pegawai dalam pendokumentasian arsip melalui teknologi komputer, tidak memiliki rak arsip khusus dan ruangan untuk menyimpan arsip, belum adanya surat kendali, dan kurangnya koordinasi dari pegawai arsip dengan pusat arsip yang berbasis komputer.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pendokumentasian Arsip, Teknologi Komputer

Terciptanya kualitas udara yang sehat diperlukan upaya-upaya pengendalian terhadap sumber-sumber pencemar udara dan terhadap kegiatan yang memiliki potensi mencemari udara salah satunya adalah rokok. Untuk itu pemerintah kota Cirebon mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah nomor 8 tahun 2015 tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR), maka setiap orang berkewajiban menghormati hak orang lain dalam memperoleh lingkungan yang sehat, baik fisik, biologi maupun sosial, dan setiap orang berkewajiban untuk berperilaku hidup sehat dalam mewujudkan, mempertahankan, serta memajukan kesehatan yang setinggi-tingginya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kebijakan kawasan tanpa rokok, faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat, dan upaya mengatasi faktor penghambat implementasi kebijakan kawasan tanpa rokok di kantor Dinas Perhubungan kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi keperpustakaan. Studi lapangan dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pegawai Dinas Perhubungan kota Cirebon. Studi keperpustakaan diperoleh dari referensi buku- buku, peraturan perundang-undangan, dokumen-dokumen. Teknik analisis data kualitatif deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Merilee S. Grindle. Dalam teori tersebut keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan dipengaruhi oleh dua variabel yaitu isi kebijakan dan lingkungan implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam implementasi peraturan daerah pelaksanaannya dinilai sudah cukup berhasil akan tetapi masih kurang optimal karena masih adanya oknum yang melanggar peraturan daerah tersebut meskipun demikian terdapat beberapa perubahan positif yang dirasakan baik oleh pegawai di Dinas Perhubungan kota Cirebon itu sendiri.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Kebijakan, Kawasan Tanpa Rokok

Jembatan Prof. Ir. KRMT Wreksodiningrat merupakan jembatan busur beton bertulang dengan desain letak lantai kendaraan berlokasi di atas struktur pelengkung (deck arch). Terdapat tiga jenis jembatan pada penelitian ini yaitu jembatan dengan letak lantai kendaraan di atas pelengkung (deck arch), di bawah pelengkung (through arch), serta di antara puncak dan kaki pelengkung (half-through arch). Pemilihan desain yang kurang tepat akan memengaruhi kekuatan serta efektivitas desain jembatan yang dirancang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis variasi letak lantai kendaraan pada jembatan terhadap perilaku struktur, menentukan pengaruh variasi letak lantai kendaraan pada jembatan terhadap berat struktur dan menentukan rasio efensiensi sehingga diperoleh desain yang efektif. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan perencanaan desain awal untuk menentukan desain jembatan yang akan dimodelkan menggunakan bantuan program SAP2000 v.14. Selanjutnya, dilakukan kontrol kekuatan dan defleksi struktur sesuai dengan persyaratan ijin. Analisis yang dilakukan akan memperoleh hubungan dari variabel yang diteliti untuk mendapatkan desain jembatan yang paling optimal dan efisien. Jembatan tipe deck arch memiliki berat struktur sebesar 52653,071 kN, tipe through arch memiliki berat struktur sebesar 139924,826 kN dan tipe half-through arch memiliki berat struktur sebesar 118144,430 kN. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ketiga jembatan yang telah dimodelkan, jembatan yang paling efisien merupakan jembatan busur tipe deck arch dengan rasio defleksi/bentangan busur 0,00067 dan berat struktur 52.653,071 kN.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan air kelapa tua optimum dengan menggunakan teknologi yang sederhana dan murah. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan pemberian teori teknologi pengolahan nata de coco dan setelahnya dilakukan demontrasi secara langsung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Makarti Jaya, Kecamatan Makarti Jaya, Kabupaten Banyuasin, Propinsi Sumatera Selatan. Peserta kegiatan ini kurang lebih 25 orang dan semua peserta tersebut adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan ini mempunyai dampak yang baik dan mendapat antusias dari peserta dimana setelah pemberian teori dan praktek, para peserta diberi kesempatan untuk mempraktekkan secara langsung dengan bahan yang telah disiapkan. Setelah praktek diberi kesempatan kepada peserta untuk bertanya dan menilai hasil produk yang telah dibuat.

Repair of deteriorated reinforced concrete (RC) elements may be necessary to restore their strength and serviceability. In this research, unsaturated polyester resin (UPR)-mortar is used to repair one-way RC slabs. The performance of the patched RC slabs is investigated experimentally by comparing their behaviour under concentrated load with the corresponding normal slab. The obtained load–deflection relationship up to failure and the cracking failure mode are assessed to determine the efficacy of the UPR-mortar in restoring the strength and serviceability of the slabs. In addition, theoretical ultimate loads determined on the basis of the yield line theory are used to assess the effectiveness of UPR-mortar to restore the strength of the damaged RC slab. As long as a proper execution of repair is carried out, the results indicate a satisfactory performance of UPR-mortar to be used for repairing the damaged RC slabs.

Degradation of reinforced concrete could occur in various forms including spalling of concrete cover as a result of reinforcement corrosion. The degradation would shorthen the service life of the reinforced concrete structure. Patch repair method may be employed to recover this type of degradation using a suitable patch repair material. The authors have developed a patch repair material made from unsaturated polyester resin (UPR)-mortar. In this paper, the mechanical properties of this material which includes compressive strength, elastic modulus, flexural strength and bond strength are highlighted. Comparisons are also made with the normal mortar to emphasize the superior properties of UPR-mortar. Based on these properties, the potential application of UPR-mortar for repairing damaged reinforced concrete slab is examined through finite element simulation. It is pointed out that the tensile stress intensity in the UPR-layer is reduced with a consequence of reducing a risk of cracking in the repair zone. In addition, the patching of damaged zone with UPR-mortar could minimize the deflection.

Degradation of reinforced concrete (RC) element could lead to a reduction of its strength and serviceability. The degradation may be identified in the form of spalling of concrete cover. For the case of RC beam, spalling of concrete cover could occur at the web of the shear span due to corrosion of the web reinfocements. The shear strength of the damaged-RC beam possibly will become less conservative compared to the corresponding flexural strength with a risk of brittle failure. Patch repair could be a choice to recover the size and strength of the damaged-RC beam. This research investigates the shear failure of patched RC beam without web reinforcements with a particular interest to compare the shear failure behaviour of patched RC beam and normal RC beam. The patch repair material used in this research was unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) mortar. The results indicate that the initial diagonal cracks leading to shear failure of patched RC beam occur at a lower level of loading. However, the patched RC beam could carry a greater load before the diagonal crack propagates in length and width causing the beam to fail in shear.
